Little Johnny went to school, there to learn a brand new rule: No Longer Can Boys be Boys

"Exalting mankind to the status of deity....dates from the farthest reaches of antiquity, but its development into an ideology embracing the masses is a characteristic of modernity." (Idols for Destruction, Herbert Schlossberg)

From the days of Adam right down to our own time, the devilish belief that man is god has seduced millions. Early Church Father John of Damascus connects the idea that man is god with barbarism:

"Barbarism is that which prevailed from the days of Adam down through ten generations to the time of Noah. It is called barbarism because of the fact that in those times men had no ruling authority or mutual accord, but every man was independent and a law unto himself after the dictates of his own will." (John of Damascus, "The Fount of Knowledge," cited in Political Apocalypse, Ellis Sandoz, p. 131)

In this light it can be seen that the paramount religion of mankind is idolatry and/or self-worship...of man as god, the sovereign truth and morals inventor (moral relativist), the god-man with power over life, being, and death who determines what man is or is not, who can live and who must die, as well as how much of anything another person may or may not have. Tal Brooke concurs, noting that historically there has always been a popular religion (an exoteric polytheism-pantheism) for the general masses and a Mystery Religion (high level esoteric "advaitic" monism) for aspiring god-men--- higher initiates, adepts, gurus, super apostles, god-men, and illuminati. For the latter group:

".... the Great Lie (is) the foundation stone of Hinduism, Buddhism, Sufism, Jainism, Sikhism, Taoism, the Kabala, the Greek Hermetic, Eleusinian and Gnostic beliefs, Neo-Platonism, all the occult creeds from Theosophy and the Masonic orders to the Rosicrucian's (and) the New Age movement. The Great Lie is...the belief that man is God, that his true identity is the immortal self...that as God, he will never die (and) Sin and depravity are...illusions since this inner divinity is at man's core." (The Great Lie, Tal Brooke, SCP Journal, Vol. 29:2-29:3, 2005)

The Book of Revelation pinpoints Babylon as the post-flood center of both an organized popular nature and mystery religion based on the primordial heresy and as the first utopian or heaven on earth project. Babylon embraced the Great Lie. Its inhabitants claimed the title, "I AM." They were earmarked by their "advaitic monism," science of evolutionary magic-transformism, exalted priesthood, androgyny, gnosis, secret initiations, sorcery, astrology, channeling, psychic-powers, familiar spirits, and hedonism. But the root source of this evil religion and its occult power was the Great Dragon himself....the Evil One.

Modern Barbarian God-Men

In his book "Utopia: The Perennial Heresy," Catholic philosopher and historian Thomas Molnar (1910-2010) notes that the two recurring themes of modern ideologies are monism (all that exists is the evolving cosmos of matter and energy) and evolutionary conceptions. Man as god is at the root of these two themes, thus there is:

" defiance of God, pride unlimited, a yearning for enormous power and the assumption of divine attributes with a view to manipulating and shaping mankind's fate." (p. 227)

The first order of business in taking control so as to manipulate and shape mankind's fate is the murder of the Holy God Who spoke into existence ex nihilo all things seen and unseen and the reduction of His Revealed Word to prescientific myth.  Next, in order for god-men to create a new world and re-engineer a new man the present two-dimension (supernatural and natural) order of creation must be scientifically obliterated and reinterpreted as only one dimensional pagan monism under man's control.

The engines of control are scientism, the instrument of man's will to power, and anti-supernatural, anti-creation evolutionary science, primarily Darwinism.   As the pillar of natural science, Darwinism is powerful magic wielded by a cult religion's sorcerers:

"(Darwinism is) nothing but a kind of cult, a cult religion....It has no scientific validity whatsoever. Darwin's so-called theory of evolution is based on absurdly irrational propositions, which did not come from scientific observations, but were artificially introduced from the outside, for political-ideological reasons." (Jonathan Tennenbaum, "Towards 'A New Science of Life,' Executive Intelligence Review, Vol. 28, No. 34, Sept. 7, 2001)

Darwinism is a 'universal acid'  from hell in which God the Father Almighty and His entire order of being are in process of conceptual dissolution, a diabolical conjuration allowing god-men to conceptually dismantle:

" human individuality through the dissolution of individual conscience and consciousness, and then to replace these with the collectivity (monism) and coalesced consciousness (i.e., Christ Consciousness)." (Molnar, 227, emphasis added)

God-men Remake Mankind as Grotesque Androgynous Bio-Machines

"Instead of Adam, our ancestry is traced to the most grotesque of creatures; thought is phosphorous; the soul complex nerves, and our moral sense a secretion of sugar." (Disraeli, quoted by John Passmore "A Hundred Years of Philosophy," p. 36)

With the triumph of natural science and Darwinism in the nineteenth century, the murder of the Holy Trinity and the obliteration of His order was cast as "fact" in the cement of "enlightened" magic-science.   Henceforth,   Westerners would be cut off from God the Father and their own souls, thereby disrupting:

"the bio-psycho-spiritual unity of human consciousness...." (Authenticating the Activities of Jesus, Bruce Chilton and Craig A. Evans, 1999)

The modern secular-pagan "scientistic" West has almost succeeded in obliterating the souls of its' citizens and now seeks obliteration of the two sexes:

"Little Johnny went to school; There to learn a brand new rule; No longer could the boys be boys or have their special trucks and toys; Only six, so young and tender, It's time for him to unlearn gender." (Here At School the Slant is Gay, cited in Our Gay Pride President, David A. Noebel)

When boys are no longer boys and girls are no longer girls,

"...only then will men and women be socially interchangeable and really equal.  And when that happens there will no longer be any need for gender at all."  (Judith Lorber cited by Dr. Peter Jones, Capturing the Pagan Mind, p.47)

Unlearning gender requires destruction of innocence via the brutal rape of mind, soul and eventually body.   Assisting in this evil are depraved barbarians completely lacking in moral or ethical standards and unmoved by the most obscene depravity except to enjoy perpetrating it:

"Parents in Florida were outraged upon seeing and hearing what their children were being taught in their 6th grade sexual education class.  Pornography being shoved down the throats of American 11 and 12 year olds. Check these pictures taken by one of the kids:  http://conservativepost.com/parents-outraged-check-what-happened-during-a-health-class-on-sex/

For our generation of lawless reprobate god-men (barbarians) there is no Moral Law, no immutable Truth, no sin, no created sexes, and no fear of judgment and hell.   Thus they are free to be evil, to rape the minds of children, to destroy their innocence, unmake their gender and commit other hideous acts of evil since there is only sovereign, willful, and utterly depraved 'self' who knows only personal selfishness, ambition, physical lust, contempt and hate.

The Devil and the Genesis Problem

One of the devil's greatest achievements in our age of biological science and evolutionary thinking has been to convince natural science-and-evolution worshipping Westerners to believe that all that exists is the evolving universe of matter and energy (naturalism).   The only problem, and it’s a really big one because unresolvable, is that though evolutionists have tried several different anti-creation models of the universe none can account for life, conscious life, and information.  Additionally, recent research has shot them full of holes, leaving evolutionists with the hated Big Bang model.

In a 2012 editorial, "The Genesis Problem," New Scientist editors admit that physicists have been fighting a rearguard action against the Big Bang theory for decades, largely because they believe it has theological overtones. After all, if you have an instant of creation, don't you need a creator?

If modern physicists understood the pagan and occult implications of the Big Bang model their fears would be put to rest. The seedbed of Big Bang speculations are ancient global cosmic events described by Eastern Advaitans and Greek nature sages as Cosmic Eggs. One Hindu belief was that Brahman (the Void or energy field) spontaneously generated itself as something like a seed or singularity about 4.3 billion years ago and then evolved under its’ own power by which it expanded and formed all that exists:

These Hindus believed in an eternal Universe that had cycles of rebirth, destruction and dormancy, known as ‘kalpas’, rather like oscillating big bang theories. We also read in the Hindu Bhagavad Gita that the god Krishna says, ‘I am the source from which all creatures evolve.” (Evolution: An Ancient Pagan Idea, Paul James Griffith, creation.com)

In this way of thinking, the entire universe, spirit, life, the gods, human beings, and everything else, came about by a process of emanation (or unfolding, emergence or evolution) from an energy field called Brahman. Just as waves form across the surface of the ocean, so the Void forms upon itself successive waves (emanations) of particles (particle theory) that in turn emanate further entities and so on, with all of these entities interacting within an extraordinary network or great chain of being consisting of downward-descending self-contained planes of existence, a top-down hierarchy of astral plane realities (multiverse theory) arranged vertically. Each higher plane of existence emanates the one below it through a mechanical process, thus each plane stands in the position of god-force to the one below. Therefore creation is not creation ex nihilo, as the Genesis account teaches, but mechanical emanation out of the Void.

In India, the Void and the doctrine of evolution/reincarnation/karma was thoroughly established from ancient times. It was expounded first in the Upanishads (c. 1000 BC - AD 4), the philosophical-mystical texts held to be the essence of the Vedas.  Moreover, the "science" and "psychology" behind the idea that mind and information evolve from chemicals can be found in the yogic science of Ayurveda and Hatha Yoga which outlines in both modern and ancient texts the glandular and neurological basis of Enlightenment. (ibid, Griffith)

Variations on the theme of the evolving universe of matter and energy were held by ancient Babylonians, Egyptians, Greeks and Romans in the West and the Upanishads and other mystical pantheists in the East.  This ancient occult pagan belief is naturalism, which is of the worldview of monism.  Monism is held in common by pantheism, materialism and spiritualism and dates back to pagan antiquity and was or is taught by all non-biblical thought systems

Naturalism means on one hand that the supernatural Tri-personal Holy God who spoke creation into existence ex nihilo,  man as His spiritual image-bearer, the Fall, hell, and the devil and his evil minions either do not exist or are myths from man’s pre-scientific past.   On the other hand, highly evolved deep space beings---themselves the emergent product of the universal life force (aka the Force, Zoë, evolution, vril, serpent power, seething energies of Lucifer) acting on matter almost certainly exist according to prominent scientist Stephen Hawking and many others.

Hawking warns against contact with deep space aliens because he believes that since they would be a very highly evolved life-form they would view human kind as a primitive life-form to be conquered and used as slaves or worse.

Pulitzer Prize-winning author Alice Walker also believes in the existence of aliens.  The author of "The Color Purple" is a disciple of David Icke, thus like him she believes the world is run by shape-shifting reptilian aliens who practice mind control from the moon.   In his book, 'Human Race Get off Your Knees: The Lion Sleeps No More' Icke describes how the human mind is controlled from the moon which he claims is actually a “gigantic spacecraft” which sends us a

fake reality broadcast... in much the same way as portrayed in the Matrix movie trilogy."  ("Prize-winning author Alice Walker gives support to David Icke on Desert Island Discs," Liam O'Brien, independent.uk, Sunday 19 May 2013)

Depending on which camp extraterrestrial believers fall into, they either view aliens with great fear and horror or as the saviors of mankind who will rescue the earth in the process.   The Vatican's astronomer Dr. Guy Consolmagno, an avowed evolutionist and self-confessed science fiction fan said he would even be happy to baptize an alien.   (I’d love to baptize ET, says Vatican’s stargazer, dailymail.co.uk, 25 January, 2011)

Other Christian UFO believers have rapture-type events predicted for the future while many others are tormented by waking-visions and nightmares by what one man describes as demons,

"(and) the feeling of paralysis and being incapable of  speaking. All I could do in such a situation was mentally pray in Jesus name for deliverance. I would then feel the ‘presence’ leave and I’d wake up." ("Aliens, evolution and the occult," Gary Bates, creation.com, 24 February 2007)

Bates notes that he has heard many such testimonies and today increasing numbers of people are having very similar experiences with demons and evil spirits masquerading as aliens.

The Myth of Extraterrestrials

In his book, "Scientific Mythologies," James A. Herrick traces the highly evolved 'aliens from outer-space' idea back to certain Renaissance astrologers, occult Hermetic-Cabbalists, and mystics such as Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772) who claimed to not only receive telepathic secrets from spirits but to have visited populated planets during self-hypnosis induced mystical experiences.

Swedenborg's mystical experiences and visits to planets bear a striking similarity to those of ex-guru Rabindranath R. Maharaj. Now a committed follower of Jesus Christ, Maharaj describes his mystical encounters with gods on other planets:

"Nothing was more important than our daily transcendental meditation, the heart of Yoga, which Krishna advocated as the surest way to eternal Bliss. But it could also be dangerous. Frightening psychic experiences awaited the...meditator, similar to a bad trip on drugs. Demons described in the Vedas had been known to take possession of some Yogis. Kundalini power, said to be coiled like a serpent at the base of the spine, could produce ecstatic experiences when released in deep meditation — or...it could do great mental and bodily harm. The line between ecstasy and horror was very fine...During daily meditation I began to have visions of psychedelic colors, to hear unearthly music, and to visit exotic planets where the gods conversed with me, encouraging me to attain even higher states of consciousness. Sometimes in my trance I encountered the same horrible demonic creatures...depicted by the images in Hindu, Buddhist, Shinto, and other religious temples. It was a frightful experience, but the Brahmacharya explained that it was normal and urged me to pursue the quest for Self Realization. At times I experienced a sense of mystical unity with the universe. I was the universe, Lord of all, omnipotent, omnipresent. My instructors were excited at this. I was obviously a chosen vessel, destined for early success in the search for union with Brahman. The Forces that had guided my father were now guiding me." (Death of a Guru, Rabindranath R. Maharaj, pp. 56-57)

Swedenborg's influence is far-reaching. His disciples run the gamut from Kant to the occult theosophist Madame Blavatsky and psychologist J.B. Rhine together with a vast array of science fiction writers (i.e., Arthur C. Clarke, H.G. Wells, Ray Bradbury, and Steven Spielberg), contemporary spiritists and numerous evolutionary scientists.

Over time, Swedenborg's astral plane travels gave birth to what Herrick dubs "The Myth of the Extraterrestrial." As far back as the seventeenth century enthusiastic science fiction writers were imagining "the intelligent extraterrestrial visitor" and preparing the public to accept their existence. And accept them they have, for the twentieth century has witnessed a veritable population explosion in the alien domain, said Herrick. (p. 43)

Indeed, many UFO messages have been received and channeled by contactees (mediums) who claim to be receiving special revelations from our ‘space brothers.’   Some of these 'revelations' have even become the basis of block-buster movies featuring reptilian, grey, and humanoid Nordic extraterrestrials.

Tragically, because science fiction has become our national myth and evolution (the universal life force) is widely accepted throughout the West and taught in Western schools and many seminary's as science, secularized high-school children actually believe there must be some kind of evolutionary Star Wars-like ‘force’  behind the universe.   Along with many deluded atheist scientists, Hollywood liberals, and like-minded progressives, some students even believe that highly evolved and technologically advanced aliens seeded life on earth.

Panspermia is the idea that life on earth was accidentally seeded by meteorites containing the essential building blocks of life or perhaps by highly evolved extraterrestrials who for billions of years have been guiding the evolution of man. The extraterrestrial idea was favored by Arthur C. Clarke in his book, "Childhood's End" and a variation on this theme has been advanced by SETI researcher Paul Davies, Francis Crick (co-discoverer of the DNA molecule) and Ralph Pudritz of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.

Davies has written seriously about the possibility of "alien bioengineering" that could be detected in the DNA of life on earth and suggests that citizen scientists and school students be enlisted to help search for evidence. (An Alien Code Close to Home: Seeking ET Beyond the Radio Silence, Astrobiology Magazine, Jeremy Hsu, 10/27/2011)

Pudritz theorizes that humans and aliens may share the same DNA which itself could be part of a universal structure

"of the first genetic codes anywhere...." (Why Aliens Might Look like You, Eddie Wren, dailymail.co.uk/ June 11, 2012)

Crick proposes a theory called "directed panspermia," the idea that,

"...life on earth may have begun when aliens from another planet sent a rocket ship containing spores to seed the earth."

Like all other dead-end evolutionary cosmologies, Crick’s theory only pushes the unresolvable problem of the origin of life out into deep space:

"This scenario still leaves open the question of who designed the designer [aliens] — how did life originally originate?" (Crick, Life Itself: Its Origin and Nature, 1981)

In a big picture sense, the whole realm of UFO beliefs is a religious idea built upon evolution, yet another religious idea said Bates:

The common denominator of both camps is the belief that evolution has occurred for countless eons on the earth and all over the universe. This point cannot be  emphasized strongly enough—it is the basis for virtually all belief in alien life, whatever form one thinks that life may take.”  (ibid, Aliens, evolution and the occult)

Extraterrestrials: Lucifer’s Elite Troops

Dr. Kurt Koch (1913-1987) is a highly respected German theologian who pastored, counseled and delivered people suffering from the occult and demonic bondage throughout the world, covering sixty-five countries and five continents.  In “Occult ABC,” Koch identifies extraterrestrials as Lucifer’s elite troops.  Even though UFO’s were seen in previous centuries, today’s UFO’s are heralds of the end-time. They appear most frequently in countries where the cult of Satan flourishes and their most obvious purpose is to destroy faith in Christ and the Bible and replace it with hell-born wisdom.   Lucifer is sending his elite troops ahead:

He is arming for the final battle.”  (pp. 341-342)

"....blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it." Luke 11:28

In "Wisdom and Foolishness," Dr. Harry Reeder, senior minister of Briarwood Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, Ala. writes that God's Word reveals two types of wisdom.  The first is worldly wisdom which is "earthly, unspiritual, demonic."  This hell-derived wisdom leaves in its wake chaos, brokenness, factions, death, and destruction.  The second is wisdom from above, granted by the Triune God to those who ask for it:

"It is found in His word, and it is accessed by hearing that Word faithfully preached and then embedding it into our lives through obedience."  (Biblical Dichotomies, Tabletalk, p. 19)

The first wisdom is not of God but of the creative imagination of man run wild.  It is,

"… actually 'the foolishness of man' masquerading as wisdom and propagated by man-made religions and a myriad of 'isms'---humanism, progressivism, materialism, consumerism, secularism, etc."

Of all the foolishness of man masquerading as wisdom today, there is no more destructive and demonic than evolutionism.  Evolutionism is hell-derived metaphysical sophistry pretending to be factual science which for millions of deluded seculars and their evolutionary theist counterparts has effectively become a new religion that supplants the Revealed Word of God:

"...the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them."  2 Cor. 4:4

Over eighteen hundred years ago the Apostle Paul foretold all of this,

The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons.”  (I Timothy 4:1)

Occult Evolutionary Biology: the Magic Way of Becoming God

When asked why the layman should be interested  ”in so esoteric a subject as evolutionary biology,” one of the leading evolutionists of our day, Professor S.J. Gould responded:

“Because it tells us where we came from, how we got here, and perhaps where we are going. Quite simply, it is science’s version of Roots, except it is the story of us all.”   (The Religious Nature of Evolution Theory and its Attack on Christianity, John G. Leslie and Charles K. Pallaghy, Ph.D, creation.com)

Gould candidly admits that evolutionary biology is an esoteric story of man while the prominent defender of Darwinism, the evolutionary biologist Theodosius Dobzhansky (1900-1975) spoke of God as creating through evolution, which he describes evolution as a light,

“…. which illuminates all facts, a trajectory which all lines of thought must follow.”  (Dobzhansky, T., Ayala, F.J., Stebbins, G.L. and Valentine, J.W., Evolution, W.H. Freeman and Co., San Francisco, 1977)

Western esotericism, or occultism, is the search for and study of an unseen reality.  It is secret knowledge of the hidden.   This hidden or arcane knowledge is meant only for certain people such as Gould, Dobzhansky and like-minded evolutionary esotericists.

Occult practices include but are not limited to Hermetic magic, alchemy, astrology, divination, and spiritualism, or contact with spirits.  Interpretation of occultism and its concepts can be found in philosophies, occult sciences (evolutionary biology) and nature religions such as  ancient Egyptian Hermeticism, Gnosticism, Theosophy, Wicca, Satanism, Thelema and neo-paganism.

A general definition is offered by Nicholas Goodrick-Clarke:

"Occultism has its basis in a religious way of thinking, the roots of which stretch back into antiquity and which may be described as the Western esoteric tradition. Its principal ingredients have been identified as Gnosticism, the Hermetic treatises on alchemy and magic, Neo-Platonism, and the Kabbalah, all originating in the eastern Mediterranean area during the first few centuries AD." (The Occult Roots of Nazism, Good-Rick-Clarke, p. 17)

In this light, evolutionary biology is hidden knowledge (gnosis) based in a philosophy of naturalism..  Its genesis account holds that billions of years ago chemicals generated by a Big Bang which a God may or may not have generated, combined and transcended themselves after a hundred or a thousand identical operations thereby allowing the miraculous transmutation of chemicals into life.   Once life miraculously emerged, natural processes, which God may or may not play a role in,  were set in motion that after passage of vast ages supposedly eventuated in the arrival of man:

If man has arrived at his present state as a result of natural processes rather than a supernatural will, he can learn to control these processes…The concept of evolution, which is now basic to the life sciences, has provided new and in some ways revolutionary answers to questions men have been asking for centuries. The two most important of these are, ‘Why am I here, what is the purpose of human existence, and what is the nature of the world of life that surrounds us?”   (Dobzhansky, T., Ayala, F.J., Stebbins, G.L. and Valentine, J.W., Evolution, W.H. Freeman and Co., San Francisco, 1977)

Like its' Mystery Religion counterpart, evolutionary biology has both an exoteric or outer meaning for mass consumption and a hidden, or occult meaning for higher initiates.

Lurking beneath the idea that life will eventually arise from the mixing of lifeless chemicals (matter) is a vision arising from the age-old technology of alchemy while behind Dobzhansky’s phrase, the “light of evolution,” lies its magical meaning: "As above, so below" the Hermetic principle bespeaking an unseen universal life force emanating or evolving in waves from the hidden dimension of true reality above (i.e., Brahman, Quantum Void, Dobzhansky's God) with which everything in the universe and the physical dimension here below are in continuity.

Within the Egyptian Mysteries, this hidden life force was known as serpent power.  Serpent power was associated with the elemental forces (spirits) in play before creation of the universe, thus Herme's world famous magic formula is represented by the hidden great chain of being symbolized by the Oroboros.  As a powerful occult symbol, the Ouroboros means the seething power, universal life force, creative and/or evolutionary impulse or energy of the serpent figuratively depicted as either a serpent or dragon eating its own tail.

Hermes formula demonstrates the monistic oneness of the god-man's divine intellect with the  hidden reality above.  In teaching the meaning of the formula to his son Tat he said:

The intellect, O Tat, is drawn from the very substance of God.  In men, this intellect is God, and so some men are gods and their humanity is near to divinity…If man makes right use of (God’s gifts), he differs in no way from the immortals.”  (God and the Knowledge of Reality, Thomas Molnar, p. 78)

The serpent powered chain of being with its' multiple dimensions and life-giving energy systems is a hidden reality that not only powers the universe but reaches into and miraculously bestows life upon lifeless chemicals.  Then after billions of years of evolutionary process it reaches into the psyche, stirring imagination, bringing intellectual and moral perfection (deification) and psychic powers and even awakening pre-human memories of when scientifically enlightened modern man, evolution's most advanced product, was a soulless hominid.

Dr. Molnar writes that illustrations of Hermetic science abound all around the world.  For example, the “Asclepius,” a famous Gnostic text of indefinite origin states,

Man is a magnum miraculum…as though himself God….familiar with the race of demons, of the same origin as he; he despises that part of his nature which is only human, for he has put his hope in the divinity of the other part.” (ibid, p. 78)

It was Renaissance scholars, theologians, and mystics who rediscovered and intensely studied ancient esoteric texts, and then like Pico della Mirandola, argued that occult Cabala and hermetic science is the best proof of the divinity of Christ.    In other words, said Molnar,

“..by the time of the Renaissance the esoteric texts of the first centuries A.D. had acquired in scholarly and humanist circles an unparalleled prestige, confronting as equals the texts held sacred by the church.  In Pico’s estimation, ‘nulla est scientia que nos magis certificet de divinitate Christ quam magia et Cabala’ (there is no science that would prove for us Christ’s divinity better than magic and the Cabala.”  (ibid, pp. 78-79)

Occult science and manipulation by the magician of arcane symbols, numerals, formulas, and knowledge pertaining to the hidden dimension of true reality are inseparably linked in esoteric doctrines.  Therefore, in order for divinity to be proven by way of occult science, the modern Hermetic magician, whether secular or Christian, must manipulate into irrelevance the supernatural dimension and the literal and historic meaning of the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo since 'matter' must either pre-exist or have come into being from a Cosmic Egg (Big Bang).  In either scenario the action of the magician results in,

....an absolute although hidden concordance between the lower and the higher worlds, the key of which lends to the magus incalculable powers.” (Salvation through Technology: Creating A Posthuman New Breed, Dr. Martin Erdmann, herescopeblogspot.com, April 23, 2011)

One of the primary goals of the Hermetic magician said Molnar, is separation of the soul from the body (purification), and second, the spiritualization of all matter.     Darwin’s formula supposedly attains the first goal:

“….the doctrine of evolution has swept the world, not on the strength of its scientific merits, but precisely in its capacity as a Gnostic myth. It affirms, in effect, that living things created themselves, which is in essence a metaphysical claim….Thus…evolutionism is a metaphysical doctrine decked out in scientific garb….it is a scientistic myth (that) implicitly denies the transcendent origin of being; for indeed, only after the living creature has been speculatively reduced to an aggregate of particles does Darwinist transformism become conceivable.”  ( Dr. Wolfgang Smith in From Old Gnosticism to New Age I, Alan Morrison, SCP Journal Vol. 28:4-29:1, 2005, pp. 30-31)

The magic way of intellectual and moral transcendence (deification) was made possible by the inventers of theories of spiritual/cosmic evolution.   Molnar writes that travelers on this second highway were characteristically recruited from theology.  Some of these inventers are,

Bergson, Laberthonniere, Le Roy, Blondel, Bloch, Teilhard de Chardin, Heidegger, Bultmann, Karl Rahner, and numerous others…”  (God and the Knowledge of Reality, p. 133)

With Teilhard’s mystical pantheist idea, after billions of years of evolution, matter finally transcended itself resulting in its' transmutation into Christ consciousness.   Now that matter is spiritualized and divine,

The great affair for modern mankind is to break its way out by forcing some threshold of greater consciousness.” Christians should not fear the natural processes of evolution because it brings them inexorably to God and self-deification, “Though frightened for a moment by evolution, the Christian now perceives that what it offers him is…a magnificent means of (being) at one with God…”    (Genesis, Creation, and Early Man, Fr. Seraphim Rose, p. 590)

Occult Worldview Essentials

The basic foundations of occult worldviews consistently teach the following elements:

1. Monism and evolution: Though there are different forms of monism the common denominator of them all is the idea that the universe and everything in it consists of or is reducible to one substance in process of evolution. (The Coming Darkness, John Ankerberg & John Weldon)

Mystical forms of monism characteristically accept some form of pantheism, as exemplified by for example, Teilhard de Chardin's Hindu pantheist New Religion and Leonard Sweet's Quantum Spirituality based in Teilhard's conceptions. Advaita Hinduism teaches the one ultimate reality is Nirguna Brahman (an impersonal God-force or Void) while Teilhard's system reduces everything to Omega---his version of Brahman.

It is the hidden monistic premise of esoteric evolutionary biology and mystical occult monism that makes them fundamentally anti-Christian and anti-person since man is not created in the spiritual image of the One God in three Persons but is rather an impersonal aspect of the one substance.

In Dr. Gary North's excellent evaluation of monism, "Unholy Spirits: Occultism and New Age Humanism," he writes that the Word of God teaches a permanent,

"....unbridgeable gap between the ultimate being of God and the derivative being of creatures. There is a Creator-creature distinction (meaning that) men do not partake of God's being...they are not of the same substance as God. There is no more fundamental doctrine than this one. Significantly, in every form of occultism this principle is denied....Satan's old temptation to man hinges on his denial and man's denial of the Creator-creature distinction."  (ibid, pp. 59-61)

2. God is an impersonal hidden reality, an energy field, abyss or void as opposed to God as personal and loving. (John 3:16)

3. Man's true identity is God since he is one with (shares) God's being as opposed to man created in God's image but not sharing the being of God. (Gen. 1:27)

4. Since there is only one impersonal substance, then evil is in harmony with the amoral god-substance or force. In contrast, Scripture teaches that evil operates in opposition to God's holy nature. (1 Peter 1:14, 15; 3:12)

5. Illumination or enlightenment (salvation) is achieved through self-realization (awareness of personal divinity) by various occult spiritist practices such as séances, spells, automatic writing, meditation, hypnosis, Ouija boards, shamanic drumming, Kundalini yoga, channeling, visualization, and mind-altering drugs. Occult salvation is the antithesis of salvation based on the atonement (Christ's suffering and death for sin) and received as a free gift by grace through faith in God and Christ. (John 3:16; 5:24; 6:47; 17:3)

6. Psychic or spiritual powers result from initiation into occult practices (see above) that open the mind to contact with and even possession by spirits.

In contrast, Scripture teaches that spiritual gifts are distinct from and work in opposition to occult psychic powers. They are given by God to His people for service to others. ( 1 Cor. 12:4-11; 14:3)

7. Eternal cyclic incarnation into different bodies over thousands or millions of years or reabsorption (annihilation and/or personal extinction) into the impersonal substance. In opposition, Scripture teaches personal physical resurrection and immortality in either heaven or hell. (Matthew 25:46)

8. A Pelagian view of humanity. Human nature is not fallen but good, thus the possibility for perfection is always present.  Given this outlook, the self-transcendence of humanity becomes a sociological imperative:

At the stage we have reached in scientific research our minds and intelligence will have to surpass themselves and rise to transcendent heights; the human, all-too human, will no longer suffice.” (Mircea Eliade, The Forge and the Crucible: The Origins and  Structures of Alchemy,  Dr. Erdmann)

In monism, whether esoteric evolutionary biology or mystical occult pantheist permutations, the traditional Western Christian ways of thinking and perceiving are rejected because "all is one."  This means there is no ultimate distinction between man and God, Jesus Christ and Satan, male and female, human and nonhuman, true and false, good and evil, moral and immoral, holy and unholy, or right and wrong because "true reality" is beyond the illusory categories associated with the natural (physical) world. Therefore, murder, genocide, rape, sodomy, pederasty, pedophilia, lying, cheating and theft cannot be considered evil if evil itself is in harmony with the hidden true reality.

Equally, while nothing can really be considered evil, so nothing can really be considered good. This means that honesty, integrity, courage, fidelity, and commitment cannot be considered good and worthy for the same reason evil cannot be considered evil.

Finally, there is no such thing as personhood (genuine personality) because true reality (the one substance) is not personal.  In other words, because the One God in three Persons who made all men in His spiritual image, thereby endowing all men with genuine personality(personhood) is not true reality, then ideas of personhood and unalienable rights are delusional.  In fact, since personality is supposedly a hindrance to occult spiritual enlightenment, it must be destroyed.

Humanist rationalism, Hermetic magic, esoteric Cabala, alchemy, Buddhism, reincarnation and karma, naturalism  and other forms of occultism were two sides of the same revival of Renaissance paganism and mystical pantheism underlying the intellectual edifice of modern natural science and evolutionary biology. Thus, as C.S. Lewis argued in his great masterpiece, That Hideous Strength, occultism and humanistic rationalism are not enemies in principle but rather cooperating philosophies that are united against the supernatural God in three Persons, Christianity and Christian civilization.

Lewis underscores this point in “The Abolition of Man:”

“You will even find people who write about the sixteenth century as if Magic were a medieval survival and Science the new thing that came in to sweep it away. Those who have studied the period know better. There was very little magic in the Middle Ages: the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries are the high noon of magic. The serious magical endeavour and the serious scientific endeavour are twins: one was sickly and died, the other strong and throve. But they were twins. They were born of the same impulse. I allow that some (certainly not all) of the early scientists were actuated by a pure love of knowledge. But if we consider the temper of that age as a whole we can discern the impulse of which I speak.”

In conclusion, evolutionary biology symbolizes the deep religious desires of certain men for autonomous self-creation, transcendence and self-redemption, thus are incarnations,

“ …of the ancient, deeply religious endeavor “to become like God” – infinitely wise, omnipotent, autonomous, and immortal.” (Dr. Erdmann)

Ideas from the Demonic Realm

In his article, "Leftism a Radical Faith," Bruce Riggs notes that much of the political history of the extended twentieth century is that of massive extinctions of citizenries by their dictatorial governments,

"Take the engineered mass starvations, torture chambers, firing squads, and gulags of Lenin and Stalin; Nazi gas chambers; Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge killing fields; the genocides of Mao's "Great Leap Forward"; and the tyrannical North Korean Sung dynasty, and one will find that over one hundred million people have been slaughtered." (American Thinker, Jan. 1, 2014)

In one way or another, these dictatorial governments systematically murdered millions to create an imagined earthly Eden, said Riggs, and this is clearly irrational.  In this sense, leftist ideology is an atheist religion with the look of a religious inquisition. Klaus Fischer puts it this way:

“[T]otalitarianism represents the twentieth-century version of traditional religiosity; it is in many ways the secular equivalent of the religious life. Unless this crucial point is captured, the quintessential nature of totalitarianism will elude us.” (ibid)

This "totalitarian religiosity" continues as a “scientific,” secular, politico-centric faith,

“....disdainful of theistic beliefs and contemptuous of those who subscribe to them.  It is a faith that, in its historical manifestations, has birthed the murderous tyrannies of the extended twentieth century -- tyrannies that have marched under left-wing banners of Marxism, Communism, and National Socialism, or, more generally and descriptively, Coercive Collectivism.” (ibid, Riggs)

The common denominators of both the Westernized 'modern' atheistic religion and those of Eastern orientation are the denial of the supernatural One God in three Persons, the fall (original sin), man as God's spiritual image-bearer, Moral Law, immutable Truth, heaven, hell, angels and demons as well as the embrace of the idea of either pre-existing or spontaneously generated matter in tandem with evolutionary thinking and mankind collectively reduced to parts of the universe of matter.   In this way of thinking, human beings are not God’s spiritual image bearers endowed with unalienable rights but property of the state (Big Brother), a large form taken by matter with earth (Gaia) an even larger form and the universe the largest.

The idea that matter is eternal or spontaneously generated is a pattern of thought stretching back to the Babylonians, Egyptians, and Greeks in the West and in the East to Buddha and the Upanishads.

Matter is not personal. It cannot produce life and more importantly, conscious life, nor can it think, speak, or move. It is not human. Nor is it either male or female.

Whether matter is held to be eternally existing or spontaneously generated (Cosmic Egg/Big Bang) matters not since the common denominator of all materialist cosmogonies is metaphysical nihilism,

"... This position has been held by philosophers such as Parmenides, Buddha, Advaita Vedantins, and perhaps Kant (according to some interpretations of his transcendental idealism). Blob theory can also be considered very closely aligned with mereological nihilism (there are no parts and wholes). Obviously if metaphysical nihilism is correct, empirical reality is an illusion." (What is Metaphysical Nihilism? OpenTopia.com)

With respect to the Westernized version, the idea that everything in the universe reduces to matter is found for example, in the thinking of Karl Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, Teilhard de Chardin, the evolutionary ‘Christian’ Michael Dowd, and William James, the man known as the father of American psychology.

James was a radical empiricist, a Darwinist who held that since life evolved from matter (nature) then the human mind had evolved out of matter as well.

William James, Charles Sanders Peirce, Oliver Wendell Holmes and John Dewey comprised a group of scholars who founded an entire school of philosophy (pragmatism) on Darwinian materialism.

Their goal was to expand Darwinian materialism (naturalism) into a complete worldview to rival the supernatural Biblical worldview." (Total Truth: Liberating Christianity from its Cultural Captivity, Nancy Pearce, pp. 228-229)

Pragmatists utterly rejected the  unenlightened "non-scientific and anti-evolutionary" view of man created in the spiritual image of God, thereby rejecting the view that mind transcends matter in favor of the Darwinian view that mind is produced by matter.

Naturalism (materialism) is a modern form of monism and refers to the view that nature (or matter) is the Ultimate Substance of which the universe and all life collectively consist, thus "all is one." C. S. Lewis describes naturalism as a box with its top sealed tightly closed in order to keep out God and the supernatural realm.

There are two basic kinds of modern naturalism: physical materialism (i.e., Atomism) and occult pantheism (i.e., Eastern Advaita Vedanta and New Age spirituality).

The two kinds differ chiefly about whether the First Cause or Absolute Substance is physical matter or psychic matter (energy): an unknowing, unknowable, amoral mind (i.e., Brahman, Void).

However, both kinds are united by their rejection of the transcendent, personal God and the supernatural realm and by their acceptance of some form of evolution, which serves as an impersonal, mechanical process of development.

In the West, modern naturalism of the physical materialist kind originated in the metaphysics of the ancient Ionians and Stoics during the sixth century BC. However, it was the Atomists (Leucippus/Democritus, 460-357 BC; Epicurus, 342-270 BC; and Lucretius, 96-55 BC) who methodically developed philosophical materialism.

Atomism set all things in ceaseless, purposeless motion by reducing everything---including man, his soul, and even his thoughts---to mindless atoms perpetually colliding with each other in a void. Man was reduced to a soulless, mindless machine that could only ‘see' a tree because the tree emitted atoms which entered machine-man's eyes and implanted themselves onto his brain. This view has changed very little:

"We are descended from robots, and composed of robots..." --Daniel C. Dennett, Kinds of Minds

Plato and Aristotle were the most forceful and compelling critics of Atomism. In Book X of Laws, Plato indicts the Atomists for reversing the natural order by placing brute matter before Nous (mind/soul), and for the reductionism that sets everything in motion and reduces man to a machine. Plato foresees only misery, social disintegration and ultimately, "the ruin of both states and families" should Atomism become the accepted view.

Though supernatural Christianity reared a mighty barrier against Atomism, it would be resurrected--- along with its occult pantheist counterpart--during the Renaissance, thence by stages to rationalism, empiricism, idealism, progressivism, socialism, communism, Darwinism and finally to America's pragmatists who in one fell stroke, not only reversed the natural order but because Darwinism posits an inverted exegesis, inverted it as well.

With respect to Satan, what this means is that since there was no fall from God's good creation, then Lucifer is not the Devil but like man, an upward evolving conscious product of nature. This is why Enlightenment-era modernists laughed at the idea of Lucifer as the devil since they knew he was really the Mind of the Universe.

In 1872 Fyodor Dostoevsky published his book, Demons.  Dostoevsky had thoroughly analyzed ‘modern’ ideas such as empiricism and concluded that they were of the Devil. Thus the theme of Demons is the arrival in Russia of supposedly rational, scientific ideas from Western Europe that turn out to be demons. The demons cannot be seen since they are ideas that 'eat' (possess) men who willingly receive them into their minds.

The common nature of the "ideas" is demonic because all are types of naturalism which on one hand deny the existence of the supernatural dimension hence the living, personal God while on the other posit either eternally existing or spontaneously generated matter. So rather than the devil’s original pre-flood question, "did God really mean...?" we now have "does He really even exist?"

Hegel's dialectic, Karl Marx's dialectical materialism, Darwin's materialist theory, and James radical empiricism for example, reduce everything to matter. All are types of naturalism.

Here is what Hans Jonas has to say about 'matter' in "The Gnostic Religion," his full-scale study of the heretical world of Gnosticism. From the time of the ancients the structure of the universe has been viewed as watery chaos (primordial matter), thus with Gnostics:

"Sea or waters is a standing gnostic symbol for the world of matter or of darkness into which the divine has sunk. Thus the Nassenes interpreted Ps. 29: 3 and 10, about God's inhabiting the abyss and His voice ringing out over the waters as follows: 'The many waters is the multifarious world of mortal generation into which the god Man has sunk and out of whose depth he cries up to the supreme God, the Primal Man, his unfallen original.." (p. 117)

Jonas compares ancient Christian-era Gnosticism to its' 'modern scientific' counterpart. With the former,

"Gnostic man is thrown into an antagonistic, anti-divine, and therefore anti-human nature..."

Yet the hostile, demonic world of physical matter is still anthropomorphic (humanized), familiar even in its foreignness, and the contrast provides some direction, negative direction to be sure, but one,

"...that has behind it the sanction of the negative transcendence to which the...world is the qualitative counterpart." (pp. 338-339)

Modern Gnostic man however, is thrown into a completely indifferent world of matter. This case represents,

"...the absolute vacuum, the really bottomless pit."

Unlike the former case, modern scientific conceptions such as radical empiricism and methodological naturalism strip matter of even the tiniest bit of anthropomorphism so that not even this antagonistic quality is granted,

"....to the indifferent nature of modern science, and from that nature no direction at all can be elicited." (ibid)

For fifteen hundred years, Christendom and then later Protestant America had followed St. Augustine (AD 354-430) in affirming that as all men are the spiritual image-bearers of the transcendent One God in three Persons then it logically follows that each human being is a person, a trinity of being — of soul, spirit, and body.

But for over two hundred years, ancient anti-human evolutionary materialist cosmogonies, philosophies, natural science, materialist psychology, and dogmas have been working their way through our culture, embedding themselves, often unconsciously, within our psyches, causing us to believe that we are less than nothing (chimp-pig hybrids, robots, apes) and unleashing a rising tide of despair, rage, madness, murder and mayhem.

The Occult Worldview of Satan

The idea that man can become God was first whispered in Eve’s ear by Satan, the father of the occult worldview, that is, the evolving universe of matter and energy.  In condensed form it began when the Devil lied to mankind's first parents, saying "You will surely not die," "Your eyes will be opened," and "You will be like God," "knowing good and evil." (Gen. 3:4,5)

Respectively, these lies suggest that man will live forever even if he rebels against the commands of the Triune God; that  by his own innate powers he can discover secret enlightenment revelatory of both his true identity as God and the knowledge of the universe of evolving matter and psychic energies; that by self-will and rebellion against God he can, by way of magic and help from spirits, become godlike and gain forbidden psychic powers; and finally, that a condition of self-control and moral purity is counterproductive since only personal experiences and final transcendence of good and evil will make him like God.

From the pre-flood world to the post-flood world of Ham and Nimrod on through to our own time, the basic foundations of the occult worldview consistently teach the following elements:

1. Monism and evolution:  Though there are different forms of monism the common denominator of them all is the idea that the universe and everything in it consists of or is reducible to one substance in process of evolution.  In direct contrast to the Biblical teaching that though men are made in the spiritual image of God they do not partake of God's being (Gen. 1:27), with Darwinism for instance, God, mind, and spirit are reducible to one substance: matter in the form of the neural complexity of the brain, meaning that divine consciousness (God reduced to psychic energy) operates within the neural complexity of man's brain.  So God is within the brain of man:

Since the unconscious is God all along, we may further define the goal of spiritual growth to be the attainment of godhood by the conscious self.” (A Different Drum, M. Scott Peck)

Mystical forms of monism characteristically accept some form of pantheism, exemplified by for example, Teilhard de Chardin'sAdvaita Hindu pantheist New Religion and Leonard Sweet's Quantum Spirituality based in Teilhard's conceptions.  Advaita (monistic) Hinduism teaches the one ultimate reality of which everything consists is Nirguna Brahman (an impersonal God-force or Void) while Teilhard's system reduces everything to Omega---his version of Brahman.

It is the monistic premise of both Darwinism and mystical occult monism that makes them fundamentally anti-Christian.  In Dr. Gary North's excellent evaluation of monism, "Unholy Spirits: Occultism and New Age Humanism," North writes that,

"...there is a permanent, unbridgeable gap between the ultimate being of God and the derivative being of creatures.  There is a Creator-creature distinction (meaning that) men do not partake of God's being...they are not of the same substance as God.  There is no more fundamental doctrine than this one.  Significantly, in every form of occultism this principle is denied....Satan's old temptation to man hinges on his denial and man's denial of the Creator-creature distinction..."  (pp. 59-61)

2. God is ultimately impersonaland one with nature as opposed to God as wholly 'other' (supernatural), personal and loving (John 3:16)

3. Man's true identity is God since he is one with (shares) God's being as opposed to man created in God's spiritual image though not sharing the being of God. (Gen. 1:27)

4. Since there is only one substance, then evil is in harmony with the amoral god-substance or force.  In contrast, Scripture teaches that evil operates in opposition to God's holy nature (1 Peter 1:14, 15; 3:12)

5. Gnostic illumination or enlightenment (salvation) is achieved through self-realization (awareness of personal divinity) by various occult spiritist practices, i.e., séances, spells, automatic writing, meditation, hypnosis, Ouija boards, shamanic drumming, Kundalini yoga, visualization, mind-altering drugs, transformational festivals, trance music and centering.

Occult salvation is the antithesis of salvation based on the atonement (Christ's suffering and death for sin) and received as a free gift by grace through faith in God and Christ (John 3:16; 5:24; 6:47; 17:3)

6. Psychic or spiritual powers resulting from initiation into occult spiritist practices (see above) that open the mind, or third eye according to occult lore, to contact with and even possession by aggressively hostile spirits and are often used for personal power.   In contrast, Scripture teaches that spiritual gifts are distinct from and work in opposition to occult psychic powers.  They are given by God to His people for service to others ( 1 Cor. 12:4-11; 14:3)

7. Eternal cyclic incarnation into different bodies over thousands or millions of years or reabsorption (annihilation and/or personal extinction) into the impersonal substance.   In opposition, Scripture teaches personal immortality in either eternal heaven or hell (Matthew 25:46)

In monism, whether Darwinian or mystical occult versions, the traditional Western Judeo-Christian ways of thinking and perceiving are rejected because "all is one,"  This means there is no ultimate distinction between Jesus Christ and Satan, male and female, true and false, good and evil, moral and immoral, bent and straight, holy and unholy, or right and wrong because "true reality" (the one substance) is beyond the illusory categories associated with the natural (physical) world. In other words, murder, genocide, rape, lesbianism, sodomy, pederasty, pedophilia, lying, cheating and theft cannot be considered evil if evil itself is in harmony with the divine one substance.

While nothing can really be considered evil, nor can anything really be considered good.  So love, honesty, integrity, courage, fidelity, and commitment cannot be considered good and worthy for the same reason evil cannot be considered evil.

Finally, there is no such thing as personhood (genuine personality)  because true reality (the one substance) is not personal.  In other words, because the One God in three Persons who made all men in His spiritual image, thereby endowing all men with genuine personality (personhood) is an illusion, then so are ideas of personhood and unalienable rights from the living, personal God.  In fact, since personality is supposedly a hindrance to occult spiritual enlightenment, it must be destroyed.

The occult worldview of Satan has been with us from the pre-flood days of Noah.  Today its' most highly developed forms are Wicca and Advaita Hinduism and derivatives such as the occult New Age spirituality overspreading the West and America and penetrating into the whole body of the Christian church.

Judges 2:10-13: The Opening of America's Anti-Christian Chapter

When also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers; and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the Lord, nor yet the works which He had done for Israel.  Then the Israelites did evil in the eyes of the Lord and served the Baals. They forsook the Lord, the God of their ancestors, who had brought them out of Egypt. They followed and worshiped various gods of the peoples around them. They aroused the Lord’s anger...they forsook him and served Baal and the Ashtoreths."  Judges 2:10-13

In his book “New Evangelicalism: the New World Order,” Paul Smith, the younger brother of Pastor Chuck Smith of Calvary Chapel, reports that the second generation sons of faithful evangelicals and evangelical pastors are going astray.  Among those who have already done so are Daniel Fuller, Frank Schaeffer, Rick Warren, and Chuck Smith Jr. (p. 177)

"New" evangelicals are traveling the broad smooth road to compromise, syncretism, universalism and evolutionary pantheism taken years ago by mainline Protestantism.  Already some apostate evangelicals have embraced and are teaching pantheist conceptions of Jesus Christ.

In the “The Christ of the New Age Movement,” Ron Rhodes notes that apostate evangelical, now New Age theologian David Spangler defines Christ as a cosmic principle:

Any old Christ will not do, not if we need to show that we have something better than the mainstream Christian traditions. It must be a cosmic Christ, a universal Christ, a New Age Christ.” The Christ is not so much a religious figure, “but rather a cosmic principle, a spiritual presence whose quality infuses and appears in various ways in all the religions and philosophies that uplift humanity and seek unity with spirit.” (“The Christ of the New Age Movement: Part One in a Two-Part Series on New Age Christology,” cited in “A Quantum Cosmic Christ,” Herescope BlogSpot, June 2012)

The cosmic Christ is the Omega refashioned.   The Omega is the Hermetic Hindu-pantheist divine One Substance featured by apostate Catholic theologian Teilhard de Chardin in his New Religion and now by Leonard Sweet in his Quantum Spirituality.

Leonard Sweet, preacher, scholar, and ordained United Methodist clergyman teaches a version of de Chardin's New Religion that he calls Quantum Spirituality. Sweet has remolded Omega as an embodiment of God in process of evolving within the substance of creation:

Quantum spirituality bonds us to all creation as well as to other members of the human family…. This entails a radical doctrine of embodiment of God in the very substance of creation…. But a spirituality that is not in some way entheistic (whether pan- or trans-), that does not extend to the spirit-matter of the cosmos, is not Christian.” (ibid, Leonard Sweet, Quantum Spirituality: A Postmodern Apologetic “)

The fall of the Christian Church is not limited to the Evangelical Church but rather the disaster is manifest over the entire denominational spectrum from the Presbyterian Church USA, which has lost hundreds of churches in the last few years, to the Episcopal and Catholic denominations.

In “Tidings of Discomfort and Joy,” Jamie Dean describes a scorched earth policy being conducted by the apostate Episcopal Church against faithful Anglicans leaving TEC:

TEC leaders have fought dozens of court battles to force congregations leaving the denomination to forfeit the buildings they, their parents, and their grandparents paid for.” (Jamie Dean, World Magazine, Dec. 28, 2013)

Phil Ashey of the American Anglican Council, an advocacy group for parishes and dioceses leaving TEC, says these conflicts are a kind of “first fruits” of what faithful Christians outside TEC could face in coming years.

Since TEC consecrated openly homosexual Gene Robinson as its first ’gay’ bishop a decade ago, hundreds of churches have fled the denomination.  Departing churches emphasize TEC’s approval of open homosexuality as an outgrowth of deeper doctrinal problems: TEC leadership has questioned the authority of Scripture for decades.

Under Katherine Jefferts Schori, the first female presiding bishop, the scorched earth policy has reached new heights.  The apostate Schori said this is because,

Bad behavior must be confronted.” (ibid)

Schori preaches a brand of evolutionary pantheism while masquerading as a Christian bishop.  As she mocks the crucial doctrines of the Christian faith, including the God of creation, the Incarnation, and the Trinity, she calls on  Christians to boldly cross the frontier to become God while she taunts the Lord by use of the name Big Man,

“... and then points her finger at everyone listening and tells them that they have “missed the boat.” Jefferts Schori then proclaims that she has the answer for this. We all need the “act of crossing boundaries” to become God after which our hands become a “sacrament of mission.” In this way Schori continues “her mission of destroying the Christian faith through her rhetorical device of dismissive ridicule. (The False Theology of Episcopalian Bishop Katherine Jefferts Schori,” Sarah Frances Ives, PhD, VirtueOnline,   Wednesday, July 11, 2012)

Within the Catholic Church losses have also been devastating, said Patrick Buchanan:

“…Catholic losses have been staggering (and) Catholics who remain in the Church are not nearly as firm in the faith or devout as their parents were.  The institutional shrinkage mirrors a spreading disbelief in doctrines that define the faith.  Millions of Catholic children are being taught their faith by heretics.”  (Suicide of a Super Power: Will America Survive to 2025? pp. 91-93)

Evolutionary pantheism quietly infiltrated the Catholic Church years ago.  Bishop Fulton J. Sheen identifies the infamous heretic Teilhard de Chardin as the main villain:

As one looks at the various trends in our day, one sees that Teilhard’s conception of spirituality is in the forefront. He knew that he had to pass through many hazards, but he was directed principally to the cosmic world.....His fundamental orientation was “to attain heaven through the fulfillment of earth. Christify matter.” (Bishop Fulton J. Sheen, Footprints In A Darkened Forest, p. 73)

By any name, Quantum Spirituality, Evolutionary Christianity, Schori’s brand of evolutionary pantheism or Teilhard’s New Religion, all are a synthesis of heresies whose primary doctrine is evolution.

The Disappearance of God

Dr. R. Albert Mohler, president of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, describes our age as marked by so much spiritual and theological confusion that the God of the Bible has largely disappeared from view and been replaced by,

“…less imposing deities that are more amenable to the modern mind.” (The Disappearance of God, Mohler, p. xiii)

We are witnessing the secularization, paganization and evaporation of orthodox Biblical theism to which must be added rebellion against every vestige of authority, an inversion of history caused by evolutionary thinking, the privatization of truth and,

“.....the fact that millions of Americans claim a divine right to their own spiritual cocoon and belief system.”   Americans, “now lay claim to their ‘own personal Jesus.’ This personal vision of Jesus Christ may well bear little or no resemblance to Jesus as He is revealed in the Bible.”  (xiii)

We are on the very brink of an anti-orthodox Christian mentality empowered and promoted by America’s apostate paganized 'church.’  This development is approved and applauded by America's cultural elites.  For a long time our ‘highly evolved’ cultural elites–political, legal, judicial, academic, scientific, entertainment, education—have not only been largely post-Christian in their mentality but openly hostile:

NBC’s sitcom “The New Normal” isn’t just trying to remake society for the Gay Left. It’s trying to remake Christianity, which is to say, destroy it.”    (Brent Bozell, “The New Normal Christianity?” Townhall.com, Oct 26, 2012)

Paganized, post-Christian, sexually emancipated America is in a very advanced state of moral decay.  Years ago when its’ decay was not as advanced, Pitirim Sorokin even then compared it with the morally depraved, sexually decadent social conditions in the Old Kingdom of Egypt 4,500 years ago just prior to its collapse.   In his book, “The American Sex Revolution,” Sorokin reported that in the Old Kingdom:

Sexual anarchy assumed extreme forms and spread through a large part of the population. Side by side with an increase of sexual perversions, a shameless sexual promiscuity also greatly increased. They seduced members of the same family. Relations between father and daughter…..son and mother…….Adultery, rape……prostitution greatly increased………homosexual love entered the mores of the population……all the aberrations of morbid eroticism……..unnatural relations, flagellations, and sodomy.” (p. 93)

When sodomy becomes not just socially acceptable to a people but is rather a cause for celebration then collapse cannot be far behind:

The Southern Decadence Festival is one of our nation’s most notorious celebrations of sodomy, public sex acts, prostitution, drunkenness, and worse, but is by no means the only such festival. According to this year’s Autumn Gay Pride Calendar, decadence festivals are held over and across post-Christian America and Western Europe as well as in Canada, Hong Kong, Australia, Thailand, Brazil, Belarus, Ireland, Japan, Scotland, China, S. Africa, India and Taipei. (“Sex slaves, sexual anarchy and decadence festivals: ominous signs of something really rotten,” L. Kimball, Renew America, Oct. 25, 2012)

One of the central realities of America’s moral decay was the dawning of a post-Christian culture now rapidly transitioning into an anti-orthodox Christian society.

The anti-orthodox Christian consciousness is now well developed. Tolerance is perverted into a radical secularism that is wholly open to ‘gay’ marriage and sodomy, abortion as  legalized ‘choice,’ perverse sex education for children, occult practices, Satanism, sorcery, Wicca, magic, nudity, pornography and Decadence Festivals but intolerant of God’s Authority, Moral Law and sexual ethics.  The post-Christian mind is closed to the eternally unchanging higher truths of God but completely open to the idea that truth has no objective or absolute basis whatsoever.  Indeed, the postmodern mind has a fanatical dedication to moral relativism, love of self, pleasure, and its own personal Jesus idols and gods, be they evolution-gods, science-gods, mystical passion-gods, Omegas, gods-of-reason or something else.

We are living in an age of deep and undeniable breakdown, an age of darkness and spreading evil where moral constraints and restraints have been thrown off in the name of a liberation that does not emancipate but enslave.  Our increasingly bizarre age is marked by a fundamental failure of conviction in unison with deepening corruption and lawlessness characterized by pathological lying, hard-edged egotism and warped, distorted personalities; but then Scripture has told us that sinners love darkness rather than the light.

Something is happening to the consciousness of this age.   A counter-conversion of consciousness is closing the soul to Jesus Christ while opening it to powers of darkness.  If we listen closely said Albert Mohler, we can hear something,

“....like the closing of a steel door—a solemn, cataclysmic slamming of a door.” (p. 166)

No matter how much discomfort and suffering it causes us we nevertheless need to "wake up" and "see" and “comprehend” these developments in order to understand the challenges we are already facing and those yet to come.  We are in a time of shaking, and there is far worse to come.  We are about to see what remains and what falls. There is a sense, said Dr. Mohler, that we are waiting for a signal for something to tell us which way we are going to go,

Something is happening and about to happen.   The landscape is changing, the skies are darkening—and this is something we know with a spiritual perception, a spiritual sense, a spiritual urgency.  Something is happening that we as believers in the Lord Jesus Christ should see and understand. For we cannot say that we were not warned.” (pp. 158, 164, 166)

The Worldview of Fallen Angels

".....the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one."  1 John 5:19    "Therefore take heed that the light which is in you is not darkness."  Luke 11:35

During the 1970s Satanism and possession became front page news here in America.  It was during this time that the eminent theologian Malachi Martin, a former Jesuit professor at the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome published his shattering book on demon possession.

Martin's "Hostage to the Devil: the Possession and Exorcism of Five Contemporary Americans," presents five cases of actual possession that express important aspects of the worldview of fallen angels which allow us to not only identify these elements but discern their devastating effects within the whole body of the Christian church, the minds of millions of Americans and by extension, our nation.

To begin, the worldview of fallen angels will always take the form of nature worship, or worship of created stuff (i.e., energy, matter) as opposed to worship of the living, personal Creator Who created everything. Thus it will be naturalistic, meaning life created itself, monistic (i.e., World Soul, Omega, Quantum Void) and virulently anti-Genesis account creation ex nihilo.

Through the demon possessing Carl, a gifted parapsychologist, Hearty, the priest conducting Carl's exorcism learns that the possessing demons engineered Carl's astral travels and taught him "the knowledge of the universe." (pp. 386, 390)

With respect to the idea of "astral travels," occult lore holds that etheric or out-of-body astral traveling takes place within the astral planes and sub-planes comprising the habitations,

"(of all) supernatural entities, the locale of gods and demons, the void where the thoughtforms dwell, the region inhabited by spirits of the air and other elements, and the various heavens and hells with their angelic and demonic hosts....With the help of ritual procedures, trained persons believe that they can 'rise on the planes,' and experience these regions in full awareness." ("Beyond the Body: The Human Double and the Astral planes, Benjamin Walker, 1974, pp. 117-8)

From the time of Nimrod, fallen angels have been teaching astral plane conceptions, which is why they are well-known around the world in their many arcane traditions:

"References to this reality are the Dreaming of the Australian Aborigines, the Spirit-world of Shamanism, the Duart of the ancient Egyptians, the Bardo (Intermediate State) of the Tibetans, the Imaginal world of Islamic Esotericism – e.g. the Barzakh (Interworld) or of Suhrawardi and the Mithal (Imaginal realm) of Ibn Arabi – the Universe of Asiyah of some Kabbalists, or of Yetzirah according to others. Other descriptions are the Nervo degree of the Physical State of Theon, the Astral or 2nd Prakritic plane (corresponding to the Linga Sharira or Subtle or Astral body) and the Kama (Desire-Plane) of Blavatsky, the Astral Plane of the Adyar school of Theosophy and of popular occultism, Rudolf Steiner's "Soul World"; and the Vital and Subtle Physical described by Sri Aurobindo and Mirra. These are just a few of the innumerable descriptions of this plane of existence." (The Astral Plane, kheper.net)

The Apostle Paul speaks not of astral planes and the beings supposedly existing there but of fallen angels, the "spirits of wickedness under the heavens," (Eph. 6:12) and their chief, "the prince of the powers of the air." (Eph. 2:2)

According to Paul, fallen angels are dispersed in a multitude throughout the whole expanse of sky which is visible to us, the dwelling place for the host of fallen angels who have been cast down from heaven.

With respect to the "knowledge of the universe,"  imparted by the evil spirit, Carlwas taught that "humans are just a part of the universe...parts of a greater physical being."  This non-life-bearing being or substance is the evolving "universe of matter" and "psychic forces" that somehow account for human beings.  In modern scientific theory, the idea that life mechanically emerges or evolves from inert chemicals or matter is abiogenesis.  In this way of thinking, humans are excited nodes of the universe, as some quantum physicists teach, or "star folk," the evolved product of "star stuff" according to Carl Sagan.

During the five-day exorcism, the vision of the self-created universe of animated matter taught by the possessing spirit was disclosed to Hearty.   According to the evil spirit:

"...men, women, animals, plants, cities, oceans (are) interconnected.  There is really no difference between one thing and anything else....land, ocean, animals, humans, plants are one living organism clad in the shell of breathable atmosphere.  Psychic forces bind it all together....It is a self-creating, self-protecting, self-developing thing.....Earth as mother, as womb, as god, as tomb, as a whole unity protected by its own shell and its own strength (is) all there is." (ibid, p. 395)

This is the likeness of today's occult Luciferian New Age spirituality, right down to the concept of the Big Bang (Cosmic Egg), which supposedly created matter and energy (psychic forces) in the demon's description of the universe as "self-creating;"  inflation in the description of the universe as a "self-developing thing;" Goddess Gaia as the "Earth as self-protecting mother;" and both the collectivist (oneness, sameness) vision of totalitarian socialism and its pagan ideal of androgyny based on the interconnectivity of men, women, children, plants, and oceans with the one substance.

One of the most important exorcism cases involved David, a Catholic priest who became obsessed with the Hindu-pantheist evolutionism of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, one of the ‘fathers’ of occult New Age spirituality. Teilhard’s destructive influence is widespread today within the Catholic Church and increasingly within the Protestant.

Martin writes that Teilhard set out to make it intellectually possible for a Christian to accept the theories of Darwin and his own Hindu pantheist evolutionary conception  and still retain his faith.  But faith in what?

A "new" andscientifically "improved" Christianity--- a syncretic, Hindu-pantheist religion of evolution:

“(a) religion of the future” (definable as a “religion of evolution”) cannot fail to appear before long: a new mysticism, the germ of which (as it happens when anything is born) must be recognizable somewhere in our environment, here and now." (Christianity and Evolution,Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, p. 240, on-line source, lighthousetrailsresearch)

". . . the Cross still stands . . . But this is on one condition, and one only: that it expand itself to the dimensions of a New Age, and cease to present itself to us as primarily (or even exclusively) the sign of a victory over sin. . . (pp. 219-220)

"The more I study the matter, the more I am forced to accept this evidence that original sin, conceived in the form still attributed to it today, is an intellectual and emotional straitjacket." (p. 80)

". . . if a Christ is to be completely acceptable as an object of worship, he must be presented as the saviour of the idea and reality of evolution. (p.78)

"A general convergence of religions upon a universal Christ who fundamentally satisfies them all: that seems to me the only possible conversion of the world, and the only form in which a religion of the future can be conceived." (p. 130)

"What I am proposing to do is to narrow that gap between pantheism and Christianity by bringing out what one might call the Christian soul of Pantheism or the pantheist aspect of Christianity." (p. 56)

"From the most distant origin of things until their unforeseeable consummation, through the countless convulsions of boundless space, the whole nature is slowly and irresistibly undergoing the supreme consecration. Fundamentally — since all time and for ever — but one single thing is being made in creation: the body of Christ." (pp. 74-75)

". . . I can be saved only by becoming one with the universe." (p. 128)

". . . the Christian renaissance whose time is biologically due is on the point of emerging. . ."(p. 148)

"After what will soon be two thousand years, Christ must be born again, he must be reincarnated in a world that has become too different from that in which he lived." (p. 95)

"I believe that the Messiah whom we await, whom we all without any doubt await, is the universal Christ; that is to say, the Christ of evolution." (P. 95)

In "Teilhard de Chardin: Trojan Horse of Vatican II/Heretic Extraordinaire," Dr. J.P. Hubert quotes Teilhard as saying his ambition is to spread around a new religion,

"....in which the personal God ceases to be the great Neolithic proprietor of former times in order to become the soul of our world..."  (amaiceducation.blog.com, 2011)

Teilhard sought to make the Hermetic transformism of Darwin's biological evolution palatable to Catholic theologians eager to embrace modern evolutionary science, said Hubert, and while Teilhard was barred by the Vatican from teaching his heretical theology, he was never forced to repudiate it as heretical.  Clearly his writings establish at the very least he was a notorious pagan materialist heretic,

"arguably the most infamous of the 20th century. Given that he essentially instituted a New Religion he was an apostate from the faith as well."

It would not seem illegitimate, said Hubert, to wonder whether based on Teilhard's admission of a mystical experience if his heresy and apostasy were satanically inspired. Teilhard describes his strange encounter:

"The man was walking in the desert...when the Thing swooped down on him.  Then, suddenly, a breath of scorching air passed across his forehead, broke through the barrier of his closed eyelids; an irresistible rapture took possession of him....mightily refashioning the enfeebled fibres of his being.  And at the same time the anguish of some superhuman peril oppressed him, a confused feeling that the force which had swept down upon him was equivocal, turbid, the combined essence of all evil and goodness.  You called me: here I am grown weary of abstractions, of attenuations, of the wordiness of social life, you wanted to pit yourself against Reality entire and untamed.  I was waiting for you in order to be made holy.  And now I am established on you for life, or for death....He who has once seen me can never forget me: he must either damn himself with me or save me with himself.  O you who are divine and mighty, what is your name? Speak."

 Hubert concludes that Teilhardism is,

"...no doubt of Satanic origin---a true "religion of man," if ever there was one."

Prior to David's obsession with Teilhardism, Martin writes that he was destined to become a professor of anthropology at a Catholic university.  But afterward, David came to see that the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo, and Adam and Eve as the first man and woman and parents of all mankind and how they fell and passed on Original Sin to all human beings were utterly contrary to Darwinian theory and modern scientific thinking.

Believing that Teilhardism could bridge the gap, David taught anthropology from a "modern science" perspective, even going so far as to exclude traditional presentations of doctrines about creation ex nihilo and Original Sin.  But after introducing Teilhardism to his students, doubts arose when he observed the effects of this teaching upon Jonathan, one of his students who was a priest.

The startling influence of Teilhardism upon Jonathan led him to insist,

"that all the sacraments were no more than expressions of man's natural unity with the world around him."

David saw clearly for the first time that Teilhardism exalted man as an animal and pictured,

"God as no more than the very bowels of earth and sky and the spatial distances of the universe with all its expanding galaxies." (Martin, p. 107)

Jonathan left the church and founded his own cult among wealthy Manhattan families.  He preached that the universe and all people were as “one” in a naturally occurring mystical union which he called "Abba Father." (p. 127)

Martin writes that Jonathan had come under the dominion of an evil spirit and David was called in to exorcise him.  However, speaking through Jonathan the evil spirit ridiculed David, saying they both believed the same things, and that if Jonathan needed exorcism David needed it more.

This led David to many weeks of agonizing soul-searching in which he re-examined and finally repented of the intellectual arrogance that led him to embrace Teilhardism along with the "higher criticism" of Scriptures that reduced the Revealed Word to myth, allegory and delusion and the death of Jesus to an insignificant event of the pastrather than,

"…an ever present source of personal forgiveness and unshakable hope for any future." (p. 149)

According to Martin, the evil spirit influencing David and who had nearly succeeded in killing his faith now taunted him that to return to faith would entail slavery of mind and will.   But when David deliberately rejected the demon's taunts,

"...a great and breathtaking dimension full of relief....flooded his mind and will and imagination....And when he now looked at the world of nature around him...and heard the song of a mockingbird nearby, he received it no longer as he had while a Teilhardian evolutionist, as 'intimations of molecules endlessly regrouping,' but rather 'of endless life for each person, and of love without a shadow." (pp. 163, 165)

His faith in God, Christ, Holy Spirit and Scripture restored, David was ready to exorcise the evil spirit who possessed Jonathan.  He did so,

"...in the name of God who created him (Jonathan) and you (evil spirit), and of Jesus of Nazareth who saved him!  You will depart and get back to the uncleanness and agony you chose." (p. 169)

As the five cases of possession and actual exorcism show, the teachings of evolution in all its forms, together with naturalism, astral plane traveling and other occult magic teachings are worldview tools by which fallen angels and demons have been separating mankind from God the Creator since the pre-flood world.  And today, variations of these same teachings have captured the minds of millions of Americans within and without the whole body of the Christian church.

Malachi Martin has done the whole body of the church a great service by extensively documenting the worldview of fallen angels.  And now that he is with our Lord, he has doubtless heard Him say,

"...welcome home, my good and faithful servant!"

Man is God? No. "You are of Nothing." Isaiah 41:24

Evolutionary humanists, whether atheist, pantheist or theological, have a materialist philosophy that faithful Christians share.  The principal doctrine of Christianity is that the living, personal Creator God became flesh (i.e., matter) in Jesus Christ.   The Christian God is One God in three Persons and the ultimate aim of the Way of Christ is not just the salvation of immortal souls (the unseen inner person) but the resurrection of the material body (the seen) in incorruptibility.

Christian reality consists of two interacting halves, hence this earth (the seen/material dimension) is really a theater where men live out their lives on its stage being observedby other men (the seen) and by the living, personal God, holy angels, unholy angels and demons  (the unseen).

Men cannot see God and very rarely do they see angels but they can see and hear us. God tests our hearts for good and evil, knows our secrets, motives, and thoughts (Psa. 17:3; 44:21; 139: 1-4) and both righteous angels and malevolent fallen angels and demon are all around us, watching, listening, helping if righteous, if not then tempting men to sin, corrupting minds, and speaking persuasive delusions  into the minds of men.

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." Genesis 1:27, KJB

According to the Christian view of reality, the essence of the human is not the body (the flesh), but the soul/spirit:

It is the soul alone that God made in his own image and the soul that he loves....For the sake of the soul...the Son of God came into the world...." (Incomplete Work on Matthew, Homily 25, Ancient Christian Devotional, Oden and Crosby, p. 153)

Building off of the Christian view of reality St. Augustine (AD 354-430) affirmed that as all men are the spiritual image-bearers of the transcendent One God in three Persons then it logically follows that each human person is a trinity of being — of soul, spirit and body (physical matter).

The noblest part of the soul is spirit (the heart). Spirit is immortal and self-aware. It can will and think and is freely responsible for what it thinks, wills, and does.

Spirit is the unique property that distinguishes soul from the material body in which it is fully embedded. In Biblical thought, spirit allows man to spiritually transcend the natural or ‘seen’ dimension in order to access the unseen or 3rd heaven, thereby allowing him to enter into a personal relationship with the Spirit of God. Through this relationship, the dead spirit of man’s mind, conscience and will is renewed over time, thus enabling him to more perfectly orient the manner of his existence in this world in preparation for eternity.

In Christian thought, a person is a spirit and personality is the total individuality of the spirit. Without spirit there is no person.

The key to personal liberty in the natural dimension is man's spiritual liberty contrasted against a genetically programmed animal-like orientation. Animals have souls but not spirits which are linked to intelligence, imagination, sensitivity, self-consciousness, reflection and the capacity for truth and moral goodness.

A person is uniquely free because he can spiritually transcend his material brain to access the 3rd heaven as Paul affirms:

"Now the Lord is Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom" (2 Cor. 3:17)

Vishal Mangalwadi, India's foremost Christian scholar observes that the unique concept of man as God's spiritual image-bearer gave birth to the "belief in the unique dignity of human beings," and this is,

"...the force that created Western civilization, where citizens do not exist for the state but the state exists for the individuals. Even kings, presidents, prime ministers, and army generals cannot be allowed to trample upon an individual and his or her rights." (Truth and Transformation: A Manifesto for Ailing Nations, pp. 12-13)

The Christian view of reality does not stop at materialism as neo-pagan evolutionary naturalism in its various permutations does by positing only the existence of either divinized or un-divinized void and psychic matter in motion (natural processes):

"...one belief that all true original Darwinians held in common, and that was their rejection of creationism, their rejection of special creation. This was the flag around which they assembled and under which they marched.... The conviction that the diversity of the natural world was the result of natural processes and not the work of God was the idea that brought all the so-called Darwinians together in spite of their disagreements on other of Darwin's theories." (One Long Argument, 1991, p. 99, Ernst Mayr (d. 2005), Professor of Zoology at Harvard University)

Though evolutionary theists and progressive creationists claim to be Christian, due to their rejection of the Authoritative inerrant Revelation of God and Special Creation in favor of man-centered evolutionary narratives and sciencethey are Christian in name only.  By their choices they demonstrate their alliance with evolutionary atheists and pantheists of every stripe:

"We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of its failure to fulfill many of its extravagant promises of health and life, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just-so stories, because we have a prior commitment, a commitment to materialism. It is not that the methods and institutions of science somehow compel us to accept a material explanation of the phenomenal world, but, on the contrary, that we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and a set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counter-intuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is an absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door." ("Billions and Billions of Demons," Richard Lewontin, PhD Zoology, Alexander Agassiz Research Professor at Harvard University)

Both evolutionary humanism and Buddhism are nature religions positing a one-sided view of reality rather than Christianity’s total view of reality encompassing both physical matter and spirit.

Evolutionary humanism’s one-sided view holds that void, which may or may not be called god, and psychic matter in motion encompasses all of reality.  Since this is reality then the physical world is Maya, or illusion.

What chiefly separates evolutionary atheism from its pantheist and theological counterparts is whether matter is physical or nonphysical.  If physical, then the Triune God, heaven, hell, soul/spirit, angels, and demons do not exist.   But if nonphysical, then for example, the Force, Omega, Quantum Void, spirits, ghosts, divine sparks, Transcended Masters, intra-cosmic deities, Orobouros, serpent power, astral planes, divine impersonal mind and Christ consciousness exist but the material world is an illusion.

Brooks Alexander, the founder of The Spiritual Counterfeits Project (SCP), an evangelical ministry and think-tank in Berkeley, California identifies both physical and nonphysical evolutionary conceptions as the two sides of pagan monism. Because they are from the same root they tend to cross-pollinate and mingle,

"…producing a brood of offspring that exhibits the genetic heritage of its parents in a confused and confusing array. Soon it becomes impossible to say whether a given movement, trend or school of thought is a secular impulse that has absorbed Eastern/occult values, or an Eastern/occult teaching that has dressed itself in secular language." (The Rise of Cosmic Humanism: What is Religion?" Brooks Alexander, SCP Journal, 1981-82, p. 2)

For many years evolutionary atheists (or secular humanists) have been quietly crossing over into spiritual or cosmic conceptions of matter and embracing for example, Zen Buddhism and Teilhards idea, which leapfrogs off of Darwin’s godless theory.

The apostate French Jesuit priest Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (1881-1955) taught that an impersonal god-force emerges from spontaneously generated matter.  According to Teilhard, this evolution of a god-force results in evolution becoming “conscious of itself” and ultimately, in the transformation of all physical matter into nonphysical divine matter defined by Teilhard as “Christ consciousness” or “pure spirit.”  Teilhard called this final stage of evolution the “Omega Point” and “the cosmic Christ.”

By the start of the 21st century the one-sided New Age pantheist worldview has finally found both support and 'scientific proof' from members of the scientific community.

In “The Making of the New Spirituality: the Eclipse of the Western Religious Tradition,” James Herrick writes that physicists,

“….claim to have irrefutable scientific proof for the foundational pantheism of the Other Spirituality.” (p. 169)

For example, in the “Quantum Society,” physics writers Danah Zohar and Ian Marshall advocate a new mystical science of pantheism, psychology and sociology grounded in a breathtaking range of practical implications in the,

“…fundamental physics that underlies all else that is in the universe” lending itself to a holistic understanding that “the nature of the mind, the nature of society, and the nature of nature are all one and the same thing…linked by a common physics.” (ibid, p. 170-171)

According to Zohar and Marshall, the physics underlying all else in the universe consist of two sorts of particles, bosons and fermions.  Fermions “are particles that make up things” including “protons, neutrons, and electrons, the basic constituents of the atom.”   In other words, “all of the matter of the universe is made of fermions.”  (ibid)

Thus there are only two kinds of matter in the universe, and fermions are what we call physical matter.  The other kind of matter is the active principle: spiritual and mental boson particles.  Bosons are the fundamental spiritual/mental forces that “bind the universe together---the electromagnetic, the gravitational, the strong and weak nuclear…”   Since bosons appear to “like clustering together,” consciousness and social qualities are most likely boson phenomena.  (ibid)

Both physicists contend that the active spiritual boson is implicated in basic evolutionary processes, thus there is a “whole new ‘metaphysic” of the human in the history of the boson:

If the tendency of two bosons to bunch together at the most basic level of early physical processes can be traced in unbroken sequence to the principles underlying the physical basis for conscious mind,” then “we have traced the origins of the human mind back to primordial physical reality.”  (ibid)

This means that in the social tendencies of ‘thinking’ bosons physicists believe they have discovered the evolutionary origins of the human soul (self) since the boson is the critical link between the soul and the evolutionary emanation or emergence from out of the void of both biological and spiritual life on earth.

Zohar and Marshal conclude that there is no longer any basis in the quantum worldview for any “ontological distinction between the human and the natural.”  Their conclusion represents “a radical shift away from the whole earlier Western worldview,” with its’ total view of reality and this is applauded and greatly appreciated by New World Order occult pantheist globalists.

Zohar and Marshal also find that when physicists probe the deep recesses of the universe they are confronted by a void, an indefinite and seemingly infinite field of energy that they call the ‘quantum vacuum,” a background without features that seems empty yet is where all physical objects originate:

All the waves and particles that we can see and measure, literally, as in the Greek, ex-ist  or ‘stand out from’ an underlying sea of potential that physicists have named the vacuum….just as waves undulate on the sea.”  This ‘sea’ of proto-physicality is an “all pervasive, underlying field of potential…the vacuum.”   (ibid, p. 172)

The ‘quantum vacuum’ is strikingly similar to some Hindu and Buddhist accounts of the origins of physical objects as emanations from the One and/or the Void.   Nor do Zohar and Marshall deny the similarity:

The vacuum spoken of by quantum physicists, like the Buddhist concept of Sunyata, or the Void, to which it is so similar, is replete with potentiality.”   (ibid)

The ultimate discovery of the New Physics is scientific proof of the basic correctness of Benedict Spinoza’s and Hinduism’s pantheistic theology---nature is god and as god is in all things, including man, then man is god too.

You can be as God?

The perennially persuasive Big Lie underlies both physical and nonphysical conceptions. This thought is expressed openly in the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and Dr. Beverly Galyean, leading exponent of occult Luciferian New Age confluent education:

"The Buddhists and the Jains do not depend on God; but the whole force of their religion is directed to the great central truth in every religion: to evolve a God out of man." (Inspired Talks, Ramakrishna Vivekananda Center, 1958, p. 218)

"Once we begin to see that we are all God, that we have the attributes of God, then, I think the whole purpose of human life is to reown the Godlikeness within us...So my whole view is very much based on that idea." (Galyean quoted by Francis Adeney, Educators Look East, Radix 12, No. 3, Nov-Dec. 1980, p. 21)

This same idea expressed in secular terms such as self-realization and self-actualization (a term coined by Abraham Maslow) underlies many contemporary psychotherapies.

Man is God? No, "You are of Nothing"  Isaiah 41:24

“Behold, you are of nothing, and your work of that which hath no being: he that hath chosen you is an abomination.”

If all that exists are void, matter and energies working on and through matter then it logically follows that there is no source for life, conscious life (soul, spirit and will), the two sexes, human dignity and worth, or for unalienable Constitutional rights beginning with the right to life, liberty, and property.

Without the transcendent Triune God meaning drains into meaninglessness and man is reduced to less than nothing, a conclusion Buddha reached long before Marxist Communists attempted to scientifically re-engineer human beings after the fashion of Buddha’s metaphysical nihilism.

Following in Buddha’s footsteps, Western and American evolutionary materialists took our Creator away and replaced Him with Darwinian materialism.  Then they conceptually reduced His spiritual image-bearers to less than nothing, taught monstrous lies as scientific fact, morally corrupted Westerners and Americans, and brutally ridiculed and demonized anyone who dared speak truth to their lies. By these means they set Western and American civilization on the edge of an abyss.

Nihilism (you are of nothing) is spiritual, moral, intellectual and cultural suicide.  It is the devil’s inferno here on earth, the void of everything and nothing in which 2+2=5, death is life, evil is good, lie is truth, up is down, male is female, female is male, rolling in filth is good clean fun, bad is good but evil better.

The unreality of “self” is a waking nightmare fueled by horrors of conscience, obsession with death and hellish terrors of mind that makes suicide, drugs, hedonism, sodomy, pederasty and pedophilia, violence, murder, abortion, euthanasia, and genocide into virtues.

"..... I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing, therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life..." Deuteronomy 30:19-20

"Thou hast brought forth, O Lord, my soul from hell: thou hast saved me from them that go down into the pit." Psalm 30:3

The Second Person of the Holy Trinity, the Living Word become Flesh, Jesus Christ the Physician, came to heal the spiritually sick and dying, to save immortal souls and resurrect material bodies in incorruptibility.

Just as we are on the verge of going down into the pit, ready to depart to the unseen world, if we will repent and turn back to Him then by His providence and grace our Lord will revive our souls and deliver us from those accursed horrors of conscience and ghastly terrors of mind which by reason of our sin are as hell searing itself into and possessing our very minds. (Psalm 116:3)

But whoever rejects the Physician, the Divine Source of life and soul, rejects His prescription, thereby destroys him or herself.   So we ought to turn back to Him right now, before it is too late.

Evolutionary Paganism: the Murderer of Imago Dei

“There is no place in the Humanist worldview for either immortality or God in the valid meanings of those terms. Humanism contends that instead of the gods creating the cosmos, the cosmos, in the individualized form of human beings giving rein to their imagination, created the gods.”     Corliss Lamont, "The Philosophy of Humanism" 1982

As Ellis Washington points out in his brief overview of dialectical materialism, “Secular Humanism is Evolution Atheism,” unless we peer through the worldview lens of dialectical materialism it is impossible for us to understand it, thus we are helpless against its devastating effects. (Washington, Conservative Beacon, Oct. 12, 2013)

Nor is it possible to understand its catastrophic effects on Imago Dei.

What we must understand is that dialectical materialism is a syncretic mixture of pre-flood and post-flood pagan systems updated, revamped and made palatable for modern Westerners and Americans.  Its major ingredients are Hermetic magic, Greek Atomism (physical materialism) and its Eastern pantheist counterparts, Buddhism/Hinduism (spiritualized matter: prakriti), plus alchemical scientism (more magic).

All pagan systems have in common some form of evolution plus transmigration or evolution plus reincarnation. This is because pagan systems are monist, which means that there is just one dimension, an Ultimate Substance consisting of void, matter and mechanical energies (evolution) working on matter pregnant with the possibility of life, spirit, and conscious awareness.

The One Substance is the impersonal, unconscious mind or one-dimensional Reality of which all life and nonlife are aspects in continuity with the One Substance. Thus Hermes Trismegistus taught: As above, so below.

What this means with respect to man is that as he is really just an aspect of the One Substance (unconscious thinking matter in motion) man has no individual soul/spirit (mind). Man is not an individual thinker as the historically unique two-dimensional Biblical worldview teaches. At best he is an aspect of a Collective Communal Consciousness.

In contrast, the Biblical worldview teaches that reality consists of two interfacing, interactive dimensions, the seen or natural and the unseen or supernatural.  In this view man is an embodied spirit as taught by St. Augustine (AD 354-430).  Augustine affirms that as all men are the spiritual image bearers (Imago Dei) of the supernatural Triune God in three Persons, then it logically follows that each man is a person; a trinity of being comprised of soul/spirit (unseen) and body, brain (seen).

The citadel of the individual soul is spirit (heart).  Spirit is immortal and self-aware.  It can will and think and is responsible for what it wills, thinks, speaks, and acts on while in this world.

Spirit is the unique property that distinguishes soul from the material body in which it is fully embedded.  In Biblical thought, spirit allows man to spiritually transcend the natural dimension in order to access the third Heaven.  By way of prayer and petitions the spirit of man’s mind allows him to enter into a personal relationship with the Spirit of God.  Through this relationship, spirit is renewed over time, thus enabling man to more perfectly orient the manner of his thoughts, passions, words and actions in this world in preparation for eternity in Paradise.

In Christian thought, a person is a spirit (self) and personality is the total individuality of the spirit.  Without spirit there is no ‘self,’ hence no person.

The key to personal liberty in the natural or sensory half of reality is man’s spiritual liberty contrasted against a genetically pre-programmed animal-like orientation.  Animals have souls but not spirits, the basis of intelligence, sensitivity, imagination, self-consciousness, reflection back and forward into time, and the capacity for truth and moral goodness.

A person is uniquely free because he can spiritually transcend his material brain to access the Spirit of the Lord as Paul affirms:

Now the Lord is Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” (2 Cor. 3:17)

Vishal Mangalwadi, India’s foremost Christian intellectual observes that this historically unique concept of man as Imago Dei gave birth to the “belief in the unique dignity of human beings,” and this is the force,

“…that created Western civilization, where citizens do not exist for the state but the state exists for the individual.  Even kings, presidents, prime ministers, and army generals cannot be allowed to trample upon an individual and his or her rights.” (Truth and Transformation: A Manifesto for Ailing Nations, Mangalwadi, pp. 12-13)

Dialectical materialism is in every way the antithesis of the Biblical view of two-dimensional reality, God’s Revelations, the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo, Imago Dei, and Christianity, the spiritual and moral foundations of Western civilization for fifteen hundred years.

For about 80 years now, unsuspecting Americans have been undergoing a stealthy transformation of consciousness to supplant our identity as individual image-bearers of Jehovah God with the Collective Communal Consciousness of dialectical materialism wherein ‘we the people’ are no longer people but impersonal resource material. This is why godless materialist Darwinism has been forced on us in the name of ‘natural science’ and why the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo has become a dirty word. By extension, all of this is why evolutionary theism is an abomination brought into the whole body of the Church by compromising clergy.

In George Orwell’s dystopian novel, ‘1984,’ he tells us that as Big Brother (dialectical materialists) is in the business of eradicating individual thinkers it has criminalized ‘thought:’

Thought crime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for awhile....but sooner or later they were bound to get you.” George Orwell, 1984

After analyzing dialectical materialism, Vishal Mangalwadi concludes that Marxist dialectical materialism, or scientific socialism, is very similar to Eastern pantheist nihilism but dressed in ‘scientific’ clothing.

Nihilism or non-belief in one’s own soul/spirit is the logical assumption if the supernatural Holy God in three Persons does not exist.  Nihilism is spiritual, intellectual, and moral suicide, yet for the last two hundred years in W. Europe and 80 years here in America, dialectical materialists and like-minded confederates have been moving the West and America closer and closer to denial of soul/spirit: Imago Dei.

Czarist Orthodox Catholic Russia was the science laboratory where devilish materialists conducted experiments on humans in furtherance of their goal to murder Imago Dei.   After seizing control, Marxist ‘mind-conditioners’ utilized propaganda of the lie, re-education tactics with major emphasis on Darwinism (more lies), revision of history (more lies), and other confusion-inducing, mind-and-thought-control techniques in connection with brain-altering drugs, electro-shock therapy, physical and spiritual torment, and other brutal measures to,

“...liquidate all expressions of individual identity in favor of an impersonal collective, communal consciousness.” (The Book that Made Your World, Vishal Mangalwadi, p. 74)

Examples of dialectical materialist/pantheist nihilism disguised as ‘science’:

1.  With B.F. Skinners’ behaviorism there is neither living Jehovah God nor soul/spirit. Human beings are chemicals turned into psychochemical machines determined by environment, chemistry, chance, and cultural conditioning.

2. Richard Dawkins mystical “thinking” memes plant thoughts in the grey matter of psychochemical organisms that are fatalistically determined by DNA.

3. Cognitive scientist Daniel Dennett claims there really is no you, that soul, spirit and will are illusions caused by chemical interactions in the brain while his partner in nihilism, naturalist Tom Wolfe proclaims,

“Sorry, but your soul just died.” (The Spiritual Brain: A Neuroscientist’s Case for the Existence of the Soul, Beauregard and O’Leary, p. 4)

For more than eighty years dialectical materialist pantheists have been waging war on Jehovah God, creation ex nihilo, and Imago Dei in furtherance of their agenda to transform the consciousness of Americans.

Mangalwadi argues that it is already the case that for increasing numbers of contemporary Americans the death of Jehovah God has made it impossible for them to affirm the existence of the human self with the consequence of a spreading tidal wave of madness, despair, murder, suicide, lawlessness, and chaos.  Those who have already converted to Zen Buddhism or similar natural philosophies actively seek the annihilation of their souls through drugs, Tantric sex, yoga, and meditation. As with contemporary Hindu gurus, some initiates are desperately trying to merge their individual consciousness with the void.

Western and American evolutionary pagans have nearly succeeded in taking Jehovah God away and replacing Him with nihilist Darwinian materialism. In their darkened minds they have conceptually reduced His spiritual image-bearers to less than nothing.  Every day they teach monstrous lies as scientific fact.  They have deliberately corrupted Westerners and Americans, and brutally ridicule and demonize anyone who dares speak truth to their lies. By these means they set have set Western and American civilization adrift in infinite nothingness.

Evolutionary Humanism: the Religion of Antichrist and Man as God

“There is no place in the Humanist worldview for either immortality or God in the valid meanings of those terms. Humanism contends that instead of the gods creating the cosmos, the cosmos, in the individualized form of human beings giving rein to their imagination, created the gods.     Corliss Lamont, "The Philosophy of Humanism" 1982

The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power.” George Orwell, 1984

Orwell’s terrifying dystopian novel ‘1984’ reveals the cunning methods, diabolical mindset and ultimate goal of power for the sake of power driving all evolutionary humanist agendas from the 20th century to America’s ruling class humanists.

First, replace Jehovah with natural science and evolution in order to dehumanize and demoralize the masses.  This move will result in a transformation of consciousness leading to the death of Jehovah in the hearts of the masses.  Second, accustom morally corrupt  masses to worship the State, the god that gives moral sanction to sin and transforms the stones of this world into bread.

America’s ruling class, or Party, consists of omnipotent god-men who pray to themselves,

"...as saviors of the planet and as shapers of mankind in their own image," observes Angelo M. Codevilla in his insightful essay, "The Ruling Class: How They Corrupted America and What We Can Do about It." (p. xix)

Their souls are turned inward, away from the Light of the Holy God and into the infinite darkness and smallness of ‘self.’ Their conscience is depraved and dead to sin, and a depraved conscience is the most destructive force in political, social, economic, religious and cultural life. This is because though the intellect remains intact, reason is warped and inverted, thus useless for pursuit of the good, the just and the true. Guided by a depraved conscience, reason is used in pursuit of gratification of ‘self’ at any cost. This is sophistry.

In a penetrating analysis of sophistry, J. Budziszewski observes that the sophists' view of reality is paradoxical because it ultimately denies reality. Sophists are shock troopers of evil says Budziszewski, and according to their satanically-inverted view of reality:

"Man is the measure of all things, but man has no fixed nature. Man measures all things by his words, but words have no fixed meanings. Language is not an instrument for finding truth, but for changing it. Those who can master it, master all. It is a good creed for rogues, and commends itself to tyrants in every age."  (What We Can't Not Know, Budziszewski, p. 167)

With every day the previous day’s Big Lies, power-grabbing, betrayals, deliberate trouble-making, sexualization and perversion of our children, and other acts of evil are appear more numerous and brazen than the day before.

It is intellectually impossible to understand the sinister worldview of evolutionary humanism in either its secular materialist or pantheist forms nor the utterly perverse, satanically inverted, nihilistic paradigm humanists have forced into every institution of American culture encompassing the family, media, education, arts, music, law, politics, medicine, history, and even the Church unless it is viewed through the lens of dialectical materialism.

Evolutionary humanism is of the worldview of pagan monism and is held in common by pantheism and spiritualism and dates back to antiquity and was or is taught by all non-biblical thought systems.  It is a syncretic mixture of ancient Greek materialism, Hermetic magic, esoteric Kabbalah, alchemical scientism and Buddhist nihilism and refers to the idea that the universe of matter possesses the emergent properties of divinity, spirit, mind, choice, and action. Thus the Hindu-style evolutionary theist Teilhard de Chardin could teach that after millions of years of evolution the properties of spirit and divinity had finally emerged, hence all matter is now spiritual and divine.  With the divinization of matter the most highly evolved individuals are able to claim possession of a spark of divinity, making them gods who can do whatever they please.

Evolutionary humanism is philosophically nihilist as it holds that there is no Jehovah ‘above,’ no hell below, no individual souls, no angels and demons and no unchanging truths, principles, moral standards, meaning or purpose for life since everything existing, even the conscious life of man, is an aspect of the universe of matter in motion.

Not only is the earth alive and evolving up, up, up on an evolutionary escalator to a mystical, magical Singularity/Omega, but so too are the Bible, Christianity, the Constitution, America’s sovereignty, history and society as they are also living aggregates of matter in a continuous state of change.

Since the end of WW II, secular evolutionary humanism has been bleeding over into its' pantheist counterpart (Cosmic Humanism).  Brooks Alexander observes that because secular humanism and pantheist humanism share evolution in common and are from the same root they tend to cross-pollinate and mingle,

“….producing a brood of offspring that exhibits the genetic heritage of its parents in a confused and confusing array.  Soon it becomes impossible to say whether a given movement, trend or school of thought is a secular impulse that has absorbed Eastern/occult values, or an Eastern/occult teaching that has dressed itself in secular language.” (The Rise of Cosmic Humanism: What is Religion? Brooks Alexander, SCP Journal, 1981-82, p. 2)

Evolutionary trans-humanism is an example of the cross-pollination described by Brooks. Trans-humanism is a powerfully influential global ‘elite’ movement that long ago leap-frogged off of Darwin’s biological conception to Pierre Teilhard de Chardin’s quasi-Hindu pantheist idea.  Now some trans-humanists believe they are on the verge of godhood by way of occult rituals, others believe highly evolved man is now ready to initiate a radical transfiguration of himself by merging his brain with technology with the long term goal of eventually transferring his ‘essence’ out of his decaying body and into an advanced robo-machine.  A Daily Mail article reports that,

...inserting technology into human brains is not the only thing going on. Some scientists also want to insert human brains into technology" ("Hitler would have loved The Singularity: Mind-blowing benefits of merging human brains and computers," Ian Morris, 6 February 2012, dailymail.co.uk)

In “Secular Humanism is Evolution Atheism,” Ellis Washington, an adjunct professor at the National Paralegal College where he teaches Constitutional Law, writes that the “humanistic system of values has now become the predominant way of thinking in most of the power centers of society” including,

“…public schools K-12, as well as college, graduate schools, medical schools, business schools, journalism schools with administrators and faculty membership holding evolution atheist worldviews at the 90-95 percentile and conservative faculty (if any) are on average below 5 percent.  This egregious lack of intellectual diversity of America’s teachers and professors must change if there is hope for America’s survival.” (Washington, Renew America, Oct. 12, 2013)

At the turn of the century, a brilliant visionary, the English Catholic theologian Robert Hugh Benson, foresaw the stunning events in connection with the sweeping transformation of consciousness we are witnessing here in America resulting in the wholesale rejection of the living God of Revelation in favor of evolutionary humanism.

Benson saw through the pretenses of secular humanism and its primary doctrine evolution, leading him to describe it and its’ ideological movement, Communism, as “quiet pantheism.”

In his book, “Lord of the World,” Benson predicted that evolutionary thinking would prepare apostate Westerners and Americans to not only embrace the ‘new’ pantheist humanist religion but to worship and adore Antichrist, for this human-god is the first perfected product of nature and evolutionary change.   Mr. Felsenburgh (the Antichrist) is the Son of Man,

“…the Savior of the world, we knew Him in our hearts as soon as we saw Him, as soon as He stood there.  It was like a glory around his head (and now we) understand it all…It was He for whom we have waited so long; and He has come, bringing Peace and Goodwill in His hands.” (pp. 85, 89)

America had fallen into darkness, split asunder by earthquakes, and with the forced exile of the remaining faithful, Jehovah was finally gone.  Now at long last man’s natural Savior has arisen and the reign of God has really begun, and we are “all partakers of God” because God is in all men:

“Jehovah has fallen. He is in His grave.”  In His place is the evolved Son of Man, “a god because human and a man because so divine.” (pp. 93, 95)

Worshipping the Serpent "Within" in our Age of Apostasy

In the classic work, "Earth's Earliest Ages" English theologian G.H. Pember (1837-1910) examines the role of satanic forces in the first destruction of earth under God's judgment and compares them to the explosion of spiritism (open intercourse with evil spirits), ancient Egyptian Hermetic magic, Theosophy, Buddhism, reincarnation, karma, the Mysteries, astrology and mesmeric healings sweeping across Christendom.

It was during the Renaissance that many influential Christians at the highest levels of Church and society had returned to the occult Wisdom Teachings that originated in ancient Egypt with Hermes Trismegistus.  In his own time, Pember observes that ancient occult traditions are no longer veiled in mystery but boldly presented by the powerful occult brotherhood as the fruit of modern science, especially evolutionary philosophy, which  the brotherhood assert was included in the instructions given,

“…to the initiates of the Hermetic, Orphic, Eleusinian, and Cabbalistic mysteries, and were familiar to Chaldean Magi, Egyptian Priests, Hindu Occultists, Essenes, Therapeutae Gnostics, and Theurgic Neo-Platonists.” (Pember, pp.243-244)

In the impeccably researched “Scientific Analysis of the Writings of Alice A. Bailey and their Applications,” Robert A. Hermann Ph.D. affirms Pembers claim with respect to the occult origins of the evolutionary science so widespread in our time.   Herrmann traces modern evolutionary thinking--which has infiltrated the whole body of the Church--back to 1750 and the Spanish-French occultist the Martine’s de Pasqually (1715?-1779) whose biological conception predates Darwin’s theory and held that an adept spiritually evolves into higher and higher forms on various evolutionary levels.  (raherrmann.com)

Pember knows that occult teachings are grounded in knowledge received from evil spirits, thus he particularly connects evolutionary philosophy to spiritism.   This teaching said Pember, made the world ready for the deeper teachings of the Brotherhood (fallen angels):

"…..the Brotherhood decided that the time had come to communicate with it, and openly influence its religion and philosophy. They have, however, become so etherealized by their practices that they are unable to endure contact with coarse human nature; it was, therefore, necessary to employ intermediaries.  The first person known to have been chosen for this purpose was a Madame Blavatsky.”  (pp. 243-246)

In affirmation, Corinne McLaughlin and Gordon Davidson, the politically influential co-authors of “Spiritual Politics: Changing the World from the Inside Out,” admit that their book is based on the Ageless Wisdom teachings preserved by occultists since the Egyptian pantheon (27th-30th centuries B.C) and handed down over the ages to modern occultists in the time of the Renaissance, the Enlightenment and on into our own time:

"For centuries, the Ageless Wisdom in the West was shielded from an unprepared public…. The unveiled truths were handed down only orally by individual teachers to tested disciples or by certain religious groups and secret societies, such as the Cabbalists, Druids, Essenes, Sufis, Knights Templar, Rosicrucian’s, Freemasons, and others who carefully guarded the teachings down through the centuries. A study of these secret societies would reveal powerful influences on the history of nations….”  (Spiritual Politics, McLaughlin, Davidson from “Reinventing Jesus Christ: The New Gospel,” Warren Smith, crossroad.to)

Beginning with the work of the Brotherhood and/or Masters acting through Blavatsky, Ageless Wisdom has succeeded in over-spreading W. Europe and America and made deep inroads into the whole body of the Church over the last one hundred years. Blavatsky’s important book, ‘The Secret Doctrine’ (1888) paved the way by synthesizing,

“…..Christian, Jewish, and Islamic mysticism with the Eastern teachings of Hinduism, Taoism, and Buddhism, showing their common roots and comparing their sacred texts….”

The next development came through the teachings of Alice Bailey, an apostate Evangelical:

“…. In 1919 Bailey was contacted by a Tibetan master, Djwhal Khul, who asked her to write a series of books with him telepathically that would continue Blavatsky’s work. Over a period of thirty years, Bailey received eighteen books from him on the nature of the cosmos and the human being, outlining principles for individual spiritual growth and humanity’s next evolutionary steps. In 1923 Bailey founded Lucis Trust [originally called Lucifer Publishing, ed.] to bring the teachings in her books to the public. A year later she began the Arcane School. The books were written to apply to several levels of consciousness at once and thus can be read by both beginners and advanced students. Her works have been especially helpful to the two of us in our own spiritual growth and have provided much of the inspiration for Spiritual Politics."

Central to ancient Egyptian and modern Hermetic orders such as the Order of the Golden Dawn, Theosophy and New Age is ophiolatry (worship of serpents/Lucifer) and the theme of a pantheon of nine Sun Gods or with modern orders, an occult Hierarchy of nine evolved Brothers or Masters: god-men who have finished their cycles of reincarnation and material evolution but have chosen to remain here on the earth (Gaia) to serve people in their own conscious evolution as well as guide Gaia's spiritual evolution:

“(The solar deity Kneph was pictured as a serpent in a fiery circle and Osiris) was essentially identical with Kneph…The worship of Isis, the moon-goddess, was equally entwined with ophiolatry.  Her emblem was the horned viper…The Egyptians often represented Isis and Osiris together, as two serpents.”  (The Cult of the All-Seeing Eye, Robert Keith Spenser, p. 35)

Depending on who they are speaking to, the nine Masters variously call themselves the Brotherhood, Space Brothers, Ascended Masters, the ancient Ennead of Egypt (the nine Sun Gods), Nine Principles of God, the Deep Space Nine, the Group, Sirians and Council of Nine.  Today there is a vast and growing network of channelers purporting to receive messages from the Nine and still others calling themselves Light Workers who claim to have presented briefings from the Group five times at the United Nations.

Another important theme connecting all ancient and modern Hermetic Orders and Mystery religions is the Sirius star system.  From the time of the Egyptians, Sumerians and Babylonians occult teachings have invariably attributed to Sirius a special status in connection with Isis (Sirius A), Osiris (Sirius B), astrology, Hermeticism, the Mysteries, secret initiations, conceptions of transmigration, reincarnation, astral plane travels and other forms of occult evolutionary philosophy.

Hermetic Mystery schools and orders teach that Sirius is the divine “sun behind the sun” that is both the true source of the sun’s energy which keeps the physical world alive, as well as the divine substance that keeps the spiritual world alive.  Whereas the sun illuminates the physical world, which is considered to be an illusion, Sirius is the “real light," the Great Dragon, Cosmic Serpent, Chaos, Abraxas, Star Maker, Ground of Being, or Essence of material phenomena, meaning that the material universe exists only as a grand illusion or mental construction as it does for example in the mind of Brahman:

"Brahman is real, the world is unreal." (swamij.com/mahavakyas)

The two most important figures associated with Hermetic Theosophy, Madame Blavatsky and Alice Bailey, considered Sirius to be the source of mystical serpent power: the seething energies of Lucifer that exert a spiritual influence over the entire Sephiroth or cosmic tree of life and therefore directly link with every great religion of antiquity because these energies extend into the psyche of mankind.

Bailey taught that Sirius is the “Great White Lodge” and believed it to be the spiritual home of the “Spiritual Hierarchy.” For this reason she considered Sirius as the star of initiation:

"This is the great star of initiation because our Hierarchy (an expression of the second aspect of divinity) is under the supervision or spiritual magnetic control of the Hierarchy of Sirius. These are the major controlling influences whereby the cosmic Christ works upon the Christ principle in the solar system, in the planet, in man and in the lower forms of life expression. It is esoterically called the “brilliant star of sensitivity.”   (The Mysterious Connection Between Sirius and Human History, vigilantcitizen.com, Dec. 12, 2012)

Baily also taught that Luciferian energy emanating from Sirius is the energy of thought: a mind force that reaches the solar system from a distant cosmic center via Sirius. Sirius acts as the transmitter,

"...or the focalising centre, whence emanate those influences which produce self-consciousness in man.”  (ibid)

The Hermetic Way of the Dragon

The Hermetic way of psychic power and self-salvation is the antithesis of the Way of Jesus Christ God Incarnate (Romans 3:24; 6:23; 10:9-10; Eph. 1:7; 2:8-9) and began with a mysterious man known as Hermes Trismegistus.

The ancients identified Hermes with Mercury and Anubis (brother to Osiris).   His emblem, the caduceus, was a talismanic serpent representing the power of Mercury as a Sun-god. Speculations abound on exactly when and where Hermes lived.  Some modern New Age occultists believe he was a contemporary of Noah in the pre-flood world which they call Atlantis.  Others believe he lived in ancient Egypt during the time of Moses.

In “Biographa Antiqua” the English occultist Frances Barret writes that Hermes “communicated the sum of the Abyss, and divine knowledge to all posterity.” The word “Abyss” refers to ancient and modern pantheist and/or panentheist conceptions such as the Watery Abyss, Divine One Substance, Primordial Matter, or with Hermes, the Universal Life personified by the Great Serpent or Dragon from whose body and wings stream illuminating serpent power, or with Bailey, ‘those influences which produce self-consciousness in man.’

Bailey is expressing the Hermetic principle which speaks of the correlation between the substance of the Great Serpent and the mind of man expressed in the world famous magic formula: “As above, so below.”

The substance (body) and seething powers of the Great Dragon or Serpent are symbolized by the Oroboros, a powerful occult symbol also known as the Sephiroth, great chain of being, cosmic tree of life, and with Darwin the tree of life. The Oroboros ‘above’ corresponds to a number of different evolutionary levels and realms comprising the habitation of all supernatural entities and various heavens and hells such as the Black Lodge.  Thus the substance of the Great Dragon’s body  with its supposed multiple dimensions and life and thought-giving serpent energies not only powers the Divine Substance above but reaches down into the psyche, capturing the imagination, stunting and befouling the conscience, causing evolutionary change, and conferring psychic powers and divinity (you can be as God).

The Luciferian Manly P. Hall (1901-1990) concurs.  According to Manly, Hermetic Freemasonry is an occult science of the soul,

“…a divine symbolic language perpetuating (by) certain concrete symbols the sacred mysteries of the ancients.”  When a Masonry adept has learned the “mystery of his Craft (then the) seething energies of Lucifer are in his hands and before he may step onward and upward, he must prove his ability to properly apply energy.”  (New World Order: The Ancient Plan of Secret Societies, William T. Still, p. 30)

The foundation of Hermes occult way is forbidden knowledge revealed to him during self-induced trance and/or meditation states resulting in altered states of consciousness that opened his mind to contact with the Great Dragon:

“Meditation is the doorway between worlds….the pathway between dimensions.” (The Layman’s Guide to Enlightenment, Celeste G. Graham, 1980, p. 13)

The Dragon revealed to Hermes that his own nature is divine, meaning that God and psychic power is “within.”   The Divine Pymander of Hermes Trismegistus relates Hermes mystical encounter with the Great Dragon who called itself Poimandres, the Mind of the Universe that is within Hermes. (themystica.com)

Upon transforming itself into a glorious being of Light the Dragon proceeded to enlighten Hermes with the forbidden knowledge that over time found its’ way into Christendom during the Renaissance giving birth to an array of Secret Societies as well as to pantheist theological liberalism and its’ primary doctrine evolution, William James theory of the subconscious, the demon-haunted Carl Jung’s transpersonal and depth psychology, occult New Age, Phillip Pullman’s dark Gnosticism, Mind Science, New Thought, the Alpha Course, Silva Method, Word of Faith, Positive Imaging, Visualization/Dreaming, and the multi-million dollar best-sellers “A Course in Miracles” and “The Secret.”  The common denominator of these societies, theories, books and techniques is “God and psychic power is within:”

“People go through their whole lives chasing everything in the material world, and they fail to discover the greatest treasure of all, which is within them.  Shut your eyes to the outside world.  Direct your thoughts and words inside of you.  The Master within you is the key to all the treasures in the world.” (Rhonda Byrne, “The Secret Daily Teachings”)

“Since the unconscious is God all along, we may further define the goal of spiritual growth to be the attainment of godhood by the conscious self.”  (A Different Drum, M. Scott Peck)

“….all is mind and…everything is governed by law (thus man) can create, or have created for him from his own thinking.  He can create such a strong mental atmosphere of success that its power of attraction will be irresistible.  He can send his thoughts throughout the world and have it bring back to him whatever he wants.” (Creative Mind and Success, Ernest Holmes, New Thought practitioner)

“Your unconscious mind (has a) power that turns wishes into realities when the wishes are strong enough.” (“Positive Imaging,” Norman Vincent Peale, 1982, p. 77)

Word Faith teacher Kenneth Copeland tells people to visualize any image,

“…that you get down inside you that is so vivid when you close your eyes you see it, it’ll come to pass.  When God came at the Tower of Babel, He said, ‘Anything they can imagine, they can do.” (Inner Image of the Covenant, side 2, Copeland)

Yonggi Cho similarly teaches that through visualizing and dreaming you will,

“….incubate that which we want God to do for us….If you have not visualized clearly in your heart exactly what you hope for, it cannot become a reality to you…”  (The Fourth Dimension, Vol. 1, Yonggi Cho, 1979, 9-35, vol. 2, 18-33)

Believing the Lie

"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie." (2 Thessalonians 2:11)

In “The Spiritist Fallacy,” a penetrating analysis of the Hermetic Theosophy, Buddhism and Spiritism that emerged out of the Renaissance taking hold of the minds of modernist priests and intellectuals, the highly respected French traditionalist metaphysician Rene Guenon (1886-1951) describes deluded “enlightened” theologians and intellectuals as those who cannot speak of the devil,

“….without a smile of disdain, or an even more contemptuous shrug of the shoulders.” (p. 252)

Their smug contempt is due to the fact that they believed the spiritist lie that Lucifer is not the devil but rather the “light-bearer.”  After all, if evolution is true, as enlightened sophisticates believe, then there was no fall, hence man is not fallen and Lucifer is not the devil but the first free-thinker, the emancipator of man and the angel of evolution.  Modern sophisticates even go so far as to call him ‘the Great Creative Intelligence.’  Thus they invoke Lucifer and perform his cult, but in fact these people,

“…though in fact Satanists, are only unconsciously so, for they are mistaken as to the nature of the entity to whom they address their worship….It goes without saying that these ‘enlightened’ priests are all plainly modernists and that the spirit animating them is strangely similar to that affirmed in these lines.” (p. 254)

With respect to “modern” spiritist doctrine Guenon notes its’ peculiar agreement with the esoteric religion of the Brahmins:

“Now this….has been taught to lower grade initiates in Himalayan temples for perhaps more than a thousand years!  This similarity is curious at the very least, and one can say without paradox that spiritism is only esoteric Brahmanism in broad daylight.”  (p. 41)

Guenon also argues that every “modern” conception that notably disfigures the living God as evolution does is Satanic, and in this sense, all theories of a limited God and of an immanent (pantheist) God who evolves must be placed in the front rank.

Turning to the theories of William James (1842-1910), the father of American psychology, Guenon describes them as examples of unconscious Satanism for two reasons.   First, James theory of “religious experience” as a manifestation of the “subconscious” by which man communicates with the pantheist Divine “within” is only one step away from “condoning the practices of spiritism” with the further consequences of conferring on evil spirits an eminently religious character and being initiated into experiences of the psychic and spirit realm. Initiation involves one in something far beyond the conscious control of the human will, thus once a person has been initiated their spirit/soul is open to bondage, harassment and madness.

Second, the notion that the subconscious puts man in contact with the Divine “within” puts God,

“…in the inferior states of being, in feris in the literal sense of this expression.  This then is a properly ‘infernal’ doctrine, a reversal of universal order, which is precisely what we call ‘Satanism.’  Guenon adds, “The devil is not only terrible, he is often grotesque…” (pp. 258-262)

Building off of James serpent-animated theories, the demon-haunted psychiatrist Carl Jung (1875-1961) taught that the psyche (spirit/soul) consists of two main systems:  a personal unconscious and a deeper more significant layer which he called the collective unconscious with archetypes.

Jung’s system incorporates Hermetic magic, biological and spiritual theories of evolution, reincarnation, pantheist conceptions of a Gnostic pleroma (divine substance) and various other occult doctrines and psycho-spiritual technologies from around the world.

Jung delved deeply into the occult, practiced necromancy and had daily contact with familiar spirits which he called archetypes because he believed they were manifestations of powers innate in the collective unconscious (substance of the Great Dragon).

Much of Jung’s psychological insight was acquired from his familiar spirits, particularly Philemon and Basilides.  Philemon appeared to Jung in a grotesque humanoid body with wings and the head of a horned bull. At first Jung thought his spirit familiars were manifestations of his own psyche, but toward the end of his life he realized with horror that Philemon, Basilides, and the many other spirit entities that were a common feature of his life were in fact highly intelligent hostile beings independent of human consciousness.   Speaking of Philemon, Jung said:

“Philemon represented a force which was not myself…..I held conversations with him, and he said things which I had not consciously thought.    For I observed clearly that it was he who spoke, not I….Psychologically, Philemon represented superior insight.  He was a mysterious figure to me.   At times he seemed to me quite real, as if he were a living personality.  I went walking up and down the garden with him, and to me he was what the Indians call a guru.”  (Memories, Dreams, Reflections, Carl Jung, p. 183, cited from PsychoHeresy: C.G. Jung’s Legacy to the Church, PsychoHeresy Awareness Ministries)

Jung uses the name Abraxas to describe the impersonal Gnostic pleroma  (substance of the Great Dragon) out of which mind and then other mental powers emerged.  The word Abraxas is found in esoteric Gnostic texts such as the “Holy Book of the Great Invisible Spirit” and also in the Greek “Magical Papyri.”

In 1916 Jung received further revelations from his demon familiars, this time by way of automatic writing as he recorded a Gnostic treatise called “The Seven Sermons to the Dead.”   Labeled a core text in depth psychology the treatise describes Abraxas as a “God” higher than the living, personal Holy God in Three Persons that combines all opposites into a single androgynous Being.

As with all Ageless Wisdom teachings, underlying Jung’s demon-derived “transpersonal and depth psychology” is the Hermetic correlation of the substance of Abraxas (collective unconscious and archetypes) with the personal unconscious of man, hence, “As above, so below.”

According to the Apostle Paul fallen angels cast down from heaven together with demons are dispersed in a multitude throughout the whole expanse of sky (Eph. 2:2; 6:12).  This means that William James ‘subconscious’ and Jung’s ‘collective unconscious’ with its archetypes are actually the expanse of sky under the heavens which supposedly connects the substance of the Great Dragon to the psyche of man. Thus to “go within” the “subconscious” (James) or “personal unconscious” (Jung) so as to channel the Divine “within,” is to perform the cult of Satan which opens the spirit/soul to contact with powers and principalities and their chief, the devil.

Though there are increasing numbers of psychologists and psychiatrists who now affirm their belief in evil spirits and their ability to harass, influence and possess human beings, the majority are still heavily influenced by Jung’s demon-derived theories, thus they insist that what they call “paranormal experiences”are perhaps hallucinations caused by the innate powers of human imagination or representations of interplay between the left and right hemispheres of the brain and/or the therapeutic release of unconscious repressions.

Unlike most modern psychiatrists and psychologists, Nanci Des Gerlaise, a Cree Native American woman raised on a Metis settlement, needs no convincing. Almost from birth her life consisted of occult bondage and terrifying demonic harassment until she found deliverance through Jesus Christ.

Nanci knows without the least bit of doubt that demons exist and can even take the shape of animals, birds and other more frightening creatures.   She knows that medicine men still engage in symbolic baby sacrifices to Satan in return for more spiritual power.   She knows because her own father offered her to Satan.  Her life then belonged to the devil and became filled night and day with all kinds of evil:

This is what happened to me and one reason why I had such a struggle when I became a Christian.   Satan still claimed ownership of me.  The tug of war first started when I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior….He set me free from occult bondages and demonic harassment….Christianity (is) God’s way of salvation.  Colossians 1:12-14 made perfect sense to me…” (Muddy Waters, Gerlaise, pp. 51, 79-80)

Nanci’s book, “Muddy Waters” is far more than a biography.  It is a clear and compelling warning to all Christians living in sin, apostatizing churches, practitioners of occult psycho-spiritual technologies, advocates for interfaith/interspirituality and spiritual formation (occult techniques dressed in Christian motifs) that forces of darkness really do exist and will make your life a living nightmare of disembodied voices, terrifying encounters with demonic entities, thoughts of suicide and murder, and even possession.

“Now the Spirit manifestly saith, that in the last times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to spirits of error, and doctrines of devils.” 1 Tim. 4:1

From the time of Hermes, ancient and modern occult pagan adepts have been employing a variety of occult psycho-spiritual techniques to “go within” in search of psychic powers and immortality:

“…..I can be saved only by becoming one with the universe.  Thereby, too, my deepest ‘pantheist’ aspirations.  It was especially the image of God which Teilhard saw in need of urgent redefinition.   Modern man has not yet found the God he can adore, A God commensurate to the newly discovered dimensions of the universe.” (Towards a New Mysticism, Teilhard de Chardin and Eastern Religions, Ursula King, p. 172)

The corollary to our age of lawless Christians and spreading apostasy is an explosive revival of   ancient Hermetic spiritism.  A major reason is that modern psychology allegedly provides us with a “scientific” explanation that ascribes whatever frightening entities encountered while on brain-altering substances or through centering, yogic trance, visualizing and dreaming or other occult techniques to archetypal images from the collective unconscious.

The common thread running through all of this is the diabolical mind of the serpent, the same fallen angel who tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden with the words, “Ye shall be as Gods” (Gen. 3:5) but now seduces with the words, “go within.”

1 Tim. 4:1---Apostasy & the Dragon in the Church

Lutheran pastor, the Reverend Thomas Messer of Peace Lutheran Church in Alma, Michigan, has studied Revelation extensively and after an exhaustive survey of America's idolatrous, morally-relative post-Christian culture and narcissistic postmodern church he wonders if we may already be living in the 'little season' of Satan.  In his commentary on Revelation 9, Rev. Messer observes that during Satan's little season faithful worship of the living Triune God will be all but lost, as is occurring now, and people will worship anything and everything but Him, even an idol called Jesus or Christ in connection with the 'new' occult pagan spirituality moving with great speed and force into the Church.

The 'new' spirituality overtaking the Church, America and the West is not new at all but is rather the reappearance of ancient Egyptian Hermetic magic grounded in pantheism and spiritism, Greco-Roman nature religions, Eastern mysticism/reincarnation/karma, spiritual and biological evolutionary conceptions, neo-platonism, the Enochian system of magic, Roisicrucianism, tantra, and tarot cards which are seen as the occult keys to the Oroboros (Cosmic Tree of Life).

From the seeker-sensitive (tares-friendly) theology of the emergent church growth movement with its emphasis on earthly bread and spiritual formation to Word Faith magic and the New Apostolic Reformation with its’ Super Apostles who “channel” spirits, all of these movements have a lot in common with the “new” occult spirituality, particularly Hermetic magic.

From the Renaissance to our own time, ancient Egyptian Hermetic magic repackaged for example, as Carl Jung’s demon-derived transpersonal and depth psychology, Mind Science, Alpha Course, Silva Mind Control Method, New Thought, yogic trance, hypnosis, Word Faith, the Force, centering, positive imaging, visualization, various meditation techniques, the Law of Attraction, and the multi-million dollar best-sellers A Course in Miracles and The Secret have been taking America and the West by storm:

People go through their whole lives chasing everything in the material world, and they fail to discover the greatest treasure of all, which is within them.  Shut your eyes to the outside world.  Direct your thoughts and words inside of you.  The Master within you is the key to all the treasures in the world.” (Rhonda Byrne, The Secret Daily Teachings)

Hermeticism is the secret science of magic--- the occult way of immortality---invented by Hermes Trismegistus who lived in ancient Egypt around the time of Moses.  In “Biographa Antiqua” the English occultist Frances Barret writes that Hermes “communicated the sum of the Abyss, and divine knowledge to all posterity.”   The word ‘Abyss’ refers to pantheist and/or panentheist conceptions such as the Divine One Substance, World Soul, Brahman, Star-Maker, or with Hermes, the Universal Life personified by the Great Dragon  (Oroboros) from whose body and wings stream light in all directions.

The Hermetic principle speaks of the correlation between the Great Dragon (Oroboros) and the mind of man expressed in the magic formula, “As above, so below.”   As a powerful occult symbol, the Oroboros is the seething power, creative and/or evolutionary impulse or energy of the Great Dragon figuratively depicted as either a serpent or dragon eating its own tail.

The Great Dragon is also symbolized by the great chain of being, cosmic tree of life or with Darwin the tree of life.  In modern Luciferian theosophical thought for example, the Oroboros “above” (i.e., the Force, Cosmic Mind) corresponds to a number of different astral planes and sub-planes comprising the habitations of all supernatural entites.    Thus the Great Dragon’s body with its’ supposed multiple dimensions and life-giving serpent power not only powers the World Spirit  above (Jung’s collective unconscious with its archetypes) but reaches down below into the psyche and/or ‘subconscious,’  ‘personal unconscious,’ and/or Christ-consciousness stirring imagination and conferring psychic powers and divinity (you can be as God).

The foundation of Hermeticism is forbidden knowledge revealed to Hermes during a self-induced trance state resulting in the opening of his mind to contact with the Great Dragon who revealed to Hermes that his own nature is divine.  The Divine Pymander of Hermes Trismegistus relates Hermes mystical encounter with the Great Dragon who called itself Poimandres, the Mind of the Universe that is within Hermes.  (www.themystica.com/)

Upon transforming itself into a glorious being of Light the Dragon proceeded to ‘illuminate’ Hermes with the forbidden knowledge that would eventually find its’ way into Christendom during the Renaissance and eventually into William James theory of the subconscious, Jung’s transpersonal and depth psychology and all of today’s Mind Sciences, occult meditation and Word Faith systems that hold out the promise of personal power by going within:

“….all is mind and…everything is governed by law (thus man) can create, or have created for him from his own thinking.  He can create such a strong mental atmosphere of success that its power of attraction will be irresistible.  He can send his thoughts throughout the world and have it bring back to him whatever he wants.” (Creative Mind and Success, Ernest Holmes, New Thought practitioner)

Your unconscious mind (has a) power that turns wishes into realities when the wishes are strong enough.” (Norman Vincent Peale, “Positive Imaging,” 1982, p.

Like Copeland, Yonggi Cho similarly teaches that through visualizing and dreaming you will,

“….incubate that which we want God to do for us….If you have not visualized clearly in your heart exactly what you hope foe, it cannot become a reality to you…”  (The Fourth Dimension, Vol. 1, Yonggi Cho, 1979, 9-35, vol. 2, 18-33)

In “The Dust of Death,” British scholar Os Guinness argues that the two most common paths to contact with and even possession by spirits are mind-altering drugs and meditation techniques that place the mind in an altered state of consciousness (i.e., dreaming and visualization) that open the door to powers and principalities:

For those of our generation who stumble on the spirit world accidentally, the two most common paths are LSD and misapplied meditation techniques…Many who take acid regularly or who practice yoga or Zen meditation have found they have opened their minds to blackness and spiritism, seeing themselves as mediums and describing themselves as possessed.” (Guinness, pp. 298, 300)

Lifelong occult practitioner David Conway explains both the occult magic ritual (i.e., Zen Buddhism) and the eventual consequences…. madness, possession and even human sacrifice.   First the worshipper attunes himself (through dreaming and visualization, yogic trance, etc.) to the sacred mystery being performed (i.e., sending thoughts throughout the world and having them bring back whatever the practitioner wants), and then,

“…usually as the climax the presence of a particular deity is invoked (Now) the adept’s slightest gesture can thus extend through all the worlds of being into the depths of the Godhead (i.e., Oroboros), and any words he whispers will echo throughout the length and breadth of the universe…The climax to all magical ritual occurs when the adept draws into himself the astral force he has evoked so as to project it towards a chosen object.  To do this he must surrender his complete being to the astral force…waiting to possess it and this he does by cultivating….madness, akin to the divine frenzy of the Bacchantes….As he feels the force overflowing inside him the adept, while still visualizing the realized magical intention, bids it go forth to fulfill his wishes….For some magicians the dislocation of reason coincides with the moment of sacrifice.  Others perform this sacrifice before proceeding to the climax of the rite, arguing that the vital energy discharged by the victim’s blood assists the possessing entity to appear inside the circle….”(Magic: An Occult Primer, Conway, 1973, pp. 70,78,120, 198; emphasis added)

Now the Spirit manifestly saith, that in the last times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to spirits of error, and doctrines of devils.” (1 Tim. 4:1)

As apostasy overspreads the whole body of the Church and occult spiritism invades it, it is no wonder that Rev. Messer believes that what we are witnessing is the great falling away that takes place during Satan's little season when most people will worship the devil,

"There will be a great falling away from the faith in the Church, as foretold by our Lord and His apostles...so that the Church itself will accept evil and present it as good. Not only will people refuse to repent, but, influenced by Satan and his minions, they will promote sin as being salvific.  Murder will not only be condoned, but promoted in society as a good thing (abortion?)."

Tragically, both unrepentant secular individuals and increasing numbers of sinless Christians are being seduced by an occult spiritual mythology that grew out of the Renaissance and maintains that man is not fallen, that he is ultimately perfectible through a process of evolution and that by “going within” he can attain psychic powers and realize that he is “God.”

The malignant mind holding out this seductive promise is the same fallen angel who tempted Adam and Eve in the garden with the words, “Ye shall be as Gods.” (Gen. 3:5)   Of course what he really means is that all who are seduced by his promise will end up in outer darkness along with the devil and his host.

Rise of the Unified Global Church of One 'God'.......Satan

"And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil."  John 3:19

Since the Renaissance, powerfully influential, satanically overshadowed occult secret societies existing at the highest levels of Church, government and society have been both the intelligentsia and the real powers behind what has been variously called the Progressive Underground, the Anti-Establishment, and the Anti-Tradition Counter Culture.  The aim of the societies is twofold:  first, the total destruction of the Old Order based on supernatural Christianity with emphasis on the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo, Original Sin, Jesus Christ God Incarnate, immutable truth, moral absolutes and all tradition arising therefrom, and second, the ushering in of an occult New Age--- a socialistic kingdom of “God” (pantheist New World Order) here on earth.   (The Occult Underground: The Dawn of the New Age" and "The Occult Establishment," James Webb)

Today occult societies at the highest levels of global power and influence operate through a vast organizational network--a global occult pantheist New Age Movement (Age of Aquarius) linked to over 10,000 organizations here in America alone.

The New Age movement received its start in 1875 with the founding of the Luciferian Theosophical Society by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky.

In his book, “Earth’s Earliest Ages” (1876), the English theologian G.H. Pember, writes that Blavatsky was chosen by the Brotherhood (fallen angels) to carry out a mission.  They initiated and instructed her for seven years and then dismissed her to the outer world.  As instructed, she traveled to America and organized the Theosophical Society in New York with two specific stated goals.   First, the formation of the nucleus of a Universal Brotherhood.   Second, the destruction of the Revealed Word of God by way of a transformation to unity with the world system process.  This devilish process would be carried out by “spiritually illumined” change-agent theologians and priests (2 John 1:7) who would transform it completely:

"The coming struggle will emerge within the churches themselves; it will be precipitated by the enlightened elements...the fight will then spread to thinking men and women everywhere who — in a protesting revolt — have denied orthodox churchianity and theology." (Spirit Master Djwhal Khul speaking through Alice Bailey, Externalization of the Hierarchy, pp. 453-454)

Bailey explains that spiritually illumined elements (specially selected theologians and priests) will be overshadowed and then possessed by Masters in a three stage process:

". . . prepared disciples and highly evolved men and women, will be found who will be doing the work along the lines intended, one who will be occupying places of prominence which will make them available for the reaching of the many; their bodies will also be sufficiently pure to permit of the overshadowing. It will only be possible in the case of those who have been consecrated since childhood [as I was], who have been servers all their lives or who, in previous lives . . . [the concept of spiritual evolution and reincarnation, key concepts of the New Religion.] First “An impression upon the physical brain of the man or women, of thoughts, plans for work, ideals . . . which emanating from the Avatar [Hindu: An incarnation of a deity in physical form] will yet be unrecognized by him (This is a very important aspect of overshadowing) . . . . This is literally a form of higher telepathy . . . . Second. The overshadowing of the chela (Hindu for disciple) during his work (such as lecturing, writing, or teaching) and his illumination for service. He will be conscious of this . . . and will seek more and more to be available for use, rendering himself up in utter selflessness to the inspiration of His Lord. Third. The conscious co-operation of the chela is necessitated in the third method of overshadowing. In this case, he will… surrender himself and step out of his physical body, handing it over for the use of the Great Lord or one of His Masters . . . he renders up his body, and stands aside for a specific length of time." (p. 756-757, Scientific Analysis of the Writings of Alice A. Bailey and their Applications,” Robert Herrmann Ph.D.)

In other words, 'chosen' disciples will at first come under the influence of demons, then become infested, then severely infested and some  totally possessed.

Eighteen years after Blavatsky died in London in 1891, the Brotherhood selected Alice Bailey (1880-1949) for further instruction.   Beginning in the year 1919 she began receiving “messages” from “Tibetan Master” Djwhal Khul. As stated by Bailey, the preparatory period began with Blavatsky and lasted from 1875 to 1890.   The intermediate teachings were received and recorded by Bailey from 1919 to 1949.  According to Khul, other teachings would emerge on a continuous basis after 1975 and be given on a world wide scale to selected individuals.

Among core teachings common to occult New Age are praise for Lucifer (the seething power  and/or angel of evolution),  biological and spiritual evolution, reincarnation, karma, pantheism/panentheism, man is god, the earthly kingdom of “God” (Lucifer) together with the concept of the Masters and other such synonyms: Masters of Wisdom, the Unknown Chiefs, the Secret Chiefs, Brothers, Council of Nine, the Ancient Ennead, and Space Brothers.   In her various books Bailey lists other members of the Hierarchy of Masters: Master Jupiter, Master Koot Humi, Master Rakoczi, Master Serapis, Master P., Master Hilarion (the Master of science), and Master Jesus.

Variations of these concepts and teachings are also common to Christian Science, Mormonism, Spiritism, Baha’i, Unitarian Universalism, Scientology, Eastern Religions, the Emergent Church, the New Apostolic Reformation and Masonry (Illuminism), the successor of the Mysteries:

"Illuminism---the Luciferian religion---teaches that man can become God, that he can evolve, through initiatory steps, into a god state himself (and) once you have evolved into a god, you can make up your own rules (and) morality." (New World Order, William T. Still, p. 27)

"Spiritual evolution is a common belief within Fabian socialism, the Emergent Church, the communitarian church growth movement, and the New Age movement. It will play a major role in bringing many of the world’s religions together as one." (Man as God: What Much of Evangelicalism  and the World's Religions have in Common, Brannon Howse, worldview weekend, July 29, 2013)

The New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) is one of the fastest growing movements within evangelicalism today.  It emerged from the Pentecostal and Charismatic movement and teaches that certain individuals have become new spiritual beings, super apostles:

"This NAR teaching is consistent with the New Age Movement or cosmic humanism, declaring that man needs to tap into his “Christ consciousness.” Cosmic humanism, (also known as the New Age Movement or pagan spirituality) is a major foundation of the NAR." (ibid, Howse)

In his penetrating analysis of the New Apostolic Apostolic movement, Fr. Seraphim Rose notes that the spiritist manifestations (i.e., impartation, holy laughter, drunk in the spirit, roaring, barking, hissing, slain in the spirit) experienced in NAR churches are found in the occult New Age movement. The spirit that invaded the Charismatic movement during the 'Toronto Blessing' is not the Holy Spirit, said Rose, but the kundalini spirit (serpent power), the same spirit that ancient Egyptians, Hindus, yoga practitioners, and New Agers are familiar with.

One way that serpent power is imparted is by laying on of hands, or Shakti-pat. The demon-possessed Indian guru Bhagwan Shree Rajineesh was called the "divine drunkard" by his disciples, and according to Tal Brook, author of "Riders of the Cosmic Circuit," by his millions of worshippers in India, America, and Europe and throughout the world. Rajineesh encouraged his devotees to come and drink from him, meaning, receive his touch:

"His spiritual 'wine' was often passed on with a single touch to the head (Shakti-pat), at which his followers would collapse in ecstatic laughter. Another famous guru, Swami Muktananda, would hold meetings at which thousands of his followers from around the world came to receive his touch. They experienced uncontrollable laughing, roaring, barking, hissing, crying, shaking, as well as falling unconscious." (Rose, p. 217)

These demon-possessed gurus were imparting spirit to their adoring worshippers which they had received during initiation rituals and which they attributed to spirit-possession.

According to veteran researcher Brooks Alexander, Satan's disciples have successfully assimilated occult Eastern teachings and techniques into our church and our culture. With remarkable speed and ease, Eastern and occult ideas and spiritist techniques for contacting spirits such as trance music, brain-altering drugs, meditation and yoga are being propagated to undiscerning Westerners and Americans, within and without the church, on a mass scale:

"...they are filtered through the pervasive secularism of our culture. In this way they are demystified without changing their essential content. The basic components of an Eastern/occult world view are recast in forms of expression that are naturalistic, scientific, and humanistic...Occult philosophy is being secularized and psychologized with increasing refinement....Their underlying themes run through contemporary science, economics, politics, art, psychology, and religion." (The Coming Darkness, p. 55)

NAR's Super Apostles (2 Cor. 11:13) also channel this unholy ‘spirit’ thus are “enlightened elements” who claim they have been given authority by the Spirit of “God” to build a kingdom of “God” on earth---a unified and/or pluralistic Global Church:

They believe they are restored apostles called and ordained by God to be the government for the emerging “New Order” church.  In order to maintain this governance they stress strict obedience and submission to them in all matters.  They claim to hear directly from God, and many claim that Jesus visits them in person…these so-called restored apostles believe they are called to lay the foundation and government for the new (earthly) Kingdom (one world church).  Their goal is complete and utter control of the church and subjugation of its current governance to them….This is a highly organized group with a global agenda (it is) well thought out, well strategized, and will be implemented with military precision.  The grid is in place---our future is planned.” (A Strong Delusion---the New Apostolic Reformation, thereformedtraveler.com)

Rick Joyner, one of the most visible and popular change-agent leaders in the NAR claims that faithful Christians who resist the “change” to “unity” or "oneness" process are under demonic influence.  In a further demonstration of his satanically twisted and inverted  reasoning processes Joyner said,

Some pastors and leaders who continue to resist this tide of unity will be removed from their place.  Some will become so hardened they will become opposers and resist God to the end.”  (Religious Trojan Horse, Brannon Howse, p. 146)

Joyner calls for a Great Christian Civil War to drive out authentic Christians (John 15:19) because they are too “rigid in doctrinal emphasis.” (ibid, p. 147)

Church growth guru and NAR leader C. Peter Wagner agrees.  Wagner, yet another “enlightened element,” claims that NAR is “changing the shape of Protestant Christianity around the world” and he and his fellow ‘over-shadowed’ travelers expect opposition from Bible-believing Christians:

We are well into the early adoption phase of the New Apostolic Reformation, when we can expect fairly strong objections from traditionalists who are threatened by change.” (ibid, p. 144)

An ancient Chaldean occult doctrine, evolutionary transformism (change processes) is the strange fire produced by astrological elemental spirits in fascinated minds within and without the Christian Church.  In the impeccably researched “Scientific Analysis of the Writings of Alice A. Bailey and their Applications,”  Robert A. Herrmann, Ph.D. has traced the evolutionary science so very prevalent today together with the concept of the Masters back to 1750 and the Spanish-French occultist, Martine’s de Pasqually (1715?-1779).  The term Secret Chiefs however, was introduced by Baron Hund (1772-1776) for his Strikt Observanz Masonic System (Luciferian religion).

Herrmann writes that the idea that man is god is grounded in evolutionary transformism, the seething energy of Lucifer that fuels and drives change processes,

“….where an individual spiritually evolves into higher and more meaningful forms until one actually becomes totally a spirit being on various evolutionary levels.  Further, Pasqually apparently introduced the human biological concept prior to Darwin’s expanding it to other biological entities.”  (ibid, Herrmann)

Similarly, it will be by way of an evolutionary “change” process that the chosen one will be transformed into the Antichrist.

The brilliant Russian philosopher, theologian, and visionary, Vladimir Soloviev (1850-1900) foresaw the stunning events we are witnessing today — the wholesale rejection of the God of Revelation tied to the fall of Westerners into idolatry and paganism influenced and directed by a demonic outpouring effecting a transformation of consciousness issuing into a unified religion of Lucifer and the appearance of the Antichrist.

In the "A Short Tale of the Antichrist"  Soloviev writes that prior to his transformation, the proud super- man is outwardly just, but within full of pride.  He is morally reprehensible:

".... He believes in God but loves nobody but himself. His relationship with Christ was quickly defined as one of superiority (for he will never) bow before Him like the most stupid of Christians (nor) mutter senselessly....'Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me'....'I, the bright genius, the superman! No, never!" (The Wrath of God: The Days of Antichrist, Livio Fanzaga, pp. 39-40)

As the super-mans' change-process and/or initiation (spiritual fall) progresses, instead of the former cold rational respect for Jesus Christ:

"...there was born and grew in his heart, first, a kind of terror, and then a burning, choking and corroding envy and furious breath-taking hatred." Devoured with envy of Jesus Christ he cries out "He rotted in the tomb, rotted like the lowest..." (ibid, pp. 40-41)

This is the moment the Evil One has been waiting for.  He openly approaches the proud super-man and possesses him:

"He saw those piercing eyes and heard...a strange voice, toneless...stifled, and yet clear, metallic and absolutely soulless as though coming from a phonograph." Satan pours out his spirit, saying, "I ask nothing of you, and I will help you for your own sake...Receive my spirit...it gives birth to you in power. At these words...the superman's lips opened of themselves, two piercing eyes came quite close to his face, and he felt a sharp, frozen stream enter into him and fill his whole being. And at the same time he was conscious of a wonderful strength, energy, lightness and rapture." (p. 43)

The Christian Church: Undergoing an Evolutionary Change into Apostasy Process

New Age leader David Spangler identifies evolution as the power of the angel Lucifer, thus when Djwhal Khul revealed that the fallen angel calling itself Master Jesus is assuming control of the Christian Church, he inadvertently affirmed Spangler's claim.  In other words, Satan is the spirit of the evolutionary “change” into  apostasy process that allows Master Jesus to take control of the Christian Church, and this is why Djwhal Khul, speaking through Bailey, spoke of the day when,

"Christianity will be in a state of chaotic division and upheavals. When this takes place . . ., the Master Jesus will take certain initial steps towards reassuming control of His Church… "(ibid, p. 573).

Khul appears to be describing our age, an age marked by confusion, collapsing foundations and a Christian Church fractured, divided against itself and increasingly in defiance of the Holy Trinity--- a change process collapsing into nihilistic moral relativism, accommodation to the world system, heresy, open apostasy and demonic subjection.  This 'change' into apostasy process is backed by a vast and growing network of powerful transnational New Age agencies espousing syncretic neo-Gnostic interfaith/inter-spirituality and kingdom of “God” on earth conceptions.  (1 Tim. 4:1)

The Global Occult Elite

The global ‘elite’ community consists of prime ministers, secretaries of treasury, secretaries of state, philanthropists and global business leaders whose NWO vision calls for the convergence, on a global basis, of religion, multinational corporations, foundations and the political and sociological instruments that would form a one-world government designed to bring about a New World Order. ("Hope of the Wicked: the Master Plan to Rule the World,"  Ted Flynn)

In the painstakingly researched "False Dawn: the United Religions Initiative, Globalism, and the Quest for a One-World Religion" Lee Penn calls our attention to the United Religions Initiative. The URI is the leading edge of the rising global religion of Lucifer. The URI is to a significant extent animated by New Age Luciferian-spirituality. Penn notes that evolution is absolutely central to New Age theology which is a syncretistic stew of Liberal (pantheist) Christianity, Luciferian Theosophy and Masonry, Spiritism, the Ancient Mysteries, Eastern Mysticism, Wicca, Goddess worship, and adulation of Lucifer.

The URI has attracted a disparate group of activists and powerful supporters. For example, the Dalai Lama, progressive churchmen from the People's Republic of China, pro-gay Episcopalians, radical Muslims, feminist witches, rich capitalist foundations, the Club of Rome, the Temple of Understanding and the Lucis Trust, formerly called Lucifer Publishing. Prominent supporters of the URI and globalism include occultist Robert Muller (former UN assistant secretary general and father of Common Core), Neale Donald Walsh, George Soros, Mikhail Gorbachev, Maurice Strong, Ted Turner, and Barbara Marx Hubbard. (pp.5,7, 23-26)

New Age spirituality relies heavily on the revelations of the Masters channeled through Helena Blavatsky, Alice Bailey, Muller, Marx Hubbard, and Neale Donald Walsh. Penn notes that all together they form a comprehensive anti-Gospel setting forth a progressive vision of spiritualized totalitarianism that includes: adulation of Lucifer as the light-bearer and giver of wisdom; man as god; death is not real; extreme population control including abortion, eugenics and euthanasia; hatred of faithful Christians and Jews; forecasting a pending 'selection' of mankind in which the occult progressives enter the New Age and reactionaries face extinction:

"For the New Age Apostles of "progressive" Social Darwinism, these casualties are a necessary price to pay for human evolution." (ibid, p. 7)

When a critical mass of humanity have succumbed to satanic subjection, infestation and possession, the Hierarchy of Masters will bring to an end,

“…the long silence which has persisted since Atlantean days," and "renew an ancient sharing of secrets." Thus "in the immediate future....Masters will walk openly among men...openly guiding and directing the affairs of humanity." (Djwhal Khul speaking through Alice Bailey, False Dawn, Lee Penn, p. 262)

While denying Jesus Christ God incarnate,  the true source of Light and life because the Creator Who spoke all things into existence ex nihilo and made man in His spiritual image,  powers and principalities are succeeding with the methods of false light among the many travelers of the broad way toward the building of Lucifer's kingdom of “God” here on earth…a unified Global Church of the One God: Lucifer. ( http://one-faith-of-god.org/about.asp )

The "New" Jesus: A Form of Mystical Divine Coin

Speaking of the inroads into the American Church of neo-pagan Modernism (i.e., liberalism, existentialism) and its primary doctrine evolution at the beginning of the last century, Presbyterian theologian J. Gresham Machen (1881-1937), the Professor of New Testament at Princeton Seminary said:

"The truth is that liberalism has lost sight of the very centre and core of the Christian teaching. In the Christian view of God as set forth in the Bible, there are many elements. But one attribute of God is absolutely fundamental in the Bible; one attribute is absolutely necessary in order to render intelligible all the rest. That attribute is the awful transcendence of God. From beginning to end the Bible is concerned to set forth the awful gulf that separates the creature from the Creator. It is true, indeed, that according to the Bible God is immanent in the world. Not a sparrow falls to the ground without Him. But He is immanent in the world not because He is identified with the world, but because He is the free Creator and upholder of it. Between the creature and the Creator a great gulf is fixed." (The Paganization of Biblical Studies, Dr. Peter Jones)

All things created by God, including human beings, are distinct from Him said Church Father Irenaeus in affirmation of Machen's statement.  Nor is matter coeternal with God as pagans from the time of Nimrod on through to our own time (Modernist theologians) claim:

"But the things established are distinct from Him who has established them, and what [things] have been made from Him who has made them. For He is Himself uncreated, both without beginning and end, and lacking nothing. He is Himself sufficient for this very thing, existence; but the things which have been made by Him have received a beginning... He indeed who made all things can alone, together with His Word, properly be termed God and Lord; but the things which have been made cannot have this term applied to them, neither should they justly assume that appellation which belongs to the Creator." ("Is Creatio Ex Nihilo A Post-Biblical Invention? An Examination Of Gerhard May's Proposal," Paul Copan, Trinity Journal 17.1; Spring 1996)

Paul Tillich (1886-1965) was a modernist theologian fascinated with both existentialism (neo-Gnostic nihilism) and Buddhism.   Having embraced these naturalistic conceptions he declared that it was time to retire the word God, by which he meant the Holy Trinity God in Three Persons,  because the idea of divine consubstantiality posited by these  naturalistic conceptions eliminates the uniqueness, and otherness of the living, personal Holy Trinity, thus  allowing  man to share the very substance of God.

Tillich replaced the Holy Trinity with existentialist and Buddhist expressions such as “Ultimate Concern” and “Ground of Being” to express his idea that there is no longer a personal Holy Trinity "out there" Who acts in history.   Now there is only an impersonal God substance  similar to sarvam khalvidam brahma, or All is truly Brahman and by extension, a universal God-self---ayam atma brahmam: "The Self is Brahman." (Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.4.5)

But if there is no living, personal Holy Trinity "out there," then it logically follows that there is no source for life, consciousness, soul, spirit and will, or for human dignity, worth, liberty, and property.  If man is not God's spiritual image-bearer, then he is less than nothing, a conclusion Buddha reached long before Jesus Christ God-Incarnate walked this earth:

"Six centuries before Jesus Christ, the Buddha already knew that if God does not exist, then the human self cannot exist either......Therefore, he deconstructed the Hindu idea of the soul. When one starts peeling the onion skin of one's psyche, he discovers that there is no solid core at the center of one's being. Your sense of self is an illusion. Reality is nonself (anatman). You don't exist. Liberation, the Buddha taught, is realizing the unreality of your existence." (The Book That Made Your World: How the Bible Created the Soul of Western Civilization, Vishal Mangalwadi, p. 6)

Buddha taught that liberation from suffering is non-self,  or the one-mindedness of nonbeing, which Tillich sought.  Hannah Tillich records her husbands demon-haunted strivings toward nonself:

"A Japanese Zen master, sitting with him in earnest confrontation, once described him as 'not one of the enlightened yet.' He still made the distinction between 'good' and 'evil.' The Zen master had banned good and evil in his world, acquiring physical immobility and perfect quietude. He listened with the inner ear and would not permit demons to enter his five orifices. He was not tortured by nightmarish dreams. He had found the dissolution of his 'koan.' Paulus lived in fear. His nervous body was tense; his desires -- many. His fingers would fiddle with a pebble from the beach, a silver coin, or a paper clip. He breathed unevenly and sighed heavily, an ever guilt-ridden Christian in distress. His was the Temptation of Saint Antony in Grunewald's altar, attacked by demons. His solution was to suffer the demons, take them into his being and describe them in words. He was the martyr of the mind. The Zen master talked to him about 'austerity' of the mind. But out of the ecstatic shambles of Paulus's mind came his visions of the coming, his penetration of the present, his knowledge of the past, and his compassion and understanding. Only rarely, when watching the constant motion of the ocean waves, did he find the onemindedness of nonbeing. Occasionally he found it in terror, but never in quietude." (ibid, Jones)

By whatever name Modernists apply to themselves, at bottom they are neo-pagans after the fashion of Tillich who promote a "new" God and Jesus together with a syncretistic view of Spirit.   Marcus Borg for example, is a fellow of  the neo-Gnostic pagan Jesus Seminar and author of the book, "Meeting Jesus Again for the First Time." Raised an evangelical Lutheran, Borg has discovered a new view of the Spirit and of Jesus.

This Jesus said Borg, is like Socrates,

"... a teacher of a subversive wisdom. Like the Buddha, he had an Enlightenment experience. Like a shaman, he was a healer. Like Gandhi, he protested against a purity system."  (ibid, Jones)

Borg's view of God, reality and Jesus is grounded in the occult spirituality of Huston Smith.   Smith is a sponsor of the Temple of Understanding, an organism of the Luciferian Theosophical Society devoted to global syncretism which now has the privileged status of a Non-Governmental Organization in the United Nations.  Smith was a faculty member with well-known New Ager and Assistant Secretary-General of the U.N., Robert Mueller, the Dalai Lama and Marilyn Ferguson, author of the book, "The Aquarian Conspiracy."  Smith believes that through the work of a syncretic "spirit"  an invisible energy is shaping the great religious traditions of the world into a single truth, a single Jesus, a single Spirit and an earthly Global Church of the one spirit. (ibid, Jones)

The New Spirit and Jesus of the Jesus Seminar gives us a Christ-less Christianity, a well without living waters, for the global era.

Presbyterian heretic Lloyd Geering predicts that the quickly emerging culture will be post-Christian, global, and spiritually pagan because evolution proves that as human beings evolved (created themselves from nothing) they created language, symbols, religious explanations and the Holy Trinity, the Divine Creator of all things.  And because they actually believed He really existed they caused a distinction between themselves and God. Classic Christian theology has called this the Creator/creature distinction.  But now that the syncretic  Spirit is dissolving the Creator-creation distinction from Western and American consciousness, the time for glorifying the Almighty (male) God who supposedly rules is now over. The end of orthodox Christianity is so evident,

"that some future generation may well be moved to discard the Christian calendar entirely, and rename the year 2000 AD as 1 GE, the first year of the global era." Thus Geering believes "the UN's time has finally come. It is only within the framework of that global organization that the common problems of mankind can be collectively addressed." Global consciousness is causing us "to discover and acknowledge both cultural diversity and cultural relativity," as well as to create "one unified species [through] a global consciousness/super-consciousness." (ibid, Jones)

In the spirit of globalization (oneness), Nigerian Pentecostal Pastor Nimi Wariboko,  pastor of the biggest Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, in New York , makes the case for  a denationalized global currency as an alternative to the dollar, euro, and yen in his book, "God and Money: A Theology of Money in a Globalizing World."  Pastor Wariboko calls this new global currency the Earth Dollar.

Like many Modernist theologians, Wariboko is fascinated by Paul Tillich's neo-Gnostic and Buddhist conceptions as well as by the demon-possessed Karl Marx whose peculiarly twisted writings on Jesus Christ were studied by Wariboko.  In this light it is not surprising that like Jesus Seminar theologians Wariboko has a "new" Jesus and a 'new" syncretic Spirit, as he makes clear in his review of Frank D. Macchia's, "Justified in the Spirit: Creation, Redemption, and the Triune God."   In the following remarksWariboko criticizes Macchia's conception of Spirit, saying it is not robust (syncretic) enough,

"Macchia’s conception of the Spirit is not robust enough to accommodate indigenous, non-Western understandings of spirit (entity and non-entity) within the Trinitarian framework he has built. Pentecostalism is a global phenomenon and the conception of the Spirit or even Trinity (and trinitarian principles) must seriously consider non-Western ideas."  (Justified in the Spirit: Creation, Redemption, and the Triune God, Wariboko, January 8th, 2011, RenewalDynamics.com)

In "The Pentecostal Principle"  Wariboko explains that the essence of Pentecostalism extends to the ultimate questions of God, being and reality itself.    Thus the essence of the “pentecostal” as a “spirit”  is a transformative creative energy within the materiality of existence (the One Substance).   As Wariboko is inspired by Tillich it stands to reason that his conception of reality(God) is similar to Brahman the Great Cosmic Spirit – the monistic Ultimate One Substance (prakriti matter) or Essence of material phenomena into which everything is plugged.  Rob Bell teaches this as well:

"There is an energy in the world, a spark, an electricity that everything is plugged into The Greeks called it zoe, the mystics call it “Spirit,” and Obi-Wan called it “the Force. … This energy, spark, and electricity that pulses through all of creation sustains it, fuels it, and keeps it going. Growing, evolving, reproducing, making more.” (Love Wins, Rob Bell, p. 144-145)

These seething evolutionary forces and life-giving energy systems (Spirit) not only power the Divine One Substance but reach into the psyche, stirring imagination and bringing psychic powers.  The adept who has mastered the seething energies of Spirit discovers and experiences the "inner light," also called the divine spark and inner Christ or "coin," according to Wariboko.   Since money is a sacrament of divine-human unity, the "new" Jesus is a New Being, a form of divine mystical coin,

"...that supplies energy to believers so that life and future may continue..."  (God and Money, Wariboko, pp. 46-47)

From the Renaissance to our own time, neo-pagan Gnostic (existentialist), Hermetic, Mystery Religion and Eastern mystical conceptions packaged as biological and spiritual theories of evolution, various neo-Platonic (i.e., Ground of Being) and Tree of Life conceptions together with pre-existing or spontaneously generated matter theories, multiverse conceptions, "new" Jesus and syncretic Spirit expressions have swept the post-Christian West and America, even entering into the whole body of the Church.

At bottom, all of these neo-pagan conceptions are nihilistic, meaning there is no source for life and being (soul/spirit), and all of them are ultimately coming together in an occult planetary mythology that grew out of the Renaissance and maintains that man is not fallen, that he is ultimately perfectible through a process of evolution and  through leaps of consciousness he can realize that he is God.  Tragically, many people today, including growing numbers of theologians and rank-and-file Christians, whether Roman or Eastern Orthodox Catholic and Protestant, are being seduced by this mythology. The common thread among all of these neo-pagan conceptions is a single mind directing the formation of the new pagan religious consciousness.   It is the mind of the same fallen angel who tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden with the words, "Ye shall be as Gods." (Gen. 3:5)

Why Evolutionary Materialism leads to the Unreality of Your Existence

American Christian author Dr. Frank Turek notes that Cambridge-trained Ph.D. Stephen Meyer's New York Times best-seller, "Darwin's Doubt," is creating a major scientific controversy. Because Darwinists absolutely hate it, Meyer’s well-reasoned argument that an intelligent designer is the best explanation for the evidence at hand elicits irrational accusations that Meyers is anti-scientific and guilty of endangering sexual freedom everywhere. (Darwin's Doubt, Turek, Townhall.com, July 09, 2013)

Meyer writes,

Neo-Darwinism and the theory of intelligent design are not two different kinds of inquiry, as some critics have asserted. They are two different answers—formulated using a similar logic and method of reasoning—to the same question: ‘What caused biological forms and the appearance of design in the history of life?’” (ibid)

The real issue here is not "anti-scientific" intelligent design or for that matter, the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo ("special creation" as evolutionary materialists call it) versus "scientifically enlightened reason and science" but about creation account vs. anti-creation account (Darwinian materialism).

The reason Darwinists on one hand, and intelligent design and Genesis account proponents on the other, arrive at radically different answers is because Darwinists are neo-pagan materialists and the other two are not.

While intelligent design proponents are open to intelligent causes (just like crime scene investigators are), Genesis account creationists hold that our Creator, the living, personal Triune God the Divine Source of life who exists outside of the space/time dimension is Jesus Christ, the angel who spoke with Moses at Sinai.

Foremost of His miracles is creation out of nothing – six days of creation rather than the billions of years of evolutionary process out of already existing or spontaneously generated matter:

The first moment of time is the moment of God’s creative act and of creation’s simultaneous coming to be.” (Philosopher and New Testament scholar William Lane Craig quoted in “If God created the universe, then who created God?’ by Jonathan Sarfati, Creation Ministries International)

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." (Genesis 1:27)

As all men are the spiritual image-bearers of the Triune God it logically follows that each male and female is a trinity of being — of soul, spirit, and body:

"The essence of the human is not the body, but the soul.  It is the soul alone that God made in his own image and the soul that he loves....For the sake of the soul...the Son of God came into the world...." (Incomplete Work on Matthew, Homily 25, Ancient Christian Devotional, Oden and Crosby, p. 153)

For fifteen hundred years, Christendom and then later Protestant America had followed St. Augustine (AD 354-430) in affirming that all men are three part spiritual image-bearers of the transcendent Triune God (Gen. 1:27).  This unique view of man was affirmed by the brilliant French economist, statesman, and author Frederic Bastiat.  Man as God’s spiritual image-bearer is the precious gift from God which includes the physical, intellectual and moral life:

"He has provided us with a collection of marvelous faculties.   And He has put us in the midst of a variety of natural resources.   By application of our faculties to these natural resources we convert them into products, and use them.  Life, faculties, production — in other words, individuality, liberty, property — this is man (and) these three gifts from God precede all human legislation, and are superior to it.  Life, liberty, and property do not exist because men have made laws.  On the contrary, it was the fact that life, liberty, and property existed beforehand that caused men to make laws in the first place."    (Bastiat, “How Evil Works,” David Kupelian, p. 8)

Vishal Mangalwadi, India's foremost Christian scholar writes that this unique concept of man as God's spiritual image-bearer gave birth to the "belief in the unique dignity of human beings," and this is,

Neo-Pagan, Anti-Human God-Haters

Darwinian materialists are anti-Triune God:

"The irony is devastating. The main purpose of Darwinism was to drive every last trace of an incredible God from biology. But the theory replaces God with an even more incredible deity — omnipotent chance...." (T. Rosazak, Unfinished Animal, pp. 101-102, 1975)

They hate the very thought of Him as their Father and seek escape to a nowhere land, an impersonal, collective communal unconscious where man as God’s spiritual image-bearer, immutable truth, order, moral law, sexual ethics, authority, hell, heaven, angels, demons, meaning and purpose do not exist. For these reasons and others, such as Original Sin and the two created sexes, they fiercely reject intelligent design but viciously hate creation ex nihilo and  choose rather to embrace evolutionary and materialist conceptions. The truth of this can be seen in the following quotes:

The philosopher who finds no meaning in the world is not concerned exclusively with a problem in pure metaphysics.  He is also concerned to prove that there is no valid reason why he personally should not do as he wants to do, or why his friends should not seize political power and govern in the way that they find most advantageous to themselves.  The voluntary…reasons for holding doctrines of materialism….may be predominantly erotic, as they were in the case of Lamettrie…..or predominantly political as they were in the case of Karl Marx.” (Aldous Huxley, “Ends and Means,” p. 315, from Libido Dominandi: Sexual Liberation and Political Control, E. Michael Jones, p. 27)

Metaphysical Nihilism: Everything and Nothing

Metaphysical nihilism (all that exists is matter and energy) is the metaphysics of both physical materialism and nonphysical materialist conceptions.

What chiefly separates these two is whether matter is physical or nonphysical.  If physical, then the Triune God, heaven, hell, soul/spirit, angels, and demons do not exist.   But if nonphysical, then for example, spirits, ghosts, divine sparks, Transcended Masters, intra-cosmic deities, Orobouros, astral planes, divine impersonal mind and Christ consciousness exist but the material world is an illusion.

Brooks Alexander, the founder of The Spiritual Counterfeits Project (SCP), an evangelical ministry and think-tank in Berkeley, California identifies both physical and nonphysical materialist conceptions as the two sides of pagan monism.

In other words, for many years secular-human physicalists have been quietly crossing over into spiritual or cosmic conceptions of matter and embracing for example, Zen Buddhism and Teilhards idea, which leapfrogs off of Darwin’s theory.

You can be as God

Nihilism: You are of Nothing

“Behold, you are of nothing, and your work of that which hath no being: he that hath chosen you is an abomination.” Isaiah 41:24

Though evolutionary materialists congratulate themselves for being scientifically enlightened, cutting edge ‘elite’ free thinkers, the truth is otherwise, meaning that materialists, whether of the secular physical or occult spiritual school are miserable self-deceived nihilists for whom there is neither source for "self" (conscious life, psyche, individual mind) nor for meaning and purpose in life.  They are “of nothing” and the unreality of their own existence is the devastating price they have paid the devil, the father of death and nihilism, for “saving” them from the living God.

The misery inducing "salvation" of "nonself" is not something new but something ancient.  It began with Buddha who craved God-like power to deconstruct and reinterpret the soul. Taking power not only requires the murder of God but the teaching of lies.

Jesus to Buddha,

"....you took God away from them (and) your espousal of an absence of self is the most unique and fearsome claim you made...You turned from Hinduism because it said there was an essential self, which they called the atman."    (The Lotus and the Cross: Jesus Talks with Buddha, Ravi Zacharias, pp.59, 67)

Six centuries before Jesus Christ, the Buddha already knew that if all that exists is matter then the human self cannot exist either:

"Therefore, he deconstructed the Hindu idea of the soul. 6)

If all that exists is matter and energies working on and through matter then it logically follows that there is no source for life, conscious life (soul, spirit and will), the two sexes, human dignity and worth, or for unalienable Constitutional rights beginning with the right to life, liberty, and property.  Without the Triune God meaning drains into meaninglessness and man is reduced to less than nothing, a conclusion Buddha reached long before Marxist Communists attempted to scientifically re-engineer human beings after the fashion of metaphysical nihilism.

“Thought crime was not a thing that could be concealed forever. You might dodge successfully for awhile....but sooner or later they were bound to get you." George Orwell, 1984

After seizing control of Russia, Marxist materialists utilized propaganda of the lie, re-education with major emphasis on Darwinism, revision of history, and other confusion-inducing, mind-and-thought-control techniques in connection with brain-altering drugs, electro-shock therapy, terror and other brutal measures to,

"...liquidate all expressions of individual identity in favor of an impersonal collective, communal consciousness." (The Book that Made Your World, Vishal Mangalwadi, p. 74)

Following in Buddha’s footsteps, Western and American evolutionary materialists took our Creator away and replaced Him with nihilist Darwinian materialism.  Then they conceptually reduced His spiritual image-bearers to less than nothing, taught monstrous lies as scientific fact, morally corrupted Westerners and Americans, and brutally ridiculed and demonized anyone who dared speak truth to their lies. By these means they set Western and American civilization adrift in infinite nothingness.

Nihilism is spiritual, moral, intellectual and cultural suicide.  It is the devil’s inferno here on earth, the void of everything and nothing in which death is life, evil is good, lie is truth, up is down, male is female, female is male, rolling in filth is good clean fun, bad is good but evil better and the father of nihilism is god.

Choose Eternal Blessing and not Cursing

The unreality of “self” is a waking nightmare fueled by horrors of conscience, obsession with death and hellish terrors of mind that makes suicide, murder, abortion, euthanasia, and genocide into virtues.

The Second Person of the Holy Trinity, the Living Word become Flesh, Jesus Christ the Physician, came to heal the spiritually sick and dying, to save their immortal souls.

Sirius, UFOs, Transcended Masters & the Coming New Age 'Christ'

In the classic work, "Earth's Earliest Ages"  English theologian G.H. Pember (1837-1910) examines the role of demonic forces in the first destruction of earth under God's judgment and compares them to the advance of spiritualism, Hermetic magic, Luciferian Theosophy, Buddhism, reincarnation, and karma sweeping across Christendom.

Pember notes that open intercourse with demons (spiritualism/channeling), the ancient Mysteries, magical practices, astrology, mesmeric healings, Eastern mysticism and reincarnation have arisen on a vast scale in the very heart of Christendom.  These ancient superstitions are no longer veiled in mystery but present themselves as the fruit of modern science,

"..the advances of Modern Science, and especially the spread of evolutionary philosophy, having fitted the world for deeper teaching, the Brotherhood decided that the time had come to communicate with it, and openly influence its religion and philosophy.  They have, however, become so etherealized by their practices that they are unable to endure contact with coarse human nature: it was, therefore necessary to employ intermediaries." Helena Blavatsky was "chosen for this purpose..." (pp. 243-245)

After devoting herself to occult pursuits for some thirty years, Madame Helena Petrova Blavatsky (1831-1891) repaired to a Himalayan retreat where she spent seven years under the immediate direction of the Masters (Brotherhood) who initiated and instructed her for her mission.   Upon her dismissal she traveled to America and organized the Theosophical Society.  In one of her great works, "Isis Unveiled," she points to signs foretelling the approaching day, which is in fact our own day, when the West will have finally rejected supernatural Christian theism and faithful Judaism and embrace the proofs,

"....that only ancient religions were in harmony with nature, and ancient science embraced all that can be known...An era of disenchantment and rebuilding will soon begin---nay, has already begun....a new (age) is about to begin, and the future pages of history may contain full evidence and convey full proof, that if ancestry can be....believed, Descending spirits have conversed with man, And told him secrets of the world unknown." (Isis Unveiled, vol. I., p. 38)

Blavatsky's teachings were strongly syncretic, drawing from Eastern mysticism, Tibetan, Platonic and Neoplatonic systems, Hermetic Kabbalism , and contemporary 19th century occult magic and scientific sources.  Blavatsky's legacy was an  occult vision further developed by later esotericists such as Rudolph Steiner and Alice Bailey that simultaneously offered a detailed occult analysis of the evolving universe of matter and energy and  the spiritual forces and hierarchies behind it as well as reaffirming the universal emanationist cosmology of ancient Gnosticism.

Blavatsky's teachings informed and shaped Hitler's occult neo-pagan regime and eventually unleashed an explosion of occult knowledge, magic and Eastern mysticism here in the West that began in the late sixties and still powers Hermetic, Wicca, neo-paganism, UFO and New Age movements sweeping over America and the West today.

Central to Hermetic orders such as the Order of the Golden Dawn and Theosophy is the theme of an occult Hierarchy of evolved Masters---god-men who have finished their cycles of reincarnation and material evolution but have chosen to remain here on the earth (Gaia) to serve people in their own conscious evolution as well as guide Gaia's spiritual evolution.

Blavatsky and other key Theosophists claimed to be in communication with, and to receive materialised letters from materialized Masters residing in Tibet.  Blavatsky's master was said to be Kut Humi, (a supposed reincarnation of Pythagoras and Francis of Assisi).

With  Alice Bailey these communications became telepathic transmissions (channeling/mediumism), and finally the Tibetan Masters were supplanted by other masters without a physical locality.   These masters variously call themselves for example, the Brotherhood, Space Brothers, Ascended Masters, the ancient Ennead of Egypt (major gods and goddesses of Egypt), Nine Principles of God, the Deep Space Nine and Council of Nine.

Today there exists a vast and growing online network of UFO channelers and others calling themselves Light Workers claiming to be in telepathic communication with the Masters.   Light Workers have even held open channeling sessions at the U.N.

Another important theme connecting all ancient and modern Hermetic Orders and Mystery religions is the Dog Star--- Sirius.  From the time of the Sumerians, Babylonians and Egyptians to our own age esoteric teachings have invariably attributed to Sirius a special status and the star’s importance in occult symbolism attests to this fact.

Artifacts of ancient civilizations reveal that Sirius was of  great importance to astrology, Hermeticism, the Mysteries, secret initiations, conceptions of transmigration and reincarnation and other forms of occultism.

Mystery schools teach that Sirius is the divine “sun behind the sun” and therefore is both the true source of our sun’s energy which keeps our physical world alive, but also the divine one substance that keeps the spiritual world alive.  Whereas the sun illuminates the physical world, which is considered to be a grand illusion, Sirius is the “real light," the Great Cosmic Spirit--- the Ultimate One Substance (i.e., Egyptian Nu, Chaos, Void, Brahman, Star Maker, Quantum Void) or Essence of material phenomena, meaning that the universe exists only as a grand illusion or mental construction as it does for example, in the mind of Brahman: brahma satyam jagan mithya, or "Brahman is real, the world is unreal." (swamij.com/mahavakyas)

In the time of the Pharoahs, Sirius--the guardian of the path of souls (magic way, cosmic tree of life) was the foundation of the Egyptians’ entire religious system. It was worshipped as Sothis and associated with Isis, the mother goddess of Egyptian mythology. Isis is the female aspect of the androgynous trinity consisting of Sirius, Osiris and their son Horus.

A fascinating aspect of Sirius is the consistency of occult symbolism and meanings attached to it:

" Several great civilizations have indeed associated Sirius with a dog-like figure and viewed the star as either the source or the destination of a mysterious force. In Chinese and Japanese astronomy, Sirius is known as the “star of the celestial wolf”. Several aboriginal tribes of North America referred to the star in canine terms: the Seri and Tohono O’odham tribes of the southwest describe the Sirius as a “dog that follows mountain sheep”, while the Blackfoot call it “Dog-face”. The Cherokee paired Sirius with Antares as a dog-star guardian of the “Path of Souls”. The Wolf (Skidi) tribe of Nebraska knew it as the “Wolf Star”, while other branches of knew it as the “Coyote Star”. Further north, the Alaskan Inuit of the Bering Strait called it “Moon Dog."  (The Mysterious Connection Between Sirius and Human History, vigilantcitizen.com, Dec. 12, 2012)

In "The Sirius Mystery" (1971) American author Robert Temple argues that the mythology of the Dogon's, an ancient African tribe, bears striking similarities to the ones of other ancient civilizations such as the Sumerians, Egyptians, and Babylonians.   Temple writes that like the others it includes the archetypal myth of a “great teacher from above” and relates that mankind was born from the Nommo,

"...a race of amphibians who were inhabitants of a planet circling Sirius. They are said to have “descended from the sky in a vessel accompanied by fire and thunder” and imparted to humans profound knowledge. This lead Robert Temple to theorize that the Nommos were extraterrestrial inhabitants of Sirius who travelled to earth at some point in the distant past to teach ancient civilizations (such as the Egyptians and Dogons) about the Sirius star system as well as our own solar system. These civilizations would then record the Nommos’ teachings in their religions and make them a central focus of their Mysteries." (ibid)

Depending on the civilization,

"...this great teacher is known as eith Enoch, Thoth or Hermes Trismegistus and is said to have taught humanity theurgic sciences. In occult traditions, it is believed that Thoth-Hermes had taught the people of Atlantis, which, according to legend, became the world’s most advanced civilization before the entire continent  was submerged by the Great Deluge (accounts of a flood can be found in the mythologies of countless civilizations). Survivors from Atlantis travelled by boat to several countries, including Egypt, where they imparted their advanced knowledge. Occultists believe that the inexplicable resemblances between distant civilizations (such as the Mayas and the Egyptians) can be explained by their common contact with Atlanteans." (ibid)

In Freemasonry, Sirius is a symbol of deity, of omnipresence and omniscience (the Divine Mind or One Substance that is present everywhere and knows all).  Sirius is therefore the home of the Ascended Masters and sacred place all Masons (as well as all who traverse the Magic Way) must spiritually ascend as Sirius is the source of divine power and the ultimate destination of consciously evolved divine individuals.

In his "Morals and Dogma," the celebrated occult Freemason Albert Pike said:

“(The Blazing Star) originally represented SIRIUS, or the Dog-star, the forerunner of the inundation of the Nile; the God ANUBIS, companion of ISIS in her search for the body of OSIRIS, her brother and husband. Then it became the image of HORUS, the son of OSIRIS, himself symbolized also by the Sun, the author of the Seasons, and the God of Time; Son of ISIS, who was the universal nature, himself the primitive matter, inexhaustible source of Life, spark of uncreated fire, universal seed of all beings. It was HERMES, also, the Master of Learning, whose name in Greek is that of the God Mercury.” (ibid)

The two most important figures associated with Theosophy, Madame Blavatsky and Alice Bailey, considered Sirius to be a source mystical power---evolution, the seething energies of Lucifer that exert a spiritual influence over the entire Orobouros or cosmic tree of life and is therefore directly linked with every great religion of antiquity because the universal life force extends into the psyche of mankind.

Alice Bailey sees Sirius as the “Great White Lodge” and believes it to be the home of the “Spiritual Hierarchy.” For this reason she considers Sirius as the star of initiation:

"This is the great star of initiation because our Hierarchy (an expression of the second aspect of divinity) is under the supervision or spiritual magnetic control of the Hierarchy of Sirius. These are the major controlling influences whereby the cosmic Christ works upon the Christ principle in the solar system, in the planet, in man and in the lower forms of life expression. It is esoterically called the “brilliant star of sensitivity.”   (ibid)

Baily teaches that the Luciferian energy emanating from Sirius is the energy of thought, a mind force that reaches the solar system from a distant cosmic center via Sirius, which acts as the transmitter,

"...or the focalising centre, whence emanate those influences which produce self-consciousness in man.”  (ibid)

From the time of the ancients till our own, Sirius has been seen as the home of the Ascended Masters, the “great teachers”  who are to return to earth one day.  But what Alice Baily saw as she ascended the Magic Way, coming ever closer to the Ascended Masters was "clear cold fire."   Interestingly, Dante described the lowest part of Hell as clear ice.

As she approached the Hierarchy (or lowest part of Hell), she said,

"...darkness is pure spirit" and each "contact with the Initiator leads the initiate closer to the centre of pure darkness---a darkness which is the very antithesis of darkness...It is a centre or point of such intense brilliance that everything fades out and at the place of tension, and at that darkest point (we) see a point of cold clear fire." (False Dawn: The United Religious Initiative, Globalism, and the Quest for a One-World Religion, Lee Penn, p. 283)

The Apostle Paul speaks not of a Magic Way, Ascended Masters and their home on Sirius but of fallen angels, the "spirits of wickedness under the heavens" (Eph. 6:12) and their chief, "the prince of the powers of the air." (Eph. 2:2)

According to Paul, fallen angels are dispersed in a multitude throughout the whole blue expanse of sky which is visible to us---the dwelling place for the host of fallen angels who have been cast down from heaven.   It is fallen angels calling themselves spirit guides, the Council of Nine, Ascended Masters, the Christ, God and so on that are telepathically communicating with growing numbers of fascinated mediums and Light Workers in our age and they say that,

"When the gospel of gods kingdom on earth has been preached throughout the world, then the end shall come or the second coming of the Christ of the Aquarian age shall take place." "The Christ of the Aquarian age will arrive in the first public spaceship landing, to be seen by all your people on international satellite television…."(Ashtar p.163, from A UFO 2nd coming, LetUsReason.org)

Luciferian Occultism Overtaking the West

In "Why Some Scientists Embrace the 'Multiverse," Dennis Prager reports that he recently participated, along with 30 scholars, mostly scientists and mathematicians, in a conference on the question of whether the universe was designed, or at least fine-tuned to make life possible, especially intelligent life. Participants — from Yale, Princeton, Harvard, Berkeley and Columbia among other American and European universities — included agnostics, atheists and believers in God.  (Prager, Jewish World Review, June 18, 2013)

Though the clear scientific consensus was that, at the very least, the universe is exquisitely fine-tuned to allow for the possibility of life said Prager, many atheist scientists and fellow-travelers who insist there be no Creator God put forward the notion of a multiverse despite there being not a shred of evidence for the existence of these universes.

The multiverse hypothesis is a desperate grasp at the fantasy theory first proposed by David Deutsch in his book, "The Fabric of Reality."  Deutsch's theory posits the existence of an infinite number of parallel universes in the vain hope that in at least one of them, conscious life and order arose by pure chance, meaning that living beings created themselves.

Eminent quantum theorist John Polkinghorne utterly rejects the multiverse nonsense:

"Let us recognize these speculations for what they are.  They are not physics, but....metaphysics.  There is no purely scientific reason to believe in an ensemble of universes....To my mind greater economy and elegance would be that this one world is the way it is because it is the creation of the will of a Creator who purposes that it should be so." (Cosmos, Creator and Human Destiny, Dave Hunt, p. 209)

Multiverse speculations, as Polkinghorne pointed out, are not physics but metaphysics, and in fact are grounded in a two-fold neo-Gnostic vision.  First, that living beings created themselves from pre-existing or spontaneously generated matter, and second, the age-old technology of alchemy and its magical meaning: the ancient Egyptian Hermetic principle of the macrocosm's correlation with the microcosm, “As above, so below” symbolized by the Ouroboros---the great chain of being, cosmic tree of life or with Darwin the tree of life.

In modern Luciferian theosophical thought for example, the Ouroboros ‘above’ corresponds to a number of different astral planes and sub-planes comprising the habitations,

The Ouroboros with its astral planes is well-known around the world in its' many esoteric traditions:

“References to this reality are the Dreaming of the Australian Aborigines, the Spirit-world of Shamanism, the Duart of the ancient Egyptians, the Bardo (Intermediate State) of the Tibetans, the Imaginal world of Islamic Esotericism - e.g. the Barzakh (Interworld) or of Suhrawardi and the Mithal (Imaginal realm) of Ibn Arabi - the Universe of Asiyah of some Kabbalists, or of Yetzirah according to others. These are just a few of the innumerable descriptions of this plane of existence.” (The Astral Plane, kheper.net)

The Apostle Paul speaks not of cosmic trees, astral planes and the beings supposedly existing there but of fallen angels, the "spirits of wickedness under the heavens" (Eph.

This means that in esoteric multiverse theories and occult cosmic tree of life conceptions, the whole blue expanse of sky under the heavens where fallen angels dwell is the Ouroboros/cosmic tree ‘above’ consisting of astral planes and sub-planes connected by the great chain of being up which the initiate spiritually ascends (evolves) by way of ritual (i.e., transcendental meditation, mind-altering drugs) as he traverses the occult Path of Life or Western Magical Way to reach divine status and gain psychic powers.

Royal Astronomer Lord Martin Rees champions multiverse conceptions in the hope that in at least one or more of them living beings created themselves who are far more advanced than our own life-forms.  Rees believes that if this is the case, then super-intelligent aliens might be capable of simulating in their brains or in a super-computer the complex history of our universe, meaning the universe we inhabit is a simulation lacking real substance and existing only as a mental construction, a matrix, in the minds of highly evolved aliens who seeded our world with life and travel through time in order to control man’s evolutionary progress. (Scientific Mythologies, James A. Herrick, p. 216)

The idea that the universe we inhabit exists only as a mental construction is very similar to Hinduism's Brahman. Brahman is the Great Cosmic Spirit--- the Ultimate One Substance (prakriti matter) or Essence of material phenomena, meaning that the universe exists only as a mental construction in the mind of Brahman: brahma satyam jagan mithya, or "Brahman is real, the world is unreal." (swamij.com/mahavakyas)

Rees proposal is also similar to the hypothesis presented by Olaf Stapledon, a scientist who has always kept one foot firmly planted in neo-Gnostic science fiction accounts and imagines our universe to be an artifact of the Star Maker.  Building off of Stapledon's fantasy Carl Sagan suggests that we are "star folk" made of "star stuff."    (Herrick, pp. 216-217)

Replace Star Maker with Brahman and "star stuff" with sarvam khalvidam brahma, or "All is truly Brahman" (swamij.com) and we have ayam atma brahmam: "The Self is Brahman." (Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.4.5)

In the caption of his book, “Just Six Numbers,” Rees reveals the ancient occult basis of his propositions:

"The ouraboros. There are links between the microworld of particles, nuclei and atoms and the cosmos." (Rees M., Just Six Numbers, P. 9)

"Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field…" — Genesis 3:1

As a powerful occult symbol, the Ouroboros or Uroboros means the seething power, creative and/or evolutionary impulse or energy of the serpent figuratively depicted as either a serpent or dragon eating its own tail.  The serpent's body is often depicted as the Great Chain of Being, Cosmic Tree of Life, or with Darwin, the Tree of Life.

The occult Tree of Life with its' multiple dimensions and life-giving energy systems not only powers the universe but reaches into the psyche, stirring imagination, bringing psychic powers and even awakening pre-human memories of when the scientifically "enlightened occult elite,” the Gnostikoi, were fish:

"Remember when you were a fish...." suggested Jean Houston, the prophet of the possible, in a workshop to awaken ancient pre-human memories.  Nearly a thousand evolved life-forms (people) dropped to the floor and began moving their 'fins' as if to propel themselves through water.  "Notice your perception as you roll like a fish. How does your world look, feel, sound, smell, taste?"  Then you crawled up on land said Houston, so now you must, "Allow yourself to fully remember being a reptile....Then some of you flew. Others climbed trees."   A zoo of beastly sounds erupted from the herd of pre-human birds, reptiles and apes. (America: The Sorcerer's New Apprentice, Hunt and McMahon, p. 218)

From the time of the ancients serpent power has been important to religious and mythological symbolism all around the world. Within the Egyptian mysteries, serpent power was associated with,

..."the elemental forces that were in play before the creation of the world." (Carl Teichrib, Gods of Ancient Egypt, p. 182)

In China serpents were spiritually linked with earth and water while in Scandinavian myth a world serpent protected man from cosmic forces of chaos.  The self-described Gnostic Carl Jung interpreted the Ouroboros as having archetypal consubstantiality to the human psyche.    Serpent power is also associated with today's occult New Age spirituality as well as Gnosticism, occult Hermetic Kabbalah, Roisicrucianism, Illuminati, Freemasonry and its' blatantly Luciferian sister, Theosophy, where according to Helena Blavatsky, serpent power represents self-generation and evolution through its own creative power

In his book, "The Sign of the Serpent," Mark Balfour relates how pervasive serpent symbols are within India and the Hindu religion:

"Any observant traveler who moves from the snow-tipped Himalayas in the North to the sun-soaked sands of Cape Comorin at India’s southern tip, will encounter—particularly in the rural areas and at sacred centres of pilgrimage wherever Siva, God of both Divine Wisdom and regeneration, is the presiding Deity—the serpent motif sculptured within shrines, impressed on myriads of stone implants in the ground and depicted in art." (A Short Guide to Occult Symbols: Serpent Power, Carl Teichrib, 2005, Kjos Ministries)

 Balfour elaborates on this belief:

"In Hinduism, the Cosmic Serpent—Ananta Sesha—symbolic of timeless eternity, carries the world on his 1000-fold [Cobra] hood…As the creative impulse stirs within the great Serpent in the Sky—when passive idea becomes active thought—the forces of attraction and repulsion come into play as ‘spirit’ begins its involution into "matter." (ibid, Teichrib)

Moreover, Kundalini yoga, a discipline within Hinduism, teaches that latent serpent energy lies at the base of the etheric human spine,

"…like a coiled serpent, ready to spring." (Harper's Dictionary of Hinduism, p. 156, ibid, Teichrib)

Through strenuous yoga techniques, this Kundalini serpent power uncoils and rises through seven "chakras" or power centers within the human body. The Kundalini serpent force is considered,

"(to be a) concentrated field of intelligent cosmic, invisible energy absolutely vital to life beginning in the base of the spine as a man or a woman begins to evolve in their first incarnation." (The Donning International Encyclopedic Psychic Dictionary, p. 343, ibid, Teichrib)

The serpent power/Masonry connection is revealed by occultist Mason Manly Hall who says that when the Mason learns how to properly channel the power of the serpent he has learned the mystery of his Craft:

The seething energies of Lucifer are in his hands and before he may step onward and upward, he must prove his ability to properly apply energy.” (New World Order: The Ancient Plan of Secret Societies, William T. Still, p. 30)

In “Occult Theocracy,” Edith Starr Miller elaborates on the serpent power/Masonry connection:

Luciferian Occultism controls Freemasonry (and) is therefore not a novelty, but it bore a different name in the early days of Christianity.  It was called Gnosticism…” (Occult Theocracy, p. 198, 1933)

Free Masonry is grounded in occult Hermetic Kabbalah, the non-Jewish version of Kabbalah, a syncretic system that draws on Gnosticism, Western astrology, alchemy, ancient Egyptian drom which the alahnry connectionntherefore not a novelty, but it bore a different name in the early days of Chhermeticism, Greco-Roman nature religions, Eastern mysticism/reincarnation/karma, spiritual and biological evolutionary conceptions, neoplatonism, the Enochian system of angelic magic of John Dee and Edward Kelley, rosicrucianism, tantra, and tarot cards, which are seen as keys to the Tree of Life.

Occult Hermetic Kabbalah is also the underlying philosophy and framework for Western magical societies such as the Golden Dawn, Thelemic orders, mystical-religious societies such as the Builders of the Adytum and is the precursor to the Wiccan, Neopagan and Luciferian New Age spirituality over-taking Western and American civilization.

Regarding the importance of occult Hermetic Kabbalah to Freemasonry, Albert Pike--the most influential Freemason that has lived---has this to say in his Morals and Dogma:

"The Kabalah is the key to the occult sciences; and the Gnostics were born of the Kabalists. (Morals and Dogma, p. 626)

The famous scientist, engineer, religious writer and mystic, Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772) claimed to have been instructed by beings on other planets as well as by angels during his astral plane travels.  Swedenborg has influenced a long line of scientists, philosophers, modern science fiction writers and movie producers as well as Joseph Smith.

Swedenborg described Masonry as a search after Light said Pike:

"That search leads us directly back, as you see, to the Kabbalah. In that ancient and little understood medley of absurdity and philosophy, the Initiate will find the source of many doctrines; and may in time come to understand the Hermetic philosophers, the Alchemists, all the Anti-papal Thinkers of the Middle Age, and Emanuel Swedenborg. (Morals and Dogma, p. 741)

The Gnostic Hermetic Kabbalah holds to the neoplatonic conception that the manifest universe (One Substance) of which material creation is a part, arose as a series of emanations or evolutions from the godhead or divine Cosmic Spirit.

In his Dictionary of Mysticism and the Occult, Nevill Drury writes that the Hermetic Kabbalah's Tree of Life consists of ten spheres,

"...or sephiroth, through which—according to mystical tradition—the creation of the world came about. The sephiroth are aligned in three columns headed by the supernals and together symbolize the process by which the Infinite Light…becomes manifest in the universe." (A Short Guide to Occult Symbols: The Tree of Life, Carl Teichrib)

The sephiroth also have a role resembling that of the "...charkas [sic] in yoga."

In other words, the sephiroth symbolize the consubstantiality or oneness of the initiate's intellect with the Divine Substance (i.e., ancient Egyptian Nu, Chaos, Brahman, Omega Point, Singularity) as well as the seething evolutionary energies of Lucifer (Moshiach/Nachash/Gematria) while chakras refer to psychic centers that lie along the spine of the etheric body that awaken by way of kundalini serpent power yoga.

For the initiate, the deeper meaning of the Hermetic Kabbalah is the Tree of Life (snake’s body) ‘above’ as well as the inward path ‘below’ in which the adept who has mastered the seething energies of Lucifer discovers and experiences the "inner light" (also called the divine spark and inner Christ).

In short, Hermetic Kabbalah is a system of Luciferian teachings and evolutionary conceptions which open up the mind and the soul to a new level of understanding from the snake: salvation comes from within.

From the Renaissance to our own time, Gnostic Hermetic science packaged as biological and spiritual theories of evolution, various Tree of Life conceptions together with pre-existing or spontaneously generated matter theories, multiverse conceptions, Teilhard’s Omega Point and trans-humanism’s Technological Singularity for example, has swept the post-Christian West and America, even entering into the whole body of the Church.

Luciferian Occultism: Serpent Power

In "God and the Knowledge of Reality," the Catholic philosopher and historian, Thomas Molnar (1921–2010), writes that during the Renaissance Christian mystics and scholars such as Emanuel Swedenborg discovered Hermetic magic and esoteric Jewish Kabbalah texts which they studied and translated resulting in Hermetic Kabbalah.  Then like Pico della Mirandola, they argued that occult hermetic science---the divine technology or Magic Way of reaching divine status and powers through ritual procedures (and for Swedenborg astral plane traveling) is the best proof of the divinity of Christ.    In other words said Molnar,

"…..by the time of the Renaissance the esoteric texts of the first centuries A.D. had acquired in scholarly and humanist circles an unparalleled prestige, confronting as equals the texts held sacred by the church.  In Pico's estimation, 'nulla est scientia que nos magis certificet de divinitate Christ quam magia et Cabala' (there is no science that would prove for us Christ's divinity better than magic and the Cabala.)"  (pp. 78-79)

From then till now, Luciferian occult science has been working steadily toward its’ goal to invert, pervert, and replace the living word of God (Matthew 4:4) beginning with the book of Genesis, the book of beginnings divinely revealed to Moses for our edification and salvation.   As a result, the majority of contemporary Christians no longer know that Genesis is the living Word of God because they have lost contact with the early Church Fathers, the living link between the ancient texts containing God's revelation and today's esoteric evolutionary imperative.

In their day, just as in our own, many people erroneously interpreted Genesis, especially the first three chapters, as an allegory, denying it has any literal and historic meaning.  Therefore the Church Fathers who wrote on Genesis made a specific point in saying it has literal meaning that we must understand correctly even while explaining that anthropomorphic statements about God describing Him as a man who sits on thrones for example, are to be understood symbolically.

Church Fathers regarded Genesis, especially the first three chapters, as divinely inspired text that tells of actual, historical events and people. St. Cyril of Alexandria for example, wrote that Genesis is divinely inspired and cannot be apprehended rightly without respect for its' historical meaning:

"Those who reject the historical meaning in the God-inspired Scriptures as something obsolete are avoiding the ability to apprehend rightly, according to the proper manner, the things written in them...whenever some historical events are presented to us by the Holy Scriptures (a) useful search into the historical meaning is appropriate, in order that the God-inspired Scripture be revealed as salvific and beneficial to us in every way." (St. Cyril, "Commentary on the Prophet Isaiah 1,4, PG 70, 192AB)

Church Fathers make the point that the whole of creation, including the soul of man, was brought into existence from non-existence (ex nihilo), not from eternally existing or spontaneously generated matter as ancient and modern evolutionary adherents and Luciferian occultists believe.

On the miraculous creation of the first man Church Father John Chrysostom writes:

And God formed man of dust from the earth, and breathed into his face the breath of life, and man became a living soul….the inbreathing communicated to the one created out of earth the power of life, and thus the nature of the soul was formed.  What does a living soul mean?  An active soul, which has the members of the body as the implements of its activities, submissive to its will.” (Genesis, Creation, and Early Man, Seraphim Rose, p.215)

 Gregory of Nyssa adds:

The body and the soul were formed at the same time—not one before and the other afterwards…” (ibid, p. 218)

Jesus Christ, the “angel” who spoke with Moses at Sinai, is the Creator.  Foremost of His miracles is creation out of nothing—six acts or days of creation rather than the billions of years of evolutionary alchemical process out of matter:

The first moment of time is the moment of God’s creative act and of creation’s simultaneous coming to be.” (Philosopher and New Testament scholar William Lane Craig quoted in “If God created the universe, then who created God?’ by Jonathan Sarfati, Creation Ministries International)

With Irenaeus, the doctrine of creatio ex nihilo was well established. He also argued that the world (matter) was not coeternal with God:

The Fourth Lateran Council of 1215 affirms creation ex nihilo:

"We firmly believe and simply confess that there is only one true God ... the Creator of all things visible and invisible, spiritual and corporeal; who from the very beginning of time by His omnipotent power created out of nothing [de nihilo condidit] both the spiritual beings and the corporeal." (ibid, Copan)

On creation ex nihilo, the Westminster Confession of Faith (1646) asserts:

"It pleased God ... in the beginning, to create or make of nothing the world, and all things therein" (IV.I; ibid)

The divinely inspired Genesis account of creation ex nihilo is a great stumbling block for contemporary Westerners and Americans---including great numbers of Christian theologians--- brought up with an evolutionary outlook, an antihuman, occult Luciferian/Gnostic materialistic worldview that has left them spiritually and morally impoverished.

"But in his estate shall (Antichrist) honour the God of forces." Dan. 11:38

Today the Nachash, the occult planetary-elites God of forces has confused, deluded and mesmerized vast numbers of Westerners and Americans.  As the animated seething energy called evolution the God of forces is the principle miracle-producing power of the cosmos. Having transformed the consciousness of his followers, they are no longer the spiritual image-bearers of the living Triune God but evolution’s conscious products who can achieve ever higher levels of consciousness by directing their own evolution.

So complete has the transformation of consciousness been that the God of forces has successfully inverted the order of creation and for increasing numbers of deluded Christians, reversed the direction of Biblical theism. With creation ex nihilo virtually replaced by evolution, it is now believed that men have not fallen from perfection but instead are gradually evolving upward from their ape beginnings toward greater and greater spiritual perfection. Self-perfecting man no longer needs the living, supernatural God as the idea of "conscious evolution" means he can save himself, and perhaps even attain god-hood.

As the 'Christ' of the hugely popular "A Course in Miracles" the God of forces states that there is an "irresistible Force" within each person, a universal Force that when activated grants unimaginable psychic powers, even immortality.  The 'Christ' tells New Age leader Barbara Marx Hubbard that on the day of Planetary Pentecost a Planetary Smile will flash across the faces of all people who have accepted the Luciferian Initiation.  There will be "uncontrollable joy" that the 'Christ' describes as the "joy of Force" that will "ripple" through the one body of humanity.  ("False Christ Coming: Does Anybody Care? Warren B. Smith, p. 120)

The God of forces who is the serpent power worshipped by mankind from antiquity, the god of Gnostic Masonry, the seething energies of Lucifer, the serpent power of Kundalini yoga, the body of the occult Tree of Life, the Cosmic Spirit of the universe, the Singularity and the Collective who represents self-generation and evolution through its own creative power poses a question to his enthralled worshippers,

"What if I am not a 'man' at all, but rather a Force, an 'Energy" in the universe, that IS the universe, and that is, in fact, All That Is. What if I am The Collective?" ("God" in Conversations with God: Book 3, p. 125, Neale Donald Walsh, ibid Warren B. Smith, p. 122)

Tragically, many people today, including growing numbers of Christians, are being seduced by an occult planetary mythology that grew out of the Renaissance and maintains that man is not fallen, that he is ultimately perfectible through a process of evolution and that through leaps of consciousness he can realize that he is God.   The common thread among all occult Hermetic science, secret societies and esoteric teachings since the Renaissance is a single mind directing the formation of the new religious consciousness.   It is the mind of the same fallen angel who tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden with the words, “Ye shall be as Gods.” (Gen. 3:5)

When finally the man of lawlessness arrives and appears to triumph for a time, in the end it is he whom the Lord Jesus,

….shall kill with the spirit of his mouth; and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming, him,” (2 Thes. 2:8)

Deluded Tim Keller: the Dangerous Esoteric Doctrines He Unwittingly Embraces

Timothy J. Keller (b. 1950) is the founding pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City and author of many bestsellers including The Reason for God.   He is also the most recent compromiser in a long line of Christian compromisers (priests and intellectuals) stretching back to the Renaissance, to embrace evolution and suggest that in order for it to be compatible with the Bible  we must see the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo in a non-literal, non-historical context.

In a position paper Keller published with the theistic evolutionary organization Biologos he argues,

“....there is no logical reason to preclude that God could have used evolution to predispose people to believe in God in general so that people would be able to    consider true belief when they hear the Gospel preached.”  (A response to Timothy Keller’s ‘Creation, Evolution and Christian Laypeople,’ Lita Cosner, 9 September 2010, creation.com)

Evolutionary scenarios commonly proposed by evolutionary theists typically reduce Adam and Eve to mythical figures, with the consequence that Eve was never promised a ‘Seed' and death didn’t come from a Fall but rather from the death of the millions of evolved creatures that preceded humans by billions of years.   So evolution not only makes God responsible for death but in amputating the entire historicalprecedent from the Gospel it changes the rest of Scripture and makes Jesus Christ unnecessary as atheist Frank Zindler points out:

The most devastating thing though that biology did to Christianitywas the discovery of biological evolution. Now that we know Adam and Eve neverwere real people the central myth of Christianity is destroyed. If there neverwas an Adam and Eve, there never was an original sin. If there never was anoriginal sin there is no need of salvation. If there is no need of salvationthere is no need of a savior. And I submit that puts Jesus, historical or otherwise, into the ranks of the unemployed. I think that evolution absolutely is thedeath knell of Christianity.” (Frank Zindler, American atheist, in a debate with William Craig, Atheism vs Christianity video, 1996, from "Homeschooling parents demand evolutionary textbooks," Lita Cosner, 13 June 2013, creation.com)

Shallow-thinking, weak-willed compromisers like Keller rush in where angels fear to tread, meaning that first of all, evolution is not what he believes it is, and second, it is completely at odds with the Bible.  It is the enemy of the Bible, as even evolutionary atheist Richard Dawkins agrees:

I think the evangelical Christians have really sort of got it right in a way, in seeing evolution as the enemy. Whereas the more, whatshall we say, sophisticated theologians are quite happy to live with evolution,  I think they’re deluded. I think the evangelicals have got it right,  in that there really is a deep incompatibility between evolution and Christianity..." (ibid)

So just what is evolution?  Where frank speaking occurs, it is revealed that evolutionary science is in fact an occult and/or esoteric subject.  When asked by a layman why he should be interested  "in so esoteric a subject as evolutionary biology," Professor S.J. Gould replied that evolution tells us,

“.... us where we came from, how we got here, and perhaps where we are going. Quite simply, it is science’s version of Roots, except it is the story of us all."   (The Religious Nature of Evolution Theory and its Attack on Christianity, John G. Leslie and Charles K. Pallaghy, Ph.D, creation.com)

Gould candidly admits that evolutionary biology is an esoteric account of the ultimate origin of life.  According to this account, about 3 billion years ago lifeless chemicals laying around on an already existing earth (pre-existing matter)somehow combined and finally magically transcended themselves after a hundred or a thousand identical operations thus allowing the transmutation of the chemical substances into life.   Once life emerged, natural processes (evolution, natural selection, laws of nature) were set in motion that supposedly eventuated in the arrival of man:

"If man has arrived at his present state as a result of natural processes rather than a supernatural will, he can learn to control these processes...The concept of evolution, which is now basic to the life sciences, has provided new and in some ways revolutionary answers to questions men have been asking for centuries. The two most important of these are, ‘Why am I here, what is the purpose of human existence, and what is the nature of the world of life that surrounds us?"   (ibid, Dobzhansky, T., Ayala, F.J., Stebbins, G.L. and Valentine, J.W., Evolution, W.H. Freeman and Co., San Francisco, 1977)

Evolutionary biology is an occult science, a modern Mystery Religion consisting of both an exoteric or outer meaning for mass consumption (for deluded people like Keller) and a hidden, or occult meaning, for higher initiates.

Hiding beneath the idea that life will eventually emerge from the mixing of lifeless chemicals is a vision arising from the age-old technology of alchemy and its magical or mystical meaning: the ancient Egyptian Hermetic principle of the macrocosm's correlation with the microcosm, “As above, so below” symbolized by the great chain of being, or with Darwin the tree of life.

In occult theosophical thought for example, "As above" corresponds to a Divine One Substance and a number of different astral planes and sub-planes comprising the habitations of all,

"... supernatural entities, the locale of gods and demons, the void where the thoughtforms dwell, the region inhabited by spirits of the air and other elements, and the various heavens and hells with their angelic and demonic hosts....With the help of ritual procedures, trained persons believe that they can 'rise on the planes,' and experience these regions in full awareness." ("Beyond the Body: The Human Double and the Astral planes, Benjamin Walker, 1974, pp. 117-8)

The Apostle Paul speaks not of astral planes, cosmic trees and the inhabitants supposedly existing there but of fallen angels, the "spirits of wickedness under the heavens" (Eph. 6:12) and their chief, "the prince of the powers of the air." (Eph. 2:2)

According to Paul, fallen angels are dispersed in a multitude throughout the whole blue expanse of sky which is visible to us under the heavens, the dwelling place for the host of fallen angels who have been cast down from heaven.    This means that the whole blue expanse of sky under the heavens where fallen angels dwell is the "As above" consisting of astral planes and sub-planes connected by the great chain of being up which the initiate ascends (evolves) by way of ritual (i.e., transcendental meditation) to reach divine status and gain powers.

In "God and the Knowledge of Reality," the Catholic philosopher and historian, Thomas Molnar (1921–2010), writes that during the Renaissance Christian mystics and scholars such as Emanuel Swedenborg discovered Hermetic and Jewish Cabala esoteric texts and like Pico della Mirandola, argued that hermetic science---the divine technology of reaching divine status and powers through magic, ritual procedures and for Swedenborg, astral plane traveling----is the best proof of the divinity of Christ.    In other words said Molnar,

"..by the time of the Renaissance the esoteric texts of the first centuries A.D. had acquired in scholarly and humanist circles an unparalleled prestige, confronting as equals the texts held sacred by the church.  In Pico's estimation, 'nulla est scientia que nos magis certificet de divinitate Christ quam magia et Cabala' (there is no science that would prove for us Christ's divinity better than magic and the Cabala.)"  (ibid, pp. 78-79)

The astral plane is well-known around the world in its' many esoteric traditions:

" References to this reality are the Dreaming of the Australian Aborigines, the Spirit-world of Shamanism, the Duart of the ancient Egyptians, the Bardo (Intermediate State) of the Tibetans, the Imaginal world of Islamic Esotericism - e.g. the Barzakh (Interworld) orof Suhrawardi and the the Mithal (Imaginal realm) of Ibn Arabi - the Universe of Asiyah of some Kabbalists, or of Yetzirah according to others.  Other descriptions are the Nervo degree of the Physical State of Theon, the Astral or 2nd Prakritic plane (corresponding to the Linga Sharira or Subtle or Astral body) and the Kama (Desire-Plane)  of Blavatsky,  the Astral Plane of the Adyar school of Theosophy and of popular occultism, Rudolf Steiner's "Soul World"; and and the Vital and Subtle Physical described by Sri Aurobindo and Mirra.  These are just a few of the innumerable descriptions of this plane of existence. " (The Astral Plane, kheper.net)

In order for occult rituals to work, matter (the One Substance) must either pre-exist or have come into being from the Big Bang in order for lifeless chemicals to be laying around on an already existing earth.  In either scenario, all being is at bottom one, or monistic: As above, so below.

Esoteric knowledge pertaining to the One Substance with its' different astral planes and sub-planes andgreat chain of being teaches that the "vehicle beyond the etheric body"  begins to progress (evolve) as it makes its way to the heaven-world as in Swedenborg's teaching, is inseparably linked in Hermetic doctrines.

Molnar writes that the Hermetic practitioner must strive first for separation of the soul from the body (purification), and second, for the spiritualization of all matter.  For modern Western practitioners, Teilhard's spiritual conception achieves the second goal while Darwin's esoteric formula attains the first as it imaginatively un-creates man as God's spiritual image bearer:

"....the doctrine of evolution has swept the world, not on the strength of its scientific merits, but precisely in its capacity as a Gnostic myth. It affirms, in effect, that living things created themselves, which is in essence a metaphysical claim....Thus...evolutionism is a metaphysical doctrine decked out in scientific garb....it is a scientistic myth. And the myth is Gnostic, because it implicitly denies the transcendent origin of being; for indeed, only after the living creature has been speculatively reduced to an aggregate of particles does Darwinist transformism become conceivable."  ( Dr. Wolfgang Smith in From Old Gnosticism to New Age I, Alan Morrison, SCP Journal Vol. 28:4-29:1, 2005, pp. 30-31)

In his great masterpiece, "That Hideous Strength," C.S. Lewis points out that humanist philosophy, naturalism (monism), Hermetic magic, Cabala, evolution, cosmic trees and other forms of occultism were two sides of the same revival of Renaissance paganism underlying the intellectual edifice of modern science. Thus he argued that occultism and humanistic rationalism were not enemies in principle but rather cooperating philosophies united against supernatural Christian theism and Christian civilization. Lewis underscores this point in "The Abolition of Man:"

"You will even find people who write about the sixteenth century as if Magic were a medieval survival and Science the new thing that came in to sweep it away. But if we consider the temper of that age as a whole we can discern the impulse of which I speak." In conclusion, evolutionary biology and Darwin's tree of life symbolize deep religious desires of transcendence and self-redemption, thus are incarnations, “ ...of the ancient, deeply religious endeavor “to become like God” – infinitely wise, omnipotent, autonomous, and immortal." (Dr. Erdmann)

In embracing occult evolutionary science, shallow-thinking deluded enthusiasts like Keller not only negate God's Revelations to man through the Old Testament prophets but unwittingly sign onto a whole host of dangerous occult doctrines and philosophies: naturalism (monism), Hermetic alchemy and Cabala, the cosmic chain of being, occult mediumistic rituals and the idea that  man can reach divine status and gain powers.

You can be as God: Invitation of the Emerging Cosmic Christ

In the “The Christ of the New Age Movement," Ron Rhodes notes that apostate New Age theologian David Spangler defines Christ as a cosmic principle:

"Any old Christ will not do, not if we need to show that we have something better than the mainstream Christian traditions. It must be a cosmic Christ, a universal Christ, a New Age Christ." The Christ is not so much a religious figure, "but rather a cosmic principle, a spiritual presence whose quality infuses and appears in various ways in all the religions and philosophies that uplift humanity and seek unity with spirit." (Ron Rhodes, “The Christ of the New Age Movement: Part One in a Two-Part Series on New Age Christology," cited in "A Quantum Cosmic Christ," Herescope Blogspot, June 2012)

The cosmic Christ is a rephrasing of Teilhard's Omega and is as well the divine One Substance of Leonard Sweet's quantum spirituality:

"Quantum spirituality bonds us to all creation as well as to other members of the human family…. This entails a radical doctrine of embodiment of God in the very substance of creation…. But a spirituality that is not in some way entheistic (whether pan- or trans-), that does not extend to the spirit-matter of the cosmos, is not Christian." (ibid, Leonard Sweet, Quantum Spirituality: A Postmodern Apologetic ")

By any name, Postmodern Christianity, Quantum Spirituality or Teilhard's New Religion, it is a synthesis of heresies whose primary doctrine is evolution and Bishop Fulton J. Sheen was right on target when he pointed to the influence of the infamous heretic Teilhard de Chardin:

"As one looks at the various trends in our day, one sees that Teilhard’s [de Chardin] conception of spirituality is in the forefront. He knew that he had to pass through many hazards, but he was directed principally to the cosmic world. Others have been directed to the human world. This does not mean to say that Teilhard limited himself to anthropology and physics. His fundamental orientation was “to attain heaven through the fulfillment of earth. Christify matter.” (ibid, Bishop Fulton J. Sheen, Footprints In A Darkened Forest, p. 73)

In his book, "Utopia: The Perennial Heresy," the eminent Catholic scholar and philosopher Thomas Molnar explains that evolution, whether Darwinian or a spiritual conception such as Teilhard's idea, serves as an imaginary mechanism of perfection for both man and the One Substance, an eternally existing or self-created substance which may for example, be a Universal Consciousness, Omega Point, or Divine Mind (mystical pantheism) or perhaps a spiritless physical substance (Greek Atomism, scientific materialism, Marx's dialectical matter).  Either way:

"Through evolution the world substance becomes progressively pure, homogenous and perfect until the terminal point is reached..."  (p.235)

At that point, there is either a perfected non-spiritual substance  or a perfectly spiritualized substance, the ultimate goal of Teilhard's alchemical great work.

Whether the substance is physical or spiritualized, all conceptions of the One Substance are expressions of monism.

Monism is held in common by materialism, mystical pantheism, and spiritualism and dates back to pagan antiquity and was or is taught by all non-biblical thought systems from Herme's esoteric magic formula, 'as above, so below,' to Buddhism,  Greek Epicureanism, pre-Christian and Christian era Gnosticism to Quantum Spirituality, Postmodern 'Christianity' and  New Age Cosmic Humanism.

Monism teaches that all things, including mankind, are merely diverse parts of the one-substance.  God is acceptable to this monistic frame of mind only if He is not something outside of and superior to the one-substance but rather immanent or one with it.  In other words, the substance of God must be dispersed throughout the whole substance, and since this divine substance permeates everything, including mankind, it becomes possible to evolve a God out of man.

The powerfully seductive Big Lie, "you can be as God," underlies both mystical pantheist New Age Cosmic Humanism and its' materialist counterpart, Secular Humanism.   This thought is expressed openly in the teachings of Swami Vivekananda , Dr. Beverly Galyean (leading exponent of occult New Age confluent education),  David Spangler and Emergent church leader Leonard Sweet:

"The Buddhists and the Jains do not depend on God; but the whole force of their religion is directed to the great central truth in every religion: to evolve a God out of man."  (Inspired Talks, Ramakrishna Vivekananda Center, 1958, p. 218)

"Once we begin to see that we are all God, that we have the attributes of God, then, I think the whole purpose of human life is to reown the Godlikeness within us...So my whole view is very much based on that idea."   (Galyean quoted by Francis Adeney, Educators Look East, Radix 12, No. 3, Nov-Dec. 1980, p. 21)

"As the energies of the Cosmic Christ become increasingly manifest within the etheric life of Earth, many individuals will begin to respond with the realization that the Christ dwells within them.."  ( “Wonderful Deception, Warren Smith, p. 122, citing David Spangler, The Revelation: Birth of a New Age, p. 177)

"The power of small groups is in their ability to develop the discipline to get people "in-phase" with the Christ consciousness and connected with one another." (Leonard Sweet, cited in "A Quantum Cosmic Christ," Herescope Blogspot, June 2012)

This same idea expressed in secular terms  such as self-realization and self-actualization (a term coined by Abraham Maslow), is a concept that underlies many contemporary psychotherapies.

In carefully couched terms, the  "Humanist Manifesto" (1973) also declares autonomous man's godhood:

"We affirm that moral values derive their source from human experience.  Ethics is autonomous and situational...life has meaning because we create and develop our futures."

The conclusion of both mystical pantheist Cosmic Spirituality and so-called 'scientific' Secular Humanism is the same: human beings can be as God and invent their own "ten commandments."

Another key point at which Cosmic and Secular Humanism intersect  is evolution.    Secular Humanism adopted the Gnostic myth of biological (Darwinian) evolution as an explanation both for the origin and development of life as well as for the perfecting of the one substance and mankind.  Cosmic Humanism springboards off of Darwinism into imaginary spiritual conceptions such as  Teilhard de Chardins' (1881-1955) idea.   The apostate French Jesuit priest  taught that God emerges from matter.  According to him, this evolution of God from the world results in evolution becoming "conscious of itself" and  ultimately, in the transformation  of all matter into "Christ consciousness" or "pure spirit." He called this final stage the "Omega Point" or "the cosmic Christ."

New Age  techniques to get in touch with the "Christ consciousness" include physical exercises, special diets (especially vegetarianism),  biofeedback, chanting, psychodrama, consciousness-raising strategies, hypnosis and self-hypnosis, centering, body disciplines and therapies such as hatha yoga and aikido as well as sensitivity groups and encounter groups, Zen, Tibetan Buddhism, drumming, mind-numbing rock music, brain-altering substances, and transcendental meditation.

Former guru Rabindranath R. Maharaj, now a committed follower of Jesus Christ, describes his former transcendental meditation ritual and its' terrifying outcome:

In 2008, Herescope explained the views of Teilhard de Chardin, father of the modern New Age movement:

"Teilhard de Chardin's "Principle of Emergence" had to do with the consciousness of mankind breaking out collectively, creating an evolutionary convergence (a Noosphere built by spiritual formation) that would result in a "super-organism" of "collective mankind " (quotes from The Phenomenon of Man and The Future of Man). The term "emergent" itself is steeped in Teilhardian evolutionary ideology, and the modern New Age movement has popularized it to mean the manifestation of new examples of humanity's evolution towards this supposed collective consciousness."

"Teilhard also proposed an alternative eschatology, an '"eschatological' vision" in which "in order that the Kingdom of God may come..., it is necessary, as an essential physical condition, that the human Earth should already have attained the natural completion of its evolutionary growth... that the ultra-human perfection which neo-humanism envisages for Evolution will coincide in concrete terms with the crowning of the Incarnation awaited by all Christians" (The Future of Man, p. 280, which achieves "God all in everyone" The Phenomenon of Man, p. 310, italics in original)."

Over a period of decades, Teilhard's mystical pantheist theology has been incrementally incorporated into both the Roman Catholic and evangelical church.  The seeds planted by Teilhard took root in many apostate Christian theologians including Emergent church leader Leonard Sweet, were nurtured along by the Leadership Network, and have now come full bloom in the open:

"...Quantum Mystisicm ....is creating a Quantum Eschatology to deceive the church in these last days." (Herescope)

Herescope also reports that Sweet is associated with an organization called Second Billion,:

"...a downline networking global church growth group with an online Global Church Learning Center www.GCLC.tv where he is on the faculty. This group gives him a global outreach to train pastors in his Quantum Spirituality views. For example, in June 2008 He spoke at a Second Billion conference in Jarkarta, Indonesia to evangelical mission leaders."

On February 29, 2012,

"...the Second Billion organization issued “A Special Message From Dr. Ken Blanchard” e-mail. The e-mail included a 2-minute video to hear Blanchard's “heart and vision” in promoting a “World Leaders Conference.” Conference Speakers included: Tony Blair, Erwin McManus, Bill Hybels, Laurie Beth Jones, Henry Cloud, Craig Groeschel, and others. (See “What Is the World Leaders Conference?”FAQS and list of sponsors.)
Second Billion has the goal to “double the size of the global church.” Leadership Network’s megastar Leonard Sweet has played a key leadership role, especially at its Synergize! conferences. Second Billion is also connected with the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) at many levels, including shared personnel such as Sunday Adelaja and Jim Garlow.  An e-mail sent out 7/13/07 promoted the Dominionist ideal, “Be equipped to impact ‘seven spheres’ of society.” Sweet also co-authored Jesus Manifesto with Frank Viola, who has ties to the NAR.[li] Sweet has even published his own Bible version – The Voice Bible: Step Into the Story of Scripture –  where he employs narratives and poetry to tell Bible stories."

In one form or another, mystical pantheism is sweeping our nation.    In his book, "America's Schools: The Battleground for Freedom," Allen Quist warns that it is being taught in our schools:

"New Age religion is now aggressively being taught in our nation's public schools."  A model curriculum has been developed that "is clearly centered on pantheism."  "Much of what passes for environmental education and multiculturalism is really indoctrination in pantheistic/New Age theology.  The ACLU and other similar organizations have no objections to (pantheistic indoctrination).  It is only Christianity that these organizations object to."  (p. 51)

Pastor Larry DeBruyn  summed up the powerfully seductive quantum cosmic deception in his book Unshackled: Breaking Away from Seductive Spirituality:

"Emergent Christians like Leonard Sweet, who allow their worldview to be influenced by such spirituality, are being taken captive by philosophy and vain deceit.  The 'elements of the world' first enrapture and then capture their souls.  Like Judah who played the harlot with other gods, their fixation upon science seduces them into spiritual bondage. Captivation with the cosmos leads to being captured by the cosmos, the very “system” which Scripture informs us, “lies in the power of the evil one” (1 John 5:19)." (Herescope)

In 1901, Herman Bavinck, a Christian theologian foresaw the raging spiritual warfare of our own time.  Temporally, it is being fought between the defenders of supernatural Christian theism and the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo and the promoters of ancient mystical pantheism, evolution and the Big Lie----all who are of one mind with the devil, the father of heresy and monism:

"Unless we are mistaken...the twentieth century...is to witness a gigantic conflict of spirits...More serious and fiercer than ever before, the conflict is between the old and the new worldview."
