'Gay' Rage in Maine After Losing Marriage Battle: Death Threats, Vandalism, and More!

Massresistance Update Maine pro-family leader gets death threat, Catholic church harassed, and more. "Gay" rage in Maine after losing marriage election! We all remember the campaign of terror and violence by enraged homosexual activists against churches - particularly Mormons - that took place across the country almost immediately after their Proposition 8 loss in California last year.

And of course the homosexual movement got a free ride. No outcry from government officials or the media, and to our knowledge there were no arrests.

It's starting up again. After their loss in the Maine marriage vote last week, homosexual activists are angry and want revenge. They want to punish and terrify their opponents. Mike Heath, former director of the Christian Civic League of Maine, received a very clear death threat on his office phone voicemail.

Here's the threat directed at Mike Heath:

"I'm calling about Mr. Mike Heath, the Executive Director of the Christian Civic League of Maine. He thinks that gay people should have our rights revoked that we already have. Well, I can tell him this. I'm a gay guy who owns guns. And he's my next target."

In Portland, a large group of homosexual activists lined up in front of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church to confront, terrify, and intimidate petitioners and church leaders whom they've termed as "haters" for supporting traditional marriage.

This followed the widespread vandalism of "Yes on 1" yard signs, which in some cases had swastikas with Christian crosses painted on them - so much so that local a TV station did a news story on it.

Stirring them up . . .

And of course, the usual suspects in the media are fomenting as much homosexual anger as they can. As the New York Times editorialized last week:

Equality's Ragged March New York Times EDITORIAL Published: November 7, 2009

Last Tuesday's Election Day results showed how far the nation has traveled in the struggle for gay equality - and the distance still to go. The returns also added fresh urgency to promising efforts in New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia to legalize marriage for same-sex couples

. . . By sad contrast, voters in Maine - by a slim margin, and following an aggressive, narrow-minded campaign led by the forces of the religious right - repealed the state's new law extending the freedom to marry to same-sex couples . . .

They are surely out to win "by any means necessary".
