The Triune "God is the leftists' chief rival," said Peter Hitchens, brother of the infamous atheist Christopher Hitchens and author of The Rage against God. Hitchens goes on to say, "Christian belief, by subjecting all men to divine authority and by asserting in the words 'My kingdom is not of this world,' that the ideal society does not exist in this life, is the most coherent and potent obstacle to secular utopianism." From Kant to Hegel, Marx, Darwin, Lenin, Freud, Nietzsche, Sartre, Alfred Kinsey, Margaret Sanger, Herbert Marcuse, and America's "death of God” theologians to name but a few, God-haters have been waging war against theTriune God since the Renaissance.
