The Occult Worldview of Satan

The idea that man can become God was first whispered in Eve’s ear by Satan, the father of the occult worldview, that is, the evolving universe of matter and energy.  In condensed form it began when the Devil lied to mankind's first parents, saying "You will surely not die," "Your eyes will be opened," and "You will be like God," "knowing good and evil." (Gen. 3:4,5)

Respectively, these lies suggest that man will live forever even if he rebels against the commands of the Triune God; that  by his own innate powers he can discover secret enlightenment revelatory of both his true identity as God and the knowledge of the universe of evolving matter and psychic energies; that by self-will and rebellion against God he can, by way of magic and help from spirits, become godlike and gain forbidden psychic powers; and finally, that a condition of self-control and moral purity is counterproductive since only personal experiences and final transcendence of good and evil will make him like God.

From the pre-flood world to the post-flood world of Ham and Nimrod on through to our own time, the basic foundations of the occult worldview consistently teach the following elements:

1. Monism and evolution:  Though there are different forms of monism the common denominator of them all is the idea that the universe and everything in it consists of or is reducible to one substance in process of evolution.  In direct contrast to the Biblical teaching that though men are made in the spiritual image of God they do not partake of God's being (Gen. 1:27), with Darwinism for instance, God, mind, and spirit are reducible to one substance: matter in the form of the neural complexity of the brain, meaning that divine consciousness (God reduced to psychic energy) operates within the neural complexity of man's brain.  So God is within the brain of man:

Since the unconscious is God all along, we may further define the goal of spiritual growth to be the attainment of godhood by the conscious self.” (A Different Drum, M. Scott Peck)

Mystical forms of monism characteristically accept some form of pantheism, exemplified by for example, Teilhard de Chardin'sAdvaita Hindu pantheist New Religion and Leonard Sweet's Quantum Spirituality based in Teilhard's conceptions.  Advaita (monistic) Hinduism teaches the one ultimate reality of which everything consists is Nirguna Brahman (an impersonal God-force or Void) while Teilhard's system reduces everything to Omega---his version of Brahman.

It is the monistic premise of both Darwinism and mystical occult monism that makes them fundamentally anti-Christian.  In Dr. Gary North's excellent evaluation of monism, "Unholy Spirits: Occultism and New Age Humanism," North writes that,

"...there is a permanent, unbridgeable gap between the ultimate being of God and the derivative being of creatures.  There is a Creator-creature distinction (meaning that) men do not partake of God's being...they are not of the same substance as God.  There is no more fundamental doctrine than this one.  Significantly, in every form of occultism this principle is denied....Satan's old temptation to man hinges on his denial and man's denial of the Creator-creature distinction..."  (pp. 59-61)

2. God is ultimately impersonaland one with nature as opposed to God as wholly 'other' (supernatural), personal and loving (John 3:16)

3. Man's true identity is God since he is one with (shares) God's being as opposed to man created in God's spiritual image though not sharing the being of God. (Gen. 1:27)

4. Since there is only one substance, then evil is in harmony with the amoral god-substance or force.  In contrast, Scripture teaches that evil operates in opposition to God's holy nature (1 Peter 1:14, 15; 3:12)

5. Gnostic illumination or enlightenment (salvation) is achieved through self-realization (awareness of personal divinity) by various occult spiritist practices, i.e., séances, spells, automatic writing, meditation, hypnosis, Ouija boards, shamanic drumming, Kundalini yoga, visualization, mind-altering drugs, transformational festivals, trance music and centering.

Occult salvation is the antithesis of salvation based on the atonement (Christ's suffering and death for sin) and received as a free gift by grace through faith in God and Christ (John 3:16; 5:24; 6:47; 17:3)

6. Psychic or spiritual powers resulting from initiation into occult spiritist practices (see above) that open the mind, or third eye according to occult lore, to contact with and even possession by aggressively hostile spirits and are often used for personal power.   In contrast, Scripture teaches that spiritual gifts are distinct from and work in opposition to occult psychic powers.  They are given by God to His people for service to others ( 1 Cor. 12:4-11; 14:3)

7. Eternal cyclic incarnation into different bodies over thousands or millions of years or reabsorption (annihilation and/or personal extinction) into the impersonal substance.   In opposition, Scripture teaches personal immortality in either eternal heaven or hell (Matthew 25:46)

In monism, whether Darwinian or mystical occult versions, the traditional Western Judeo-Christian ways of thinking and perceiving are rejected because "all is one,"  This means there is no ultimate distinction between Jesus Christ and Satan, male and female, true and false, good and evil, moral and immoral, bent and straight, holy and unholy, or right and wrong because "true reality" (the one substance) is beyond the illusory categories associated with the natural (physical) world. In other words, murder, genocide, rape, lesbianism, sodomy, pederasty, pedophilia, lying, cheating and theft cannot be considered evil if evil itself is in harmony with the divine one substance.

While nothing can really be considered evil, nor can anything really be considered good.  So love, honesty, integrity, courage, fidelity, and commitment cannot be considered good and worthy for the same reason evil cannot be considered evil.

Finally, there is no such thing as personhood (genuine personality)  because true reality (the one substance) is not personal.  In other words, because the One God in three Persons who made all men in His spiritual image, thereby endowing all men with genuine personality (personhood) is an illusion, then so are ideas of personhood and unalienable rights from the living, personal God.  In fact, since personality is supposedly a hindrance to occult spiritual enlightenment, it must be destroyed.

The occult worldview of Satan has been with us from the pre-flood days of Noah.  Today its' most highly developed forms are Wicca and Advaita Hinduism and derivatives such as the occult New Age spirituality overspreading the West and America and penetrating into the whole body of the Christian church.

The Worldview of Fallen Angels

".....the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one."  1 John 5:19    "Therefore take heed that the light which is in you is not darkness."  Luke 11:35

During the 1970s Satanism and possession became front page news here in America.  It was during this time that the eminent theologian Malachi Martin, a former Jesuit professor at the Pontifical Biblical Institute in Rome published his shattering book on demon possession.

Martin's "Hostage to the Devil: the Possession and Exorcism of Five Contemporary Americans," presents five cases of actual possession that express important aspects of the worldview of fallen angels which allow us to not only identify these elements but discern their devastating effects within the whole body of the Christian church, the minds of millions of Americans and by extension, our nation.

To begin, the worldview of fallen angels will always take the form of nature worship, or worship of created stuff (i.e., energy, matter) as opposed to worship of the living, personal Creator Who created everything. Thus it will be naturalistic, meaning life created itself, monistic (i.e., World Soul, Omega, Quantum Void) and virulently anti-Genesis account creation ex nihilo.

Through the demon possessing Carl, a gifted parapsychologist, Hearty, the priest conducting Carl's exorcism learns that the possessing demons engineered Carl's astral travels and taught him "the knowledge of the universe." (pp. 386, 390)

With respect to the idea of "astral travels," occult lore holds that etheric or out-of-body astral traveling takes place within the astral planes and sub-planes comprising the habitations,

"(of all) supernatural entities, the locale of gods and demons, the void where the thoughtforms dwell, the region inhabited by spirits of the air and other elements, and the various heavens and hells with their angelic and demonic hosts....With the help of ritual procedures, trained persons believe that they can 'rise on the planes,' and experience these regions in full awareness." ("Beyond the Body: The Human Double and the Astral planes, Benjamin Walker, 1974, pp. 117-8)

From the time of Nimrod, fallen angels have been teaching astral plane conceptions, which is why they are well-known around the world in their many arcane traditions:

"References to this reality are the Dreaming of the Australian Aborigines, the Spirit-world of Shamanism, the Duart of the ancient Egyptians, the Bardo (Intermediate State) of the Tibetans, the Imaginal world of Islamic Esotericism – e.g. the Barzakh (Interworld) or of Suhrawardi and the Mithal (Imaginal realm) of Ibn Arabi – the Universe of Asiyah of some Kabbalists, or of Yetzirah according to others. Other descriptions are the Nervo degree of the Physical State of Theon, the Astral or 2nd Prakritic plane (corresponding to the Linga Sharira or Subtle or Astral body) and the Kama (Desire-Plane) of Blavatsky, the Astral Plane of the Adyar school of Theosophy and of popular occultism, Rudolf Steiner's "Soul World"; and the Vital and Subtle Physical described by Sri Aurobindo and Mirra. These are just a few of the innumerable descriptions of this plane of existence." (The Astral Plane, kheper.net)

The Apostle Paul speaks not of astral planes and the beings supposedly existing there but of fallen angels, the "spirits of wickedness under the heavens," (Eph. 6:12) and their chief, "the prince of the powers of the air." (Eph. 2:2)

According to Paul, fallen angels are dispersed in a multitude throughout the whole expanse of sky which is visible to us, the dwelling place for the host of fallen angels who have been cast down from heaven.

With respect to the "knowledge of the universe,"  imparted by the evil spirit, Carlwas taught that "humans are just a part of the universe...parts of a greater physical being."  This non-life-bearing being or substance is the evolving "universe of matter" and "psychic forces" that somehow account for human beings.  In modern scientific theory, the idea that life mechanically emerges or evolves from inert chemicals or matter is abiogenesis.  In this way of thinking, humans are excited nodes of the universe, as some quantum physicists teach, or "star folk," the evolved product of "star stuff" according to Carl Sagan.

During the five-day exorcism, the vision of the self-created universe of animated matter taught by the possessing spirit was disclosed to Hearty.   According to the evil spirit:

"...men, women, animals, plants, cities, oceans (are) interconnected.  There is really no difference between one thing and anything else....land, ocean, animals, humans, plants are one living organism clad in the shell of breathable atmosphere.  Psychic forces bind it all together....It is a self-creating, self-protecting, self-developing thing.....Earth as mother, as womb, as god, as tomb, as a whole unity protected by its own shell and its own strength (is) all there is." (ibid, p. 395)

This is the likeness of today's occult Luciferian New Age spirituality, right down to the concept of the Big Bang (Cosmic Egg), which supposedly created matter and energy (psychic forces) in the demon's description of the universe as "self-creating;"  inflation in the description of the universe as a "self-developing thing;" Goddess Gaia as the "Earth as self-protecting mother;" and both the collectivist (oneness, sameness) vision of totalitarian socialism and its pagan ideal of androgyny based on the interconnectivity of men, women, children, plants, and oceans with the one substance.

One of the most important exorcism cases involved David, a Catholic priest who became obsessed with the Hindu-pantheist evolutionism of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, one of the ‘fathers’ of occult New Age spirituality. Teilhard’s destructive influence is widespread today within the Catholic Church and increasingly within the Protestant.

Martin writes that Teilhard set out to make it intellectually possible for a Christian to accept the theories of Darwin and his own Hindu pantheist evolutionary conception  and still retain his faith.  But faith in what?

A "new" andscientifically "improved" Christianity--- a syncretic, Hindu-pantheist religion of evolution:

“(a) religion of the future” (definable as a “religion of evolution”) cannot fail to appear before long: a new mysticism, the germ of which (as it happens when anything is born) must be recognizable somewhere in our environment, here and now." (Christianity and Evolution,Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, p. 240, on-line source, lighthousetrailsresearch)

". . . the Cross still stands . . . But this is on one condition, and one only: that it expand itself to the dimensions of a New Age, and cease to present itself to us as primarily (or even exclusively) the sign of a victory over sin. . . (pp. 219-220)

"The more I study the matter, the more I am forced to accept this evidence that original sin, conceived in the form still attributed to it today, is an intellectual and emotional straitjacket." (p. 80)

". . . if a Christ is to be completely acceptable as an object of worship, he must be presented as the saviour of the idea and reality of evolution. (p.78)

"A general convergence of religions upon a universal Christ who fundamentally satisfies them all: that seems to me the only possible conversion of the world, and the only form in which a religion of the future can be conceived." (p. 130)

"What I am proposing to do is to narrow that gap between pantheism and Christianity by bringing out what one might call the Christian soul of Pantheism or the pantheist aspect of Christianity." (p. 56)

"From the most distant origin of things until their unforeseeable consummation, through the countless convulsions of boundless space, the whole nature is slowly and irresistibly undergoing the supreme consecration. Fundamentally — since all time and for ever — but one single thing is being made in creation: the body of Christ." (pp. 74-75)

". . . I can be saved only by becoming one with the universe." (p. 128)

". . . the Christian renaissance whose time is biologically due is on the point of emerging. . ."(p. 148)

"After what will soon be two thousand years, Christ must be born again, he must be reincarnated in a world that has become too different from that in which he lived." (p. 95)

"I believe that the Messiah whom we await, whom we all without any doubt await, is the universal Christ; that is to say, the Christ of evolution." (P. 95)

In "Teilhard de Chardin: Trojan Horse of Vatican II/Heretic Extraordinaire," Dr. J.P. Hubert quotes Teilhard as saying his ambition is to spread around a new religion,

"....in which the personal God ceases to be the great Neolithic proprietor of former times in order to become the soul of our world..."  (amaiceducation.blog.com, 2011)

Teilhard sought to make the Hermetic transformism of Darwin's biological evolution palatable to Catholic theologians eager to embrace modern evolutionary science, said Hubert, and while Teilhard was barred by the Vatican from teaching his heretical theology, he was never forced to repudiate it as heretical.  Clearly his writings establish at the very least he was a notorious pagan materialist heretic,

"arguably the most infamous of the 20th century. Given that he essentially instituted a New Religion he was an apostate from the faith as well."

It would not seem illegitimate, said Hubert, to wonder whether based on Teilhard's admission of a mystical experience if his heresy and apostasy were satanically inspired. Teilhard describes his strange encounter:

"The man was walking in the desert...when the Thing swooped down on him.  Then, suddenly, a breath of scorching air passed across his forehead, broke through the barrier of his closed eyelids; an irresistible rapture took possession of him....mightily refashioning the enfeebled fibres of his being.  And at the same time the anguish of some superhuman peril oppressed him, a confused feeling that the force which had swept down upon him was equivocal, turbid, the combined essence of all evil and goodness.  You called me: here I am grown weary of abstractions, of attenuations, of the wordiness of social life, you wanted to pit yourself against Reality entire and untamed.  I was waiting for you in order to be made holy.  And now I am established on you for life, or for death....He who has once seen me can never forget me: he must either damn himself with me or save me with himself.  O you who are divine and mighty, what is your name? Speak."

 Hubert concludes that Teilhardism is,

"...no doubt of Satanic origin---a true "religion of man," if ever there was one."

Prior to David's obsession with Teilhardism, Martin writes that he was destined to become a professor of anthropology at a Catholic university.  But afterward, David came to see that the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo, and Adam and Eve as the first man and woman and parents of all mankind and how they fell and passed on Original Sin to all human beings were utterly contrary to Darwinian theory and modern scientific thinking.

Believing that Teilhardism could bridge the gap, David taught anthropology from a "modern science" perspective, even going so far as to exclude traditional presentations of doctrines about creation ex nihilo and Original Sin.  But after introducing Teilhardism to his students, doubts arose when he observed the effects of this teaching upon Jonathan, one of his students who was a priest.

The startling influence of Teilhardism upon Jonathan led him to insist,

"that all the sacraments were no more than expressions of man's natural unity with the world around him."

David saw clearly for the first time that Teilhardism exalted man as an animal and pictured,

"God as no more than the very bowels of earth and sky and the spatial distances of the universe with all its expanding galaxies." (Martin, p. 107)

Jonathan left the church and founded his own cult among wealthy Manhattan families.  He preached that the universe and all people were as “one” in a naturally occurring mystical union which he called "Abba Father." (p. 127)

Martin writes that Jonathan had come under the dominion of an evil spirit and David was called in to exorcise him.  However, speaking through Jonathan the evil spirit ridiculed David, saying they both believed the same things, and that if Jonathan needed exorcism David needed it more.

This led David to many weeks of agonizing soul-searching in which he re-examined and finally repented of the intellectual arrogance that led him to embrace Teilhardism along with the "higher criticism" of Scriptures that reduced the Revealed Word to myth, allegory and delusion and the death of Jesus to an insignificant event of the pastrather than,

"…an ever present source of personal forgiveness and unshakable hope for any future." (p. 149)

According to Martin, the evil spirit influencing David and who had nearly succeeded in killing his faith now taunted him that to return to faith would entail slavery of mind and will.   But when David deliberately rejected the demon's taunts,

"...a great and breathtaking dimension full of relief....flooded his mind and will and imagination....And when he now looked at the world of nature around him...and heard the song of a mockingbird nearby, he received it no longer as he had while a Teilhardian evolutionist, as 'intimations of molecules endlessly regrouping,' but rather 'of endless life for each person, and of love without a shadow." (pp. 163, 165)

His faith in God, Christ, Holy Spirit and Scripture restored, David was ready to exorcise the evil spirit who possessed Jonathan.  He did so,

"...in the name of God who created him (Jonathan) and you (evil spirit), and of Jesus of Nazareth who saved him!  You will depart and get back to the uncleanness and agony you chose." (p. 169)

As the five cases of possession and actual exorcism show, the teachings of evolution in all its forms, together with naturalism, astral plane traveling and other occult magic teachings are worldview tools by which fallen angels and demons have been separating mankind from God the Creator since the pre-flood world.  And today, variations of these same teachings have captured the minds of millions of Americans within and without the whole body of the Christian church.

Malachi Martin has done the whole body of the church a great service by extensively documenting the worldview of fallen angels.  And now that he is with our Lord, he has doubtless heard Him say,

"...welcome home, my good and faithful servant!"

Man is God? No. "You are of Nothing." Isaiah 41:24

Evolutionary humanists, whether atheist, pantheist or theological, have a materialist philosophy that faithful Christians share.  The principal doctrine of Christianity is that the living, personal Creator God became flesh (i.e., matter) in Jesus Christ.   The Christian God is One God in three Persons and the ultimate aim of the Way of Christ is not just the salvation of immortal souls (the unseen inner person) but the resurrection of the material body (the seen) in incorruptibility.

Christian reality consists of two interacting halves, hence this earth (the seen/material dimension) is really a theater where men live out their lives on its stage being observedby other men (the seen) and by the living, personal God, holy angels, unholy angels and demons  (the unseen).

Men cannot see God and very rarely do they see angels but they can see and hear us. God tests our hearts for good and evil, knows our secrets, motives, and thoughts (Psa. 17:3; 44:21; 139: 1-4) and both righteous angels and malevolent fallen angels and demon are all around us, watching, listening, helping if righteous, if not then tempting men to sin, corrupting minds, and speaking persuasive delusions  into the minds of men.

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." Genesis 1:27, KJB

According to the Christian view of reality, the essence of the human is not the body (the flesh), but the soul/spirit:

It is the soul alone that God made in his own image and the soul that he loves....For the sake of the soul...the Son of God came into the world...." (Incomplete Work on Matthew, Homily 25, Ancient Christian Devotional, Oden and Crosby, p. 153)

Building off of the Christian view of reality St. Augustine (AD 354-430) affirmed that as all men are the spiritual image-bearers of the transcendent One God in three Persons then it logically follows that each human person is a trinity of being — of soul, spirit and body (physical matter).

The noblest part of the soul is spirit (the heart). Spirit is immortal and self-aware. It can will and think and is freely responsible for what it thinks, wills, and does.

Spirit is the unique property that distinguishes soul from the material body in which it is fully embedded. In Biblical thought, spirit allows man to spiritually transcend the natural or ‘seen’ dimension in order to access the unseen or 3rd heaven, thereby allowing him to enter into a personal relationship with the Spirit of God. Through this relationship, the dead spirit of man’s mind, conscience and will is renewed over time, thus enabling him to more perfectly orient the manner of his existence in this world in preparation for eternity.

In Christian thought, a person is a spirit and personality is the total individuality of the spirit. Without spirit there is no person.

The key to personal liberty in the natural dimension is man's spiritual liberty contrasted against a genetically programmed animal-like orientation. Animals have souls but not spirits which are linked to intelligence, imagination, sensitivity, self-consciousness, reflection and the capacity for truth and moral goodness.

A person is uniquely free because he can spiritually transcend his material brain to access the 3rd heaven as Paul affirms:

"Now the Lord is Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom" (2 Cor. 3:17)

Vishal Mangalwadi, India's foremost Christian scholar observes that the unique concept of man as God's spiritual image-bearer gave birth to the "belief in the unique dignity of human beings," and this is,

"...the force that created Western civilization, where citizens do not exist for the state but the state exists for the individuals. Even kings, presidents, prime ministers, and army generals cannot be allowed to trample upon an individual and his or her rights." (Truth and Transformation: A Manifesto for Ailing Nations, pp. 12-13)

The Christian view of reality does not stop at materialism as neo-pagan evolutionary naturalism in its various permutations does by positing only the existence of either divinized or un-divinized void and psychic matter in motion (natural processes):

"...one belief that all true original Darwinians held in common, and that was their rejection of creationism, their rejection of special creation. This was the flag around which they assembled and under which they marched.... The conviction that the diversity of the natural world was the result of natural processes and not the work of God was the idea that brought all the so-called Darwinians together in spite of their disagreements on other of Darwin's theories." (One Long Argument, 1991, p. 99, Ernst Mayr (d. 2005), Professor of Zoology at Harvard University)

Though evolutionary theists and progressive creationists claim to be Christian, due to their rejection of the Authoritative inerrant Revelation of God and Special Creation in favor of man-centered evolutionary narratives and sciencethey are Christian in name only.  By their choices they demonstrate their alliance with evolutionary atheists and pantheists of every stripe:

"We take the side of science in spite of the patent absurdity of some of its constructs, in spite of its failure to fulfill many of its extravagant promises of health and life, in spite of the tolerance of the scientific community for unsubstantiated just-so stories, because we have a prior commitment, a commitment to materialism. It is not that the methods and institutions of science somehow compel us to accept a material explanation of the phenomenal world, but, on the contrary, that we are forced by our a priori adherence to material causes to create an apparatus of investigation and a set of concepts that produce material explanations, no matter how counter-intuitive, no matter how mystifying to the uninitiated. Moreover, that materialism is an absolute, for we cannot allow a Divine Foot in the door." ("Billions and Billions of Demons," Richard Lewontin, PhD Zoology, Alexander Agassiz Research Professor at Harvard University)

Both evolutionary humanism and Buddhism are nature religions positing a one-sided view of reality rather than Christianity’s total view of reality encompassing both physical matter and spirit.

Evolutionary humanism’s one-sided view holds that void, which may or may not be called god, and psychic matter in motion encompasses all of reality.  Since this is reality then the physical world is Maya, or illusion.

What chiefly separates evolutionary atheism from its pantheist and theological counterparts is whether matter is physical or nonphysical.  If physical, then the Triune God, heaven, hell, soul/spirit, angels, and demons do not exist.   But if nonphysical, then for example, the Force, Omega, Quantum Void, spirits, ghosts, divine sparks, Transcended Masters, intra-cosmic deities, Orobouros, serpent power, astral planes, divine impersonal mind and Christ consciousness exist but the material world is an illusion.

Brooks Alexander, the founder of The Spiritual Counterfeits Project (SCP), an evangelical ministry and think-tank in Berkeley, California identifies both physical and nonphysical evolutionary conceptions as the two sides of pagan monism. Because they are from the same root they tend to cross-pollinate and mingle,

"…producing a brood of offspring that exhibits the genetic heritage of its parents in a confused and confusing array. Soon it becomes impossible to say whether a given movement, trend or school of thought is a secular impulse that has absorbed Eastern/occult values, or an Eastern/occult teaching that has dressed itself in secular language." (The Rise of Cosmic Humanism: What is Religion?" Brooks Alexander, SCP Journal, 1981-82, p. 2)

For many years evolutionary atheists (or secular humanists) have been quietly crossing over into spiritual or cosmic conceptions of matter and embracing for example, Zen Buddhism and Teilhards idea, which leapfrogs off of Darwin’s godless theory.

The apostate French Jesuit priest Pierre Teilhard de Chardin (1881-1955) taught that an impersonal god-force emerges from spontaneously generated matter.  According to Teilhard, this evolution of a god-force results in evolution becoming “conscious of itself” and ultimately, in the transformation of all physical matter into nonphysical divine matter defined by Teilhard as “Christ consciousness” or “pure spirit.”  Teilhard called this final stage of evolution the “Omega Point” and “the cosmic Christ.”

By the start of the 21st century the one-sided New Age pantheist worldview has finally found both support and 'scientific proof' from members of the scientific community.

In “The Making of the New Spirituality: the Eclipse of the Western Religious Tradition,” James Herrick writes that physicists,

“….claim to have irrefutable scientific proof for the foundational pantheism of the Other Spirituality.” (p. 169)

For example, in the “Quantum Society,” physics writers Danah Zohar and Ian Marshall advocate a new mystical science of pantheism, psychology and sociology grounded in a breathtaking range of practical implications in the,

“…fundamental physics that underlies all else that is in the universe” lending itself to a holistic understanding that “the nature of the mind, the nature of society, and the nature of nature are all one and the same thing…linked by a common physics.” (ibid, p. 170-171)

According to Zohar and Marshall, the physics underlying all else in the universe consist of two sorts of particles, bosons and fermions.  Fermions “are particles that make up things” including “protons, neutrons, and electrons, the basic constituents of the atom.”   In other words, “all of the matter of the universe is made of fermions.”  (ibid)

Thus there are only two kinds of matter in the universe, and fermions are what we call physical matter.  The other kind of matter is the active principle: spiritual and mental boson particles.  Bosons are the fundamental spiritual/mental forces that “bind the universe together---the electromagnetic, the gravitational, the strong and weak nuclear…”   Since bosons appear to “like clustering together,” consciousness and social qualities are most likely boson phenomena.  (ibid)

Both physicists contend that the active spiritual boson is implicated in basic evolutionary processes, thus there is a “whole new ‘metaphysic” of the human in the history of the boson:

If the tendency of two bosons to bunch together at the most basic level of early physical processes can be traced in unbroken sequence to the principles underlying the physical basis for conscious mind,” then “we have traced the origins of the human mind back to primordial physical reality.”  (ibid)

This means that in the social tendencies of ‘thinking’ bosons physicists believe they have discovered the evolutionary origins of the human soul (self) since the boson is the critical link between the soul and the evolutionary emanation or emergence from out of the void of both biological and spiritual life on earth.

Zohar and Marshal conclude that there is no longer any basis in the quantum worldview for any “ontological distinction between the human and the natural.”  Their conclusion represents “a radical shift away from the whole earlier Western worldview,” with its’ total view of reality and this is applauded and greatly appreciated by New World Order occult pantheist globalists.

Zohar and Marshal also find that when physicists probe the deep recesses of the universe they are confronted by a void, an indefinite and seemingly infinite field of energy that they call the ‘quantum vacuum,” a background without features that seems empty yet is where all physical objects originate:

All the waves and particles that we can see and measure, literally, as in the Greek, ex-ist  or ‘stand out from’ an underlying sea of potential that physicists have named the vacuum….just as waves undulate on the sea.”  This ‘sea’ of proto-physicality is an “all pervasive, underlying field of potential…the vacuum.”   (ibid, p. 172)

The ‘quantum vacuum’ is strikingly similar to some Hindu and Buddhist accounts of the origins of physical objects as emanations from the One and/or the Void.   Nor do Zohar and Marshall deny the similarity:

The vacuum spoken of by quantum physicists, like the Buddhist concept of Sunyata, or the Void, to which it is so similar, is replete with potentiality.”   (ibid)

The ultimate discovery of the New Physics is scientific proof of the basic correctness of Benedict Spinoza’s and Hinduism’s pantheistic theology---nature is god and as god is in all things, including man, then man is god too.

You can be as God?

The perennially persuasive Big Lie underlies both physical and nonphysical conceptions. This thought is expressed openly in the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and Dr. Beverly Galyean, leading exponent of occult Luciferian New Age confluent education:

"The Buddhists and the Jains do not depend on God; but the whole force of their religion is directed to the great central truth in every religion: to evolve a God out of man." (Inspired Talks, Ramakrishna Vivekananda Center, 1958, p. 218)

"Once we begin to see that we are all God, that we have the attributes of God, then, I think the whole purpose of human life is to reown the Godlikeness within us...So my whole view is very much based on that idea." (Galyean quoted by Francis Adeney, Educators Look East, Radix 12, No. 3, Nov-Dec. 1980, p. 21)

This same idea expressed in secular terms such as self-realization and self-actualization (a term coined by Abraham Maslow) underlies many contemporary psychotherapies.

Man is God? No, "You are of Nothing"  Isaiah 41:24

“Behold, you are of nothing, and your work of that which hath no being: he that hath chosen you is an abomination.”

If all that exists are void, matter and energies working on and through matter then it logically follows that there is no source for life, conscious life (soul, spirit and will), the two sexes, human dignity and worth, or for unalienable Constitutional rights beginning with the right to life, liberty, and property.

Without the transcendent Triune God meaning drains into meaninglessness and man is reduced to less than nothing, a conclusion Buddha reached long before Marxist Communists attempted to scientifically re-engineer human beings after the fashion of Buddha’s metaphysical nihilism.

Following in Buddha’s footsteps, Western and American evolutionary materialists took our Creator away and replaced Him with Darwinian materialism.  Then they conceptually reduced His spiritual image-bearers to less than nothing, taught monstrous lies as scientific fact, morally corrupted Westerners and Americans, and brutally ridiculed and demonized anyone who dared speak truth to their lies. By these means they set Western and American civilization on the edge of an abyss.

Nihilism (you are of nothing) is spiritual, moral, intellectual and cultural suicide.  It is the devil’s inferno here on earth, the void of everything and nothing in which 2+2=5, death is life, evil is good, lie is truth, up is down, male is female, female is male, rolling in filth is good clean fun, bad is good but evil better.

The unreality of “self” is a waking nightmare fueled by horrors of conscience, obsession with death and hellish terrors of mind that makes suicide, drugs, hedonism, sodomy, pederasty and pedophilia, violence, murder, abortion, euthanasia, and genocide into virtues.

"..... I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing, therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the Lord your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life..." Deuteronomy 30:19-20

"Thou hast brought forth, O Lord, my soul from hell: thou hast saved me from them that go down into the pit." Psalm 30:3

The Second Person of the Holy Trinity, the Living Word become Flesh, Jesus Christ the Physician, came to heal the spiritually sick and dying, to save immortal souls and resurrect material bodies in incorruptibility.

Just as we are on the verge of going down into the pit, ready to depart to the unseen world, if we will repent and turn back to Him then by His providence and grace our Lord will revive our souls and deliver us from those accursed horrors of conscience and ghastly terrors of mind which by reason of our sin are as hell searing itself into and possessing our very minds. (Psalm 116:3)

But whoever rejects the Physician, the Divine Source of life and soul, rejects His prescription, thereby destroys him or herself.   So we ought to turn back to Him right now, before it is too late.

Two Ways before Us: God or Evolutionary Theists & Spirits; Life or Death?

Over on evolutionarychristianity.com, America’s self-designated evolutionary evangelist Michael Dowd argues that a new breed of theist is emerging in nearly every denomination and religion.  We are religious naturalists, said Dowd, and our God is not the supernatural Holy God of Revelation but rather Reality/Universe/Life..

Evidence is our scripture and integrity is our religion. We are not supernaturalists but naturalists:

We are inspired and motivated more by this world and this life than by promises of a future otherworld or afterlife.” (The New Theism: Shedding Beliefs, Celebrating Knowledge, Dowd, evolutionarychristianity.com

New Theists are diverse:

Many of us continue to call ourselves Christian, Jew, Muslim, or Hindu. We may also self-identify as emergentist, evidentialist, freethinker, neo-humanist, pantheist, panentheist, or some other label incomprehensible in a pre-scientific age.

Because New Theists have a modern evolutionary understanding of emergence they know for sure that all theological ‘isms’ such as theism, deism, pantheism, and atheism are outdated, misleading, and unnecessarily divisive terms.   Dowd argues this is because they came into being long before we had a modern evolutionary understanding, therefore these terms, and Christianity itself, must be reinterpreted in an evolutionary context.

There are people who are ignorant of God’s Word but willing to read, study, understand and come to love His Word.   And then there are those who know His Word but because they dislike it then like Dowd reduce certain portions such as the first three chapters of Genesis to myth and allegory, thereby enabling themselves to reinterpret Scripture in an evolutionary context so that where the purpose of the Gospel is life eternal now it is death.

Dowd argues that reinterpretation of Scripture is necessary in order to harmonize it with the modern evolutionary understanding of emergence, or being created and/or changed continuously.

American anthropologist, educator, philosopher, and natural science writer Loren Eisely (1907-1977) explains that the ancient taproot of modern evolution and its’ constant companion emergence or continuous change, is the mystical doctrine known as the Great Chain of Being:

All that the Great Chain of Being actually needed to become a full-fledged evolutionary theory was the introduction into it of the conception of time in vast quantities....It demanded, in other words, a universe not made but being made continuously. It is ironic and intriguing that the fixed hierarchical order in biology began to pass almost contemporaneously with the disappearance of the feudal social scale in the storms of the French Revolution. It was France, whose social system was dissolving, that produced the first modern evolutionists. As we look back upon the long reign of the Scale of Being, whose effects...persisted well into the nineteenth century, we may observe that the seed of evolution lay buried in the traditional metaphysic which indeed prepared the Western mind for its acceptance.” (Darwin’s Century, Eisley, pp. 9-10)

The Great Chain of Being is an ancient pantheist doctrine that in a primitive form first appeared in the pre-flood world when Lucifer persuaded antediluvians to believe that the original Creator God had emptied Himself into His creation, therefore no longer existed except as an impersonal eternal creative force making it possible for each person to evolve into god.

In its’ original post-flood conception the Great Chain of Being was a static system representing the mind of the Eternal Absolute (creative force), or Void with Buddhist and some Hindu systems.

According to this ancient occult metaphysic, the entire universe, all life, and even all of the gods and human beings and everything else came about by a process of emanation from the Eternal Absolute (also Void, Chaos, Nous, and Nu):

“Just as waves form across the surface of the ocean, so the Void forms upon itself successive waves (emanations) of entities that in turn emanate further entities and so on, with all of these entities interacting within an extraordinary network or great chain of being consisting of downward-sloping self-contained planes of existence, a top-down hierarchy of realities arranged vertically.”

Each higher plane of existence emanates the one below it through a process of emanation, thus each plane stands in the position of ground of being (god) to the one below it.  Therefore creation is not creation ex nihilo, as the Genesis account teaches, but emanation out of the Void, the ultimate ground of being.”

“Each plane of existence has its own specific characteristics, thus there can be a plane where spirit or thought forms exist; where the Gnostic demiurge, the evil Jehovah, god of material creation exists; the realm of the deities, demons, heavens, hells, angels, and so on, realm upon realm, all looking downwards to the physical realm and also looking upwards to the Void or quantum vacuum.”

The occult meaning of the Great Chain of Being or Scale of Nature is vested in the famous magic formula of Hermes Trismegistus, “As above, so below.”   This means that the mind of the initiate who masters the secret occult rituals and seething energies becomes as it were, the mind of the Divine Absolute Mind (Void) above, hence ‘as above, so below.’

Modern Evolution?

With respect to Darwin’s ‘modern’ theory of evolution/natural selection, it is well known that Darwin received the idea from his neo-pagan grandfather Erasmus Darwin. As for its’ important co-discoverer, Alfred Russell Wallace (1823-1913), research reveals that Wallace was a practicing spiritist, meaning he interacted with disembodied spirits.

Wallace was intensely obsessed by evolution, and while on a journey to the tropics contracted malaria and was ‘out of his mind’ with fever when Darwin’s theory, which he had been working on for twenty years, was suddenly revealed in its entirety to Wallace, a self-confessed, practicing spiritist halfway around the world, alone on a tropical island.

The connection between Wallace’s spiritism and the sudden revelation of Darwin’s theory was not lost on Loren Eisely:

Suddenly it occurred to the feverish naturalist in a lightening flash of insight that Malthus’ checks to human increase....must, in similar or analogous ways, operate in the natural world as well...It was Darwin’s unpublished conception down to the last detail, independently duplicated by a man sitting in a hut at the world’s end.” (Alfred Russel Wallace, Eisely, p. 80)

Just as Friedrich Nietzsche’s evolutionary conception was preceded by two mystical encounters with a spirit called Zarathustra. Darwin received his idea from his grandfather, a pagan known to attend séances and Darwin’s co-discoverer Russell Wallace, a practicing spiritist, suddenly received Darwin’s theory in a lightening flash while ‘out of his mind’ with fever.

Evolution or Creation ex Nihilo?

Over eighty years ago, Rev. C. Leopold Clarke wrote that priests who embrace evolution (evolutionary theists) are apostates from the ‘Truth as it is in Jesus.’ (1 John2:2) Rev. Clarke, a lecturer at a London Bible college, discerned that evolution is the antithesis to the Revelation of God in the Deity of Jesus Christ, thus it is the greatest and most active agent of moral and spiritual disintegration:

It is a battering-ram of unbelief---a sapping and mining operation that intends to blow Religion sky-high. The one thing which the human mind demands in its conception of God, is that, being Almighty, He works sovereignly and miraculously---and this is the thing with which Evolution dispenses….Already a tremendous effect, on a wide scale has been produced by the impact of this teaching---an effect which can only be likened to the…collapse of foundations…” (Evolution and the Break-Up of Christendom, Philip Bell, creation.com, Nov. 27, 2012)

The faith of the Christian Church and of the average Christian has had, and still has, its foundation as much in the literal and historic meaning of Genesis, the book of beginnings ex nihilo revealed ‘mouth to mouth’ by the Angel to Moses, as in that of the person and deity of Jesus Christ. But how horrible a travesty of the sacred office of the Christian Ministry to see church leaders more eager to be abreast of the times, than earnestly contending for the Faith once delivered unto the saints (Jude 1:3). It is high time, said Rev. Clarke, that the Church,

“…. separated herself from the humiliating entanglement attending her desire to be thought up to date…What, after all, have custodians of Divine Revelation to do making terms with speculative Biology, which has….no message of comfort or help to the soul?” (ibid)

There are two ways that lie before us.   We can choose to accept as true the Revealed Word of God beginning with the first three chapters of Genesis or we can accept as true the modern evolutionary emergence thinking of new theists together with Zarathustra and other powers and principalities.

Evolutionary Humanism: the Religion of Antichrist and Man as God

“There is no place in the Humanist worldview for either immortality or God in the valid meanings of those terms. Humanism contends that instead of the gods creating the cosmos, the cosmos, in the individualized form of human beings giving rein to their imagination, created the gods.     Corliss Lamont, "The Philosophy of Humanism" 1982

The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power.” George Orwell, 1984

Orwell’s terrifying dystopian novel ‘1984’ reveals the cunning methods, diabolical mindset and ultimate goal of power for the sake of power driving all evolutionary humanist agendas from the 20th century to America’s ruling class humanists.

First, replace Jehovah with natural science and evolution in order to dehumanize and demoralize the masses.  This move will result in a transformation of consciousness leading to the death of Jehovah in the hearts of the masses.  Second, accustom morally corrupt  masses to worship the State, the god that gives moral sanction to sin and transforms the stones of this world into bread.

America’s ruling class, or Party, consists of omnipotent god-men who pray to themselves,

"...as saviors of the planet and as shapers of mankind in their own image," observes Angelo M. Codevilla in his insightful essay, "The Ruling Class: How They Corrupted America and What We Can Do about It." (p. xix)

Their souls are turned inward, away from the Light of the Holy God and into the infinite darkness and smallness of ‘self.’ Their conscience is depraved and dead to sin, and a depraved conscience is the most destructive force in political, social, economic, religious and cultural life. This is because though the intellect remains intact, reason is warped and inverted, thus useless for pursuit of the good, the just and the true. Guided by a depraved conscience, reason is used in pursuit of gratification of ‘self’ at any cost. This is sophistry.

In a penetrating analysis of sophistry, J. Budziszewski observes that the sophists' view of reality is paradoxical because it ultimately denies reality. Sophists are shock troopers of evil says Budziszewski, and according to their satanically-inverted view of reality:

"Man is the measure of all things, but man has no fixed nature. Man measures all things by his words, but words have no fixed meanings. Language is not an instrument for finding truth, but for changing it. Those who can master it, master all. It is a good creed for rogues, and commends itself to tyrants in every age."  (What We Can't Not Know, Budziszewski, p. 167)

With every day the previous day’s Big Lies, power-grabbing, betrayals, deliberate trouble-making, sexualization and perversion of our children, and other acts of evil are appear more numerous and brazen than the day before.

It is intellectually impossible to understand the sinister worldview of evolutionary humanism in either its secular materialist or pantheist forms nor the utterly perverse, satanically inverted, nihilistic paradigm humanists have forced into every institution of American culture encompassing the family, media, education, arts, music, law, politics, medicine, history, and even the Church unless it is viewed through the lens of dialectical materialism.

Evolutionary humanism is of the worldview of pagan monism and is held in common by pantheism and spiritualism and dates back to antiquity and was or is taught by all non-biblical thought systems.  It is a syncretic mixture of ancient Greek materialism, Hermetic magic, esoteric Kabbalah, alchemical scientism and Buddhist nihilism and refers to the idea that the universe of matter possesses the emergent properties of divinity, spirit, mind, choice, and action. Thus the Hindu-style evolutionary theist Teilhard de Chardin could teach that after millions of years of evolution the properties of spirit and divinity had finally emerged, hence all matter is now spiritual and divine.  With the divinization of matter the most highly evolved individuals are able to claim possession of a spark of divinity, making them gods who can do whatever they please.

Evolutionary humanism is philosophically nihilist as it holds that there is no Jehovah ‘above,’ no hell below, no individual souls, no angels and demons and no unchanging truths, principles, moral standards, meaning or purpose for life since everything existing, even the conscious life of man, is an aspect of the universe of matter in motion.

Not only is the earth alive and evolving up, up, up on an evolutionary escalator to a mystical, magical Singularity/Omega, but so too are the Bible, Christianity, the Constitution, America’s sovereignty, history and society as they are also living aggregates of matter in a continuous state of change.

Since the end of WW II, secular evolutionary humanism has been bleeding over into its' pantheist counterpart (Cosmic Humanism).  Brooks Alexander observes that because secular humanism and pantheist humanism share evolution in common and are from the same root they tend to cross-pollinate and mingle,

“….producing a brood of offspring that exhibits the genetic heritage of its parents in a confused and confusing array.  Soon it becomes impossible to say whether a given movement, trend or school of thought is a secular impulse that has absorbed Eastern/occult values, or an Eastern/occult teaching that has dressed itself in secular language.” (The Rise of Cosmic Humanism: What is Religion? Brooks Alexander, SCP Journal, 1981-82, p. 2)

Evolutionary trans-humanism is an example of the cross-pollination described by Brooks. Trans-humanism is a powerfully influential global ‘elite’ movement that long ago leap-frogged off of Darwin’s biological conception to Pierre Teilhard de Chardin’s quasi-Hindu pantheist idea.  Now some trans-humanists believe they are on the verge of godhood by way of occult rituals, others believe highly evolved man is now ready to initiate a radical transfiguration of himself by merging his brain with technology with the long term goal of eventually transferring his ‘essence’ out of his decaying body and into an advanced robo-machine.  A Daily Mail article reports that,

...inserting technology into human brains is not the only thing going on. Some scientists also want to insert human brains into technology" ("Hitler would have loved The Singularity: Mind-blowing benefits of merging human brains and computers," Ian Morris, 6 February 2012, dailymail.co.uk)

In “Secular Humanism is Evolution Atheism,” Ellis Washington, an adjunct professor at the National Paralegal College where he teaches Constitutional Law, writes that the “humanistic system of values has now become the predominant way of thinking in most of the power centers of society” including,

“…public schools K-12, as well as college, graduate schools, medical schools, business schools, journalism schools with administrators and faculty membership holding evolution atheist worldviews at the 90-95 percentile and conservative faculty (if any) are on average below 5 percent.  This egregious lack of intellectual diversity of America’s teachers and professors must change if there is hope for America’s survival.” (Washington, Renew America, Oct. 12, 2013)

At the turn of the century, a brilliant visionary, the English Catholic theologian Robert Hugh Benson, foresaw the stunning events in connection with the sweeping transformation of consciousness we are witnessing here in America resulting in the wholesale rejection of the living God of Revelation in favor of evolutionary humanism.

Benson saw through the pretenses of secular humanism and its primary doctrine evolution, leading him to describe it and its’ ideological movement, Communism, as “quiet pantheism.”

In his book, “Lord of the World,” Benson predicted that evolutionary thinking would prepare apostate Westerners and Americans to not only embrace the ‘new’ pantheist humanist religion but to worship and adore Antichrist, for this human-god is the first perfected product of nature and evolutionary change.   Mr. Felsenburgh (the Antichrist) is the Son of Man,

“…the Savior of the world, we knew Him in our hearts as soon as we saw Him, as soon as He stood there.  It was like a glory around his head (and now we) understand it all…It was He for whom we have waited so long; and He has come, bringing Peace and Goodwill in His hands.” (pp. 85, 89)

America had fallen into darkness, split asunder by earthquakes, and with the forced exile of the remaining faithful, Jehovah was finally gone.  Now at long last man’s natural Savior has arisen and the reign of God has really begun, and we are “all partakers of God” because God is in all men:

“Jehovah has fallen. He is in His grave.”  In His place is the evolved Son of Man, “a god because human and a man because so divine.” (pp. 93, 95)

Demonic Subjection: What Is It and Why It Overshadows America

In "The Spiritist Fallacy," a penetrating analysis of the Luciferian Theosophy, Buddhism and Spiritism that emerged out of the Renaissance taking hold of the minds of modernist priests and intellectuals, the highly respected French traditionalist metaphysician Rene Guenon (1886-1951) describes deluded "enlightened" theologians and intellectuals as those who can no longer speak of the devil,

"....without a smile of disdain, or an even more contemptuous shrug of the shoulders." (p. 252)

Their smug contempt is due to the fact that they believed the spirit-channeled lie that Lucifer is not the devil but rather the "light-bearer." After all, if evolution is true, as enlightened sophisticates believe, then there was no fall, hence man is not fallen and Lucifer is not the devil but the first free-thinker, the emancipator of man and the angel of evolution. Modern sophisticates even go so far as to call him 'the Great Creative Intelligence.' Thus they invoke Lucifer and perform his cult, but in fact these people,

"...though in fact Satanists, are only unconsciously so, for they are mistaken as to the nature of the entity to whom they address their worship....It goes without saying that these 'enlightened' priests are all plainly modernists and that the spirit animating them is strangely similar to that affirmed in these lines." (p. 254)

Modernism emerged out of the Renaissance when many influential Christians at the highest levels of the Church and society fell away from orthodox Christian theism in favor of the Ageless Wisdom Teachings and Hermetic magic that originated centuries before Jesus Christ.

Whether today’s Modernist “elites” call themselves empirical realists, naturalists, Marxists, Fascists, green nature worshippers, Wiccans, Rosicrucian’s, upper level Free Masons, liberal  theologians, Theosophists, Technocrats, Trans-humanists or New Age they have this is common: all are demonically subjected to greater and lesser degrees and some of them possessed because just as the Lord of Hosts gives His Holy Spirit to those who love and obey Him, He can send evil spirits upon those who are disobedient, living in persistent sin, practicing occult arts, or who in their pride and envy outright reject and hate Him.    Thus we find the Lord of Hosts sending an evil spirit to King Saul (1 Sam. 16:14) which tormented him,

filling him with unrest, anger, fear and murderous intent.” (Occult Bondage and Deliverance, Kurt E. Koch, p. 137)

Dr. Kurt Koch (1913-1987) was a highly respected German minister who pastored, counseled and delivered more than twenty thousand people suffering from demonic subjection in its various forms and manifestations throughout the world.  It may well be that there is no one with more first-hand experience and knowledge in the field of Satanism than Koch.

According to Koch, demonic subjection is a surprisingly common occurrence in our so-called "enlightened" times and refers to the condition of a person who is bound and subject to Satan’s power so that though the person in bondage is not the actual devil he or she is of like mind with him.

Most people have little or no clue that they are in fact demonically subjected, while some of the most dangerous, such as Stalin for example, seem to possess a limitless supply of demonic energy, especially when engaged in imposing their will over the wills of others.  Kaganovitch, Stalin's brother-in-law and closest collaborator describes Stalin as no longer human:

"Even when he exhibited some emotions, they all did not seem to belong to him. They were as false as the scale on top of armor...He was not human at all..." (Marx & Satan, Richard Wurmbrand)

Milovan Djilas, Communist leader of Yugoslavia, perceptively describes the mesmerizing satanic energy emanating from Stalin:

"Was it not so that the demonic power and energy of Stalin consisted in this, that he made the (Communist) movement and every person in it pass to a state of confusion and stupefaction, thus creating and ensuring his reign of fear..." (ibid)

There are many underlying causes of demonic subjection. Koch delineates some of the leading ones:

If a person blatantly lives a life of sin and persistently resists the Spirit of God and remains completely unrepentant, or if a person carries the sin of murder or abortion on his conscience, or has committed perjury or practical incest, if he has cursed his fellow men or blasphemed against the cross or against Christ, the Holy Spirit, or God, then he will have laid himself open to the devil’s attacks.  Every curse is in fact a cry to the devil, and can for this reason lead a person into bondage.” (Occult Bondage, 138)

Demonic subjection inevitably befalls those who persistently engage in psycho-spiritual techniques such as channeling, tantric yoga, Kundalini yoga, centering techniques, visualizing/dreaming, positive imaging, trance music, brain-altering drugs, heavy metal and drugs, necromancy, magic, and witchcraft.  The same danger pertains to use of occult devices such as Ouija and Enneagram together with any of the other occultisms spreading like wildfire over America and into the whole body of the sleeping Church.

One of the first things to become subject to demonic influence is a person’s thoughts and feelings:

This often results in a complete attitude of indifference to any spiritual influence, and to an open rejection of any belief in God.  The Word of God loses its power to speak, and God’s promises become meaningless.  The person finds he can only entertain evil thoughts in his mind and ideas which are opposed to God.  He is gripped with a passion for lying and impure thoughts.  Indeed, the desire to lie so fills him that he does so unconsciously. In spite of feeling no remorse for his sins, he will be plagued with a continuous feeling of restlessness, with a lack of peace, and depressive moods.”  (Occult Bondage, p. 140)

In the following examples, Dr. Koch outlines some other conditions denoting demonic subjection that with every day becomes increasingly descriptive of both American culture and apostatizing Church:

1.Warped, distorted character; narcissism, hard egoism, uncongenial dark nature

2. Extreme passions; abnormal sexuality, violent temper, fits of rage, belligerence, tendencies to addiction, meanness, kleptomania

3. Compulsive thoughts of suicide and murder; anxiety states, persecution complexes

4. Demonic possession: confusion, delusion; destructive, murderous urges; fits of mania, tendency to violence, inhabitation by demons, conscious atheism, simulated piety, blasphemous thoughts, words and acts and bigoted attitude against Christ and God. (Occult ABC, Koch, pp. 266-282)

In "Hostage to the Devil: the Possession and Exorcism of Five Contemporary Americans," (1992) Malachi Martin presents five cases of possession expressing important elements and basic attitudes characterizing the demonic subjection and possession overtaking America’s Godless postmodern society. In the possessed person, such as the 'no longer human' Stalin, these elements and attitudes are pushed to a very narrow and frightening extreme. Martin summarizes these elements and attitudes in the following points:

1.Moral imbecility: All sense suddenly seems like nonsense; nothing is ever right.

2. Hopelessness, death and suicide confirmed as the only hope

3. Death, cruelty and contempt are normal

4. Moral relativism and/or postmodernism: the depraved insistence that there is no essential difference between good and evil; all 'truth' and 'moral' values are subject to one's personal preference

5. Empiricism: The supernatural and miraculous must be resolved in 'natural' or rational and empirically verifiable scientific explanations

6. Naturalism: There can be no relevance for the modern person in anything that cannot be rationally understood and no 'truth' important beyond what is this-worldly or natural.

7. Androgyny: There are multiple and ever-expanding 'genders' and expressions of 'love'

8. Fatal confusion between spirit (mind, will) and psyche (soul). Of this Martin said, "If everything (of) spirit can be made to seem a product merely of human psyche...then love can be made to seem only a chemical interaction, and love's paradigm is killed."

9. Confusion: One basic note of possession is confusion of truth with lie, good with evil, supernatural with natural. Confusion, or satanic inversion, is a primary weapon of evil said Martin.

In "Three Characteristics of the Diabolical, and how they are Manifest in the Modern World," Msgr. Charles Pope of the Archdiocese of Washington provides three more elements and attitudes characteristic of demonic subjection in our God-less society:

1. Love of Nudity:

"This is clearly manifest at several levels. First there is the widespread tendency of immodest dress..."fashions" (that) reveal more than is reasonable and generally have, as their intent to draw attention to aspects of the body that are private and reserved for sexual union in marriage. Too many in our culture see little problem parading about in various stages of undress, wearing clothing that are more intended to disclose and call attention to, than to conceal the private areas of the body. This love of disclosure and titillation is surely an aspect of the Evil One's love of nudity, and he has surely spread his obsession to many in the modern West".

2. Pornography:

"Though nothing new in this fallen world, has surely reached epidemic proportions via the Internet. Any psychotherapist, counselor or priest will tell you that addiction to pornography is a huge problem among people today. Pornographic sites on the Internet outpace all others tenfold. Multimillion Americans are viewing enormous amounts of pornography and the "industry" is growing exponentially. What was once hidden away in adult bookstores is now one click away on the Internet. And the thought that browsing habits are easily discoverable matters little to the addicts of this latest form of slavery. Many are on a steep slope downward into ever more deviant forms of porn. Many end up at illegal sites before they even know what has happened to them, and the FBI is knocking on their door. Satan's love of nudity has possessed many!"

3. The overall sexualization of culture also ties in to Satan's love of nudity:

"We sexualize women to sell products. We even sexualize children. Our sitcoms chatter endlessly about sex in a very teenage and immature sort of way. We are, collectively, goofy and immature about sex, and our culture giggles like horny teenagers obsessed with something we don't really understand. Yes, Satan loves nudity, and everything that goes with it."

4.  Confusion or satanic inversion is a prime weapon of evil:

"And then of course there is the utter confusion that celebrates homosexual activity. What Scripture calls gravely sinful, disordered, and contrary to nature (= ðáñὰ öýóéí – para physin – Rom 1:26) many in our culture now openly celebrate. And those afflicted as such, openly identify themselves with what tempts them:

"Under another housing option, Wesleyan’s Office of Residential Life invites gender-confused students who identify themselves under the umbrella of one or more of the 15 alternative sexualities to join a house embracing everyone but heterosexuals. This campus residence is called “Open House,” which welcomes each of the 15 groups represented by the acrostic “LGBTTQQFAGPBDSM.” For those not in-tune with many of the invented “gender identities,” LGBTTQQFAGPBDSM individuals represent the following groups (in order): lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, transsexual, queer, questioning, flexual, asexual, genderf***, polyamorous, bondage/disciple, dominance/submission, and sadism/masochism." (Wesleyan Univ. pulls men-only frats, pushes housing for 15 ‘sexualities,' Michael F. Haverluck, OneNewsNow.com,  Friday, February 27, 2015)

Rather than lament the difficulty and trial of such affliction and offer love, support and truth that they, may live celibately, (as all the unmarried are called to do), our sex saturated culture, blinded and darkened by its own wild lust, affirms and encourages them to indulge what can only bring further harm to them, and others, for it is of the darkness and contrary to nature. They have exchanged the truth of God for a lie... Romans 1:25"   (blog.adw.org, Apr. 8, 2013)

Homosexual activity is of the darkness, yet while our White House and increasing numbers of Americans tolerate and celebrate it our children, military, and society in particular are paying the price:

It appears that the DOD has serious problems  with male-on-male sexual assaults that men are not reporting and the Pentagon doesn’t want to talk about,” said Elaine  Donnelly, who heads the Center for Military Readiness. She noted that only 2 percent of assailants are women." (Victims of sex assaults in military are mostly men, Rowan Scarborough, washingtontimes.com, May 20, 2013)

"Forcible sodomy of men and rape of women is certainly causally connected to completed and attempted suicides. Yet, despite the high rates of male and female rape and forcible sodomy, the CDP report dodges the prominent role of both sexual abuse and pornography - that is, how-to sex abuse manuals and videos - in fueling the lust and contempt that spawns both offender sexual abuse and victim suicidal ideation." (Military sodomite abuse: The untold story, Judith Reisman, Ph.D., drjudithreisman.com, May 2013)

"The Obama Administration is heightening its already-heavy focus on promotion of its “LGBT rights” agenda  overseas, creating a specific ambassador slot to champion the cause."   (Obama admin. announces first-ever Special Envoy for LGBT rights, Lisa Bourne, Wed Feb 25, 2015)

"The Little Black Book - Queer in the 21st Century," an extremely depraved and disgusting "how-to" booklet "was distributed to hundreds of kids (middle school age and up) at Brookline High School, Brookline, MA, on April 30, 2005. It was written by the Boston-based AIDS Action Committee, with help  from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and the Boston Public Health Commission. The event that day was designed for children and their teachers across Massachusetts, organized by the "Gay Lesbian and Straight Education Network" (GLSEN).  This is the group that runs "Gay-Straight Alliance" clubs in public schools across the country. You must ask yourself: What kind of person would write this? What kind of person would give it to kids?"  (massresistance.org)

A black wing overshadows our increasingly insane, lawless, pornographic, homo-sexualized, disunited, satanically inverted States of Godless America which has passed into "a state of confusion and stupefaction" as it implodes under the powerfully destructive effects of demonic subjection at every level of society.

Rise of the Unified Global Church of One 'God'.......Satan

"And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil."  John 3:19

Since the Renaissance, powerfully influential, satanically overshadowed occult secret societies existing at the highest levels of Church, government and society have been both the intelligentsia and the real powers behind what has been variously called the Progressive Underground, the Anti-Establishment, and the Anti-Tradition Counter Culture.  The aim of the societies is twofold:  first, the total destruction of the Old Order based on supernatural Christianity with emphasis on the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo, Original Sin, Jesus Christ God Incarnate, immutable truth, moral absolutes and all tradition arising therefrom, and second, the ushering in of an occult New Age--- a socialistic kingdom of “God” (pantheist New World Order) here on earth.   (The Occult Underground: The Dawn of the New Age" and "The Occult Establishment," James Webb)

Today occult societies at the highest levels of global power and influence operate through a vast organizational network--a global occult pantheist New Age Movement (Age of Aquarius) linked to over 10,000 organizations here in America alone.

The New Age movement received its start in 1875 with the founding of the Luciferian Theosophical Society by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky.

In his book, “Earth’s Earliest Ages” (1876), the English theologian G.H. Pember, writes that Blavatsky was chosen by the Brotherhood (fallen angels) to carry out a mission.  They initiated and instructed her for seven years and then dismissed her to the outer world.  As instructed, she traveled to America and organized the Theosophical Society in New York with two specific stated goals.   First, the formation of the nucleus of a Universal Brotherhood.   Second, the destruction of the Revealed Word of God by way of a transformation to unity with the world system process.  This devilish process would be carried out by “spiritually illumined” change-agent theologians and priests (2 John 1:7) who would transform it completely:

"The coming struggle will emerge within the churches themselves; it will be precipitated by the enlightened elements...the fight will then spread to thinking men and women everywhere who — in a protesting revolt — have denied orthodox churchianity and theology." (Spirit Master Djwhal Khul speaking through Alice Bailey, Externalization of the Hierarchy, pp. 453-454)

Bailey explains that spiritually illumined elements (specially selected theologians and priests) will be overshadowed and then possessed by Masters in a three stage process:

". . . prepared disciples and highly evolved men and women, will be found who will be doing the work along the lines intended, one who will be occupying places of prominence which will make them available for the reaching of the many; their bodies will also be sufficiently pure to permit of the overshadowing. It will only be possible in the case of those who have been consecrated since childhood [as I was], who have been servers all their lives or who, in previous lives . . . [the concept of spiritual evolution and reincarnation, key concepts of the New Religion.] First “An impression upon the physical brain of the man or women, of thoughts, plans for work, ideals . . . which emanating from the Avatar [Hindu: An incarnation of a deity in physical form] will yet be unrecognized by him (This is a very important aspect of overshadowing) . . . . This is literally a form of higher telepathy . . . . Second. The overshadowing of the chela (Hindu for disciple) during his work (such as lecturing, writing, or teaching) and his illumination for service. He will be conscious of this . . . and will seek more and more to be available for use, rendering himself up in utter selflessness to the inspiration of His Lord. Third. The conscious co-operation of the chela is necessitated in the third method of overshadowing. In this case, he will… surrender himself and step out of his physical body, handing it over for the use of the Great Lord or one of His Masters . . . he renders up his body, and stands aside for a specific length of time." (p. 756-757, Scientific Analysis of the Writings of Alice A. Bailey and their Applications,” Robert Herrmann Ph.D.)

In other words, 'chosen' disciples will at first come under the influence of demons, then become infested, then severely infested and some  totally possessed.

Eighteen years after Blavatsky died in London in 1891, the Brotherhood selected Alice Bailey (1880-1949) for further instruction.   Beginning in the year 1919 she began receiving “messages” from “Tibetan Master” Djwhal Khul. As stated by Bailey, the preparatory period began with Blavatsky and lasted from 1875 to 1890.   The intermediate teachings were received and recorded by Bailey from 1919 to 1949.  According to Khul, other teachings would emerge on a continuous basis after 1975 and be given on a world wide scale to selected individuals.

Among core teachings common to occult New Age are praise for Lucifer (the seething power  and/or angel of evolution),  biological and spiritual evolution, reincarnation, karma, pantheism/panentheism, man is god, the earthly kingdom of “God” (Lucifer) together with the concept of the Masters and other such synonyms: Masters of Wisdom, the Unknown Chiefs, the Secret Chiefs, Brothers, Council of Nine, the Ancient Ennead, and Space Brothers.   In her various books Bailey lists other members of the Hierarchy of Masters: Master Jupiter, Master Koot Humi, Master Rakoczi, Master Serapis, Master P., Master Hilarion (the Master of science), and Master Jesus.

Variations of these concepts and teachings are also common to Christian Science, Mormonism, Spiritism, Baha’i, Unitarian Universalism, Scientology, Eastern Religions, the Emergent Church, the New Apostolic Reformation and Masonry (Illuminism), the successor of the Mysteries:

"Illuminism---the Luciferian religion---teaches that man can become God, that he can evolve, through initiatory steps, into a god state himself (and) once you have evolved into a god, you can make up your own rules (and) morality." (New World Order, William T. Still, p. 27)

"Spiritual evolution is a common belief within Fabian socialism, the Emergent Church, the communitarian church growth movement, and the New Age movement. It will play a major role in bringing many of the world’s religions together as one." (Man as God: What Much of Evangelicalism  and the World's Religions have in Common, Brannon Howse, worldview weekend, July 29, 2013)

The New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) is one of the fastest growing movements within evangelicalism today.  It emerged from the Pentecostal and Charismatic movement and teaches that certain individuals have become new spiritual beings, super apostles:

"This NAR teaching is consistent with the New Age Movement or cosmic humanism, declaring that man needs to tap into his “Christ consciousness.” Cosmic humanism, (also known as the New Age Movement or pagan spirituality) is a major foundation of the NAR." (ibid, Howse)

In his penetrating analysis of the New Apostolic Apostolic movement, Fr. Seraphim Rose notes that the spiritist manifestations (i.e., impartation, holy laughter, drunk in the spirit, roaring, barking, hissing, slain in the spirit) experienced in NAR churches are found in the occult New Age movement. The spirit that invaded the Charismatic movement during the 'Toronto Blessing' is not the Holy Spirit, said Rose, but the kundalini spirit (serpent power), the same spirit that ancient Egyptians, Hindus, yoga practitioners, and New Agers are familiar with.

One way that serpent power is imparted is by laying on of hands, or Shakti-pat. The demon-possessed Indian guru Bhagwan Shree Rajineesh was called the "divine drunkard" by his disciples, and according to Tal Brook, author of "Riders of the Cosmic Circuit," by his millions of worshippers in India, America, and Europe and throughout the world. Rajineesh encouraged his devotees to come and drink from him, meaning, receive his touch:

"His spiritual 'wine' was often passed on with a single touch to the head (Shakti-pat), at which his followers would collapse in ecstatic laughter. Another famous guru, Swami Muktananda, would hold meetings at which thousands of his followers from around the world came to receive his touch. They experienced uncontrollable laughing, roaring, barking, hissing, crying, shaking, as well as falling unconscious." (Rose, p. 217)

These demon-possessed gurus were imparting spirit to their adoring worshippers which they had received during initiation rituals and which they attributed to spirit-possession.

According to veteran researcher Brooks Alexander, Satan's disciples have successfully assimilated occult Eastern teachings and techniques into our church and our culture. With remarkable speed and ease, Eastern and occult ideas and spiritist techniques for contacting spirits such as trance music, brain-altering drugs, meditation and yoga are being propagated to undiscerning Westerners and Americans, within and without the church, on a mass scale:

"...they are filtered through the pervasive secularism of our culture. In this way they are demystified without changing their essential content. The basic components of an Eastern/occult world view are recast in forms of expression that are naturalistic, scientific, and humanistic...Occult philosophy is being secularized and psychologized with increasing refinement....Their underlying themes run through contemporary science, economics, politics, art, psychology, and religion." (The Coming Darkness, p. 55)

NAR's Super Apostles (2 Cor. 11:13) also channel this unholy ‘spirit’ thus are “enlightened elements” who claim they have been given authority by the Spirit of “God” to build a kingdom of “God” on earth---a unified and/or pluralistic Global Church:

They believe they are restored apostles called and ordained by God to be the government for the emerging “New Order” church.  In order to maintain this governance they stress strict obedience and submission to them in all matters.  They claim to hear directly from God, and many claim that Jesus visits them in person…these so-called restored apostles believe they are called to lay the foundation and government for the new (earthly) Kingdom (one world church).  Their goal is complete and utter control of the church and subjugation of its current governance to them….This is a highly organized group with a global agenda (it is) well thought out, well strategized, and will be implemented with military precision.  The grid is in place---our future is planned.” (A Strong Delusion---the New Apostolic Reformation, thereformedtraveler.com)

Rick Joyner, one of the most visible and popular change-agent leaders in the NAR claims that faithful Christians who resist the “change” to “unity” or "oneness" process are under demonic influence.  In a further demonstration of his satanically twisted and inverted  reasoning processes Joyner said,

Some pastors and leaders who continue to resist this tide of unity will be removed from their place.  Some will become so hardened they will become opposers and resist God to the end.”  (Religious Trojan Horse, Brannon Howse, p. 146)

Joyner calls for a Great Christian Civil War to drive out authentic Christians (John 15:19) because they are too “rigid in doctrinal emphasis.” (ibid, p. 147)

Church growth guru and NAR leader C. Peter Wagner agrees.  Wagner, yet another “enlightened element,” claims that NAR is “changing the shape of Protestant Christianity around the world” and he and his fellow ‘over-shadowed’ travelers expect opposition from Bible-believing Christians:

We are well into the early adoption phase of the New Apostolic Reformation, when we can expect fairly strong objections from traditionalists who are threatened by change.” (ibid, p. 144)

An ancient Chaldean occult doctrine, evolutionary transformism (change processes) is the strange fire produced by astrological elemental spirits in fascinated minds within and without the Christian Church.  In the impeccably researched “Scientific Analysis of the Writings of Alice A. Bailey and their Applications,”  Robert A. Herrmann, Ph.D. has traced the evolutionary science so very prevalent today together with the concept of the Masters back to 1750 and the Spanish-French occultist, Martine’s de Pasqually (1715?-1779).  The term Secret Chiefs however, was introduced by Baron Hund (1772-1776) for his Strikt Observanz Masonic System (Luciferian religion).

Herrmann writes that the idea that man is god is grounded in evolutionary transformism, the seething energy of Lucifer that fuels and drives change processes,

“….where an individual spiritually evolves into higher and more meaningful forms until one actually becomes totally a spirit being on various evolutionary levels.  Further, Pasqually apparently introduced the human biological concept prior to Darwin’s expanding it to other biological entities.”  (ibid, Herrmann)

Similarly, it will be by way of an evolutionary “change” process that the chosen one will be transformed into the Antichrist.

The brilliant Russian philosopher, theologian, and visionary, Vladimir Soloviev (1850-1900) foresaw the stunning events we are witnessing today — the wholesale rejection of the God of Revelation tied to the fall of Westerners into idolatry and paganism influenced and directed by a demonic outpouring effecting a transformation of consciousness issuing into a unified religion of Lucifer and the appearance of the Antichrist.

In the "A Short Tale of the Antichrist"  Soloviev writes that prior to his transformation, the proud super- man is outwardly just, but within full of pride.  He is morally reprehensible:

".... He believes in God but loves nobody but himself. His relationship with Christ was quickly defined as one of superiority (for he will never) bow before Him like the most stupid of Christians (nor) mutter senselessly....'Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me'....'I, the bright genius, the superman! No, never!" (The Wrath of God: The Days of Antichrist, Livio Fanzaga, pp. 39-40)

As the super-mans' change-process and/or initiation (spiritual fall) progresses, instead of the former cold rational respect for Jesus Christ:

"...there was born and grew in his heart, first, a kind of terror, and then a burning, choking and corroding envy and furious breath-taking hatred." Devoured with envy of Jesus Christ he cries out "He rotted in the tomb, rotted like the lowest..." (ibid, pp. 40-41)

This is the moment the Evil One has been waiting for.  He openly approaches the proud super-man and possesses him:

"He saw those piercing eyes and heard...a strange voice, toneless...stifled, and yet clear, metallic and absolutely soulless as though coming from a phonograph." Satan pours out his spirit, saying, "I ask nothing of you, and I will help you for your own sake...Receive my spirit...it gives birth to you in power. At these words...the superman's lips opened of themselves, two piercing eyes came quite close to his face, and he felt a sharp, frozen stream enter into him and fill his whole being. And at the same time he was conscious of a wonderful strength, energy, lightness and rapture." (p. 43)

The Christian Church: Undergoing an Evolutionary Change into Apostasy Process

New Age leader David Spangler identifies evolution as the power of the angel Lucifer, thus when Djwhal Khul revealed that the fallen angel calling itself Master Jesus is assuming control of the Christian Church, he inadvertently affirmed Spangler's claim.  In other words, Satan is the spirit of the evolutionary “change” into  apostasy process that allows Master Jesus to take control of the Christian Church, and this is why Djwhal Khul, speaking through Bailey, spoke of the day when,

"Christianity will be in a state of chaotic division and upheavals. When this takes place . . ., the Master Jesus will take certain initial steps towards reassuming control of His Church… "(ibid, p. 573).

Khul appears to be describing our age, an age marked by confusion, collapsing foundations and a Christian Church fractured, divided against itself and increasingly in defiance of the Holy Trinity--- a change process collapsing into nihilistic moral relativism, accommodation to the world system, heresy, open apostasy and demonic subjection.  This 'change' into apostasy process is backed by a vast and growing network of powerful transnational New Age agencies espousing syncretic neo-Gnostic interfaith/inter-spirituality and kingdom of “God” on earth conceptions.  (1 Tim. 4:1)

The Global Occult Elite

The global ‘elite’ community consists of prime ministers, secretaries of treasury, secretaries of state, philanthropists and global business leaders whose NWO vision calls for the convergence, on a global basis, of religion, multinational corporations, foundations and the political and sociological instruments that would form a one-world government designed to bring about a New World Order. ("Hope of the Wicked: the Master Plan to Rule the World,"  Ted Flynn)

In the painstakingly researched "False Dawn: the United Religions Initiative, Globalism, and the Quest for a One-World Religion" Lee Penn calls our attention to the United Religions Initiative. The URI is the leading edge of the rising global religion of Lucifer. The URI is to a significant extent animated by New Age Luciferian-spirituality. Penn notes that evolution is absolutely central to New Age theology which is a syncretistic stew of Liberal (pantheist) Christianity, Luciferian Theosophy and Masonry, Spiritism, the Ancient Mysteries, Eastern Mysticism, Wicca, Goddess worship, and adulation of Lucifer.

The URI has attracted a disparate group of activists and powerful supporters. For example, the Dalai Lama, progressive churchmen from the People's Republic of China, pro-gay Episcopalians, radical Muslims, feminist witches, rich capitalist foundations, the Club of Rome, the Temple of Understanding and the Lucis Trust, formerly called Lucifer Publishing. Prominent supporters of the URI and globalism include occultist Robert Muller (former UN assistant secretary general and father of Common Core), Neale Donald Walsh, George Soros, Mikhail Gorbachev, Maurice Strong, Ted Turner, and Barbara Marx Hubbard. (pp.5,7, 23-26)

New Age spirituality relies heavily on the revelations of the Masters channeled through Helena Blavatsky, Alice Bailey, Muller, Marx Hubbard, and Neale Donald Walsh. Penn notes that all together they form a comprehensive anti-Gospel setting forth a progressive vision of spiritualized totalitarianism that includes: adulation of Lucifer as the light-bearer and giver of wisdom; man as god; death is not real; extreme population control including abortion, eugenics and euthanasia; hatred of faithful Christians and Jews; forecasting a pending 'selection' of mankind in which the occult progressives enter the New Age and reactionaries face extinction:

"For the New Age Apostles of "progressive" Social Darwinism, these casualties are a necessary price to pay for human evolution." (ibid, p. 7)

When a critical mass of humanity have succumbed to satanic subjection, infestation and possession, the Hierarchy of Masters will bring to an end,

“…the long silence which has persisted since Atlantean days," and "renew an ancient sharing of secrets." Thus "in the immediate future....Masters will walk openly among men...openly guiding and directing the affairs of humanity." (Djwhal Khul speaking through Alice Bailey, False Dawn, Lee Penn, p. 262)

While denying Jesus Christ God incarnate,  the true source of Light and life because the Creator Who spoke all things into existence ex nihilo and made man in His spiritual image,  powers and principalities are succeeding with the methods of false light among the many travelers of the broad way toward the building of Lucifer's kingdom of “God” here on earth…a unified Global Church of the One God: Lucifer. ( http://one-faith-of-god.org/about.asp )

A.W. Tozer: Spirit of Babylon Controls "New" Church

Over and across the entire denominational spectrum of the Christian church, the conception of God no longer reflects His own self-revelation in Scripture and many who call themselves Christians have little idea what they believe or why—or even what Christians are meant to be doing:

"For many Christians, God simply meets a previously unmet need: a father, a best mate, a provider, or a gentle, loving sugar daddy! While many non-Christians see God as nasty and vindictive, or a cosmic party-pooper, many Christians hold to equally erroneous conceptions of God that bear little resemblance to the biblical revelation." (The theological corruption of the Evangelical Church, by Andrew S Kulikovsky, creation.com)

Some years ago, the highly respected theologian A.W. Tozer  rebuked the church on this very point:

Always the most revealing thing about the Church is her idea of God, just as her most significant message is what she says about Him or leaves unsaid, for her silence is often more eloquent than her speech. She can never escape the self-disclosure of her witness concerning God.” (ibid)

Tozer argued that a true conception of God is fundamental,

“...not only to systematic theology but to practical Christian living as well. It is to worship what the foundation is to the temple; where it is inadequate or out of plumb the whole structure must sooner or later collapse.” Indeed, “there is scarcely an error in doctrine or a failure in applying Christian ethics that cannot be traced finally to imperfect and ignoble thoughts about God.”

The most ignoble and imperfect idea about God is posited by evolutionary theologians.   Because modern Christians are very comfortable with natural science and the idea that 13.72 billion years ago there was a bang and evolution by natural selection they uncritically embrace the teachings of theistic evolutionists such as John Dickson and progressive creationists such as Hugh Ross who deny,

"... that the Genesis account of creation is a historical record of God creating the universe and everything in it by divine fiat in six days. Instead, they posit that God’s only activity in bringing about the present world has been maintenance, not special miraculous acts of creation in history. In essence, theistic evolution borders on deism since the god of the theistic evolutionist is distant and impersonal."  (Kulikovsky)

According to Kulikovsky, theistic evolution comprises the following basic beliefs:

(1) the first human couple (if there even was one) shared a common ancestor (pre-Adamites) with the apes;

(2) the first human couple were highly evolved hominids who were imparted with God’s image

(3) death, decay, and suffering are an integral part of the world God created, and therefore, the teaching that physical death is a direct consequence and penalty of Adam’s sin is denied

(4) the penalty for sin is ‘spiritual death’

Very clearly, theistic evolution and progressive creation not only cast doubt upon God’s omniscience, omnipotence, efficiency, and goodness but make Him responsible for suffering, cruelty and death. As Nobel Prize winner and atheist Jacques Monod (1910–1976) put it:

“Selection is the blindest, and most cruel way of evolving new species, and more and more complex and refined organisms … the more cruel because it is a process of elimination, of destruction. The struggle for life and the elimination of the weakest is a horrible process, against which our whole modern ethic revolts. An ideal society is a non-selective society, it is one where the weak are protected; which is exactly the reverse of the so-called natural law. I am surprised that a Christian would defend the idea that this is the process which God more or less set up in order to have evolution.” (Kulikovsky)

Rather than being an evil and a curse arising as a result of the Fall as Scripture teaches (Genesis 2:17; Romans 5:12), said Kulikovsky, human physical death is credited as being an integral part of God’s plan to ‘evolve’ His creation:

" Thus, we end up with a distant, impersonal God who is not all-knowing, not all-powerful, not very efficient, and not all that good! A god that endorses the exploitation and subjugation of the weak by the strong and employs indiscriminate pain, suffering, and death to bring about the world they desire can hardly be called just, loving, or compassionate. This is, ultimately, a libel on God and His character."

Moreover, faithful Christians who uphold the Genesis account creation ex nihilo are marginalized, derided and ridiculed.  For example, during a televised discussion with theoretical physicist and self-described atheist Lawrence Krauss, Dickson advised him on how to deal with the odious faithful:

“...what you should be doing, Lawrence (is) hand them over to us. People like the Centre for Public Christianity, where I work, who are trying to educate not only the general public but also the Christian public on Biblical scholarship and scientific scholarship. … I just mean we could be the friend—we could be the friend to the new atheism and have the effect you want. I think all you are doing is firming up the opposition.” (Kulikovsky)

The "New" Church

Dr. Albert Mohler, President of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary warns that the Protestant Evangelical Church is splitting apart.  Faithful traditionalists said Mohler, are exiting the autonomous 'new' church which defines itself over and against Traditionalism, or authentic Christianity.   Whereas traditionalists affirm the essentials of the faith and reject the dangerous idea of  accommodating the church to evolution, science, and culture, the "new" church either soft-pedals or rejects the essentials and is willing to adopt teachings and cultural practices to reach pagans, atheists and agnostics:

" This means  whatever is influencing the culture can more easily come into the church because  we are adopting its ways. Previously what is spiritually harmful has been coming  through the backdoor instead of the front. Now it’s knocking on the front door,  and many are answering it by opening it and inviting it in. This is done because  of a lack of judgment on leader’s part. While everyone is making a fuss about the  Da Vinci code released to persuade the public on Christianity we have not  recognized what is taking place in our own living room – the church." (New Age Pathways in the church, letusreason.org)

Caused by a devastating loss of biblical and doctrinal conviction, this dangerous trend is increasingly evident in growing numbers of churches:

"....more and more Christians are willing to reject or compromise the uniqueness of Christ and His atonement, citing the apparent 'sincerity' of those who worship other gods, or no god at all."  Due to loss of theological nerve,  many "American Christians seem increasingly reluctant to believe that their unsaved neighbors will go to hell.... the essence of this belief is universalism, the belief that all persons will be saved...in spite of what (God) reveals in Holy Scripture. These persons believe in a God of their own devising, and not the God of the Bible....Their stance betrays their lack of conviction and even compassion.  Their conscience is uncluttered by concern for the lost." (The Disappearance of God, R. Albert Mohler Jr., pp. 184-186)

In "The New Spirituality: Dismantling and Reconstructing Reality," Dr. Peter Jones, professor of New Testament at Westminster Theological Seminary in Escondido, California, writes that a 'new' spirituality is overtaking the "new" church that is not new but is rather,

" ....the reappearance of the massive system of ancient world paganism and, as such, represents the greatest threat to the church since the Greco-Roman pagan empire. The situation is urgent."   (modernreformation.org)

Jones sees that because "new" church theology already has much in common with 'new' pagan spirituality the Church Militant is becoming the postmodern "new" church Imitant,

"...adopting "a new Christian worldview" that, devoid of theological biblical clarity, apes the pagan culture and concludes that "the body of Christ is queer, is man, is woman, is straight."  The "new Christian" employs spiritual techniques borrowed from pagan mysticism and imitates the self-justifying moralism of liberal social action." (ibid, Peter Jones)

Rather than the contemporary "new" church, over in the U.K. there is something called "fresh expressions," a form of church for our increasingly pagan culture,

"A fresh expression is a form of church for our changing culture, established primarily for the benefit of people who are not yet members of any church."  (freshexpressions.org.uk)

Like its American counterpart, the growth oriented fresh expressions 'new' church describes itself as missional, meaning it believes it can save souls by serving and/or meeting the needs of pagans and other unbelievers by bringing their culture and pagan spirituality into the church.   According to Anglican priest Steve Hollingshurst,  since pagans prefer to embrace the evolving divine feminine (the oneness of male/female energies) it is important that the church celebrate the divine feminine as well. (onearthasinheaven.blogspot.co.uk )

More than fifty years ago  A.W. Tozer saw that Christian theism was no longer God-centered but man-centered.  The "new" man-centered church has adopted a "new" Decalogue and a "new" set of Beatitudes:

A new Decalogue has been adopted by the neo-Christians of our day, the first word of which reads “Thou shalt not disagree”; and a new set of Beatitudes too, which begins “Blessed are they that tolerate everything, for they shall not be made accountable for anything.” It is now the accepted thing to talk over religious differences in public with the understanding that no one will try to convert another or point out errors in his belief. The purpose of these talks is not to confront truth, but to discover how the followers of other religions think and thus benefit from their views as we hope they will from ours.”   (The Dwelling Place of God)

The stance of the 'new' church betrays a lack of conviction; a shallow faith resulting in a  church so intertwined with evolutionary science and the surrounding culture that the two are essentially one and the same, thereby bringing it to the brink of apostasy:

"The Bible has no compromise whatsoever with the world....The Bible...sends us out into the world, but never to compromise with the world, and never to walk in the way of the world...." (The Dangers of a Shallow Faith, Tozer, p. 15)

Tozer argues that the "new" church has been overtaken and held hostage by spiritually impotent theologians who have opened the door to the spirit of Babylon which now controls the "new" church and has created a situation where it worships on altars of science, evolution, marketing and publicity and is dominated by cults:

1. The Cult of Imitation: Christians imitate what is seen outside of the Church, " a characteristic of immaturity" resulting in our secular pagan rock 'n roll dominated media and blue-jeans obsessed 'fashion' industry setting the standards for the Church:

"There was a time," said Tozer, "when the Church set the standard for music (and) the world imitated the Church.  Men like Beethoven, Mozart and Handel set the whole world singing, and the focus of their music was the church." Now the Church imitates the world's rock music, "We offer this 'swine' on the altar of Jehovah.  What blasphemy.  We have so much more to offer God (but now we import) the culture around us (and this) is the sad reality of today's Christian." (pp. 28-29)

2. The Cult of Entertainment: Today's church cannot survive without a heavy dose of entertainment.  It is a church of shallow, feel-good theology punctuated by jokes, plays, and other adolescent speech and  behavior:

"What this generation of Christians needs is not religious entertainment to satisfy carnal appetites (but) biblically based literature that challenges and stirs the soul to deeper appreciation of God and Christ and the whole plan of salvation.  It is true that what we feed is what grows.  If we feed the carnal nature and its appetite, that will be the overpowering aspect of our life.  If we feed the spiritual, our appetite for the things of God will grow." (pp. 18, 30-31)

3. The Cult of Celebrity: Today celebrity church growth gurus mesmerize pastors with their latest innovative church growth schemes while celebrity 'feel-good' preachers' dazzle and delight carnal Christians with theologically empty messages as rock-star worship leaders enflame passions, deafen ears, benumb minds and set bodies in motion:

"We swoon over celebrity.  Whatever they say, we accept as important....even if it goes contrary to plain biblical teaching.  St. Ignatius said, 'Apart from Him, let nothing dazzle you." But we allow "everything but  'Him' to dazzle us these days.  We have become rather bored with God and the truths of Scripture." (p. 31)

Where in the past, Christians entered into the presence of God with an overwhelming sense of reverence and great thoughts stimulated them to the highest passions their minds and feelings could stand, today's 'new' Christians are irreverent, over-stimulated fleshy creatures addicted to diversion, technology and,

"....all of the activities and pleasures of the world.  Whatever is stimulating to the average person out in the world is soon integrated into the program of the local church.  Find any pleasure out in the world and you will eventually see it in the evangelical church." (p. 35)

 The Curse of Worldliness:

"What harmony is there between Christ and Belial....between the temple of God and idols?" (2 Cor. 6:15-16) or between "the lord's table and the table of demons?" (1 Cor. 1021)

Like its' "new" mystical evangelical counterpart, the New Apostolic Reformation that seeks to grow the church and save souls by accommodating the faith to the felt-needs of our seeker-sensitive paganized culture, ancient Gnosticism similarly  attempted to incorporate the seeker-sensitive spirituality of the Greeks into Christianity.    In his book,  "The Gnostic Empire Strikes Back," Dr. Peter Jones, writes that the resulting perversion, 'Christian Gnosticism,' is a form of mystical Christian spirituality blended together with paganism. (p.6)

Speaking of the worldly "new" church, Tozer said he hears Jesus saying,

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!" (Matt. 23:37)

Moreover, the person of discernment who sees the worldliness of the "new" church,

"...is written off as being somewhat fanatical. But the day is coming when the house will be left desolate and there will not be a man of God left among them."  (p. 14)

These are the days of testing and shaking that will become more pronounced, thus Tozer warns  "new" Christians to "wake up," to take heed, for if you are settling back,

"... snuggling into your...chair and resting in your faith in John 3:16 and the fact that you have accepted Jesus Christ, you had better watch yourself.  Take heed, lest you...be found wanting. (2 Tim. 3:5-7) Take heed of your own heart, lest when all is said and done, you have become tied in with the world." (p. 15)

Sirius, UFOs, Transcended Masters & the Coming New Age 'Christ'

In the classic work, "Earth's Earliest Ages"  English theologian G.H. Pember (1837-1910) examines the role of demonic forces in the first destruction of earth under God's judgment and compares them to the advance of spiritualism, Hermetic magic, Luciferian Theosophy, Buddhism, reincarnation, and karma sweeping across Christendom.

Pember notes that open intercourse with demons (spiritualism/channeling), the ancient Mysteries, magical practices, astrology, mesmeric healings, Eastern mysticism and reincarnation have arisen on a vast scale in the very heart of Christendom.  These ancient superstitions are no longer veiled in mystery but present themselves as the fruit of modern science,

"..the advances of Modern Science, and especially the spread of evolutionary philosophy, having fitted the world for deeper teaching, the Brotherhood decided that the time had come to communicate with it, and openly influence its religion and philosophy.  They have, however, become so etherealized by their practices that they are unable to endure contact with coarse human nature: it was, therefore necessary to employ intermediaries." Helena Blavatsky was "chosen for this purpose..." (pp. 243-245)

After devoting herself to occult pursuits for some thirty years, Madame Helena Petrova Blavatsky (1831-1891) repaired to a Himalayan retreat where she spent seven years under the immediate direction of the Masters (Brotherhood) who initiated and instructed her for her mission.   Upon her dismissal she traveled to America and organized the Theosophical Society.  In one of her great works, "Isis Unveiled," she points to signs foretelling the approaching day, which is in fact our own day, when the West will have finally rejected supernatural Christian theism and faithful Judaism and embrace the proofs,

"....that only ancient religions were in harmony with nature, and ancient science embraced all that can be known...An era of disenchantment and rebuilding will soon begin---nay, has already begun....a new (age) is about to begin, and the future pages of history may contain full evidence and convey full proof, that if ancestry can be....believed, Descending spirits have conversed with man, And told him secrets of the world unknown." (Isis Unveiled, vol. I., p. 38)

Blavatsky's teachings were strongly syncretic, drawing from Eastern mysticism, Tibetan, Platonic and Neoplatonic systems, Hermetic Kabbalism , and contemporary 19th century occult magic and scientific sources.  Blavatsky's legacy was an  occult vision further developed by later esotericists such as Rudolph Steiner and Alice Bailey that simultaneously offered a detailed occult analysis of the evolving universe of matter and energy and  the spiritual forces and hierarchies behind it as well as reaffirming the universal emanationist cosmology of ancient Gnosticism.

Blavatsky's teachings informed and shaped Hitler's occult neo-pagan regime and eventually unleashed an explosion of occult knowledge, magic and Eastern mysticism here in the West that began in the late sixties and still powers Hermetic, Wicca, neo-paganism, UFO and New Age movements sweeping over America and the West today.

Central to Hermetic orders such as the Order of the Golden Dawn and Theosophy is the theme of an occult Hierarchy of evolved Masters---god-men who have finished their cycles of reincarnation and material evolution but have chosen to remain here on the earth (Gaia) to serve people in their own conscious evolution as well as guide Gaia's spiritual evolution.

Blavatsky and other key Theosophists claimed to be in communication with, and to receive materialised letters from materialized Masters residing in Tibet.  Blavatsky's master was said to be Kut Humi, (a supposed reincarnation of Pythagoras and Francis of Assisi).

With  Alice Bailey these communications became telepathic transmissions (channeling/mediumism), and finally the Tibetan Masters were supplanted by other masters without a physical locality.   These masters variously call themselves for example, the Brotherhood, Space Brothers, Ascended Masters, the ancient Ennead of Egypt (major gods and goddesses of Egypt), Nine Principles of God, the Deep Space Nine and Council of Nine.

Today there exists a vast and growing online network of UFO channelers and others calling themselves Light Workers claiming to be in telepathic communication with the Masters.   Light Workers have even held open channeling sessions at the U.N.

Another important theme connecting all ancient and modern Hermetic Orders and Mystery religions is the Dog Star--- Sirius.  From the time of the Sumerians, Babylonians and Egyptians to our own age esoteric teachings have invariably attributed to Sirius a special status and the star’s importance in occult symbolism attests to this fact.

Artifacts of ancient civilizations reveal that Sirius was of  great importance to astrology, Hermeticism, the Mysteries, secret initiations, conceptions of transmigration and reincarnation and other forms of occultism.

Mystery schools teach that Sirius is the divine “sun behind the sun” and therefore is both the true source of our sun’s energy which keeps our physical world alive, but also the divine one substance that keeps the spiritual world alive.  Whereas the sun illuminates the physical world, which is considered to be a grand illusion, Sirius is the “real light," the Great Cosmic Spirit--- the Ultimate One Substance (i.e., Egyptian Nu, Chaos, Void, Brahman, Star Maker, Quantum Void) or Essence of material phenomena, meaning that the universe exists only as a grand illusion or mental construction as it does for example, in the mind of Brahman: brahma satyam jagan mithya, or "Brahman is real, the world is unreal." (swamij.com/mahavakyas)

In the time of the Pharoahs, Sirius--the guardian of the path of souls (magic way, cosmic tree of life) was the foundation of the Egyptians’ entire religious system. It was worshipped as Sothis and associated with Isis, the mother goddess of Egyptian mythology. Isis is the female aspect of the androgynous trinity consisting of Sirius, Osiris and their son Horus.

A fascinating aspect of Sirius is the consistency of occult symbolism and meanings attached to it:

" Several great civilizations have indeed associated Sirius with a dog-like figure and viewed the star as either the source or the destination of a mysterious force. In Chinese and Japanese astronomy, Sirius is known as the “star of the celestial wolf”. Several aboriginal tribes of North America referred to the star in canine terms: the Seri and Tohono O’odham tribes of the southwest describe the Sirius as a “dog that follows mountain sheep”, while the Blackfoot call it “Dog-face”. The Cherokee paired Sirius with Antares as a dog-star guardian of the “Path of Souls”. The Wolf (Skidi) tribe of Nebraska knew it as the “Wolf Star”, while other branches of knew it as the “Coyote Star”. Further north, the Alaskan Inuit of the Bering Strait called it “Moon Dog."  (The Mysterious Connection Between Sirius and Human History, vigilantcitizen.com, Dec. 12, 2012)

In "The Sirius Mystery" (1971) American author Robert Temple argues that the mythology of the Dogon's, an ancient African tribe, bears striking similarities to the ones of other ancient civilizations such as the Sumerians, Egyptians, and Babylonians.   Temple writes that like the others it includes the archetypal myth of a “great teacher from above” and relates that mankind was born from the Nommo,

"...a race of amphibians who were inhabitants of a planet circling Sirius. They are said to have “descended from the sky in a vessel accompanied by fire and thunder” and imparted to humans profound knowledge. This lead Robert Temple to theorize that the Nommos were extraterrestrial inhabitants of Sirius who travelled to earth at some point in the distant past to teach ancient civilizations (such as the Egyptians and Dogons) about the Sirius star system as well as our own solar system. These civilizations would then record the Nommos’ teachings in their religions and make them a central focus of their Mysteries." (ibid)

Depending on the civilization,

"...this great teacher is known as eith Enoch, Thoth or Hermes Trismegistus and is said to have taught humanity theurgic sciences. In occult traditions, it is believed that Thoth-Hermes had taught the people of Atlantis, which, according to legend, became the world’s most advanced civilization before the entire continent  was submerged by the Great Deluge (accounts of a flood can be found in the mythologies of countless civilizations). Survivors from Atlantis travelled by boat to several countries, including Egypt, where they imparted their advanced knowledge. Occultists believe that the inexplicable resemblances between distant civilizations (such as the Mayas and the Egyptians) can be explained by their common contact with Atlanteans." (ibid)

In Freemasonry, Sirius is a symbol of deity, of omnipresence and omniscience (the Divine Mind or One Substance that is present everywhere and knows all).  Sirius is therefore the home of the Ascended Masters and sacred place all Masons (as well as all who traverse the Magic Way) must spiritually ascend as Sirius is the source of divine power and the ultimate destination of consciously evolved divine individuals.

In his "Morals and Dogma," the celebrated occult Freemason Albert Pike said:

“(The Blazing Star) originally represented SIRIUS, or the Dog-star, the forerunner of the inundation of the Nile; the God ANUBIS, companion of ISIS in her search for the body of OSIRIS, her brother and husband. Then it became the image of HORUS, the son of OSIRIS, himself symbolized also by the Sun, the author of the Seasons, and the God of Time; Son of ISIS, who was the universal nature, himself the primitive matter, inexhaustible source of Life, spark of uncreated fire, universal seed of all beings. It was HERMES, also, the Master of Learning, whose name in Greek is that of the God Mercury.” (ibid)

The two most important figures associated with Theosophy, Madame Blavatsky and Alice Bailey, considered Sirius to be a source mystical power---evolution, the seething energies of Lucifer that exert a spiritual influence over the entire Orobouros or cosmic tree of life and is therefore directly linked with every great religion of antiquity because the universal life force extends into the psyche of mankind.

Alice Bailey sees Sirius as the “Great White Lodge” and believes it to be the home of the “Spiritual Hierarchy.” For this reason she considers Sirius as the star of initiation:

"This is the great star of initiation because our Hierarchy (an expression of the second aspect of divinity) is under the supervision or spiritual magnetic control of the Hierarchy of Sirius. These are the major controlling influences whereby the cosmic Christ works upon the Christ principle in the solar system, in the planet, in man and in the lower forms of life expression. It is esoterically called the “brilliant star of sensitivity.”   (ibid)

Baily teaches that the Luciferian energy emanating from Sirius is the energy of thought, a mind force that reaches the solar system from a distant cosmic center via Sirius, which acts as the transmitter,

"...or the focalising centre, whence emanate those influences which produce self-consciousness in man.”  (ibid)

From the time of the ancients till our own, Sirius has been seen as the home of the Ascended Masters, the “great teachers”  who are to return to earth one day.  But what Alice Baily saw as she ascended the Magic Way, coming ever closer to the Ascended Masters was "clear cold fire."   Interestingly, Dante described the lowest part of Hell as clear ice.

As she approached the Hierarchy (or lowest part of Hell), she said,

"...darkness is pure spirit" and each "contact with the Initiator leads the initiate closer to the centre of pure darkness---a darkness which is the very antithesis of darkness...It is a centre or point of such intense brilliance that everything fades out and at the place of tension, and at that darkest point (we) see a point of cold clear fire." (False Dawn: The United Religious Initiative, Globalism, and the Quest for a One-World Religion, Lee Penn, p. 283)

The Apostle Paul speaks not of a Magic Way, Ascended Masters and their home on Sirius but of fallen angels, the "spirits of wickedness under the heavens" (Eph. 6:12) and their chief, "the prince of the powers of the air." (Eph. 2:2)

According to Paul, fallen angels are dispersed in a multitude throughout the whole blue expanse of sky which is visible to us---the dwelling place for the host of fallen angels who have been cast down from heaven.   It is fallen angels calling themselves spirit guides, the Council of Nine, Ascended Masters, the Christ, God and so on that are telepathically communicating with growing numbers of fascinated mediums and Light Workers in our age and they say that,

"When the gospel of gods kingdom on earth has been preached throughout the world, then the end shall come or the second coming of the Christ of the Aquarian age shall take place." "The Christ of the Aquarian age will arrive in the first public spaceship landing, to be seen by all your people on international satellite television…."(Ashtar p.163, from A UFO 2nd coming, LetUsReason.org)

Luciferian Occultism Overtaking the West

In "Why Some Scientists Embrace the 'Multiverse," Dennis Prager reports that he recently participated, along with 30 scholars, mostly scientists and mathematicians, in a conference on the question of whether the universe was designed, or at least fine-tuned to make life possible, especially intelligent life. Participants — from Yale, Princeton, Harvard, Berkeley and Columbia among other American and European universities — included agnostics, atheists and believers in God.  (Prager, Jewish World Review, June 18, 2013)

Though the clear scientific consensus was that, at the very least, the universe is exquisitely fine-tuned to allow for the possibility of life said Prager, many atheist scientists and fellow-travelers who insist there be no Creator God put forward the notion of a multiverse despite there being not a shred of evidence for the existence of these universes.

The multiverse hypothesis is a desperate grasp at the fantasy theory first proposed by David Deutsch in his book, "The Fabric of Reality."  Deutsch's theory posits the existence of an infinite number of parallel universes in the vain hope that in at least one of them, conscious life and order arose by pure chance, meaning that living beings created themselves.

Eminent quantum theorist John Polkinghorne utterly rejects the multiverse nonsense:

"Let us recognize these speculations for what they are.  They are not physics, but....metaphysics.  There is no purely scientific reason to believe in an ensemble of universes....To my mind greater economy and elegance would be that this one world is the way it is because it is the creation of the will of a Creator who purposes that it should be so." (Cosmos, Creator and Human Destiny, Dave Hunt, p. 209)

Multiverse speculations, as Polkinghorne pointed out, are not physics but metaphysics, and in fact are grounded in a two-fold neo-Gnostic vision.  First, that living beings created themselves from pre-existing or spontaneously generated matter, and second, the age-old technology of alchemy and its magical meaning: the ancient Egyptian Hermetic principle of the macrocosm's correlation with the microcosm, “As above, so below” symbolized by the Ouroboros---the great chain of being, cosmic tree of life or with Darwin the tree of life.

In modern Luciferian theosophical thought for example, the Ouroboros ‘above’ corresponds to a number of different astral planes and sub-planes comprising the habitations,

The Ouroboros with its astral planes is well-known around the world in its' many esoteric traditions:

“References to this reality are the Dreaming of the Australian Aborigines, the Spirit-world of Shamanism, the Duart of the ancient Egyptians, the Bardo (Intermediate State) of the Tibetans, the Imaginal world of Islamic Esotericism - e.g. the Barzakh (Interworld) or of Suhrawardi and the Mithal (Imaginal realm) of Ibn Arabi - the Universe of Asiyah of some Kabbalists, or of Yetzirah according to others. These are just a few of the innumerable descriptions of this plane of existence.” (The Astral Plane, kheper.net)

The Apostle Paul speaks not of cosmic trees, astral planes and the beings supposedly existing there but of fallen angels, the "spirits of wickedness under the heavens" (Eph.

This means that in esoteric multiverse theories and occult cosmic tree of life conceptions, the whole blue expanse of sky under the heavens where fallen angels dwell is the Ouroboros/cosmic tree ‘above’ consisting of astral planes and sub-planes connected by the great chain of being up which the initiate spiritually ascends (evolves) by way of ritual (i.e., transcendental meditation, mind-altering drugs) as he traverses the occult Path of Life or Western Magical Way to reach divine status and gain psychic powers.

Royal Astronomer Lord Martin Rees champions multiverse conceptions in the hope that in at least one or more of them living beings created themselves who are far more advanced than our own life-forms.  Rees believes that if this is the case, then super-intelligent aliens might be capable of simulating in their brains or in a super-computer the complex history of our universe, meaning the universe we inhabit is a simulation lacking real substance and existing only as a mental construction, a matrix, in the minds of highly evolved aliens who seeded our world with life and travel through time in order to control man’s evolutionary progress. (Scientific Mythologies, James A. Herrick, p. 216)

The idea that the universe we inhabit exists only as a mental construction is very similar to Hinduism's Brahman. Brahman is the Great Cosmic Spirit--- the Ultimate One Substance (prakriti matter) or Essence of material phenomena, meaning that the universe exists only as a mental construction in the mind of Brahman: brahma satyam jagan mithya, or "Brahman is real, the world is unreal." (swamij.com/mahavakyas)

Rees proposal is also similar to the hypothesis presented by Olaf Stapledon, a scientist who has always kept one foot firmly planted in neo-Gnostic science fiction accounts and imagines our universe to be an artifact of the Star Maker.  Building off of Stapledon's fantasy Carl Sagan suggests that we are "star folk" made of "star stuff."    (Herrick, pp. 216-217)

Replace Star Maker with Brahman and "star stuff" with sarvam khalvidam brahma, or "All is truly Brahman" (swamij.com) and we have ayam atma brahmam: "The Self is Brahman." (Brihadaranyaka Upanishad 4.4.5)

In the caption of his book, “Just Six Numbers,” Rees reveals the ancient occult basis of his propositions:

"The ouraboros. There are links between the microworld of particles, nuclei and atoms and the cosmos." (Rees M., Just Six Numbers, P. 9)

"Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field…" — Genesis 3:1

As a powerful occult symbol, the Ouroboros or Uroboros means the seething power, creative and/or evolutionary impulse or energy of the serpent figuratively depicted as either a serpent or dragon eating its own tail.  The serpent's body is often depicted as the Great Chain of Being, Cosmic Tree of Life, or with Darwin, the Tree of Life.

The occult Tree of Life with its' multiple dimensions and life-giving energy systems not only powers the universe but reaches into the psyche, stirring imagination, bringing psychic powers and even awakening pre-human memories of when the scientifically "enlightened occult elite,” the Gnostikoi, were fish:

"Remember when you were a fish...." suggested Jean Houston, the prophet of the possible, in a workshop to awaken ancient pre-human memories.  Nearly a thousand evolved life-forms (people) dropped to the floor and began moving their 'fins' as if to propel themselves through water.  "Notice your perception as you roll like a fish. How does your world look, feel, sound, smell, taste?"  Then you crawled up on land said Houston, so now you must, "Allow yourself to fully remember being a reptile....Then some of you flew. Others climbed trees."   A zoo of beastly sounds erupted from the herd of pre-human birds, reptiles and apes. (America: The Sorcerer's New Apprentice, Hunt and McMahon, p. 218)

From the time of the ancients serpent power has been important to religious and mythological symbolism all around the world. Within the Egyptian mysteries, serpent power was associated with,

..."the elemental forces that were in play before the creation of the world." (Carl Teichrib, Gods of Ancient Egypt, p. 182)

In China serpents were spiritually linked with earth and water while in Scandinavian myth a world serpent protected man from cosmic forces of chaos.  The self-described Gnostic Carl Jung interpreted the Ouroboros as having archetypal consubstantiality to the human psyche.    Serpent power is also associated with today's occult New Age spirituality as well as Gnosticism, occult Hermetic Kabbalah, Roisicrucianism, Illuminati, Freemasonry and its' blatantly Luciferian sister, Theosophy, where according to Helena Blavatsky, serpent power represents self-generation and evolution through its own creative power

In his book, "The Sign of the Serpent," Mark Balfour relates how pervasive serpent symbols are within India and the Hindu religion:

"Any observant traveler who moves from the snow-tipped Himalayas in the North to the sun-soaked sands of Cape Comorin at India’s southern tip, will encounter—particularly in the rural areas and at sacred centres of pilgrimage wherever Siva, God of both Divine Wisdom and regeneration, is the presiding Deity—the serpent motif sculptured within shrines, impressed on myriads of stone implants in the ground and depicted in art." (A Short Guide to Occult Symbols: Serpent Power, Carl Teichrib, 2005, Kjos Ministries)

 Balfour elaborates on this belief:

"In Hinduism, the Cosmic Serpent—Ananta Sesha—symbolic of timeless eternity, carries the world on his 1000-fold [Cobra] hood…As the creative impulse stirs within the great Serpent in the Sky—when passive idea becomes active thought—the forces of attraction and repulsion come into play as ‘spirit’ begins its involution into "matter." (ibid, Teichrib)

Moreover, Kundalini yoga, a discipline within Hinduism, teaches that latent serpent energy lies at the base of the etheric human spine,

"…like a coiled serpent, ready to spring." (Harper's Dictionary of Hinduism, p. 156, ibid, Teichrib)

Through strenuous yoga techniques, this Kundalini serpent power uncoils and rises through seven "chakras" or power centers within the human body. The Kundalini serpent force is considered,

"(to be a) concentrated field of intelligent cosmic, invisible energy absolutely vital to life beginning in the base of the spine as a man or a woman begins to evolve in their first incarnation." (The Donning International Encyclopedic Psychic Dictionary, p. 343, ibid, Teichrib)

The serpent power/Masonry connection is revealed by occultist Mason Manly Hall who says that when the Mason learns how to properly channel the power of the serpent he has learned the mystery of his Craft:

The seething energies of Lucifer are in his hands and before he may step onward and upward, he must prove his ability to properly apply energy.” (New World Order: The Ancient Plan of Secret Societies, William T. Still, p. 30)

In “Occult Theocracy,” Edith Starr Miller elaborates on the serpent power/Masonry connection:

Luciferian Occultism controls Freemasonry (and) is therefore not a novelty, but it bore a different name in the early days of Christianity.  It was called Gnosticism…” (Occult Theocracy, p. 198, 1933)

Free Masonry is grounded in occult Hermetic Kabbalah, the non-Jewish version of Kabbalah, a syncretic system that draws on Gnosticism, Western astrology, alchemy, ancient Egyptian drom which the alahnry connectionntherefore not a novelty, but it bore a different name in the early days of Chhermeticism, Greco-Roman nature religions, Eastern mysticism/reincarnation/karma, spiritual and biological evolutionary conceptions, neoplatonism, the Enochian system of angelic magic of John Dee and Edward Kelley, rosicrucianism, tantra, and tarot cards, which are seen as keys to the Tree of Life.

Occult Hermetic Kabbalah is also the underlying philosophy and framework for Western magical societies such as the Golden Dawn, Thelemic orders, mystical-religious societies such as the Builders of the Adytum and is the precursor to the Wiccan, Neopagan and Luciferian New Age spirituality over-taking Western and American civilization.

Regarding the importance of occult Hermetic Kabbalah to Freemasonry, Albert Pike--the most influential Freemason that has lived---has this to say in his Morals and Dogma:

"The Kabalah is the key to the occult sciences; and the Gnostics were born of the Kabalists. (Morals and Dogma, p. 626)

The famous scientist, engineer, religious writer and mystic, Emanuel Swedenborg (1688-1772) claimed to have been instructed by beings on other planets as well as by angels during his astral plane travels.  Swedenborg has influenced a long line of scientists, philosophers, modern science fiction writers and movie producers as well as Joseph Smith.

Swedenborg described Masonry as a search after Light said Pike:

"That search leads us directly back, as you see, to the Kabbalah. In that ancient and little understood medley of absurdity and philosophy, the Initiate will find the source of many doctrines; and may in time come to understand the Hermetic philosophers, the Alchemists, all the Anti-papal Thinkers of the Middle Age, and Emanuel Swedenborg. (Morals and Dogma, p. 741)

The Gnostic Hermetic Kabbalah holds to the neoplatonic conception that the manifest universe (One Substance) of which material creation is a part, arose as a series of emanations or evolutions from the godhead or divine Cosmic Spirit.

In his Dictionary of Mysticism and the Occult, Nevill Drury writes that the Hermetic Kabbalah's Tree of Life consists of ten spheres,

"...or sephiroth, through which—according to mystical tradition—the creation of the world came about. The sephiroth are aligned in three columns headed by the supernals and together symbolize the process by which the Infinite Light…becomes manifest in the universe." (A Short Guide to Occult Symbols: The Tree of Life, Carl Teichrib)

The sephiroth also have a role resembling that of the "...charkas [sic] in yoga."

In other words, the sephiroth symbolize the consubstantiality or oneness of the initiate's intellect with the Divine Substance (i.e., ancient Egyptian Nu, Chaos, Brahman, Omega Point, Singularity) as well as the seething evolutionary energies of Lucifer (Moshiach/Nachash/Gematria) while chakras refer to psychic centers that lie along the spine of the etheric body that awaken by way of kundalini serpent power yoga.

For the initiate, the deeper meaning of the Hermetic Kabbalah is the Tree of Life (snake’s body) ‘above’ as well as the inward path ‘below’ in which the adept who has mastered the seething energies of Lucifer discovers and experiences the "inner light" (also called the divine spark and inner Christ).

In short, Hermetic Kabbalah is a system of Luciferian teachings and evolutionary conceptions which open up the mind and the soul to a new level of understanding from the snake: salvation comes from within.

From the Renaissance to our own time, Gnostic Hermetic science packaged as biological and spiritual theories of evolution, various Tree of Life conceptions together with pre-existing or spontaneously generated matter theories, multiverse conceptions, Teilhard’s Omega Point and trans-humanism’s Technological Singularity for example, has swept the post-Christian West and America, even entering into the whole body of the Church.

Luciferian Occultism: Serpent Power

In "God and the Knowledge of Reality," the Catholic philosopher and historian, Thomas Molnar (1921–2010), writes that during the Renaissance Christian mystics and scholars such as Emanuel Swedenborg discovered Hermetic magic and esoteric Jewish Kabbalah texts which they studied and translated resulting in Hermetic Kabbalah.  Then like Pico della Mirandola, they argued that occult hermetic science---the divine technology or Magic Way of reaching divine status and powers through ritual procedures (and for Swedenborg astral plane traveling) is the best proof of the divinity of Christ.    In other words said Molnar,

"…..by the time of the Renaissance the esoteric texts of the first centuries A.D. had acquired in scholarly and humanist circles an unparalleled prestige, confronting as equals the texts held sacred by the church.  In Pico's estimation, 'nulla est scientia que nos magis certificet de divinitate Christ quam magia et Cabala' (there is no science that would prove for us Christ's divinity better than magic and the Cabala.)"  (pp. 78-79)

From then till now, Luciferian occult science has been working steadily toward its’ goal to invert, pervert, and replace the living word of God (Matthew 4:4) beginning with the book of Genesis, the book of beginnings divinely revealed to Moses for our edification and salvation.   As a result, the majority of contemporary Christians no longer know that Genesis is the living Word of God because they have lost contact with the early Church Fathers, the living link between the ancient texts containing God's revelation and today's esoteric evolutionary imperative.

In their day, just as in our own, many people erroneously interpreted Genesis, especially the first three chapters, as an allegory, denying it has any literal and historic meaning.  Therefore the Church Fathers who wrote on Genesis made a specific point in saying it has literal meaning that we must understand correctly even while explaining that anthropomorphic statements about God describing Him as a man who sits on thrones for example, are to be understood symbolically.

Church Fathers regarded Genesis, especially the first three chapters, as divinely inspired text that tells of actual, historical events and people. St. Cyril of Alexandria for example, wrote that Genesis is divinely inspired and cannot be apprehended rightly without respect for its' historical meaning:

"Those who reject the historical meaning in the God-inspired Scriptures as something obsolete are avoiding the ability to apprehend rightly, according to the proper manner, the things written in them...whenever some historical events are presented to us by the Holy Scriptures (a) useful search into the historical meaning is appropriate, in order that the God-inspired Scripture be revealed as salvific and beneficial to us in every way." (St. Cyril, "Commentary on the Prophet Isaiah 1,4, PG 70, 192AB)

Church Fathers make the point that the whole of creation, including the soul of man, was brought into existence from non-existence (ex nihilo), not from eternally existing or spontaneously generated matter as ancient and modern evolutionary adherents and Luciferian occultists believe.

On the miraculous creation of the first man Church Father John Chrysostom writes:

And God formed man of dust from the earth, and breathed into his face the breath of life, and man became a living soul….the inbreathing communicated to the one created out of earth the power of life, and thus the nature of the soul was formed.  What does a living soul mean?  An active soul, which has the members of the body as the implements of its activities, submissive to its will.” (Genesis, Creation, and Early Man, Seraphim Rose, p.215)

 Gregory of Nyssa adds:

The body and the soul were formed at the same time—not one before and the other afterwards…” (ibid, p. 218)

Jesus Christ, the “angel” who spoke with Moses at Sinai, is the Creator.  Foremost of His miracles is creation out of nothing—six acts or days of creation rather than the billions of years of evolutionary alchemical process out of matter:

The first moment of time is the moment of God’s creative act and of creation’s simultaneous coming to be.” (Philosopher and New Testament scholar William Lane Craig quoted in “If God created the universe, then who created God?’ by Jonathan Sarfati, Creation Ministries International)

With Irenaeus, the doctrine of creatio ex nihilo was well established. He also argued that the world (matter) was not coeternal with God:

"But the things established are distinct from Him who has established them, and what [things] have been made from Him who has made them. For He is Himself uncreated, both without beginning and end, and lacking nothing. He is Himself sufficient for this very thing, existence; but the things which have been made by Him have received a beginning... He indeed who made all things can alone, together with His Word, properly be termed God and Lord; but the things which have been made cannot have this term applied to them, neither should they justly assume that appellation which belongs to the Creator." ("Is Creatio Ex Nihilo A Post-Biblical Invention? An Examination Of Gerhard May's Proposal," Paul Copan, Trinity Journal 17.1; Spring 1996)

The Fourth Lateran Council of 1215 affirms creation ex nihilo:

"We firmly believe and simply confess that there is only one true God ... the Creator of all things visible and invisible, spiritual and corporeal; who from the very beginning of time by His omnipotent power created out of nothing [de nihilo condidit] both the spiritual beings and the corporeal." (ibid, Copan)

On creation ex nihilo, the Westminster Confession of Faith (1646) asserts:

"It pleased God ... in the beginning, to create or make of nothing the world, and all things therein" (IV.I; ibid)

The divinely inspired Genesis account of creation ex nihilo is a great stumbling block for contemporary Westerners and Americans---including great numbers of Christian theologians--- brought up with an evolutionary outlook, an antihuman, occult Luciferian/Gnostic materialistic worldview that has left them spiritually and morally impoverished.

"But in his estate shall (Antichrist) honour the God of forces." Dan. 11:38

Today the Nachash, the occult planetary-elites God of forces has confused, deluded and mesmerized vast numbers of Westerners and Americans.  As the animated seething energy called evolution the God of forces is the principle miracle-producing power of the cosmos. Having transformed the consciousness of his followers, they are no longer the spiritual image-bearers of the living Triune God but evolution’s conscious products who can achieve ever higher levels of consciousness by directing their own evolution.

So complete has the transformation of consciousness been that the God of forces has successfully inverted the order of creation and for increasing numbers of deluded Christians, reversed the direction of Biblical theism. With creation ex nihilo virtually replaced by evolution, it is now believed that men have not fallen from perfection but instead are gradually evolving upward from their ape beginnings toward greater and greater spiritual perfection. Self-perfecting man no longer needs the living, supernatural God as the idea of "conscious evolution" means he can save himself, and perhaps even attain god-hood.

As the 'Christ' of the hugely popular "A Course in Miracles" the God of forces states that there is an "irresistible Force" within each person, a universal Force that when activated grants unimaginable psychic powers, even immortality.  The 'Christ' tells New Age leader Barbara Marx Hubbard that on the day of Planetary Pentecost a Planetary Smile will flash across the faces of all people who have accepted the Luciferian Initiation.  There will be "uncontrollable joy" that the 'Christ' describes as the "joy of Force" that will "ripple" through the one body of humanity.  ("False Christ Coming: Does Anybody Care? Warren B. Smith, p. 120)

The God of forces who is the serpent power worshipped by mankind from antiquity, the god of Gnostic Masonry, the seething energies of Lucifer, the serpent power of Kundalini yoga, the body of the occult Tree of Life, the Cosmic Spirit of the universe, the Singularity and the Collective who represents self-generation and evolution through its own creative power poses a question to his enthralled worshippers,

"What if I am not a 'man' at all, but rather a Force, an 'Energy" in the universe, that IS the universe, and that is, in fact, All That Is. What if I am The Collective?" ("God" in Conversations with God: Book 3, p. 125, Neale Donald Walsh, ibid Warren B. Smith, p. 122)

Tragically, many people today, including growing numbers of Christians, are being seduced by an occult planetary mythology that grew out of the Renaissance and maintains that man is not fallen, that he is ultimately perfectible through a process of evolution and that through leaps of consciousness he can realize that he is God.   The common thread among all occult Hermetic science, secret societies and esoteric teachings since the Renaissance is a single mind directing the formation of the new religious consciousness.   It is the mind of the same fallen angel who tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden with the words, “Ye shall be as Gods.” (Gen. 3:5)

When finally the man of lawlessness arrives and appears to triumph for a time, in the end it is he whom the Lord Jesus,

….shall kill with the spirit of his mouth; and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming, him,” (2 Thes. 2:8)

Deluded Tim Keller: the Dangerous Esoteric Doctrines He Unwittingly Embraces

Timothy J. Keller (b. 1950) is the founding pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City and author of many bestsellers including The Reason for God.   He is also the most recent compromiser in a long line of Christian compromisers (priests and intellectuals) stretching back to the Renaissance, to embrace evolution and suggest that in order for it to be compatible with the Bible  we must see the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo in a non-literal, non-historical context.

In a position paper Keller published with the theistic evolutionary organization Biologos he argues,

“....there is no logical reason to preclude that God could have used evolution to predispose people to believe in God in general so that people would be able to    consider true belief when they hear the Gospel preached.”  (A response to Timothy Keller’s ‘Creation, Evolution and Christian Laypeople,’ Lita Cosner, 9 September 2010, creation.com)

Evolutionary scenarios commonly proposed by evolutionary theists typically reduce Adam and Eve to mythical figures, with the consequence that Eve was never promised a ‘Seed' and death didn’t come from a Fall but rather from the death of the millions of evolved creatures that preceded humans by billions of years.   So evolution not only makes God responsible for death but in amputating the entire historicalprecedent from the Gospel it changes the rest of Scripture and makes Jesus Christ unnecessary as atheist Frank Zindler points out:

The most devastating thing though that biology did to Christianitywas the discovery of biological evolution. Now that we know Adam and Eve neverwere real people the central myth of Christianity is destroyed. If there neverwas an Adam and Eve, there never was an original sin. If there never was anoriginal sin there is no need of salvation. If there is no need of salvationthere is no need of a savior. And I submit that puts Jesus, historical or otherwise, into the ranks of the unemployed. I think that evolution absolutely is thedeath knell of Christianity.” (Frank Zindler, American atheist, in a debate with William Craig, Atheism vs Christianity video, 1996, from "Homeschooling parents demand evolutionary textbooks," Lita Cosner, 13 June 2013, creation.com)

Shallow-thinking, weak-willed compromisers like Keller rush in where angels fear to tread, meaning that first of all, evolution is not what he believes it is, and second, it is completely at odds with the Bible.  It is the enemy of the Bible, as even evolutionary atheist Richard Dawkins agrees:

I think the evangelical Christians have really sort of got it right in a way, in seeing evolution as the enemy. Whereas the more, whatshall we say, sophisticated theologians are quite happy to live with evolution,  I think they’re deluded. I think the evangelicals have got it right,  in that there really is a deep incompatibility between evolution and Christianity..." (ibid)

So just what is evolution?  Where frank speaking occurs, it is revealed that evolutionary science is in fact an occult and/or esoteric subject.  When asked by a layman why he should be interested  "in so esoteric a subject as evolutionary biology," Professor S.J. Gould replied that evolution tells us,

“.... us where we came from, how we got here, and perhaps where we are going. Quite simply, it is science’s version of Roots, except it is the story of us all."   (The Religious Nature of Evolution Theory and its Attack on Christianity, John G. Leslie and Charles K. Pallaghy, Ph.D, creation.com)

Gould candidly admits that evolutionary biology is an esoteric account of the ultimate origin of life.  According to this account, about 3 billion years ago lifeless chemicals laying around on an already existing earth (pre-existing matter)somehow combined and finally magically transcended themselves after a hundred or a thousand identical operations thus allowing the transmutation of the chemical substances into life.   Once life emerged, natural processes (evolution, natural selection, laws of nature) were set in motion that supposedly eventuated in the arrival of man:

"If man has arrived at his present state as a result of natural processes rather than a supernatural will, he can learn to control these processes...The concept of evolution, which is now basic to the life sciences, has provided new and in some ways revolutionary answers to questions men have been asking for centuries. The two most important of these are, ‘Why am I here, what is the purpose of human existence, and what is the nature of the world of life that surrounds us?"   (ibid, Dobzhansky, T., Ayala, F.J., Stebbins, G.L. and Valentine, J.W., Evolution, W.H. Freeman and Co., San Francisco, 1977)

Evolutionary biology is an occult science, a modern Mystery Religion consisting of both an exoteric or outer meaning for mass consumption (for deluded people like Keller) and a hidden, or occult meaning, for higher initiates.

Hiding beneath the idea that life will eventually emerge from the mixing of lifeless chemicals is a vision arising from the age-old technology of alchemy and its magical or mystical meaning: the ancient Egyptian Hermetic principle of the macrocosm's correlation with the microcosm, “As above, so below” symbolized by the great chain of being, or with Darwin the tree of life.

In occult theosophical thought for example, "As above" corresponds to a Divine One Substance and a number of different astral planes and sub-planes comprising the habitations of all,

"... supernatural entities, the locale of gods and demons, the void where the thoughtforms dwell, the region inhabited by spirits of the air and other elements, and the various heavens and hells with their angelic and demonic hosts....With the help of ritual procedures, trained persons believe that they can 'rise on the planes,' and experience these regions in full awareness." ("Beyond the Body: The Human Double and the Astral planes, Benjamin Walker, 1974, pp. 117-8)

The Apostle Paul speaks not of astral planes, cosmic trees and the inhabitants supposedly existing there but of fallen angels, the "spirits of wickedness under the heavens" (Eph. 6:12) and their chief, "the prince of the powers of the air." (Eph. 2:2)

According to Paul, fallen angels are dispersed in a multitude throughout the whole blue expanse of sky which is visible to us under the heavens, the dwelling place for the host of fallen angels who have been cast down from heaven.    This means that the whole blue expanse of sky under the heavens where fallen angels dwell is the "As above" consisting of astral planes and sub-planes connected by the great chain of being up which the initiate ascends (evolves) by way of ritual (i.e., transcendental meditation) to reach divine status and gain powers.

In "God and the Knowledge of Reality," the Catholic philosopher and historian, Thomas Molnar (1921–2010), writes that during the Renaissance Christian mystics and scholars such as Emanuel Swedenborg discovered Hermetic and Jewish Cabala esoteric texts and like Pico della Mirandola, argued that hermetic science---the divine technology of reaching divine status and powers through magic, ritual procedures and for Swedenborg, astral plane traveling----is the best proof of the divinity of Christ.    In other words said Molnar,

"..by the time of the Renaissance the esoteric texts of the first centuries A.D. had acquired in scholarly and humanist circles an unparalleled prestige, confronting as equals the texts held sacred by the church.  In Pico's estimation, 'nulla est scientia que nos magis certificet de divinitate Christ quam magia et Cabala' (there is no science that would prove for us Christ's divinity better than magic and the Cabala.)"  (ibid, pp. 78-79)

The astral plane is well-known around the world in its' many esoteric traditions:

" References to this reality are the Dreaming of the Australian Aborigines, the Spirit-world of Shamanism, the Duart of the ancient Egyptians, the Bardo (Intermediate State) of the Tibetans, the Imaginal world of Islamic Esotericism - e.g. the Barzakh (Interworld) orof Suhrawardi and the the Mithal (Imaginal realm) of Ibn Arabi - the Universe of Asiyah of some Kabbalists, or of Yetzirah according to others.  Other descriptions are the Nervo degree of the Physical State of Theon, the Astral or 2nd Prakritic plane (corresponding to the Linga Sharira or Subtle or Astral body) and the Kama (Desire-Plane)  of Blavatsky,  the Astral Plane of the Adyar school of Theosophy and of popular occultism, Rudolf Steiner's "Soul World"; and and the Vital and Subtle Physical described by Sri Aurobindo and Mirra.  These are just a few of the innumerable descriptions of this plane of existence. " (The Astral Plane, kheper.net)

In order for occult rituals to work, matter (the One Substance) must either pre-exist or have come into being from the Big Bang in order for lifeless chemicals to be laying around on an already existing earth.  In either scenario, all being is at bottom one, or monistic: As above, so below.

Esoteric knowledge pertaining to the One Substance with its' different astral planes and sub-planes andgreat chain of being teaches that the "vehicle beyond the etheric body"  begins to progress (evolve) as it makes its way to the heaven-world as in Swedenborg's teaching, is inseparably linked in Hermetic doctrines.

Molnar writes that the Hermetic practitioner must strive first for separation of the soul from the body (purification), and second, for the spiritualization of all matter.  For modern Western practitioners, Teilhard's spiritual conception achieves the second goal while Darwin's esoteric formula attains the first as it imaginatively un-creates man as God's spiritual image bearer:

"....the doctrine of evolution has swept the world, not on the strength of its scientific merits, but precisely in its capacity as a Gnostic myth. It affirms, in effect, that living things created themselves, which is in essence a metaphysical claim....Thus...evolutionism is a metaphysical doctrine decked out in scientific garb....it is a scientistic myth. And the myth is Gnostic, because it implicitly denies the transcendent origin of being; for indeed, only after the living creature has been speculatively reduced to an aggregate of particles does Darwinist transformism become conceivable."  ( Dr. Wolfgang Smith in From Old Gnosticism to New Age I, Alan Morrison, SCP Journal Vol. 28:4-29:1, 2005, pp. 30-31)

In his great masterpiece, "That Hideous Strength," C.S. Lewis points out that humanist philosophy, naturalism (monism), Hermetic magic, Cabala, evolution, cosmic trees and other forms of occultism were two sides of the same revival of Renaissance paganism underlying the intellectual edifice of modern science. Thus he argued that occultism and humanistic rationalism were not enemies in principle but rather cooperating philosophies united against supernatural Christian theism and Christian civilization. Lewis underscores this point in "The Abolition of Man:"

"You will even find people who write about the sixteenth century as if Magic were a medieval survival and Science the new thing that came in to sweep it away. Those who have studied the period know better. There was very little magic in the Middle Ages: the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries are the high noon of magic. The serious magical endeavour and the serious scientific endeavour are twins: one was sickly and died, the other strong and throve. But they were twins. They were born of the same impulse. I allow that some (certainly not all) of the early scientists were actuated by a pure love of knowledge. But if we consider the temper of that age as a whole we can discern the impulse of which I speak." In conclusion, evolutionary biology and Darwin's tree of life symbolize deep religious desires of transcendence and self-redemption, thus are incarnations, “ ...of the ancient, deeply religious endeavor “to become like God” – infinitely wise, omnipotent, autonomous, and immortal." (Dr. Erdmann)

In embracing occult evolutionary science, shallow-thinking deluded enthusiasts like Keller not only negate God's Revelations to man through the Old Testament prophets but unwittingly sign onto a whole host of dangerous occult doctrines and philosophies: naturalism (monism), Hermetic alchemy and Cabala, the cosmic chain of being, occult mediumistic rituals and the idea that  man can reach divine status and gain powers.

The Occult Pagan Spirit Entering the Contemporary Church through the Front Door

"Every year thousands of people visit Damanhur to try out the social model, study the philosophy and to meditate in the Temples of Humankind, that great underground construction excavated by hand by the citizens of Damanhur and which many have called the ‘Eighth wonder of the world’.  (The Temples of Humankind, damanhur.org)

Secretly under construction since 1978, the Temple of Humankind is 100 feet below ground inside a mountain near the northern Italian city of Vidracco.   The incredibly beautiful cathedral is dedicated to the divine nature of humanity.  It is not therefore a place of prayer to the living supernatural God but rather a place for inward contemplation of and meditation to the divine god-force or energy within self.  Its' builders describe the Temple as a great three dimensional book which recounts the history of Humankind through all the art forms, a path of re-awakening to the Divine inside and outside of ourselves.

The Temple of Humankind is merely the latest in a long line of 'high places' raised up at the direction of an internationalist occult spiritual elite, most of them apostate Christians.  These temples are where they gather to plan and plot a totalitarian world order, channel the divine within and chant in unison their eerie Great Invocation.

In 1962 Edith Kermit Roosevelt attended a benefit dinner held to inaugurate the first American temple--- the Temple of Understanding built on 50 acres by the Potomac River, Washington, D. C.   The temple serves as a "Spiritual United Nations" designed to fulfill the rituals of a 'new' pagan spirituality encompassing forms of the feminine spirit which has unfolded over the centuries from Egypt, Babylonia, China and Europe.  (The Temple of Understanding, The New Hampshire Sunday Times News,  Edith Kermit Roosevelt, April 1, 1962)

Among the Temple's influential apostate backers were John D. Rockefeller IV, Socialist leader Norman Thomas, Rt.Rev. James A. Pike of San Francisco, Cary Grant, Defense Secretary Robert S. McNamara, a founding member of the Fund for the Republic's Center for Democratic Institutions; militant pacifist and Nobel Peace Prize and Nobel Peace Prize winner Philip Noel Baker; Holland D. Roberts of the Academic Freedom Committee, a former head of the Communist party's  California Labor School who was identified as a "party member" at a  Jan. 22, 1956 hearing of the Subversive Activities Control Board; U. Alexis Johnson, depute undersecretary of state for political  affairs; Sen. Kenneth B. Keating (R-N.Y.), Prof. Pitirim A. Sorokin, director of Harvard University's Research Center for  Creative Altruism and Brooks Hays, special assistant to President Kennedy. (ibid, Roosevelt)

Among other endorsers were Jack Benny, Douglas MacArthur II, ambassador to Japan; Max Lerner of the New York Post, Prof. J. B. Rhine  of Duke University; Roland Gammon of the Laymen's Movement  and World Parliament of Religions; Miguel Ydigoras Fuentes, president of Guatemala; Sir Roy Welensky, prime minister, Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland; Rev. Fred Jordan, president, International Spiritualists,  Norfolk, Va.; Philip S. Linnik, director Universal Brotherhood Center, Glen Cove, Long Island, N. Y.; James A. Linen, president Time-Life Inc., and S. A.  Mohamed, cultural attache of the United Arab Republic, Washington, D. C. ("The Cult of the All-Seeing Eye," Robert Keith Spenser, pp. 43-46)

In an essay entitled, "Is Crestone/Baca, Colorado 'the Vatican City of the New World Order?” Dr. Eric Karlstrom describes another of the occult elite's high places.  This one consists of 25 spiritual centers.   These include,

"... Dharma Ocean (Buddhist), Chamma Ling (Tibetan Bon religion), Karma Thegsum Tashi Gomang (Tibetan Buddhist), Nur Ashki Jerrahi (Crestone Sufi Circle), Vajra Vidya Retreat Center (Tibetan Buddhist), I Am Harmony, Crestone Baptist Church, Yeshe Khorlo (Bhutanese Tibetan Buddhist), The Academy of On, Oniyan Wakan Tipi (Lakota Sacred Breath Lodge), Meditation Place of the Vast Expanse (Tibetan Buddhist), Shumei International Institute (Japanese), Dragon Mountain Zen Center, Nada Carmelite Hermitage (Catholic), The Way of Nature Fellowship, The Sri Auribindo Learning Center, Crestone Mountain Zen Center, Haidakhandi Universal Ashram (Hindu), Sacred Mountains Foundation Inc. (Navajo), Little Shepard of the Hills Episcopal Church, The Pundarika Foundation (Tibetan Buddhist) and The Desert Foundation (Catholic ecumenical).....  a Moslem Ziggurat, a Tibetan Peace Park, and a Crestone End of Life Cremation Project." (Karlstrom, January, 2012, naturalclimatechange.us)

All of these temples and high places are parts of an occult temple complex in New York City consisting of the Cathedral of St. John the Divine, the Temple of Understanding, the UN (in particular its’ pyramid-shaped meditation room,) and Lucis Trust, originally named Lucifer Trust, repository for the “Ageless Wisdom Teaching” (revelations from spirits) whose taproot stretches back to the plain of Shinar.

Replacing Marxist Communism's 'red' color is 'green,' the symbolic color of the temple complex.  Green is the color of the “new” occult pagan spirituality which describes itself in secular terms as the green eco-movement for sustainability and peace.  Its’ worldwide utopian project is green spiritual communism.  It hails Lucifer as the first free-thinker and liberator of mankind.  Its’ deity is Isis, the Goddess of a Thousand Names.  As Goddess Earth Mother, she is Gaia, the deity honored on what is considered “the largest secular holiday in the world”.....Earth Day:

Yet there is little secular about it. Rather, a variety of spiritual activities takes place; from Mother Earth rituals to multi-faith Sunrise services, from interfaith Earth gatherings to Spring meditations and “Earth Prayers” – such as the one suggested below,

“Mother, Father, God, Universal Power/Remind us daily of the sanctity of all life/Touch our hearts with the glorious oneness of all creation/As we strive to respect all the living beings on this planet/Penetrate our souls with the beauty of this earth,/As we attune ourselves to the rhythm and flow of the seasons./Awaken our minds with the knowledge to achieve a world in perfect harmony/And grant us the wisdom to realize that we can have heaven on earth.” (Jo Poore, Earth Prayer [to be used on Earth Day], cited by Carl Teichrib in "All For Gaia: Earth Day and Total Transformation for a Post-Christian World,April 19, 2011, forcingchange.wordpress.com)

Tom DeWeese, President of the American Policy Center, has also been tracking the rise of occult pagan spirituality.  In a work entitled, "Teachers, Preachers and Greens: The Unholy Alliance to Transform America,"  DeWeese reveals the existence of a well-funded yet covert effort to paganize American society through an assault on schools and churches.  He reveals that the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City is the home of the enormously influential Gaia Institute as well as the  Temple of Understanding — a politically influential U.N. Non-Governmental Organization.   DeWeese describes a pagan "church service" at St. John the Divine:

"As the congregation sit in their church pews in the great Cathedral of St. John, the Divine in New York City, the priest stands at the alter, ready to receive a procession of animals for the annual Feast of Saint Francis blessing. Down the aisle comes a procession of elephants, camels, donkeys, monkeys and birds. These are followed by members of the congregation carrying bowls of compost and worms. Next, to the sounds of music, come acrobats and jugglers. In the pulpit, former Vice President Al Gore delivers a sermon, saying, "God is not separate from the Earth." (http://www.federalobserver.com/2010/11/14/teachers-preachers-and-greens-the-unholy-alliance-to-transform-america/)

In "The New Spirituality: Dismantling and Reconstructing Reality," Dr. Peter Jones writes that the 'new' spirituality is not new but is rather,

" ....the reappearance of the massive system of ancient world paganism and, as such, represents the greatest threat to the church since the Greco-Roman pagan empire. The situation is urgent."   (modernreformation.org)

Jones adds that our post-Christian culture is quickly reaching a tipping point of momentous implications where the,

"New Spirituality may well represent the next phase of the faith and practice of modern autonomous humanity, whose goal is nothing less than the construction of a new Sodom and Babel." (ibid)

Christianity as a dominant moral and social force is all but spent and its great opponent, secular humanism and/or scientific materialism, is in free-fall. Materialist scientism has always been utterly repugnant to more spiritually sensitive people.  With its' nihilism, mindless mechanistic universe, reductionism, moral anarchy and irrationalism, it has generated its own crisis of credibility. However,  as a universal alchemical-solvent that has broken down the West's Biblical-based worldview, it has served to throw wide the door to equally irrational but far more dangerous occult spiritual New Age  which as a spiritual force began to emerge in the United States around 1965.

Since the Sixties we have entered a new world, said Jones. The intellectual pride of secular humanism and  its religious sister, "Christian" liberalism, has been exploded by the radical critique of postmodern deconstruction. The objectivity of autonomous human reason as a means to truth is now seen as pure fiction, so the world must be reconstructed on other bases:

"The irony is delicious," says theologian Don Carson. "The modernity which has arrogantly insisted that human reason is the final arbiter of truth has spawned a stepchild that has arisen to slay it." (ibid)

A triumphant form of ancient religious paganism, a  "new" oneness ideology dominates the campus, popular media, and even many pulpits.  Under its' influence the narcissistic 'me' generation has practically lost all sense of the antithesis (right or wrong, true or false, either/or, male or female), and are placing their faith in the pagan synthesis of "both/and" monism (oneness).

This is also true for Christian youth, for despite the billions of dollars spent by Evangelicals on youth ministers, Christian music, publishing, camping trips, pizza nights and media, a culture of young Christians have been produced,

"who know next to nothing about their own faith except how they feel about it. Our young people have deep beliefs about the culture war, but do not know why they should obey scripture, the essentials of theology, or the experience of spiritual discipline and community. Coming generations of Christians are going to be monumentally ignorant and unprepared for culture-wide pressures."  (The Coming Evangelical Collapse, Michael Spencer, Mar. 10, 2009, csmoniter.com)

Spencer writes that evangelicalism, especially the contemporary version, has used its educational system primarily to staff its own needs and talk to itself and in response to the death of evangelicalism will further compromise itself in a futile attempt at reaching postmodern paganized souls by becoming more culturally relevant, not less.  Thus it will,

"...  become more like the pragmatic, therapeutic, church-growth oriented megachurches that have defined success. Emphasis will shift from doctrine to relevance, motivation, and personal success – resulting in churches further compromised and weakened in their ability to pass on the faith." (ibid)

In her Washington Times article, "Beware: Hell Exists, There's No Christianity without Sin, Death, and the Resurrection," Janice Crouse addresses America's growing theological crisis, noting that the Evangelical Church has become divided against itself, with traditionalists on one side and culturally relevant church growth advocates on the other.   Citing "Evangelicals Divided," in the April edition of First Things, she writes:

"First Things warns, 'If evangelical theology...does not exercise the kind of intellectual humility required by Traditionalism, it will not survive...it will risk disintegrating into ever more subjectivist and individualistic sects, many of them neither evangelical nor orthodox."

Albert Mohler, President of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary addresses this crisis in his book, "The Disappearance of God." There is a growing chasm notes Mohler. On one side are the traditionalists, on the other, the self-autonomous contemporary church which defines itself over and against Traditionalism, or authentic Christianity.   Whereas traditionalists reject the dangerous idea of  accommodating the church to culture, the contemporary church is willing to adopt the cultures practices to reach the culture:

" This means  whatever is influencing the culture can more easily come into the church because  we are adopting its ways. Previously what is spiritually harmful has been coming  through the backdoor instead of the front. Now it’s knocking on the front door,  and many are answering it by opening it and inviting it in. This is done because  of a lack of judgment on leader’s part. While everyone is making a fuss about the  Da Vinci code released to persuade the public on Christianity we have not  recognized what is taking place in our own living room – the church." (New Age Pathways in the church, letusreason.org)

On behalf of church growth ambitions and reaching the lost the contemporary church is jettisoning authentic Christianity, thereby doing the will of the occult pagan elites.

Authentic Christianity is very narrowly defined.   All traditionalist Christians across a vast denominational range who hold fast to the fundamental doctrines are Authentic Christians said Dr. Mohler, while all who do not are not by definition Christian.  Fundamental doctrines are:

"The Trinity (including full deity and humanity of Jesus Christ); the authenticity of Scripture  (the Revealed Word of God); the Incarnation (death, burial, resurrection); justification by faith; sin (humanities willful revolt against God the Father); the traditional doctrine of Hell, and the absolute sovereignty of God the Father." (Psalm 1)

The contemporary church is strongly attracted to the postmodernist kind of Christianity proposed by the Emerging Church whose leaders include Bill Hybels, Brian McLaren, Rick Warren, and Rob Bell. As an anti-intellectual spirit of therapeutic deism and missional 'works righteousness' energizes the emerging churches, and as the contemporary church embraces its' pseudo-theology it is uncomfortable with apologetics, hymns, and fundamental doctrine.    Like the emergent church it prefers  mind-numbing rock-style noise to intellectually oriented hymns together with humanist church-growth formulas,  programs, novelty, entertainment, fun, inclusive open door policies,  and feelings, especially whatever "feels good."  It rejects higher authority, immutable truth, moral absolutes and discipline and supplants these with therapeutic feel-good messages rather than expository sermons and sound apologetics.  Like mega-church Temples of Humankind, its' deity is a spirit of  "all-inclusive love" so it never speaks of wrath and judgment, hence hell, ethical sin, and repentance are not just unwelcome, but are in fact "intolerable" to the self-autonomous contemporary mind, noted Mohler.

The postmodern theology of the emergent church already has much in common with 'new' pagan spirituality and the hubristic contemporary church is quickly following suit, meaning that the Church Militant is becoming the postmodern Church Imitant,

"...adopting "a new Christian worldview" that, devoid of theological biblical clarity, apes the pagan culture and concludes that "the body of Christ is queer, is man, is woman, is straight  The "new Christian" employs spiritual techniques borrowed from pagan mysticism and imitates the self-justifying moralism of liberal social action." (ibid, Peter Jones)

In 1898, Abraham Kuyper pointed out that  supernatural Christian theism is the antithesis of the naturalist or pagan worldview:

"The fundamental contrast has always been, is still and will be until the end: Christianity and Paganism."

With regards to the future, a courageous though tactful announcement of the 'traditional' gospel in the light of the biblical worldview of the antithesis will be both politically incorrect, spirituality explosive, and hated with a vengeance. A courageous and clear witness to the pagan world said Dr. Jones,

" ....will involve suffering and persecution but, in the providence of God, may well lead, as at the beginning of the church's history, to a glorious ingathering of God's elect people, set free by the truth. Most of all, it will bring glory, in our paganized, polytheistic time, to the name of the only true God, transcendent Creator and gracious Redeemer." (ibid, The New Spirituality: Dismantling and Reconstructing Reality)

The Doctrine of Demons in America's 'Sleeping' Church

The pagan intellectuals reclothed their original ideas in a garment of christian phraseology but bestowed the keys of the symbolism only upon those duly initiated and bound to secrecy Manly P. Hall, The Secret Teachings of All Ages

Catholic philosopher and historian Thomas Molnar (1921-2010) agrees with Manly's claim:

"....the occult penetrates the lowered defenses of the Christian tradition...The entire symbology of Christianity yields to other, sometimes older symbologies with their underlying creeds and doctrines."  (The Pagan Temptation, Thomas Molnar, pp. 166-167)

Examples of important occult doctrines that have supplanted the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo under cover as modern science are for example, the Great Chain of Being (as above, so below) which with the addition of time became a full-fledged evolutionary theory, ancient anti-human Gnostic cosmogonies such as Darwinism, and Teilhard's Hindu-pantheist Hermetic immanentist version which has a god-force emerging out of matter after billions of years of evolution.

In 1993 journalist Terry Mattingly attended the occult pagan syncretistic services celebrated by the West's occult intelligentsia at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.  Mattingly wrote:

"Before the bread and wine were brought to the altar, the musicians offered a rhythmic chant that soared into the cathedral vault: "Praises to Obatala, ruler of the heaven; Praises to Yemenja, ruler of the waters of life; Praises to Ausur, ruler of Amenta, the realm of the ancestors; Praises to Ra and Ausar, rulers of the light and the resurrected soul." (On Global Wizardry: Techniques of Pagan Spirituality and a Christian Response, Peter Jones, chapter 5, Dave Doveton, p. 75)

St. John the Divine is actually a masonic cathedral built by the Brotherhood in 1925.  Its' completion was such a prized accomplishment for the Brotherhood that it was featured on the front page of “Masonic World” of March 1925:

It is particularly fitting that the Masons, who were the principal builders of cathedrals and churches during the greatest cathedral-building period, should now have a prominent part in the movement to build America’s greatest cathedral (…) Little need be added to the story of Freemasonry during the cathedral-building period; its monuments are its best history, alike of its genius, its faith and its symbols.” (Sinister Sites – St. John The Divine Cathedral, Vigilant Citizen, Feb 13th, 2009)

Vigilant Citizen argues that the most shocking aspect of the cathedral are its' prophetic pillars, conceived in 1997,  depicting the destruction of New York city (including the Twin Towers) and the rise of a new world order:

While ancient Egyptian and West African deities are invoked in St. John the Divine, undiscerning, uninformed Protestant and contemporary evangelical denominations are unwittingly following suit by incorporating pagan, Gnostic symbols, rituals, doctrines, devices, mystical techniques and language into their worship.

Symbols are nonverbal ways of communicating truths enshrined in our Christian faith.  The 'cross' not only refers to Christ's finished work of redemption but as a symbol for the entire gospel message.  Other Biblical symbols are the lamb of God, dove, fire, earthly stones, heavenly bread and living water.

Among occult symbols, rituals, devices, techniques and language being adopted by Christian churches are labyrinths,  the Enneagram, African story-telling (churches now have their own unfolding story), yoga, communal festivals, in-Church dramas, dance, and occult pagan versions of the Christian contemplative tradition like those of Richard Foster, Thomas Keating, Tilden Edwards, and Richard Rohr.

Foster embraces  Teilhard's Hymn of the Universe which initiates Christians into the ways of inner mystical contact with the world depicted  as a divinely-infused living organism, Omega or the goddess Gaia.  Occult pagan mystical techniques are being adopted uncritically by many evangelical churches including Willow Creek.

Haley Barton was trained  as a spiritual director at the interreligious Shalem Institute for Spiritual Foundation founded by Tilden Edwards. Barton describes today's spiritual technologies, or mystical stream as a bridge:

"This mystical stream is the Western bridge to Far Eastern spirituality." (Pagan Contemplative Techniques, Pamela Frost, p. 197, On Global Wizardry)

And then there's the rock music so very popular in both our degraded culture and emergent and contemporary evangelical churches:

"Were we to scour the globe in search of the most aggressively  malevolent and unmistakably evil music in existence, it is more than likely  that nothing would be found anywhere to surpass voodoo  in these attributes ... as the rhythmic accompaniment to satanic rituals and  orgies, voodoo is the quintessence of tonal evil. ... Its multiple rhythms,  rather than uniting into an integrated whole, are performed in a certain kind  of conflict with one another. ... What is certain is that to hear this music  is to become instantly encompassed by the sound of its raw, livid power. ...  Musicologists and historians are in no doubt that the drum rhythms of Africa  were carried to America and were transmitted and translated into the style of  music which became known as jazz. Since jazz and the blues were the parents of rock and roll, this also means that there exists a direct line of descent from the voodoo ceremonies of Africa, through jazz, to rock and roll and all other forms of rock music today." (The Secret Power of Music, David Tame, pp. 189-190)

Over the past three hundred years the Western Judeo-Christian tradition grounded in the Revelation of God has been incrementally eclipsed by an apostate Christian occult intelligentsia that emerged out of the Renaissance and has been the real power behind the counter-cultural, anti-tradition and sexual revolutions issuing in socialism and communism. Through their insidious machinations, occult pagan spirituality has been artfully revamped and revised for modern Western consumption.

In "The Making of the New Spirituality," James Herrick masterfully demonstrates how each major tenet of the Western Judeo-Christian tradition, which he calls the Revealed Word,  has been radically reinvented and disseminated throughout our culture and in our schools by apostate theologians, spiritual directors, new religious cults,  and through books, speeches, magazines, popular TV programs, plays, radio interviews, music, and websites.

With regard to the Revealed Word, Herrick lists seven major tenets:

1. The supernatural authority of the Judeo-Christian Scriptures: Beginning with the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo, the Bible is taken to be divinely delivered, thus uniquely authoritative as a source of  ultimate truth.

2. A personal, creating and wholly other God: God is all-knowing, all-powerful, present everywhere and possesses traits of personality---thoughts, motives, and the capacity to form relationships.  He created the physical and spiritual worlds ex nihilo, or out of nothing.  Moreover He is neither contained in nor equivalent with the created order, meaning that man does not have a share of God's substance.

3. God's creation of the human race: The Revealed Word teaches that the human race is a special creation of God, the only part of the creation to bear His spiritual image (mind/spirit).  Man then is not a product of strictly natural processes.

4. An intervening God: The Revealed Word affirms that God's activity includes involvement in the lives of individual human beings.  On occasion God's  personal involvement is in the form of communication and at other times He miraculously alters the ordinary course of cause and effect.  Though He invites address and petition through prayer He is not at the command of human beings.

5. Humankind's Fall:  The human race fell into sin at the beginning of its existence as a consequence of their refusal to accept divinely mandated limitations on their activities. The Fall carried with it various catastrophic consequences including spiritual confusion, a state of spiritual separation from God and the inevitability of death.

6. Jesus Christ is God Incarnate: Jesus Christ uniquely manifested God in human form.  Jesus is a revelation of God's nature in person and the only human being to ever fully express the divine nature.  His death and resurrection are uniquely redemptive of fallen humanity.  These events are the sole provision by the living God for the salvation of the human race.  There is no other way but His offer of salvation.

7. Human destiny and divine judgment: The Revealed Word insists that the eternal destiny of the human race is to be determined only by God.  Neither the present earth nor the human race exists indefinitely.  Human beings live but one life.  They do not spiritually evolve or reincarnate.    A final judgment of the human race will occur, and each individual human being will be held accountable for the life lived.

Herrick calls the new spirituality "the New Religious Synthesis" and lists seven of its major components:

1. History is not important: As evolution is a primary doctrine of the new spirituality, and evolution implies continuous change, then history as a record of events in space and time is as useless and absurd as unchanging higher truths , moral absolutes and "He made them male and female."

2. The dominance of reason:  Reason---also mind, consciousness, intellect, awareness, divine spark,  pattern, or imagination---is the mystical divine essence in humans.  It is virtually unlimited in its potential development through scientific study, evolution, and mystical experiences.  The divine essence is the gateway to human apprehension of spiritual insights such as 'oneness' and 'interconnectedness' coming to those with the most highly evolved consciousness:

"Perhaps the most vital function of psychedelic drugs and plants is their ability to reliably produce spiritual or mystical experiences. These transpersonal experiences of “oneness,” or inseparability, often result in an increased sense of ecological awareness, a greater sense of interconnection, a transcendence of the fear of death, a sense of the sacred or divine, a desire to help humanity, and an identification with something much larger than one’s body or personal life."  (Psychedelic Drug Research Heralds the Future Science of Divinity, David Jay Brown, Santa Cruz Patch, June 2012)

3. The spiritualization of science: The tool employed by divine reason to acquire new spiritual truths

4. The animation of nature: Nature (matter) is infused with and animated by divine spirit, the Force, Zoe, consciousness or life force.  This is animism.

5. Hidden knowledge (gnosis) and spiritual progress: Gnosis is the key to spiritual insight and human progress and is the preserve of some scientists, spiritual directors, gurus, god-men, mediums and a new class of Western shaman.  Such knowledge comes by means of science and spiritual technologies that lead to direct communication with the Ultimate Source (nonliving monistic One Substance, Omega, Universal Consciousness, Christ Consciousness, Chaos, Divine Abyss, Primordial Matter).    Emptying the mind and disconnecting from reality are the goals of spiritual technologies:

".....spiritual power and a vibrant connection with the universe (is attained by) emptying the mind, leaving reality and getting “high” within. Meditation (sometimes facilitated by, in a Woodstock way, listening to rock music, experimenting with sex, and smoking pot or popping hallucinatory drugs—you know, a little help from “my friends”) often induced what can be called “altered state[s] of consciousness...."    "Ecstasy can be deliberately induced using religious or creative activities, meditation, music, dancing, breathing exercises, physical exercise, sex or consumption of psychotropic drugs.” (Altered States: A Different Gate, Sarah Leslie and Pastor Larry DeBruyn, Herescope, April 2011)

This essay has briefly examined a few of the symbols, rituals, doctrines, devices, and language common to contemporary occult pagan spirituality whether in its' "Christian" guise or non-Christian forms.

With respect to supernatural Christian theism, pagan spirituality is its' exact opposite or antithesis and under no circumstances are Christians to accommodate the Church to paganism.

The Apostle Paul aptly describes pagan knowledge as the futility of minds and foolish, hardened, darkened hearts.  (Romans 1:21)  Paul is not naïve.   He knows that pagan thinking is neither innocent nor neutral for they knowingly  suppress the truth about God in preference to 'self.'(Rom. 1:18).

Apart from God human thinking is idolatrous because it raises 'self' up in preference to God.  Such intellectual pride is an expression of "the doctrine of demons" as Paul says in 1 Tim. 4:1.

You can be as God: Invitation of the Emerging Cosmic Christ

In the “The Christ of the New Age Movement," Ron Rhodes notes that apostate New Age theologian David Spangler defines Christ as a cosmic principle:

"Any old Christ will not do, not if we need to show that we have something better than the mainstream Christian traditions. It must be a cosmic Christ, a universal Christ, a New Age Christ." The Christ is not so much a religious figure, "but rather a cosmic principle, a spiritual presence whose quality infuses and appears in various ways in all the religions and philosophies that uplift humanity and seek unity with spirit." (Ron Rhodes, “The Christ of the New Age Movement: Part One in a Two-Part Series on New Age Christology," cited in "A Quantum Cosmic Christ," Herescope Blogspot, June 2012)

The cosmic Christ is a rephrasing of Teilhard's Omega and is as well the divine One Substance of Leonard Sweet's quantum spirituality:

"Quantum spirituality bonds us to all creation as well as to other members of the human family…. This entails a radical doctrine of embodiment of God in the very substance of creation…. But a spirituality that is not in some way entheistic (whether pan- or trans-), that does not extend to the spirit-matter of the cosmos, is not Christian." (ibid, Leonard Sweet, Quantum Spirituality: A Postmodern Apologetic ")

By any name, Postmodern Christianity, Quantum Spirituality or Teilhard's New Religion, it is a synthesis of heresies whose primary doctrine is evolution and Bishop Fulton J. Sheen was right on target when he pointed to the influence of the infamous heretic Teilhard de Chardin:

"As one looks at the various trends in our day, one sees that Teilhard’s [de Chardin] conception of spirituality is in the forefront. He knew that he had to pass through many hazards, but he was directed principally to the cosmic world. Others have been directed to the human world. This does not mean to say that Teilhard limited himself to anthropology and physics. His fundamental orientation was “to attain heaven through the fulfillment of earth. Christify matter.” (ibid, Bishop Fulton J. Sheen, Footprints In A Darkened Forest, p. 73)

In his book, "Utopia: The Perennial Heresy," the eminent Catholic scholar and philosopher Thomas Molnar explains that evolution, whether Darwinian or a spiritual conception such as Teilhard's idea, serves as an imaginary mechanism of perfection for both man and the One Substance, an eternally existing or self-created substance which may for example, be a Universal Consciousness, Omega Point, or Divine Mind (mystical pantheism) or perhaps a spiritless physical substance (Greek Atomism, scientific materialism, Marx's dialectical matter).  Either way:

"Through evolution the world substance becomes progressively pure, homogenous and perfect until the terminal point is reached..."  (p.235)

At that point, there is either a perfected non-spiritual substance  or a perfectly spiritualized substance, the ultimate goal of Teilhard's alchemical great work.

Whether the substance is physical or spiritualized, all conceptions of the One Substance are expressions of monism.

Monism is held in common by materialism, mystical pantheism, and spiritualism and dates back to pagan antiquity and was or is taught by all non-biblical thought systems from Herme's esoteric magic formula, 'as above, so below,' to Buddhism,  Greek Epicureanism, pre-Christian and Christian era Gnosticism to Quantum Spirituality, Postmodern 'Christianity' and  New Age Cosmic Humanism.

Monism teaches that all things, including mankind, are merely diverse parts of the one-substance.  God is acceptable to this monistic frame of mind only if He is not something outside of and superior to the one-substance but rather immanent or one with it.  In other words, the substance of God must be dispersed throughout the whole substance, and since this divine substance permeates everything, including mankind, it becomes possible to evolve a God out of man.

The powerfully seductive Big Lie, "you can be as God," underlies both mystical pantheist New Age Cosmic Humanism and its' materialist counterpart, Secular Humanism.   This thought is expressed openly in the teachings of Swami Vivekananda , Dr. Beverly Galyean (leading exponent of occult New Age confluent education),  David Spangler and Emergent church leader Leonard Sweet:

"The Buddhists and the Jains do not depend on God; but the whole force of their religion is directed to the great central truth in every religion: to evolve a God out of man."  (Inspired Talks, Ramakrishna Vivekananda Center, 1958, p. 218)

"Once we begin to see that we are all God, that we have the attributes of God, then, I think the whole purpose of human life is to reown the Godlikeness within us...So my whole view is very much based on that idea."   (Galyean quoted by Francis Adeney, Educators Look East, Radix 12, No. 3, Nov-Dec. 1980, p. 21)

"As the energies of the Cosmic Christ become increasingly manifest within the etheric life of Earth, many individuals will begin to respond with the realization that the Christ dwells within them.."  ( “Wonderful Deception, Warren Smith, p. 122, citing David Spangler, The Revelation: Birth of a New Age, p. 177)

"The power of small groups is in their ability to develop the discipline to get people "in-phase" with the Christ consciousness and connected with one another." (Leonard Sweet, cited in "A Quantum Cosmic Christ," Herescope Blogspot, June 2012)

This same idea expressed in secular terms  such as self-realization and self-actualization (a term coined by Abraham Maslow), is a concept that underlies many contemporary psychotherapies.

In carefully couched terms, the  "Humanist Manifesto" (1973) also declares autonomous man's godhood:

"We affirm that moral values derive their source from human experience.  Ethics is autonomous and situational...life has meaning because we create and develop our futures."

The conclusion of both mystical pantheist Cosmic Spirituality and so-called 'scientific' Secular Humanism is the same: human beings can be as God and invent their own "ten commandments."

Another key point at which Cosmic and Secular Humanism intersect  is evolution.    Secular Humanism adopted the Gnostic myth of biological (Darwinian) evolution as an explanation both for the origin and development of life as well as for the perfecting of the one substance and mankind.  Cosmic Humanism springboards off of Darwinism into imaginary spiritual conceptions such as  Teilhard de Chardins' (1881-1955) idea.   The apostate French Jesuit priest  taught that God emerges from matter.  According to him, this evolution of God from the world results in evolution becoming "conscious of itself" and  ultimately, in the transformation  of all matter into "Christ consciousness" or "pure spirit." He called this final stage the "Omega Point" or "the cosmic Christ."

New Age  techniques to get in touch with the "Christ consciousness" include physical exercises, special diets (especially vegetarianism),  biofeedback, chanting, psychodrama, consciousness-raising strategies, hypnosis and self-hypnosis, centering, body disciplines and therapies such as hatha yoga and aikido as well as sensitivity groups and encounter groups, Zen, Tibetan Buddhism, drumming, mind-numbing rock music, brain-altering substances, and transcendental meditation.

Former guru Rabindranath R. Maharaj, now a committed follower of Jesus Christ, describes his former transcendental meditation ritual and its' terrifying outcome:

"Nothing was more important than our daily transcendental meditation, the heart of Yoga, which Krishna advocated as the surest way to eternal Bliss.  But it could also be dangerous.  Frightening psychic experiences awaited the...meditator, similar to a bad trip on drugs.  Demons described in the Vedas had been known to take possession of some Yogis.  Kundalini power, said to be coiled like a serpent at the base of the spine, could produce ecstatic experiences when released in deep meditation — or...it could do great mental and bodily harm.  The line between ecstasy and horror was very fine...During daily meditation I began to have visions of psychedelic colors, to hear  unearthly music, and to visit exotic planets where the gods conversed with me, encouraging me to attain even higher states of consciousness.   Sometimes in my trance I encountered the same horrible demonic creatures...depicted by the images in Hindu, Buddhist, Shinto, and other religious temples.  It was a frightful experience, but the Brahmacharya explained that it was normal and urged me to pursue the quest for Self Realization.   At times I experienced a sense of mystical unity with the universe.  I was the universe, Lord of all, omnipotent, omnipresent.  My instructors were excited at this.  I was obviously a chosen vessel, destined for early success in the search for union with Brahman.  The Forces that had guided my father were now guiding me."  (Death of a Guru, Rabindranath R. Maharaj, pp. 56-57)

In 2008, Herescope explained the views of Teilhard de Chardin, father of the modern New Age movement:

"Teilhard de Chardin's "Principle of Emergence" had to do with the consciousness of mankind breaking out collectively, creating an evolutionary convergence (a Noosphere built by spiritual formation) that would result in a "super-organism" of "collective mankind " (quotes from The Phenomenon of Man and The Future of Man). The term "emergent" itself is steeped in Teilhardian evolutionary ideology, and the modern New Age movement has popularized it to mean the manifestation of new examples of humanity's evolution towards this supposed collective consciousness."

"Teilhard also proposed an alternative eschatology, an '"eschatological' vision" in which "in order that the Kingdom of God may come..., it is necessary, as an essential physical condition, that the human Earth should already have attained the natural completion of its evolutionary growth... that the ultra-human perfection which neo-humanism envisages for Evolution will coincide in concrete terms with the crowning of the Incarnation awaited by all Christians" (The Future of Man, p. 280, which achieves "God all in everyone" The Phenomenon of Man, p. 310, italics in original)."

Over a period of decades, Teilhard's mystical pantheist theology has been incrementally incorporated into both the Roman Catholic and evangelical church.  The seeds planted by Teilhard took root in many apostate Christian theologians including Emergent church leader Leonard Sweet, were nurtured along by the Leadership Network, and have now come full bloom in the open:

"...Quantum Mystisicm ....is creating a Quantum Eschatology to deceive the church in these last days." (Herescope)

Herescope also reports that Sweet is associated with an organization called Second Billion,:

"...a downline networking global church growth group with an online Global Church Learning Center www.GCLC.tv where he is on the faculty. This group gives him a global outreach to train pastors in his Quantum Spirituality views. For example, in June 2008 He spoke at a Second Billion conference in Jarkarta, Indonesia to evangelical mission leaders."

On February 29, 2012,

"...the Second Billion organization issued “A Special Message From Dr. Ken Blanchard” e-mail. The e-mail included a 2-minute video to hear Blanchard's “heart and vision” in promoting a “World Leaders Conference.” Conference Speakers included: Tony Blair, Erwin McManus, Bill Hybels, Laurie Beth Jones, Henry Cloud, Craig Groeschel, and others. (See “What Is the World Leaders Conference?”FAQS and list of sponsors.)
Second Billion has the goal to “double the size of the global church.” Leadership Network’s megastar Leonard Sweet has played a key leadership role, especially at its Synergize! conferences. Second Billion is also connected with the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) at many levels, including shared personnel such as Sunday Adelaja and Jim Garlow.  An e-mail sent out 7/13/07 promoted the Dominionist ideal, “Be equipped to impact ‘seven spheres’ of society.” Sweet also co-authored Jesus Manifesto with Frank Viola, who has ties to the NAR.[li] Sweet has even published his own Bible version – The Voice Bible: Step Into the Story of Scripture –  where he employs narratives and poetry to tell Bible stories."

In one form or another, mystical pantheism is sweeping our nation.    In his book, "America's Schools: The Battleground for Freedom," Allen Quist warns that it is being taught in our schools:

"New Age religion is now aggressively being taught in our nation's public schools."  A model curriculum has been developed that "is clearly centered on pantheism."  "Much of what passes for environmental education and multiculturalism is really indoctrination in pantheistic/New Age theology.  The ACLU and other similar organizations have no objections to (pantheistic indoctrination).  It is only Christianity that these organizations object to."  (p. 51)

Pastor Larry DeBruyn  summed up the powerfully seductive quantum cosmic deception in his book Unshackled: Breaking Away from Seductive Spirituality:

"Emergent Christians like Leonard Sweet, who allow their worldview to be influenced by such spirituality, are being taken captive by philosophy and vain deceit.  The 'elements of the world' first enrapture and then capture their souls.  Like Judah who played the harlot with other gods, their fixation upon science seduces them into spiritual bondage. Captivation with the cosmos leads to being captured by the cosmos, the very “system” which Scripture informs us, “lies in the power of the evil one” (1 John 5:19)." (Herescope)

In 1901, Herman Bavinck, a Christian theologian foresaw the raging spiritual warfare of our own time.  Temporally, it is being fought between the defenders of supernatural Christian theism and the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo and the promoters of ancient mystical pantheism, evolution and the Big Lie----all who are of one mind with the devil, the father of heresy and monism:

"Unless we are mistaken...the twentieth century...is to witness a gigantic conflict of spirits...More serious and fiercer than ever before, the conflict is between the old and the new worldview."

Hermetic Magic, Evolution, and America's Rising Moloch State

"While relatively little is known of Moloch, much more is known of the concept of divine kingship, the king as god, and the god as king, as the divine-human link between heaven and earth.  The god-king represented man on a higher  scale, man ascended, and the worship of such a god, i.e., of such a Baal, was the assertion of the continuity of heaven and earth.  It was the belief that all being was one being  and the god therefore was an ascended man on that scale of being.  The power manifested in the political order was thus a manifestation or apprehension and seizure of divine power..." (Rousas Rushdoony cited in "The Antichrist," by Vincent P. Miceli, S.J., pp. 246, 247

In Romans 1:25, the Apostle Paul describes the only two options available in response to questions concerning the ultimate origin of the cosmos and life.  These two are worship of the living Creator or worship of His creation.    At the foundation of the Moloch state is the latter: naturalism and/or monism, which refers to the view that nature (or matter) is the Ultimate Substance of which the universe and all life are made, thus “all is one.”    The ancient Babylonians,  Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, and Aztecs in the West and in the east, Hindus were and are, for example, naturalists.  In this view there is but one realm (the material or natural) as opposed to Judeo-Christianity’s creation ex nihilo model with its two interacting realms: natural and supernatural.

There are two basic kinds of nature worship:  materialism and mystical pantheism.  The two kinds differ chiefly about whether the  One Substance is nonliving, non-intelligence bearing matter and energy or an unknowing, unknowable, amoral mind or cosmic soul.  However, both kinds are united by their rejection of the transcendent, personal living God of Revelation, creation ex nihilo, man created as God's spiritual image-bearers, the fall, heaven and hell, immutable truth, moral absolutes, and the Incarnation, as well as by their acceptance of some form of evolution.

In the exoteric form proffered for mass consumption and taught as science in our schools it serves as an impersonal, mechanical process of natural development that conceptually separates man from his soul, thereby reducing him to an aggregate of matter and energy in motion, leaving him with nothing---no self, no personhood, no  heaven above, no hell below and no light at the end of the tunnel.  All that is left to him is the loneliness of existence in its most desolate form, making life unbearable.  The inner darkness that seizes and stupefies his spirit spreads outward, finding expression in angry, confused, incoherent utterances such as the one I received recently from a "scientifically enlightened" aggregate of matter and energy, a walking dead body that nevertheless speaks and endorses its own soullessness:

"Science is a research program....man is a biological machine... the more evidence we dig up, the more fantastic, implausible, and most powerfully, IRRELEVANT the “god hypothesis” becomes as an explanation for minds, or any other phenomenon."

In its esoteric or mystical meaning evolution symbolizes the Hermetic principle of the  divine-human link between heaven and earth, “As above, so below” symbolized by the Great Chain of Being, Scala Naturae and with Darwin, the tree of life.

According to this esoteric concept, all life forms can be arranged in a continuous linear scale with the god-king (man on a higher  scale, man ascended) at the top as the divine-human link between the One Substance and earth and then in descending order, lower-order humans, sub-human masses, animals, birds, reptiles, fish, stones, metals, earth, water, air and ether.  Above the god-king are unseen higher dimensions, daemons, angels and finally, the Divine One Substance.

In "The Long War Against God: The History and Impact of the Creation/Evolution Debate," Dr. Henry Morris writes that according to the concept as it was understood in the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries, the idea of a continuum of systems easily lent itself to the concept of evolution, and once it was set in motion, time values were imparted to the motion. (pp. 185-186)

Loren Eiseley (Sept. 3, 1907 – July 9, 1977), an American anthropologist, educator, philosopher, and natural science writer elaborates:

"All that the Great Chain of Being actually needed to become a full-fledged evolutionary theory was the introduction into it of the conception of time in vast quantities added to mutability of form.  It demanded, in other words, a universe not made but being made continuously....It was France, whose social system was dissolving. that produced the first modern evolutionists.  As we look back upon the long reign of the Scale of Being, whose effects...persisted well into the nineteenth century, we may observe that the seed of evolution lay buried in this traditional metaphysic which indeed prepared the Western mind for its acceptance."  (Eiseley, "Darwin's Century," p. 39, in "The Long War Against God, pp. 185-186)

As Eiseley makes clear, the Great Chain of Being is not only a traditional metaphysic but also an ancient doctrine whose source and taproot are the esoteric texts of Hermes Trismegistus in the first centuries A.D.  Hermes world-famous magic formula demonstrates the consubstantiality (oneness) of Herme's  divine intellect with the Divine One Substance above.  In teaching the meaning of the formula to his son Tat he said:

"The intellect, O Tat, is drawn from the very substance of God.  In men, this intellect is God, and so some men are gods and their humanity is near to divinity...If man makes right use of (God's gifts), he differs in no way from the immortals."  (God and the Knowledge of Reality, Thomas Molnar, p. 78)

What this means is that the 'modern' evolutionary science that has taken the West and America by storm and thanks to the intellectual pride and weakness of modern theologians is increasingly supplanting the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo is Hermes magic formula later expressed as the Great Chain of Being revised and revamped for modern consumption.

It was during the Renaissance that humanist scholars and mystics discovered these esoteric texts and like Pico della Mirandola, argued that hermetic science---the divine technology of reaching divine status and powers through magic manipulation----is the best proof of the divinity of Christ.    In other words, said Molnar,

"..by the time of the Renaissance the esoteric texts of the first centuries A.D. had acquired in scholarly and humanist circles an unparalleled prestige, confronting as equals the texts held sacred by the church.  In Pico's estimation, 'nulla est scientia que nos magis certificet de divinitate Christ quam magia et Cabala' (there is no science that would prove for us Christ's divinity better than magic and the Cabala."  (ibid, pp. 78-79)

The Hermetic practitioner said Molnar, strives first for separation of the soul from the body (purification), and second, for the spiritualization of all matter.

Teilhard's mystical pantheist evolutionary conception makes possible the second goal while Darwin's formula allows for the first:

"....the doctrine of evolution has swept the world, not on the strength of its scientific merits, but precisely in its capacity as a Gnostic myth. It affirms, in effect, that living things created themselves, which is in essence a metaphysical claim.... 30-31)

Rushdoony notes that the Moloch state simply represents the supreme effort of Godless men to command the future, to predestine the world, and to be as God. Commanding the future involves divination, spirit-questing, magic and witchcraft.  All are equally anathema to God and represent efforts to have the future on other than God's terms, to have a future apart from and in defiance of God.  They are assertions that the world is not of God but of nature, and that man can somehow master nature and the future by going directly to the raw materials thereof.  (Rousas Rushdoony cited in "The Antichrist," by Vincent P. Miceli, S.J., pp. 246, 247)

The Moloch state freely took the lives of its children — and sub-human adults for that matter — as sacrifices to the god of the state.  In this light,  Gosnell's house of horrors is nothing more than revamped child-sacrifice to the god-kings of our liberal Moloch-state:   http://www.phila.gov/districtattorney/pdfs/grandjurywomensmedical.pdf

The Soviet Union was a secularized-Moloch state.  Its so-called "scientific socialism" was grounded in  evolutionary materialist-monism.  In pursuit of its' "heaven on earth," the Soviet God-State murdered over 60,000,000 subhuman  men, women, and children.

Demonstrating that there is "nothing new under the sun, what once was will be again," the "death of the living God" impulse together with the return to ancient esoteric traditions that arose during the Renaissance put moderns on a fast-track to  the past.  In the name of enlightenment, rationalism, naturalism, free-thought, progress, scientism, and evolution,  modern men have not moved forward to something new and better, rather they  have regressed to revamped versions of  Hermetic magic, the Moloch state and the  nature-based religions of the pre-Christian past.   As a result, vast numbers of Westerners have been dehumanized and stupefied through the teaching of evolution and the situation of the remnant of faithful Christians and Jews will increasingly resemble that of the early Christians of the first century.  In his novel, "The Final Conclave"  Malachi Martin captures a moment in the cruel history of the Roman persecution of Christians:

"Simon Peter at last sees it all as Jesus saw it all from the beginning.  Even then, Simon sees it from a topsy-turvy angle.  He and some two thousand other Christians have been tied to crosses stuck upside down on the grassy embankment around the Imperial Gardens on Vatican Hill.  They have been daubed with pitch.  Tonight they are to be living, screaming, dying torches.  Emperor Nero, his lovely concubine Poppaea, and their guests will have light to eat by and sights to joke about.  Each Christian will die in the classic sign of Satan — the upside-down cross."  (cited in "Capturing the Pagan Mind, Peter Jones, p. ix)

The Magic Way of becoming God

When asked why the layman should be interested  "in so esoteric a subject as evolutionary biology," one of the leading evolutionists of our day, Professor S.J. Gould, responded:

“Because it tells us where we came from, how we got here, and perhaps where we are going.

According to this account, about 3 billion years ago lifeless chemicals laying around on an already existing earth somehow combined and finally transcended themselves after a hundred or a thousand identical operations thus allowing the transmutation of the chemical substances into life.   Once life emerged, natural processes (evolution) were set in motion that supposedly eventuated in the arrival of man:

Evolution said Dobzhansky,

".... is a light which illuminates all facts, a trajectory which all lines of thought must follow.” (ibid)

"Behind the development of every major technology lies a vision." ("The Metaphysics of Virtual Reality," Michael Heim, 1993, p. 118)

As Gould admits, evolutionary biology is an esoteric science, meaning that like all Mystery Religions, both ancient and contemporary, it has both an exoteric or outer meaning for mass consumption and a hidden, or esoteric meaning, for higher initiates.  Hiding beneath the idea that life will eventually arise from the mixing of lifeless chemicals is a vision arising from the age-old technology of alchemy and behind Dobzhansky's phrase, the "light of evolution," lies its magical or mystical meaning: the Hermetic principle of the macrocosm's correlation with the microcosm, “As above, so below” symbolized by the chain of being, or with Darwin, the tree of life.

Hermes is the father of the magic tradition.  His world-famous magic formula demonstrates the consubstantiality (oneness) of Herme's  divine intellect with the Divine One Substance above.

Hermes Trismegistus had a guru, a teacher called Poimander who taught Hermes that,

"Unless you make yourself equal to God, you cannot understand God, for the like is not intelligible save to the like." (ibid, p. 79)

Molnar writes that illustrations of Hermetic science abound.  For example, the "Asclepius," a famous Gnostic text of indefinite origin states,

"Man is a magnum miraculum...as though himself God....familiar with the race of demons, of the same origin as he; he despises that part of his nature which is only human, for he has put his hope in the divinity of the other part." (ibid, p. 78)

A thousand years later, Renaissance scholars and mystics discovered these esoteric texts and like Pico della Mirandola, argued that hermetic science---the divine technology of reaching divine status and powers through magic manipulation----is the best proof of the divinity of Christ.

In order for the magic to work, matter (the One Substance) must either pre-exist or have come into being from the Big Bang in order for lifeless chemicals to be laying around on an already existing earth.  In either scenario, all being is at bottom one, or monistic:

It means,” writes Thomas Molnar, “that there is an absolute although hidden concordance between the lower and the higher worlds, the key of which lends to the magus incalculable powers.” (Salvation through Technology: Creating A Posthuman New Breed, Dr. Martin Erdmann, herescopeblogspot.com, April 23, 2011)

Dr. Erdmann writes that alchemy is based on a Pelagian view of humanity. Human nature is supposedly good, thus the possibility for perfection is always present in life. Human beings are not flawed by the effects of ethical rebellion against the God of Revelation. Given this outlook, the self-transcendence of humanity becomes a sociological imperative:

At the stage we have reached in scientific research our minds and intelligence will have to surpass themselves and rise to transcendent heights; the human, all-too human, will no longer suffice.” ( Mircea Eliade, The Forge and the Crucible: The Origins and  Structures of Alchemy, ibid, Dr. Erdmann)

Esoteric knowledge and manipulation of the instruments (symbols) pertaining to the One Substance, or "higher world of true reality" by a higher initiate (the magician) are inseparably linked in esoteric doctrines.   The Hermetic practitioner said Molnar, strives first for separation of the soul from the body (purification), and second, for the spiritualization of all matter.     Darwin's formula attains the first goal:

Intellectual and moral transcendence (deification) of the monistic kind was made possible by the inventers of theories of spiritual/cosmic evolution.   Molnar writes that travelers on this second highway were characteristically recruited from theology.   Representatives are,

"Bergson, Laberthonniere, Le Roy, Blondel, Bloch, Teilhard de Chardin, Heidegger, Bultmann, Karl Rahner, and numerous others..."  (God and the Knowledge of Reality, p. 133)

With Teilhard's idea, after millions of years of evolution, matter finally transcended itself thus allowing the transmutation of matter into god.   Now that the One Substance is god,

"The great affair for modern mankind is to break its way out by forcing some threshold of greater consciousness." Christians should not fear the natural processes of evolution because it brings them inexorably to God and self-deification, "Though frightened for a moment by evolution, the Christian now perceives that what it offers him is...a magnificent means of (being) at one with God..."    (Genesis, Creation, and Early Man, Fr. Seraphim Rose, p. 590)

Humanist philosophy, naturalism (monism), Hermetic magic, Cabala, evolution,  and other forms of occultism were two sides of the same revival of Renaissance paganism underlying the intellectual edifice of modern science. Thus, C.S. Lewis argued in his great masterpiece, That Hideous Strength, occultism and humanistic rationalism are not enemies in principle but rather cooperating philosophies that are united against Christianity and Christian civilization.

But if we consider the temper of that age as a whole we can discern the impulse of which I speak."

In conclusion, evolutionary biology and Darwin's tree of life symbolize deep religious desires of transcendence and self-redemption, thus are incarnations,

“ ...of the ancient, deeply religious endeavor “to become like God” – infinitely wise, omnipotent, autonomous, and immortal." (Dr. Erdmann)

Nihilism: The Unreality of Your Existence

In "Animal Rights/Bioethics/Transhumanism to Converge at Yale," Wesley J. Smith reports that animal rights groups together with mainstream bioethics, and the transhumanist movements are united by the desire to destroy society’s belief in the unique value of human life:

"Animal rightists in order to create moral equality between us and fauna; transhumanists because they are a eugenics movement and believe they have to knock humans off the pedestal of exceptionalism as a predicate to engaging in biological recreationism; and mainstream bioethics would make membership in the human species morally irrelevant to allow the utilitarian exploitation of some of us as a natural resource (among other reasons)." (Smith, nationalreview.com, 4/12/2013)

These allies are coming together in a big conference at Yale in December, co-sponsored by the animal rights group Nonhuman Rights Project, the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies, the Yale Interdisciplinary Center for Bioethics, and  the Yale Animal Ethics Group.   Smith writes that the event will focus on personhood for nonhumans,

"...including great apes, cetaceans, and elephants, and will explore the evolving notions of personhood by analyzing them through the frameworks of neuroscience, behavioral science, philosophy, ethics, and law....Special consideration will be given to discussions of nonhuman animal personhood...and ways to protect animal interests through the establishment of legal precedents and by increasing public awareness."

A rising tide of anti humanism is pouring out of the academy and radical think tanks like a pyroclastic flow, and if we are not careful,  said Smith,

"...it will destroy the universal human equality backbone of Western Civilization just as surely as Vesuvius did Pompeii."

Although the terms "transhumanism"  "anti-humanism" and "personhood for nonhumans"  seem freakish and of no importance to most people, these movements are politically powerful, both nationally and internationally, as well as  extraordinarily well-funded.

Nor do the majority of people see how these movements actually go back many millennia in history, pre-dating the first Pre-Socratic philosophers and Gnostic cults, and are grounded ultimately in ancient anti-human (nihilist) naturalistic cosmogonies and dogmas dating from 5000 B.C. at least.    All are forms of pagan and mystical pantheist monism that deny man's soul/spirit (the seat of personality), lack an ultimate source for life, and invert and destroy supernatural Christian theism beginning with the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo.

The idea that matter is eternal is a pattern of thought stretching back to the ancient Babylonians, Egyptians, and Greeks in the West and in the East to the Upanishads.

With Greek nature sages such as the Atomists, matter (atoms) is a more or less physical substance that bumps around in a void.  With Upanishads, Prakriti substance (matter) is energy called Universal Mind or Soul.  Either way, matter is not personal. It cannot produce life and  being (soul/spirit), nor can it think, speak, or move.  It is neither male nor female.   As a result, the human soul is not created in the image of anything, making man a walking dead body that somehow speaks.

With great mastery, Ravi Zacharias illustrates this point in his book, "The Lotus and the Cross: Jesus Talks with Buddha."  Through captivating dialogue between Jesus Christ and Buddha we learn that when God the Son and Buddha, the man worshipped as a god, talk about 'self' (soul/spirit, seat of personality) they mean something entirely different.   Jesus loves the soul:

"The essence of the human is not the body, but the soul.  It is the soul alone that God made in his own image and the soul that he loves....For the sake of the soul...the Son of God came into the world...." (Incomplete Work on Matthew, Homily 25, Ancient Christian Devotional, Oden and Crosby, p. 153)

Buddha however, sees man's individual soul as the primary source of suffering:

Jesus to Buddha,   "You seek to solve the problem of suffering, and in order to solve it, you say that the self doesn't exist.....you took God away from them (and) your espousal of an absence of self is the most unique and fearsome claim you made...First, you told them there is no God. Then you told them there is no self.  You also told them there is no one to pray to.  You told them there is no evil one to fear. You told them everything is only within themselves, even though those selves do not exist...You gave them scores of rules to live by (a great debt)....You told them you would cease to be, and, when they have paid (their debt), they will cease to be."    (The Lotus and the Cross: Jesus Talks with Buddha, Ravi Zacharias, pp.59, 60, 67, 70)

Vishal Mangalwadi, India's greatest Christian scholar concurs:

"Six centuries before Jesus Christ, the Buddha already knew that if God does not exist, then the human self cannot exist either......Therefore, he deconstructed the Hindu idea of the soul. When one starts peeling the onion skin of one's psyche, he discovers that there is no solid core at the center of one's being. Your sense of self is an illusion. Reality is nonself (anatman). You don't exist. Liberation, the Buddha taught, is realizing the unreality of your existence." (The Book That Made Your World: How the Bible Created the Soul of Western Civilization, Vishal Mangalwadi, p. 6)

In "The Pagan Temptation," Christian philosopher Thomas Molnar writes that for ancient nature sages in the centuries after Buddha as well as for their contemporary evolutionary monists (i.e., Hegel, Darwin, Blavatsky, Marx, Nietzsche, Teilhard, Joseph Smith and James H. Austin, emeritous professor of neurology at the University of Colorado) the thought that God assumed materiality is as distasteful,

"...as the idea of creation ex nihilo, which meant that matter too was God's creation and did not preexist creation as a separate and evil principle." (pp. 26-27)

In his book, "Zen and the Brain: Toward an Understanding of Meditation and Consciousness" James Austin elaborates an  840-page synthesis of brain research and anti-human  Zen Buddhism that serves as a bridge between Darwin's biological progressivism and the more spiritually oriented evolutionary conceptions of mystical pantheist thinkers such as the Hindu-style alchemist Teilhard de Chardin. (The Making of the New Spirituality: The Eclipse of the Western Religious Tradition, James A. Herrick, p. 141)

While faithful Christians adhere to the Genesis account of creation ex nihilo, the fact that Christ's birth was the result of a miraculous conception, that Mary was a virgin yet still conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:18) modern nature sages in company with scientifically enlightened priests over and across the entire denominational spectrum reject creation ex nihilo and by extension the Incarnation and their own soul/spirits---whether wittingly or unwittingly--- in favor of evolutionary conceptions and pre-existing matter.

Dr. Albert Mohler illustrates the growing rejection of creation ex nihilo by evangelicals in "Total Capitulation: The Evangelical Surrender of Truth,"   In this example, Mohler reports that two so-called evangelicals, Karl W. Giberson and Randall J. Stephens,  brazenly accuse faithful evangelicals of “simplistic theology, cultural isolationism, and stubborn anti-intellectualism,” because they refuse to embrace evolution:

" They point specifically to the rejection of evolution, which they call “the rejection of science,” and then refer to this as “textbook evidence of an unyielding ignorance on the part of the religious.” (AlbertMohler.com, October 25, 2011)

Over in the Roman Catholic Church, Teilhard's mystical pantheist alchemy is taught by nuns to children and evolutionary thinking accepted in general:

"....the evolution model states that life forms have changed through the ages; the word "evolve" simply means to change. Two scientists, Charles Darwin and Alfred Russell Wallace, proposed the theory during the 19th century. Darwin amassed a tremendous amount of data, which indicated that many plants and animals that once lived on the Earth had become extinct or had changed through time to become the present-day forms. He described a process of change that he called "natural selection." Although some scientists were at first hesitant to accept Darwin's conclusions, evolution has become a cornerstone of science during the last century.   The view prevailing among most theologians today is that there is no conflict between the evolution model of the origin and development of life and the truths presented in the Book of Genesis...We can say simply, as Christians who learn from science, that God created the universe, which evolves as time goes on." (Evangelization Office, Diocese of Lake Charles, 1991, With Ecclesiastical   Approbation)

Though Wallace was a man of science he also believed in spiritualism because of his first-hand experiences of it.  He rejected Christianity and argued for evolution but of an altogether more enlightened, spiritual kind than Darwin's biological treatment. It was during a fit of fever that Wallace's theory suddenly came to him.   (Spiritualism and Science, Alfred Russell Wallace, SurvivalAfterDeath.org, uk)

As for Darwin's philosophically materialist theory, which he received from his pagan grandfather Erasmus Darwin, Dr.Wolfgang Smith, physicist and mathematics professor at Oregon State University, has identified it as an anti-human Gnostic cosmogony:

"...As a scientific theory, Darwinism would have been jettisoned long ago. The point, however, is that the doctrine of evolution has swept the world, not on the strength of its scientific merits, but precisely in its capacity as a Gnostic myth. It affirms, in effect, that living things created themselves, which is in essence a metaphysical claim....Thus...evolutionism is a metaphysical doctrine decked out in scientific garb....it is a scientistic myth. And the myth is Gnostic, because it implicitly denies the transcendent origin of being; for indeed, only after the living creature has been speculatively reduced to an aggregate of particles does Darwinist transformism become conceivable. Darwinism, therefore, continues the ancient Gnostic practice of deprecating 'God the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth.' It perpetuates...the venerable Gnostic tradition of 'Jehovah bashing.'" (From Old Gnosticism to New Age I, Alan Morrison, SCP Journal Vol. 28:4-29:1, 2005, pp. 30-31)

In his book "Utopia: The Perennial Heresy," Dr. Thomas Molnar (1910-2010) notes that the two recurring themes of modern ideologies, nature religions and systems are monism and evolutionary conceptions. At the root of these two themes there is:

"... defiance of God, pride unlimited, a yearning for enormous power and the assumption of divine attributes with a view to manipulating and shaping mankind's fate."  (p. 227)

"So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." Genesis 1:27, KJB

For fifteen hundred years, Christendom and then later Protestant America had followed St. Augustine (AD 354-430) in affirming that as all men are the spiritual image-bearers of the transcendent Triune God then it logically follows that each person is a trinity of being — of soul, spirit, and body.

But for over two hundred years,  ancient anti-human (nihilist) cosmogonies, philosophies and dogmas such as naturalism, monism and alchemy have been working their way through our culture, embedding themselves, often unconsciously, within our psyches, causing us to believe that we are less than nothing.

Nihilism is spiritual, moral, and intellectual suicide, yet for the last two hundred years, Enlightenment humanists — rationalists, materialists, positivists, their modern naturalist counterparts such as occult New Agers and Trans-humanists together with scientifically enlightened priests have been moving the West and America closer and closer to Buddha's denial of the soul.

How did it come to this?   Jesus answers:

"Wherever the worship of the living God has been perverted, it has always been the result of a departure from my Word."   (The Lotus and the Cross, p. 74)

Without exception, every worldview  has a beginning. It must give an account of how the cosmos, life, consciousness and all other things came into being.  The answer determines what follows in the narrative.

The Bible begins with the declaration that “in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth” (Gen. 1:1). The doctrine of creation ex nihilo forms the starting point for our understanding of the cosmos, of who we are, what is wrong with us, and our need of a savior.

The early Fathers regarded Genesis, especially the first three chapters, as Divinely inspired text that tells of actual, historical events and people.  St. Cyril of Alexandria, for example, wrote that Genesis is Divinely inspired and cannot be apprehended rightly without respect for its’ historical meaning:

Those who reject the historical meaning in the God-inspired Scriptures as something obsolete are avoiding the ability to apprehend rightly, according to the proper manner, the things written in them…whenever some historical events are presented to us by the Holy Scriptures (a) useful search into the historical meaning is appropriate, in order that the God-inspired Scripture be revealed as salvific and beneficial to us in every way.” (St. Cyril, “Commentary on the Prophet Isaiah 1,4, PG 70, 192AB)

The Bible rejects the ancient anti-human idea of pre-existing matter, evolutionary change over vast periods of time and all forms of  pagan, mystical pantheist, and polytheist monism, leaving the living, supernatural God of the Bible as the sole explanatory principle of the universe.

On these truths we must take our stand lest we destroy ourselves after the fashion of transhumanists.    By their own choice they are annihilating themselves, thereby serving as a stark and terrible example of the failure of man, not the living God.

Modern Liberals: Dangerously Insane Revolutionaries from the Void

In "Who Is Winning the Gun War?" Pat Buchanan observes that after the bombing of the Murrah federal building in Oklahoma City America's liberals blamed Rush Limbaugh.  After the murder of six innocents," including a 9-year-old girl, and the wounding of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and a dozen others in Tucson, Ariz., by a certifiable lunatic,"  Sarah Palin was charged with moral complicity and after the "slaughter of 20 first-graders at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn.,"  blame was laid at the feet of the National Rifle Association. (Townhall.com, April 12, 2013)

That liberals are very seriously morally and mentally unbalanced is obvious.  Ex-liberal Evan Sayet  agrees and writes that to say they are,

"...morally and intellectually retarded at the level of the five-year-old child, it is not hyperbole: it's a diagnosis."   (http://evansayet.com/)

If they weren’t so dangerous and destructive said Sayet,

"... one could smile and pat the Modern Liberal on the head and tell him how cute he is and go on about the business of being an adult. But he is dangerous and destructive, with the True Believer’s very purpose being the total destruction of everything that God and science—most obviously Western Civilization—has ever created. ...The Modern Liberal will invariably and, in fact, inevitably side with evil over good, wrong over right and the behaviors that lead to failure over those that lead to success.” (Evan Sayet “The Kindergarden of Eden," http://evansayet.com/)

There are five  things we must understand about liberals if we are to make sense of and defend ourselves against their obvious intellectual and moral insanity.

First, they are self-indulgent narcissists who deny their own proclivity for evil.   The delusional self-conception they hold of themselves is of superior intellect and moral purity as befits gods.   No matter how obscene their language and destructive their actions, they are essentially good. Their lies for example, are 'caused' by hateful, bigoted authoritarians who prevent them from telling their own version of 'truth,' and after Adam Lanza,

'...no one is more to blame for the massacre of 20 first graders and six women at the Sandy Hook Elementary School than the National Rifle Association..." (Progressives Plan March On NRA In DC Monday, Evan McMorris-Santoro, talkingpointsmemo.com, Dec. 16, 2012)

Second, liberals reject the living, supernatural God and the Fall and choose instead to embrace evolution, materialism or pantheist conceptions of an immanent god-force, and fantasies of earthly utopias.

In his commentary, "Guns, Guns, Guns" Daniel Greenfield points out that if you reject the Genesis account and  Original Sin and instead embrace evolutionary thinking, then evil is a chicken and egg question and man is its' helpless victim:

"... Violence had no beginning, except perhaps in the Big Bang, it was always here, coded into the DNA. If people are just grown-up animals, more articulate versions of the creatures who eat each other's young, and sometimes their own young, there is as much use in wondering about the nature of evil as there is in trying to understand why a killer whale kills."  (http://sultanknish.blogspot.com/2012/12/guns-guns-guns.html)

Third, liberalism is neo-pagan animism dressed up as science.  Like their ancient pagan counterparts, liberals  are superstitious animists who believe that man is the helpless victim of unseen forces beyond his control.  Good and bad forces are in everything from mystical genes, memes, chemicals, the Bible, Ten Commandments, prayer to God, guns, laws of nature, chance, natural selection, and neurons firing within the grey matter of all evolved humans.   As lifeless neurons and chemicals somehow produce "thoughts" then "thoughts" can be either good or bad and of course only insane liberals are  possessed of the gnosis allowing them to decide what is acceptable or not.

Fourth, liberalism is monism.  Monism is held in common by materialism, pantheism, and spiritualism and dates back to pagan antiquity and was or is taught by all non-biblical thought systems from Buddhism to  Epicureanism, Gnosticism, Luciferian Theosophy, Satanism,  and today's  occult New Age mystical pantheism.

Monism  teaches that all that exists is "one self-creating, self-sufficient substance" an impersonal, unknowing, lifeless substance which may be thought of as atoms bumping around in the void (Epicurean materialism) or divine world soul (mystical pantheism).  Within this framework, all things are merely diverse parts of the one-substance.

Monism's greatest appeal lies in the fact that it conceptually erases the vast fixed-gulf  between the supernatural God of Revelation and the natural dimension and man, thereby bringing heaven to earth (naturalism) and allowing man to divinize himself.  Rousas  Rushdoony explains:

"... much... is known of the concept of divine kingship, the king as god, and the god as king, as the divine-human link between heaven and earth. The god-king represented man on a higher (evolved, naturally selected) scale, man ascended, and the worship of such a god....was the assertion of the continuity of heaven and earth. It was the belief that all being was one being (materialist-pantheist monism), and the god therefore was an ascended man on that scale of being. The power manifested in the political order was thus a manifestation or apprehension and seizure of divine power (through the conceptual murder of God). It represented the triumph of a man (i.e., Hegel, Marx, Darwin, Freud, Teilhard, Lenin and Hitler) and of his people (i.e., Bolsheviks, Marxists, National Socialists, Teilhardian Trans Humanists)." (Rousas Rushdoony cited in "The Antichrist," by Vincent P. Miceli, S.J., pp. 246, 247; emphasis added)

Fifth, liberals are envy-bitten hypocrites who project their own wickedness onto others, that is, onto scapegoats who they daily crucify...psychologically bully, coerce, and terrorize.  The abuse takes many forms:

Character assassination, baseless charges of hate, bigotry, fascism, homophobia and insanity.   Malignant backbiting, merciless ridicule, cruel scoffing and scorn, and malicious accusations aimed at producing a false sense of guilt that can be manipulated for the empowerment of the wicked.

These and other evil tactics have been systematized by the wicked as mind-control techniques and used to manipulate unsuspecting Americans.

Sixth, liberals are nihilists.  Having rejected the living God who is the only source of life, their souls are dried out and materialized.  Like the spiritually desolate Gollum, their darkened souls are turned inward and downward, making them prisoners of their own cosmically-inflated egos, seething hatred, gnawing envy, churning lusts, rapacious greed and gluttony, teeth-grinding wrath as well as of afflictions of the spirit (mind) — paranoia, obsessions, fear of the void, anxiety dreams, horrible nightmares, thoughts of murder, evil fantasies, and peculiar ideas.

Believing in nothing higher than "self," their consciences are depraved and even demonically occluded while their reason has degenerated into sophistry. They are dangerously insane revolutionaries of the void.

The Confederacy: Enlightened Priests together with Secular and Mystical Pantheist Evolutionists

In "MSNBC's Harris-Perry: America's 'Kids Belong to Their Communities," Ken Shepherd reports that Perry not only believes the unborn child is a "thing" which takes a lot of money to "turn into a human" but that once a "thing" is actually born it belongs to the state rather than its' parents:

"Narrating a new MSNBC "Lean Forward" spot, the  Tulane professor laments that we in America  "haven't had a  very collective notion that these are our children (and we) have to  break through our kind of private idea that kids belong to their parents or kids  belong to their families, and recognize that kids belong to their  communities..."  (Shepherd, NewsBusters.org, April 4, 2013)

The concept "collective notion" is an expression of mystical pantheist monism which posits the existence of  a Universal Mind or Universal Memory, a Collective Unconsciousness, or perhaps Teilhard's Omega.  These and all other variations of this same theme are  related to the ancient pagan idea that there is one solitary substance (pre-existing matter) comprising the basic fabric of the universe.

Whereas the ancient Babylonians, Sumerians, Egyptians and Joseph Smith held that matter is eternal and all things, including the gods, evolved out of this divine substance, mystical pantheists like Dr. Roger D. Blomquist, who currently works as the Head of  Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the Sevier Valley Hospital in Richfield, Utah,  teach the idea that a Universal Mind began by an evolutionary process from a singularity (pre-existing matter) approximately 13 billion years ago and "quickly began manifesting the properties of matter-energy, space-time, and intelligence-consciousness."    (Blomquist, supraconsciousnessnetwork.org)

Brahman, the One Consciousness or Universal Self is the Eastern mystical pantheist counterpart of Melissa Harris-Perry's Collective and Blomquist's Universal Mind which,

"... permeates the entire cosmos (and) is manifested as intelligence-consciousness interacting with matter-energy in space-time....This universal mind (Creative Force) was present at the moment of the Big Bang and has been continuously directing the evolutionary process ever since.....The conscious human mind that we each experience on a daily basis is not an epiphenomenon as some would have us believe but rather an extension of a universal wide consciousness which has been continuously present from the moment of the Big Bang. Natural selection has also been shaping this evolutionary process but more in the role of an editor.....Every aspect of our existence can be defined by this elementary substance (conceived as ) the holographic distribution of information throughout all of space (universe)." (Blomquist)

Four themes that stand out in Perry's and Blomquist's pantheist conceptions are pre-existing matter, monism and/or naturalism, and evolutionary process.  The fourth theme results from the third and is inversion of the order of creation.

In the "Pagan Temptation," Christian scholar Thomas Molnar reports that the idea that matter is eternal is a pattern of thought stretching back to the ancient Babylonians, Egyptians, and Greeks in the West and in the East to the Upanishads. (p. 26)    In this way of thinking, everything somehow emerged out of non life-bearing primordial matter.

From the Babylonians to our own time, primordial matter has gone by many names, for example: divine One Substance, watery abyss, Chaos, Nu, void, Prakriti stuff, Universal Mind and Teilhard de Chardin's Omega Point:

".....de Chardin believed that humanity could achieve a form of Godhood or a high level of spirituality called the Omega Point. This was an evolutionary process that everyone could attain through discipline and dedication to the path of enlightenment." (Reflections of the Omega Point, Frank Tipler, omegapoint.org)

The Egyptian Sun-God Ra emerged (created himself) from out of Nu – the divine One Substance (primordial matter) and then  became God by an evolutionary process, or as Joseph Smith recounts in "Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith" (345-47), "by going from one small degree to another, and from a small capacity to a great one."

The Sun-God recounts his own evolutionary process:

"I came into being from primordial matter...I made all the forms under which I appeared by means of (or out of) the god-soul which I raised up out of Nu (i.e., the primeval abyss of water.)"  (The Long War Against God, Dr. Henry Morris, p. 243)

In all pagan systems such as Blomquist's, Teilhard's and Eastern mystical conceptions,  pre-existent matter is described as impersonal "spirit" or perhaps "world soul" and is neither male nor female.  It does not live, think or speak; it merely is. The human soul therefore is not created in the spiritual image of the living God Who exists outside of the time-space dimension Who Spoke and revealed Himself to man, thus it follows that humans are neither male nor female and the conscious human mind is an extension of the impersonal, non life-bearing Collective, Universal Mind, Omega or Universal Self.

This is naturalism (paganism) which is the belief that there is neither living supernatural God nor heavenly realm outside of the space-time dimension. There is only the natural dimension consisting of the One Substance, and this is monism.

Monism erases the Creator-creature distinction and like evolution is common to all occult systems,

"...from the magical sects of the East to the gnostics of the early church period, and from there unto today's preachers of cosmic evolution and irresistible karma." (Monism teaches) "...we are all gods in the making.  Out of One has proceeded the many, and back into One are the many traveling.  Eastern mystics, philosophical Hegelians, and followers of Teilhard de Chardin are all agreed on the reality of ultimate monism."  (Unholy Spirits: Occultism and New Age Humanism, Gary North, p. 60)

Monism not only erases the Creator-creature distinction but also denies any eternal separation of saved and lost, thus all paths lead to the same place.  It also denies any ultimate distinction between man and Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ and Lucifer, heaven and hell, truth and lie, good and evil, past and present, male and female, structure and change.

Frank Baumer  observes that the sweeping acceptance of evolution throughout the post-Christian West and America has,

"....persuaded people to think of everything in nature as the fruit of a gradual growth rather than an original creation."   It is "now difficult if not impossible for an educated man to conceive of a primitive revelation such as traditional Christianity taught, or even of an original natural religion from which men had declined." This difficulty arises because "in an evolving world, perfection obviously lay, not in the past, but in the future." (Religion and Rise of Skepticism, p. 147)

If perfection is somewhere in the future, then unborn human beings are not yet human as they are still in process of evolution, thus they are expendable "things" that take a lot of money to "turn into a human" so why bother with all of that expense when it is much cheaper and more convenient to abort them?

In the Genesis account the living, supernatural Triune God created all things ex-nihilo, or out of nothing. He is self-existent, eternal, immutable, omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. He is the sovereign Lord of the universe. He is the God of all creation. He is the God who stands outside of the space-time dimension, thus creation actually began before time and matter came to be as God spoke life, soul/spirit, matter and all else out of nothing. The living, supernatural God is the First Cause of all things. (Genesis 1:27; Psalm 33:6; John 1:3; Romans 4:17; Hebrews 11:3):

"For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together." Col. 1:16, 17

Early Church Fathers are the living connection between Jesus Christ and His apostles, the Old Testament prophets and today's Church and what they have to say about the Genesis account is crucial.

The Fathers regarded Genesis, especially the first three chapters, as Divinely inspired text that tells of actual, historical events and people.

But ever since evolutionary thinking appeared in the West and later on in America, "evolutionarily enlightened" theologians have been reducing the Divinely inspired Genesis account to allegory, fanciful poetic language or myth.  The consequences of this act, whether witting or unwitting are devastating, for conceptually the door has been shut on the living God who stands outside of the space-time dimension  and opened to admit Christianized monism.  Like falling dominos, "enlightened priests" have rejected His revelation, rejected the fall of Lucifer and Adam and Eve, rejected the unique concept of man as God's spiritual image-bearer, reduced sin and evil to symbols, and negated man's need of a savior.

n his article, "Confronting Neo-Paganism in the Culture and the Church" Dr. Peter Jones reports that many of the architects of the new spirituality, Christianized-Vedanta monism,

".... such as Aldous Huxley, Joseph Campbell, and Huston Smith were converts of Vedanta ..... Contemporary architects... call themselves 'Cultural Creative's,' 'Progressives,' 'Evolutionaries,' 'Integral Spiritualists,' 'Interspiritualists' or 'Transtraditional Spiritualists.'      It is doubtless true to say that the key New Age leaders and their present disciples all claim some form of Vedantic enlightenment." (truthexchange, Apr. 12, 2011)

Spiritual evolutionist and Vedanta prophet Ken Wilber, a Mahayana Buddhist from a Christian background, teaches "integral spirituality." A popular author whose teachings have been avidly studied by world leaders, politicians (i.e. Bill Clinton and Al Gore), theologians, scholars, writers, artists, musicians, spiritual teachers and pop culture icons, Wilber combines evolution with the world's nature religions, morals, and Eastern and Western philosophy so as to establish a universal spirituality.

A panentheist, Wilber imagines that the entire universe is God evolving from matter through billions of years toward de Chardin's 'Omega Point.' Having evolved from primordial soup beast-man now evolves toward total god-consciousness, and in this way, the imaginary god is in process of becoming while evolution becomes conscious of itself.

A form of Christianized-Vedanta monism is already here, said Dr. Peter Jones:

"Evolutionary Christianity" is producing the longed-for and much-prophesied synthesis, namely, the union of science and spirituality.... Evolutionary Christianity is a variant of Wilber's 'Theory of Everything,' a worldview of (Vedanta monism) that claims to explain everything through the notion of human evolution into a non-dual divine. Michael Dowd, the ex-Evangelical now evangelist for evolution (agrees) with Bishop's Spong's post-theistic Christianity (and) declares supernatural other-worldly religion will die out for a post-metaphysical natural religion."

Jones adds that Evolutionary Christianity is an online gathering place for:

"....evangelical theistic evolutionists, 'progressive' Emergent Christian leaders, radical post-theistic Christian liberals, Christian non-dual mystics, pro-homosexual ministers, radical religious feminists, and recognized evolutionary scientists. Some are deeply influenced by Pierre Teillard de Chardin, and pagan "geologians" such as Thomas Berry and Brian Swimme."

Emergent Church Pastor Rob Bell for example, enthusiastically endorses Ken Wilber and claims to be reinventing Christianity as an Eastern religion while evangelical leader Leonard Sweet uses quantum physics to 'scientifically' prove that God is 'in' everything. Not surprisingly, Sweet cites Teilhard de Chardin as "20th century Christianity's major voice." (Normalizing Necromancy: Tempting the Church to Talk with the Dead, Worldview Weekend, 1/23/12)

o completely has the evolutionary transformation been that it has successfully inverted the order of creation and reversed the direction of Biblical theism.  With creation ex nihilo virtually replaced by evolution, it is now believed that men have not fallen from perfection but instead are gradually evolving upward from their ape beginnings toward greater and greater spiritual perfection.  Self-perfecting men and women like Teilhard, Melissa Perry and Blomquist no longer need the living, supernatural God as the idea of "conscious evolution" means that man can save himself, and perhaps even attain god-hood upon mystical fusion with the divine one substance.

Secular materialist and mystical pantheist evolutionists in unison with "enlightened priests"  have not only exchanged the truth about God for a lie (Romans 1:25-27)  but together stand in opposition to all Christians who stand for the literal truth of the Genesis account of creation. Across the entire denominational spectrum of the Church, we see that "enlightened priests" have joined ranks with ungodly neo-pagans in opposing those who defend the Divine revelation of God.  (Isaiah 8:12-13)

Such a confederacy seems almost too strong to resist and strikes fear and terror into the hearts of many Christians.   But as Peter reminds us, it is the living God we must fear rather than godless men and women and weak, compromising, intellectually proud priests:

"Be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer (apologetic) to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear" (1 Peter 3:14-15).

Evolution: Infernal Doctrine of the Devil

And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.” Exodus 31:18

Moses is he who was in the church in the wilderness with the angel, said Stephen,

“… which spake to him in the mount Sina, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us.” (Acts 7:38)

The “angel” who spoke with Moses at Sinai, delivering unto him the “living oracles” (Scriptures) was the Word begotten of God before all creation (John 1:1-5), the Lord Jesus Christ Himself in a pre-incarnate theophany.

Thus the “oracles” given unto Moses are living words, precisely because they do come from the Lord Jesus Christ, the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6):

“…the way, the truth, and the life. Without the way there is no going; without the truth there is no knowing; without the life there is no living. I am the way which thou shouldst pursue; the truth which thou shouldst believe; the life which thou shouldst hope for.” (Thomas a Kempis, “Imitation of Christ,” iii., 56; Vincent’s Word Studies)

All Scripture then “proceedeth out of the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4), is “given by inspiration of God” (2 Tim. 3:16), is “for ever . . . settled in heaven” (Psalm 119:89), and “able to make thee wise unto salvation.” (2 Timothy 3:15).

Every living word that proceeds out of the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4) includes the book of Genesis. Genesis is the book of beginnings divinely revealed to Moses for our edification and salvation.   But for the most part, contemporary Christians  over and across the entire denominational spectrum no longer know that Genesis “proceedeth out of the mouth of God” because they have lost contact with the early Church Fathers, the living link between the ancient texts containing God’s revelation and today's Church.

The Church Fathers regarded Genesis, especially the first three chapters, as Divinely inspired text that tells of actual, historical events and people.

St. Cyril of Alexandria wrote that Genesis is Divinely inspired and cannot be apprehended rightly without respect for its’ historical meaning:

Those who reject the historical meaning in the God-inspired Scriptures as something obsolete are avoiding the ability to apprehend rightly, according to the proper manner, the things written in them…whenever some historical events are presented to us by the Holy Scriptures (a) useful search into the historical meaning is appropriate, in order that the God-inspired Scripture be revealed as salvific and beneficial to us in every way.” (St. Cyril, “Commentary on the Prophet Isaiah 1,4, PG 70, 192AB)

Today there is great suffering, confusion, and death in the Church because the Divinely inspired Genesis account of creation ex nihilo is either completely rejected or reduced to allegory, fanciful poetic language or myth by great numbers of 'enlightened' Christian theologians, all of them plainly modernists animated by a spirit strangely similar to the one they have reduced to a symbol of evil.

In keeping with His Gospel, our Lord not only announced it but He foretold the trials and tribulations that would encompass His followers.   Of these the greatest would be the challenge in our own age of modernism with its' scientifically-enlightened priests, false prophets, false messiahs, false apostles, false scientists, ideological systematizers and other workers of deceit who are the intellectual heirs of a way of thinking that from its inception during the Renaissance, has by its' nature been a rebellion against supernatural Christian theism. (Matthew 7:15-23)

Dietrich von Hildebrand, Wolfgang Smith, Dr. Gary North, Thomas Molnar, and Dr. J. P. Hubert among other Christian thinkers place much blame at the feet of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, a Jesuit Priest who attempted to institute a “New Religion” by combining Darwinian evolution with his mystical pantheist interpretation of Christian theism.

Teilhard provided an outward gloss of legitimacy to the entire concept of evolution by theorizing the existence of “point Omega” which ultimately he identified with Jesus Christ, thereby making it intellectually possible for Christian Churchmen to accept the theories of Darwinian evolution and still retain their faith.

Under Pius XII, Teilhard was silenced, exiled, and forbidden to publish or lecture but never forced to repudiate his writings as heretical:

"Clearly his writings establish that at the very least Teilhard was a notorious material heretic—arguably the most infamous of the 20th century. Given that he essentially instituted a New Religion, he was an apostate from the faith as well."  (Teilhard de Chardin: Trojan Horse of Vatican II, Heretic Extraordinaire, Dr. J.P. Hubert, moralphilosophy.com, 1/18/2008)

After reading Teilhard's work,  Dietrich von Hildebrand described him as a Trojan horse and a false prophet,

" I fully realized the catastrophic implications of his philosophical ideas and the absolute incompatibility of his theology fiction (as Etienne Gilson calls it) with Christian revelation and the doctrine of the Church." (Teilhard de Chardin: A False Prophet, from Trojan Horse in the City of God,1967, absoluteprimacyofchrist.org)

In "The Pagan Temptation," Christian philosopher Thomas Molnar observes that Teilhard reinvented God as a Supreme Programmer, a God that created matter,

"...and so programmed it that it gradually spiritualizes itself and mankind to the point of becoming a 'supermankind' and encounters Christ, who meanwhile has become 'superChrist." (P. 176)

One theme stands out in Teilhard's "New Religion," said Dr. Gary North, and that is monism.  Monism erases the Creator-creature distinction and is common to all occult systems,

Monism not only erases the Creator-creature distinction but also denies any eternal separation of saved and lost.  It also denies any ultimate distinction between man and Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ and Lucifer, heaven and hell, truth and lie, good and evil, past and present, male and female, structure and change.

In this light, Dr. Hubert argues that it would not seem illegitimate to wonder whether based upon Teilhard’s own admission, his views were satanically inspired:

"The man was walking in the desert, followed by his companion, when the Thing swooped down on him. Then, suddenly, a breath of scorching air passed across his forehead, broke through the barrier of his closed eyelids,
and penetrated his soul. The man felt he was ceasing to be himself; an irresistible rapture took possession of him as though all the sap of all living things, flowing at one and the same moment into the too narrow confines of his heart, was mightily refashioning the enfeebled fibres of his being. And at the same time the anguish of some superhuman peril oppressed him, a confused feeling that the force which had swept down upon him was equivocal, turbid, the combined essence of all evil and all goodness. You called me: here I am grown weary of abstractions, of attenuations, of the wordiness of social life, you wanted to pit yourself against Reality entire and untamed. I was waiting for you in order to be made holy. And now I am established on you for life, or for death…He who has once seen me can never forget me: he must either damn himself with me or save me with himself. O you who are divine and mighty, what is your name? Speak." (Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, The Heart of Matter,pp. 61 & 68, describing a personal “mystical experience” in 1918, through which he had recently passed. The “Thing” which Teilhard placed in capital letters bears a striking resemblance to something of demonic origin yet he calls it divine and mighty!)

In "The Spiritist Fallacy," the traditionalist French metaphysician Rene Guenon (1886-1951) critiques the modern world and its shifting sands of intellectual fashion.  Guenon writes that ever since evolution made its appearance, modernists have been positing ideas that notably disfigure the true God.  In this sense, every conception that disfigures God should in some measure be regarded as satanic, and conceptions of a limited God and a God who evolves, as posited by Hegel, Teilhard and other enlightened priests, should be placed in the front rank.  Since all modernist conceptions of an immanentist God subject Him to 'becoming' (evolving) they are satanic. (p. 256)

Today, the Eastern Orthodox, Roman Catholic, mainline Protestant and much of the Evangelical church is increasingly accommodating itself to evolution, which necessitates the reduction of the Divinely inspired Genesis account to poetic language or myth thereby making a liar of Lord Jesus Christ Himself in a pre-incarnate theophany (John 1:1-5) as well as compromising the whole Bible, posing a distinct danger to salvation, and disfiguring and subjecting God to "becoming."

In this light it becomes clear that evolution is indeed an infernal doctrine of the devil.
