Excerpt: In figuring out what to write about this week, three things struck me as good topics on which to comment (four if you count how Al Gore is probably trying to figure out how to blame the earthquake in the Midwest on "climate change"), but none of these topics ended up as column-length pieces, so I decided to simply comment on all three.
