Satan: The Egregore of Envy

The Christian Post reports that: “The U.S. Army has removed a cross that was prominently placed on the front of a chapel located at the remote base of Camp Marmal in Northern Afghanistan. . . . [O]fficials said that having a permanent sectarian image on the chapel violated army regulations. . . . One soldier referred to the decision and the regulation behind it as ‘a direct attack against Christianity and Judaism.’”

Contrary to popular yet erroneous opinion, Christian theism is not a religion but a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the supernatural God Who entered into our natural world as a man in order to announce that the way to paradise is now open. Christian theism then is all about the Good News of eternal salvation.

But what kind of person finds unholy gratification in placing stumbling blocks in the way of true salvation? The same kind that craves the abolition of private property, the drowning of America in a flood of illegal immigration, the subversion and perversion of America's youth and the destruction of America's economy. This same kind of person abuses power and influence to force the Air Force Academy into promoting paganism, Druidism, withcraft and Wicca ( ) even though the Western civilized world arose on the wings of Christianity rather than paganism and paganism by any name does not lead to eternal salvation but the reverse.

More importantly: what unholy spirit possesses such people? The answer is that a spirit of pride and envy possesses them. When pride inflates envy rears its ugly head. Pride is selfcenteredness while envy is all about destroying the good fortune of other's.

Envy is one of the seven deadly sins, thus Dante placed the envious in the lower part of hell with their eyelids sewed shut. Why? Because the envious cannot bear to gaze upon the good fortune of others. Envy is the great destroyer. Rather than have anyone happier than itself, it will see us all miserable and damned to hell.

Joseph Epstein, author and former editor of The American Scholar considers envy one of the "cold-blooded" deadly sins. Envy emanates from a state of mind and will rather than the emotions, which is why it is cold-blooded. Envy may well be the cruelest sin of all, said Epstein who correctly perceived the connection between envy and Marxist Communism:

"When I say that Marxism is based on envy, I mean that the glorious revolution of the proletariat that it promised was really a promise to put a final end to all the conditions that make for envy." (Truths About Socialism, Coral Ridge Ministries, p. 66)

With envy stimulating, fueling, and motivating Communist Revolutionaries, it took on a life of its' own. Occultists speak of this 'life form' as an egregore, an autonomous psychic entity made up of, and influencing, the thoughts and actions of a group of people. An egregore is the 'collective conscious' of a group of people possessed by an autonomous psychic entity, the occultists' way of describing collective satanic possession rather than individual.

The Black Book of Communism cites a horrified socialist who describes the egregore as The Beast that has licked hot blood. The Beast roared through Russia, desecrating and blaspheming Churches, devouring property, destroying the family, gleefully subverting and perverting children, receiving sadistic pleasure from inflicting sadistic suffering and degradation on others, persecuting and murdering Christians and ultimately spilling the blood of more than sixty-million men, women, and children.

Pastor Richard Wurmbrand descended into Communist hells (Gulags, concentration camps) on two occasions in order to minister to the lost and suffering. In his book, Tortured for Christ, he describes the satanic-fueled evils he both experienced and witnessed being done to others:

"The tortures and brutality continued without interruption. When I lost consciousness or became too dazed to give the torturers any further hopes of confession, I would be returned to my cell. There I would lie, untended and half dead, to regain a little strength so they could work on me again. Many died at this stage, but somehow my strength always managed to return. In the ensuing years, in several different prisons, they broke four vertebrae in my back, and many other bones. They carved me in a dozen places. They burned and cut eighteen holes in my body. When my family and I were ransomed out of Romania and brought to Norway, doctors in Oslo, seeing all this and the scars in my lungs from tuberculosis, declared that my being alive today is a pure miracle! According to their medical books, I should have been dead for years. I know myself that it is a miracle. God is a God of miracles. I believe God performed this wonder so that you could hear my voice crying out on behalf of the Underground Church in persecuted countries. He allowed one to come out alive and cry aloud the message of your suffering, faithful brethren."

"I have seen Christians in Communist prisons with fifty pounds of chains on their feet, tortured with red-hot iron pokers, in whose throats spoonfuls of salt had been forced, being kept afterward without water, starving, whipped, suffering from cold—and praying with fervor for the Communists. This is humanly inexplicable! It is the love of Christ, which was poured out in our hearts."

“It was strictly forbidden to preach to other prisoners. It was understood that whoever was caught doing this received a severe beating. A number of us decided to pay the price for the privilege of preaching, so we accepted their [the communists' ] terms. It was a deal; we preached and they beat us. We were happy preaching. They were happy beating us, so everyone was happy.”

"When a man has no faith in the reward of good or the punishment of evil, there is no reason to be human. There is no restraint from the depths of evil that is in man."

"I tremble because of the sufferings of those persecuted in different lands. I tremble thinking about the eternal destiny of their torturers. I tremble for Western Christians who don't help their persecuted brethren."

"Sin must be called by its name."

And so the spirit of envy must be called by its' name: the snake in the Garden---Satan.

One of the most satanic symbols of our time is the so-called peace symbol. Symbols have meaning, and the real meaning of the peace symbol is discovered by turning it rightside up. It is then that we can see the cross of Christ, its' arms broken, triumphantly constrained within a circle.

The circle is often shown as a snake biting its tail. It is an ancient symbol that represents the Eternal Return, or time turned back upon itself. It's promise was first spoken in the Garden by the spirit of the egregore, the Beast, the Father of Envy:

"You shall not die......for just as time is eternally cyclical, so too is your spiritual progress, which will occur over vast periods of time in many different bodies. So do not despair, for there is no hell and you will not die but be recycled over and over and over until finally you will be as the gods."

In other words, you will be as Satan and his unholy legion---damned to hell.
