Black-Eyed Children: Demons and Possession

Barbara Schneider, author of "Black-Eyed Children: Don't Invite them into your Home," reports that people all around the world are reporting terrifying sightings and encounters with black-eyed children: "Imagine this....You pull into a convenience store, and you wait in the car while (your better half) runs in for something. You’re sitting there in the dark waiting for him to return when suddenly you get an inexplicable, overwhelming feeling of terror. You sit up a little straighter and glance toward the driver’s side window. There staring in at you are two children – but not just any children. These are “Black Eyed Children,” and they want to get into the car with you...Sound like something from a horror movie? Well, it’s not. It’s as real as it gets. According to David Weatherly, a paranormal investigator and author, who has written a book called “Black Eyed Children,” incidents or visitations by these strange children are occurring worldwide. They have one simple request, they want to come in. They appear on doorsteps, at car windows, hotel rooms and even boats...Their most outstanding feature is their solid black eyes, eyes completely void of color or light, showing no pupils, no irises. Witnesses say looking into these eyes evokes intense feelings of terror."

When the Spirit of God departed Saul another spirit came unto him. Multiply Saul by millions of Americans and what do you get? Millions of 'Sauls' at every age involved in some way, shape or form of occultism. The corollary of a post-Christian social order trying to sustain itself without the true God is increasing numbers of Americans experiencing mental breakdown, demonically-induced nightmares, thoughts of murder, terrifying sightings and even encounters with demons, whether as UFO sightings, alien abductions, ghostly apparitions, werewolves, mothmen, Kundalini spirit, elder spirits, transcended masters, Space Brothers, the Council of Nine, disembodied voices, shadow people, and now black-eyed children.

So widespread is this terrifying phenomena that noted supernatural and UFO researcher John Keel concluded:

“Demonology is not just another crackpot-ology. It is the ancient and scholarly study of the monsters and demons who have seemingly coexisted with man throughout history. Thousands of books have been written on the subject, many of them authored by educated clergymen, scientists, and scholars, and uncounted numbers of well-documented demonic events are readily available to every researcher. The manifestations and occurrences described in this imposing literature are similar, if not entirely identical, to the UFO phenomenon itself. Victims of demonomania (possession) suffer the very same medical and emotional symptoms as the UFO contactees … . The devil and his demons can, according to the literature, manifest themselves in almost any form and can physically imitate anything from angels to horrifying monsters with glowing eyes. Strange objects and entities materialize and dematerialize in these stories, just as the UFOs and their splendid occupants appear and disappear, walk through walls, and perform other supernatural feats.” (Are Ghosts Real? Gary Bates, Creation Ministry, 2010)

Encounters with demons leads over time to occult oppression and control (possession) of our consciousness, said world-renowned UFOlogist Jacques Vallée:

“I propose the hypothesis that there is a control system for human consciousness … I am suggesting that what takes place through close encounters with UFOs is control of human beliefs, control of the relationship between our consciousness and physical reality, that this control has been in force throughout history and that it is of secondary importance that it should now assume the form of sightings of space visitors.” (ibid)

Christian apologists John Ankerberg and John Weldon added:

“These researchers believe that the UFO entities are deliberately programming the human observers with false information in order to hide their true nature and purpose.” (ibid)

One of the greatest paradoxes of our abnormal age is that while on one hand Americans are very obviously obsessed with movies and books containing hellish visions of vampires, ghosts, the walking dead, demonic characters like Freddie Kreuger and ghoulish extraterrestrials, on the other hand many people disbelieve in the very things they are obsessed with. This is because they disbelieve in spirit....their own to be precise.

The philosophical name for this belief is materialism, which has its' roots in the teachings of ancient Greek nature sages such as Epicurus. Though dressed up as empirical science, materialism is neither scientific nor sane, for there can be no empirical proof against something (i.e., mind, spirit, demons) that cannot appear as data for any scientific instrument.

Materialism claims that the mind, will, and conscience are only grey matter (the brain). This insane notion reduces man to a machine incapable of changing or controlling what he thinks, speaks and does anymore than the earth's ecosystem can help evaporating water. This insanity is like saying that the computer programmer is really just a computer.

With its mindless mechanistic universe, reductionism, irrationalism, and moral anarchy, materialist scientism has generated its own crisis of credibility. However, as a universal solvent it has successfully broken down the West's Biblical-based worldview and thrown wide the door to equally irrational but far more dangerous occult New Age Spiritualist Humanism.

From the late 50's onward, New Age humanism began to infuse and spiritualize secular materialism, transforming it into an agency for the transmission of ultimate values and revelations from the unseen realm....from powers and principalities. It was in 1958 that Robert Monroe, a successful American business executive began his 'out-of-body' journeys.

An agnostic, Monroe opened himself to the suggestions of intelligent beings from the various places in the astral plane (spirit realm) to which he journeyed. Some of these beings gave him vague 'mystical' messages but others, the beast-like creatures with rubbery bodies that easily change into the shapes of dogs, bats, or his own children were just as likely to dig a hook into his offered hand. (Journeys Out of the Body, Monroe, 1977, pp. 89, 137-140)

Monroe writes that in 12 years of astral plane journeys,

"...I find no evidence to substantiate the biblical notions of God and afterlife in a place called heaven." (p. 116)

Though he never found evidence of the 'biblical notion of heaven' he did find evidence of another 'heaven' which he felt was his ultimate "Home." (pp. 123-5) On several of his visits there he encountered the "God" of that heaven:

"In the midst of normal activity...there is a distant Signal, almost like heraldic trumpets. Everyone...stops speaking (and doing) whatever he may be doing. It is the Signal that He (or They) is coming through His Kingdom....At the Signal, each living thing lies down...with head turned to one side so that one does not see Him as He passes by...As He passes, there is roaring musical sound and a feeling of radiant, irresistable living force of ultimate power..." (pp. 122-3)

After two years Monroe writes that he is now,

"...inextricably bound to this intelligent force (which too late he has discovered is) an impersonal, cold intelligence (without) love or compassion...I sat down and cried, great sobs as I have never cried before, because then I knew..that the God of my childhood, of the churches...was not as we worshipped him..." (p. 262)

Today UFO researchers like Keel and Vallee together with anthropologists, scientific psychiatrists, and other professionals from the counseling and medical field take very seriously the fact that something frightening and unexplainable by Western materialist science is going on here in America and throughout the West. In their search for answers they are jettisoning as useless materialist explanations. A "new" consensus is emerging: Men have souls and demons exist:

"...we need to understand a number of different concepts in order to comprehend the worldwide phenomenon of possession and exorcism. On the psychological level, we have come to know the notion underlying all possession, namely, that the body is a shell, inhabited by a soul, and that this shell may on occasion be surrendered to an intrusive alien entity. " (How about Demons? Possession and Exorcism in the Modern World, Felicitas Goodman. IndianaUpress:1988)

"Dr Frank Lake in a talk on the demonic recalled the occasion when 'Hans Rudi Weber was giving a talk on Christ's Victory over the Demonic Powers to this large gathering of psychiatrists and theologians. It was quite amusing to see how uncomfortable the theologians were at this strange exhibition of what I think they regarded as Medievalism from a distinguished member of their own theological group. It was as if they were apologizing to the scientific psychiatrists present that a theologian had returned to the era of demons and evil possession. By contrast the psychiatrists were in fact leaning forward eagerly recognizing that the collective demonic is something with which they are continually dealing. As they said afterwards, 'Why didn't some theologian tell us about this before? We know what he's talking about, we live with it'" (But Deliver us From Evil: An Introduction to the Demonic Dimension in Pastoral Care, John Richards, London, Dartman, Longman and Todd,1974)

Being thoroughly deluded Monroe imagined his encounter with the Devil was really an encounter with the living, supernatural God. Through his long-term involvement he actually gave his soul over in submission to evil spirits, something which so many secularized and deluded Americans are even now undergoing, being helpless to resist because of their estrangement from true Christianity.
